The pure water outlet of the filtering component 23 is communicated with the pure water tank 29 in the pure water tank installation space 118, the water pump waterway plate 28 in the water pump waterway plate installation space 117 is arranged on the water pumping pipe 281, and the water pumping pipe 281 is communicated with the pure water tank 29 and the water inlet of the heating component 24.
After the pressure stabilizing pump 211 pumps raw water into the filter assembly 23, the raw water is filtered in the filter assembly 23 to obtain pure water, and the pure water is stored in the pure water tank 29. Pure water in the pure water tank 29 can be sucked into the heating assembly 24 by the water pump circuit board 28, and particularly the water pump circuit board 28 comprises a self-priming pump. The boiling water heated by the heating assembly 24 flows through the adapter assembly 27 to the adapter 26.
If the user needs boiling water, one of the water outlets of the adapter 26 is connected with the water nozzle at the moment to output the boiling water. If the user needs warm water or cold boiled water, the other water outlet of the adapter 26 is communicated with the heat exchange tube in the pure water tank 29, so that the boiled water flows to the water nozzle after flowing to the pure water tank 29 for heat exchange.
Specifically, the pure water tank 29 is in snap fit with the bracket body 11.
Further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the bracket body 11 includes a first partition 14, the water pump circuit board installation space 117 and the deionized water tank installation space 118 are isolated at upper and lower sides of the first partition 14, a through hole 141 is provided on the first partition 14, and the water pumping pipe 281 penetrates through the through hole 141.
During assembly, the water pumping pipe 281 is inserted into the through hole 141, and at this time, the longer part of the water pump waterway plate 28, which is suspended outside the water pumping pipe 281, is located outside the water pump waterway plate installation space 117. After the water pumping pipe 281 passes through the through hole 141, the water pump circuit board 28 is rotated so that the water pump circuit board 28 is completely located in the water pump circuit board installation space 117, one part of the water pump circuit board 28 is located between the heating component 24 and the pure water tank 29, and the other part of the water pump circuit board 28 is located between the adapter 26 and the pure water tank 29. After the water pump water path plate 28 is rotated to the water pump water path plate installation space 117, the water pump water path plate 28 can be fixed on the bracket body 11 by using a connecting piece such as a screw. The water pumping manifold 28 is positioned above the first spacer 14, and the first spacer 14 provides support for the water pumping manifold 28 so that the heating assembly 24 can be compressed between the adapter assembly 27 and the water pumping manifold 28.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, in one embodiment, the bracket body 11 is provided with a raw water tank installation space 119, and a part of the raw water tank installation space 119 is located at the rear side of the filter assembly installation space 113, and another part of the raw water tank installation space 119 is located at the rear side of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installation space 111.
The pressure stabilizing pump assembly 21 pumps the raw water in the raw water tank 40 into the first water passage plate 22, and then flows into the filter assembly 23 through the first water passage plate 22. The pure water filtered by the filter unit 23 flows into the pure water tank 29, and the filtered waste water is discharged from the filter unit 23.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, an adapter mounting groove 15 is formed in the bottom surface of the bracket body 11, and the adapter mounting groove 15 is defined by the bottom wall of the bracket body 11 and a first blocking rib 151 and a second blocking rib 152 which are arranged on the bottom wall of the bracket body 11. The first rib 151 and the second rib 152 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction, and the adapter 50 is located between the first rib 151 and the second rib 152. The adapter 50 and the holder body 11 may be connected by a connecting member such as a screw.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 to 9, in another embodiment, there is provided a water purifier 20, comprising a pressure stabilizing pump assembly 21, a first water passage plate 22, a filter assembly 23, a heating assembly 24, an electronic control plate 25 and the bracket assembly 10, wherein the pressure stabilizing pump assembly 21 is installed in the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installation space 111, the first water passage plate 22 is installed in the first water passage plate installation space 112, the filter assembly 23 is installed in the filter assembly installation space 113, the heating assembly 24 is installed in the heating assembly installation space 114, and the electronic control plate 25 is installed in the electronic control plate installation space 115.
