The following describes specific embodiments of an electronic device and a screen supporting apparatus according to the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic apparatus including a body 7, a screen 6, and a screen supporting device; the screen 6 is fixedly arranged on one side of the first support piece 1 far away from the second support piece 2; the screen support is mounted to the body 7.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 2, the screen supporting apparatus comprises a first supporting member 1 and a second supporting member 2; the first support 1 is disposed along a first direction X1, and one side of the first support 1 is for supporting the screen 6; the second support 2 is arranged on one side of the first support 1 away from the screen 6 along the second direction X2 and is capable of supporting the first support 1; wherein the first direction X1 and the second direction X2 are two intersecting directions; the second support 2 can be curled or flattened towards or away from the first support 1.
The screen supporting device can specifically set the first supporting piece 1 along the first direction X1 at intervals and set the second supporting piece 2 along the second direction X2 at intervals, and the second supporting piece 2 can be fixed or detachably arranged on one side of the first supporting piece 1, so that the second supporting piece 2 can stably support the first supporting piece 1.
Because the screen 6 is fixedly arranged on one side of the first support piece 1 far away from the second support piece 2, and the first direction X1 and the second direction X2 are two intersecting directions, the first support piece 1 and the second support piece 2 can support the screen 6 along two different directions, and the supporting rigidity of the screen 6 is fully ensured; and the structural rigidity of the corresponding point position of the screen 6 can be additionally enhanced by the connecting point formed by the intersection of the first supporting piece 1 and the second supporting piece 2; besides, since the second supporting piece 2 can curl or unfold towards or away from the first supporting piece 1, the first supporting piece 1 can be driven to complete the screen 6 winding by only curling the second supporting piece 2 towards or away from the first supporting piece 1, and the first supporting piece 1 can be driven to complete the screen 6 unfolding by only unfolding the second supporting piece 2 towards or away from the first supporting piece 1.
In summary, the screen supporting device has the advantages of convenient winding and unwinding of the screen 6, supporting of the screen 6 in two different directions, and realization of improving of structural rigidity of the screen 6 at a certain point.
The electronic equipment comprises the screen supporting device, can realize all the beneficial effects, is not repeated here, and can be particularly used for mobile phones, flat plates, notebook computers and the like which can be assembled with the screen supporting device.
It should be noted that, the screen supporting device provided in this embodiment is mainly used for cooperating with a flexible display screen, where the flexible display screen may be curled, folded or stretched to open when in use, so as to reduce the storage space when in storage or obtain a larger display screen.
Of course, the screen supporting device can also be used in combination with a traditional hard screen, and the hard screen can be particularly arranged at a plurality of blocks on one side of the first supporting piece 1 far away from the second supporting piece 2, so that when the second supporting piece 2 curls towards or away from the first supporting piece 1, the hard screen cannot be broken and damaged, and the storage space occupied by the hard screen during storage can be reduced.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the second support 2 is able to store elastic potential energy during crimping, and release elastic potential energy during flattening; the second support 2 can also be kept flat after the complete release of the elastic potential energy to stably support the first support 1.
The second supporting member 2 may be made of a spring steel material for making a spring, such as manganese steel, and the second supporting member 2 may be made of a sheet strip, so that the second supporting member 2 can keep straight and has a certain plasticity in a normal state, so that when the second supporting member 2 curls towards or away from the first supporting member 1, the second supporting member 2 can store elastic potential energy, when the second supporting member 2 curls towards or away from the first supporting member 1, the second supporting member 2 can release the elastic potential energy, and the second supporting member 2 can be more labor-saving in a flattening process due to release of the elastic potential energy in the flattening process, and can keep a normal straight state after the elastic potential energy is completely released, so that the second supporting member 2 can more stably support the first supporting member 1.
The specific setting mode of the second supporting piece 2 not only can ensure the normal curling and flattening performances of the second supporting piece 2, but also can ensure that the flattening process is more labor-saving by means of the released self elastic potential energy, and the second supporting piece 2 can keep a normal straight state after the elastic potential energy is completely released, so that the second supporting piece 2 can support the first supporting piece 1 more stably.
In an alternative of this embodiment, at least one arc-shaped section 21 is provided in the section of the second support 2 along the extension direction of the second support 2; wherein, when the second supporting piece 2 is curled, the arc section 21 is elastically deformed to reduce the radian of the second supporting piece; when the second support 2 is flat, the arc-shaped section 21 is elastically deformed to increase the radian of the second support.
In particular, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, when the second support member 2 has an arc-shaped section 21 in the cross section along the extending direction, the second support member 2 may be configured to have an arc shape formed by stretching an arc, similar to the steel tape of the prior art, so that the second support member 2 may be better kept straight in a normal state, that is, the second support member 2 may be more stably supported by the first support member 1 in a flat state.
When the second support piece 2 is curled, the arc-shaped section 21 is elastically deformed to enable the radian of the second support piece 2 to be reduced, so that elastic potential energy can be stored, and when the second support piece 2 is flat, the arc-shaped section 21 is elastically deformed to enable the radian of the second support piece 2 to be increased, so that the elastic potential energy can be released, and the novel elastic potential energy curling device has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to curl flat.
The arc-shaped section 21 is arranged in the second supporting piece 2, and the elastic potential energy can be stored or released flexibly by changing the radian of the arc-shaped section 21, so that the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to curl and capable of enabling the second supporting piece 2 to be kept straight and stable under a flattening normal state, and supporting the first supporting piece 1.
Of course, a plurality of arc-shaped sections 21 may also be provided in the cross section of the second support member 2 in the extending direction, for example, when two arc-shaped sections 21 are provided, the two arc-shaped sections 21 may be connected in an "m" shape, an "S" shape, or the like, and of course, the arc-shaped sections 21 may be provided in three, four, or more.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the opening of the arcuate segment 21 is arranged towards the first support 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the opening of the arc-shaped section 21 is disposed toward the first support member 1, at this time, the second support member 2 may be curled away from the first support member 1, and as further shown in fig. 3, at this time, the screen 6 sequentially wraps the first support member 1, the second support member 2 and is wound into a spiral shape. During the crimping process of the second support 2 away from the first support 1, the two ends of the arc-shaped section 21 are gradually and relatively far away, so that the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 is gradually reduced, and elastic potential energy is stored. When the two ends of the arc-shaped section 21 are relatively far apart to a maximum distance, i.e. when the arc-shaped section 21 is extended to a straight line, the second support member 2 reaches a maximum degree of curling, and the arc-shaped section 21 is bent to be closely attached to the first support member 1.
The opening of the arc-shaped section 21 is arranged towards the first supporting piece 1, and when the second supporting piece 2 is curled, the screen 6 can sequentially wrap the first supporting piece 1 and the second supporting piece 2 and is wound into a spiral shape, so that the wound screen 6 can still display information towards the projection of the external part.
In an alternative to this embodiment, at least one of the two ends of the arcuate segment 21 is connected to the first support 1.
The connection of the two ends of the arc-shaped section 21 with the first supporting member 1 refers to a connection in a broad sense, and includes a connection manner such as a fixed connection, a movable connection, a limiting clamping connection and the like.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, one end of the arc-shaped section 21 is fixedly connected with the first support member 1, and the other end of the arc-shaped section 21 is movably connected with the first support member 1, where the movable connection mode is as follows: the clamping groove is formed in the first supporting piece 1, and the movable end of the arc-shaped section 21 partially stretches into the clamping groove, so that when the second supporting piece 2 is curled, the movable end of the arc-shaped section 21 can move away from the other end relatively, and the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 can be gradually reduced in the curling process of the second supporting piece 2.
Of course, the two ends of the arc-shaped section 21 may be movably connected with the first support member 1 in the above-mentioned movable connection manner, so that when the second support member 2 is curled, the two movable ends of the arc-shaped section 21 can move away from each other and away from each other, and the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 can be gradually reduced in the curling process of the second support member 2.