The above-mentioned solution provides a water purifier 20, by using the bracket assembly 10 described in any of the above embodiments, there is no need to separately fix and mount a component in the assembling process, and the assembling efficiency is improved. Moreover, each installation space can be reasonably distributed by using the bracket assembly 10, the whole space is saved, and the volume of the whole machine is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, in an embodiment, the surge tank assembly installation space 111 has a second release port 1111, the surge tank assembly includes a surge tank 211, a first cushion 212 and a second cushion 213, which are all installed in the surge tank assembly installation space 111, the first cushion 212 presses against one end of the surge tank 211, which is far away from the second release port 1111, a pump cover 214 is disposed at the second release port 1111, and the second cushion 213 presses against the surge tank 211 and the pump cover 214.
The first damping pad 212 and the second damping pad 213 are respectively arranged at two ends of the pressure stabilizing pump 211, so that noise transmitted to the outside during operation of the pressure stabilizing pump 211 is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the first shock absorbing pad 212 is a cover-shaped structure, the first shock absorbing pad 212 covers an end of the pressure maintaining pump 211 far from the second inlet 1111, a bottom wall of the first shock absorbing pad 212 is compressed between the pressure maintaining pump 211 and a bottom wall of the pressure maintaining pump assembly mounting space 111, and a side wall of the first shock absorbing pad 212 abuts between an outer circumferential surface of the pressure maintaining pump 211 and a side wall of the pressure maintaining pump assembly mounting space 111.
A plurality of buffering ribs 2121 are arranged outside the first shock absorbing pad 212 to improve the buffering effect of the first shock absorbing pad 212.
Further, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the second cushion 213 has a cap-shaped structure. As shown in fig. 9, the second cushion 213 covers an end of the pressure maintaining pump 211 close to the second inlet 1111, and the pump cover 214 is pressed against a bottom wall of the second cushion 213. Two through holes 2131 for the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint of the pressure stabilizing pump 211 to extend out and a wire passing hole for a power supply wire to pass through are formed in the second shock pad 213. And a buffering rib 2121 is arranged outside the second shock pad 213 and is used for abutting against the side wall of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space 111. The second shock pad 213 is provided with a flange, so that the shape of the part of the second shock pad 213 outside the opening of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space 111 is consistent with the shape of the opening, and the effect of sealing and isolating noise is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, the shape of the pump cover 214 is consistent with the shape of the opening of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space 111, and when the pump cover 214 is fixed on the bracket body 11, the opening of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space 111 is closed, so that the purpose of sealing and isolating noise in a second layer is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, in an embodiment, the water purifying drinking machine 20 further includes a body housing 30, the support assembly 10 is installed in the body housing 30, the body housing 30 includes a front housing assembly 31, the front housing assembly 31 is located at the front side of the support assembly 10, a display panel 311 is disposed on the front housing assembly 31, and the display panel 311 is electrically connected to the electronic control board 25.
All functional parts in the water purifying drinking machine 20 are mainly fixed on the bracket assembly 10, and the machine body shell 30 mainly plays a decorative role.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 14, in one embodiment, the fuselage shell 30 includes a base 32, side shells 33, and a roof 34. The carriage assembly 10 is disposed on the base 32. The rack assembly 10 is located in the side casing 33, and the side casing 33 is connected with the base 32. The front shell assembly 31 snaps over the front side of the side shell 33. The top cover 34 is attached to the top ends of the side casings 33. And a water nozzle is also arranged on the front shell assembly 31 and is communicated with the pure water tank 29 and the adapter 26.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, the water purifying drinking machine 20 further includes a raw water tank 40, the raw water tank 40 is disposed in the raw water tank installation space 119, and the raw water tank 40 is communicated with the pressure maintaining pump assembly 21.