In addition, one end of the arc-shaped section 21 may be fixedly connected to the first support member 1, and the other end of the arc-shaped section 21 is directly not connected to the first support member 1, so that when the second support member 2 is curled, the non-connected end of the arc-shaped section 21 can move away from the other end, and the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 can be gradually reduced in the curling process of the second support member 2.
In summary, at least one end of the arc-shaped section 21 is connected with the first support member 1, so that the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 can be gradually reduced in the curling process of the second support member 2 while the stable installation and connection of the second support member 2 and the first support member 1 are ensured, and the second support member 2 can continuously store elastic potential energy in the bending process.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the opening of the arcuate segment 21 is arranged facing away from the first support 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the opening of the arc-shaped section 21 is disposed away from the first support member 1, at this time, the second support member 2 may be curled toward the first support member 1, and as further shown in fig. 6, at this time, the screen 6 is wrapped and wound into a spiral shape by the second support member 2 and the first support member 1 of the screen 6 in sequence. During the process of crimping the second support 2 towards the first support 1, the two ends of the arc-shaped section 21 are gradually relatively far away, so that the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 is gradually reduced, and elastic potential energy is stored.
The opening of the arc-shaped section 21 is arranged away from the first supporting piece 1, when the screen 6 is wound, the second supporting piece 2 and the first supporting piece 1 are sequentially wrapped outside the screen 6, and the protection effect on the screen 6 during winding can be improved.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the middle of the arcuate segment 21 is connected to the first support 1.
The middle part of the arc-shaped section 21 is connected with the first supporting piece 1, and the connection refers to the connection in a broad sense, and comprises the connection modes of fixed connection, movable connection, limiting clamping connection and the like.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the center point of the middle part of the arc-shaped section 21 may be fixedly connected with the first support member 1, so that when the second support member 2 is curled toward the first support member 1, both ends of the arc-shaped section 21 can move away from each other, so that the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 is gradually reduced in the curling process of the second support member 2.
Therefore, the middle part of the arc-shaped section 21 is connected with the first supporting piece 1, and the second supporting piece 2 and the first supporting piece 1 are stably installed and connected, and meanwhile, the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 can be gradually reduced in the curling process of the second supporting piece 2, so that the second supporting piece 2 can continuously store elastic potential energy in the bending process.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the second support 2 comprises at least two support sub-elements 22; the openings of the arcuate segments 21 in the two support sub-members 22 are oppositely disposed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, at least two support sub-members 22 are provided for the second support member 2, and the openings of the arc-shaped sections 21 in the two support sub-members 22 are provided opposite to each other, so that the second support member 2 can be curled toward the first support member 1, and the second support member 2 can be curled away from the first support member 1. And in the process of crimping, the two ends of the arc-shaped section 21 in the support sub-piece 22 relatively move away from each other, so that the bending radian of the arc-shaped section 21 is gradually reduced, and the second support piece 2 can continuously store elastic potential energy in the bending process.
Of course, more support members 22 may be provided, for example, four support members 22 may be provided, and the support members 22 may be stacked two by two, and then the openings of the arc segments 21 may be disposed opposite to each other.
The second supporting piece 2 is provided with at least two supporting sub-pieces 22, and openings of arc-shaped sections 21 in the two supporting sub-pieces 22 are oppositely arranged, so that the second supporting piece 2 can be curled towards the first supporting piece 1, the second supporting piece 2 can be curled away from the first supporting piece 1, and the second supporting piece 2 can store more elastic potential energy in the curling process, so that the screen 6 can be more labor-saving in the flattening process along with the second supporting piece 2.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the arc length of the arc-shaped section 21 in the cross section of the second support 2 is gradually varied along the extension direction of the second support 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, at this time, the arc length of the arc-shaped section 21 in the cross section of the second support member 2 is increased and then decreased in the extending direction of the second support member 2, so that when the second support member 2 is curled along one end of the second support member 2, the arc length of the arc-shaped section 21 in the end cross section of the second support member 2 is set smaller due to the smaller curl radius at the time of initial curling and the larger curl amplitude of the second support member 2, so that the second support member 2 can be more labor-saving at the time of initial curling.