Claims (12)

1. A bracket component is characterized by comprising an integrated bracket body, wherein the bracket body is provided with a pressure stabilizing pump component mounting space, a first water channel plate mounting space, a filtering component mounting space, a heating component mounting space and an electric control plate mounting space;
the water outlet of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installed in the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installation space is communicated with the water inlet of the first water channel plate installed in the first water channel plate installation space, the water outlet of the first water channel plate is communicated with the water inlet of the filtering assembly in the filtering assembly installation space, the water outlet of the filtering assembly is communicated with the water inlet of the heating assembly, the water outlet of the heating assembly can be communicated with a water nozzle, and an electric control plate in the electric control plate installation space is electrically connected with the pressure stabilizing pump assembly, the filtering assembly and the heating assembly.

The bracket assembly of claim 1, wherein the filter assembly mounting space is a cylindrical space, the surge pump assembly mounting space is a cylindrical space, the axial direction of the filter assembly mounting space is parallel to the axial direction of the surge pump assembly mounting space, the surge pump assembly mounting space is positioned on one side of the filter assembly mounting space, the top of the surge pump assembly mounting space is lower than the top of the filter assembly mounting space, and the first waterway board mounting space is positioned above the surge pump assembly mounting space.

The bracket assembly of claim 2, wherein the portion of the bracket body surrounding the filter assembly mounting space is a filter assembly limiting barrel, and a first threaded hole is formed in a portion of the filter assembly limiting barrel facing the first waterway plate mounting space and used for fixing the first waterway plate;
and/or the filter assembly mounting space is provided with a first release opening, the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space is provided with a second release opening, and the first release opening is opposite to the second release opening in direction.

The bracket assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space and the filter assembly mounting space are arranged in order in a left-right direction, the heating assembly mounting space and the electronic control board mounting space are arranged in order in a left-right direction, the filter assembly mounting space and the heating assembly mounting space are arranged in order in a front-rear direction, and the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space and the electronic control board mounting space are arranged in order in a front-rear direction.
5. The bracket assembly of claim 4, wherein the electrical control board mounting space is an electrical control board mounting slot with three closed sides and one open side, and the opening of the electrical control board mounting slot faces away from the heating assembly mounting space.

The bracket assembly of claim 4, wherein the bracket body further defines an adapter mounting space and an adapter assembly mounting space, the adapter mounting space is located between the electrical control board mounting space and the heating assembly mounting space, the bracket body includes a first stopper, the adapter mounting space and the heating assembly mounting space are isolated on the left and right sides of the first stopper, one part of the adapter assembly mounting space is located above the heating assembly mounting space, the other part of the adapter assembly mounting space is located above the adapter mounting space, and an adapter assembly in the adapter assembly mounting space communicates the water outlet of the heating assembly with an adapter in the adapter mounting space.

The bracket assembly of claim 6, wherein the bracket body is provided with a pure water tank installation space and a water pump waterway plate installation space, and the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installation space, the filtering assembly installation space, the heating assembly installation space, the electric control plate installation space and the adapter installation space are all positioned above the pure water tank installation space, one part of the water pump waterway plate installation space is positioned between the heating component installation space and the pure water tank installation space, the other part is positioned between the adapter installation space and the pure water tank installation space, the pure water outlet of the filtering component is communicated with the pure water tank in the pure water tank installation space, the water pump water path plate in the water pump water path plate installation space is used for being arranged on a water pumping pipe, and the water pumping pipe is communicated with the pure water tank and the water inlet of the heating component.

The bracket assembly of claim 7, wherein the bracket body comprises a first spacer, the water pump circuit board installation space and the pure water tank installation space are isolated at the upper and lower sides of the first spacer, the first spacer is provided with a through hole, and the pumping pipe penetrates through the through hole.

The bracket assembly of claim 4, wherein the bracket body is provided with a raw water tank installation space, a part of which is positioned at the rear side of the filter assembly installation space, and the other part of which is positioned at the rear side of the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installation space.

A water purifier, comprising a pressure stabilizing pump assembly, a first water passage plate, a filter assembly, a heating assembly, an electric control plate and the bracket assembly of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the pressure stabilizing pump assembly is installed in the pressure stabilizing pump assembly installation space, the first water passage plate is installed in the first water passage plate installation space, the filter assembly is installed in the filter assembly installation space, the heating assembly is installed in the heating assembly installation space, and the electric control plate is installed in the electric control plate installation space.
11. The water purifier as recited in claim 10, further comprising a body housing, wherein the bracket assembly is mounted in the body housing, the body housing includes a front housing assembly, the front housing assembly is located at a front side of the bracket assembly, the front housing assembly is provided with a display panel, and the display panel is electrically connected to the electronic control board.
12. A water purifier, comprising a pressure stabilizing pump assembly, a first water channel plate, a filter assembly, a heating assembly, an electric control plate and the bracket assembly of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first water channel plate is installed in the first water channel plate installation space, the filter assembly is installed in the filter assembly installation space, the heating assembly is installed in the heating assembly installation space, and the electric control plate is installed in the electric control plate installation space;
the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space is provided with a second placing opening, the pressure stabilizing pump assembly comprises a pressure stabilizing pump, a first damping pad and a second damping pad which are all mounted in the pressure stabilizing pump assembly mounting space, the first damping pad presses one end, far away from the second placing opening, of the pressure stabilizing pump, a pump cover is arranged at the second placing opening, and the second damping pad presses the pressure stabilizing pump between the pump covers.