The arc length of the arc-shaped section 21 at the middle part of the second support 2 is set to be larger, because the curling radius is gradually increased and the curling amplitude of the second support 2 is gradually reduced along with the continuous curling of the second support 2, and the arc-shaped section 21 with larger arc length can store more elastic potential energy in the curling process, so that even if the curling amplitude of the second support 2 is smaller, all parts of the second support 2 can release more elastic potential energy in the flattening process, and the screen 6 can be more labor-saving in all the flattening processes along with the second support 2.
Of course, the above-mentioned change of the arc length of the arc-shaped section 21 in the cross section of the second support member 2 along the extending direction of the second support member 2 is not limited to the above-mentioned increase and decrease, but may be other changes.
Therefore, the arc length of the arc-shaped section 21 is gradually changed along the extending direction of the second support member 2, so that the second support member 2 can adapt to different curling amplitudes according to different curling radiuses in the curling process, and the curling flattening process of the second support member 2 is smoother.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the second support 2 is a strip-shaped sheet; the second support 2 is connected to one side of the first support 1 extending in the first direction X1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the second supporting member 2 is a strip-shaped sheet member and is connected to one side of the first supporting member 1 in an extending manner along the first direction X1, so that the second supporting member 2 is arranged vertically to the first supporting members 1 arranged at intervals along the first direction X1, and when the second supporting member 2 drives the first supporting members 1 to wind, the plurality of first supporting members 1 can wind into a cylindrical shape with two flush ends, so that the screen supporting device occupies a smaller space along the second direction X2 after the screen 6 is wound; moreover, the strip-shaped sheet-shaped second supporting piece 2 can also lift the winding radius of the screen 6 to be smaller, so that the screen supporting device occupies smaller space along the first direction X1 after winding the screen 6.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the screen support means comprises an elastic support plate 3; the elastic support plate 3 is provided at one side of the first support 1, and the elastic support plate 3 can be curled toward or away from the first support 1; the elastic support plate 3 is provided with a plurality of hollowed-out areas 31 at intervals along the second direction X2; the hollow area 31 is provided with a supporting bar connected with the elastic supporting plate 3, and the supporting bar is bent to form the second supporting piece 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, when the second support member 2 is manufactured, a plurality of parallel gaps may be first formed on the elastic support plate 3 along the second direction X2, so that a support bar is formed between two adjacent gaps along the second direction X2, and then the support bar is bent by a stamping process to form the second support member 2.
Through setting up foretell elastic support board 3, and processing into a plurality of second support piece 2 with the part plate body of elastic support board 3, through installing elastic support board 3 direct mount in one side of first support piece 1 like this, can make a plurality of second support pieces 2 install simultaneously along with this and set up in one side of first support piece 1, be convenient for assemble, and elastic support board 3 can curl, flattening together with second support piece 2 moreover, can not influence this screen strutting arrangement's normal rolling, flattening function.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the elastic support plate 3 is provided with a plurality of hollow grooves 32 at intervals along the first direction X1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, the same hollow grooves 32 may be directly formed on the second support member 2 by a stamping process, and the hollow grooves 32 may specifically extend along the second direction X2, and the hollow grooves 32 may be arranged in a staggered arrangement manner in fig. 11, or may be arranged in a parallel arrangement manner with the ends corresponding to each other.
Through a plurality of fretwork grooves 32 of following first direction X1 interval on the elastic support board 3, when the elastic support board 3 curls like this, fretwork groove 32 can be used for holding the elastic deformation of elastic support board 3, makes the curling process of elastic support board 3 can be more laborsaving, can curl more tightly.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the screen support device further comprises a decorative shell 4; the decorative shell 4 is arranged on one side of the first support 1, and the decorative shell 4 can be curled towards or away from the first support 1; the decorative shell 4 is further provided with a plug 41 recessed away from the first support 1; the second support 2 is detachably mounted to the decorative case 4 through the plug-in portion 41.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12, the decorative shell 4 may also be made of an elastic material, where the decorative shell 4 is provided with a plug-in portion 41 that is recessed away from the first support member 1, and when the decorative shell 4 is mounted on one side of the first support member 1, a plug-in space may be formed between the plug-in portion 41 and the first support member 1, and the second support member 2 is mounted on the decorative shell 4 in a manner of being detachably plugged in the plug-in space. At this time, the second supporting piece 2 is movably abutted with the first supporting piece 1, so as to avoid the screen supporting device from sliding out of the plug-in space in the process of curling, and the plug-in space can be plugged after the second supporting piece 2 is installed in the plug-in space.
The provision of the above-described decorative shell 4 can also have the beneficial effect of facilitating the assembly of the second support 2.
In an alternative of this embodiment, the second support 2 is provided in plurality along the second direction X2; the plurality of second supporting members 2 are arranged in parallel at intervals or staggered along the second direction X2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, a plurality of second supporting members 2 are spaced in parallel along the second direction X2, and the plurality of second supporting members 2 spaced in parallel may be all arranged in a flush arrangement from end to end, or may be arranged in a non-flush staggered arrangement from end to end.
When a plurality of second supporting pieces 2 are arranged in a staggered manner, a plurality of second supporting pieces 2 can be crossed to form a fishing net shape, so that when the crossing point formed by two second supporting pieces 2 is connected with and supported by the first supporting piece 1, the supporting effect on the first supporting piece 1 and the screen 6 can be further improved.
The second supporting members 2 are arranged in parallel along the second direction X2 at intervals or staggered, which can further improve the supporting rigidity of the first supporting member 1 and the screen 6.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the plurality of second supports 2 are equal in size or unequal in size.
When the screen 6 is used, the conditions that different parts of the screen 6 are pressed when a user performs touch operation are different, in general, the corner parts of the screen 6 are pressed less when the user performs touch operation, and the middle parts of the screen 6 are pressed more when the user performs touch operation, so that the second support piece 2 corresponding to the corner parts of the screen 6 can be arranged less, and the second support piece 2 corresponding to the middle parts of the screen 6 can be arranged more greatly, thus the structural rigidity of the screen 6 can be adaptively improved by the second support piece 2 according to the pressing degrees of different parts of the screen 6, and the smaller second support piece 2 stores smaller elastic potential energy in the curling process, so that the screen support device is more labor-saving in the process of rolling the screen 6.
In an alternative to this embodiment, the screen support means comprises a rigid support plate 5; the rigid support plate 5 is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped hollowed-out parts 51 at intervals along the first direction X1; when the second support 2 is curled, the strip-shaped hollowed-out part 51 can be bent, so that the rigid support plate 5 can curl along with the second support 2; the non-hollowed-out portion between two adjacent strip-shaped hollowed-out portions 51 serves as the first supporting member 1.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 13, the rigid support plate 5 may be made of manganese steel and processed into a thin plate shape, and when the first support member 1 is processed and manufactured, a plurality of strip-shaped hollowed-out portions 51 may be directly processed on the rigid support plate 5 at intervals along the first direction X1, and at this time, a non-hollowed-out portion between two adjacent strip-shaped hollowed-out portions 51 may be used as the first support member 1.
Moreover, since the rigidity of the rigid support plate 5 corresponding to the bar-shaped hollowed-out portion 51 is low, elastic bending can occur, so that when the second support member 2 is curled, the rigid support plate 5 can be curled along the first direction X1, so as to ensure the normal rolling function of the screen support device on the screen 6.
By arranging the rigid support plate 5 and hollowing out part of the area of the rigid support plate 5, the plate body in the non-hollowed-out area is directly used as the first support piece 1, so that a plurality of first support pieces 1 can be simultaneously arranged on one side of the first support piece 1 by directly arranging the rigid support plate 5 on one side of the first support piece 1, and the assembly is convenient; and the rigid support plate 5 can be curled and flattened together with the second support member 2 without affecting the normal rolling and flattening functions of the screen support device.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is not intended to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
