In the condensation dehumidification, when the environmental humidity exceeds a preset humidity threshold (such as 50%), the dehumidifier is controlled by the dehumidifier control module 5 to automatically start a condensation dehumidification function, and water molecules in the air of the terminal box are condensed and removed from the box body, so that condensation in the box body is prevented; when the internal temperature of the box body is lower than the set minimum starting temperature (namely the preset temperature threshold value is 5 ℃), the dehumidification machine control module 5 controls the temperature heater to automatically start the heating function to heat; the remote three-remote function mainly has a remote communication function, and can upload the operation data of the dehumidification terminal to a remote data center, and the remote data center can send a remote instruction to control the start and stop of the dehumidification terminal; the fault detection mainly automatically detects the conditions of high temperature alarm, high humidity alarm, temperature sensor fault, humidity sensor fault, intelligent dehumidification terminal fault and the like in the box body, not only can display fault information on site, but also can upload the fault information to a remote data center; the parameter setting not only can be carried out on the spot to set relevant operation parameters, but also can be carried out on the remote data center to send remote instructions to set relevant parameters, and the parameters mainly comprise a dehumidification starting value, a dehumidification return value, a heating starting value, a heating return value and the like.
The small animal invasion real-time online monitoring function realized by the multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device of the transformer substation terminal box in the second embodiment of the invention mainly depends on a microwave induction sensor, the approach of a moving object is detected by utilizing the reflection characteristic of microwave induction in frequency change, the microwave induction belongs to an active detection mode and can reach about 10 meters, the invasion object can be induced at 360 degrees, when the moving object is detected to be in a preset dangerous area (such as 0 m-10 m), the acquired signal is processed and then transmitted to the single chip microcomputer 1 to judge whether the moving object enters a working person or not, the invading animal belongs to which type, and if the moving object is detected to be invaded by the animal, animal invasion alarm information is generated and transmitted to a remote data center to realize alarm.
Meanwhile, the real-time online expelling function of the small animal invasion realized by the multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device of the transformer substation terminal box in the second embodiment of the invention mainly depends on the acousto-optic driving module 6 to control the acoustic output load to start the power amplification function to expel the sound of the moving object outside the transformer substation terminal box. If the small animal is detected to be still close to the wireless communication module 4, the acousto-optic driving module 6 can further enhance the effect by increasing the sound amplitude output by the sound wave output load, and simultaneously transmit the information of the small animal to the remote data center.
It should be noted that the animal sensing module 3 and the acousto-optic driving module 6 mainly prevent possible interference from the outside, and an interference elimination procedure needs to be set. In addition, because the volume difference of the moving object is large, the microwave sensing module 3 only requires to alarm the animals entering the dangerous area, so that a volume judgment program for the moving object needs to be arranged in the single chip microcomputer 1, and the situation that the device sends alarm information when no moving object exists in the detection range or the operation and maintenance personnel enter the sensing area to cause false alarm of the device is avoided.
The embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the temperature and the humidity in the terminal box of the transformer substation are acquired through the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, the invading moving object is detected through the microwave induction sensor, the temperature, the humidity and the volume of the moving object are analyzed in the single chip microcomputer to determine whether temperature and humidity alarm information and/or animal invasion alarm information are generated or not, and when the temperature and humidity alarm information and/or animal invasion alarm information are generated, the temperature and humidity alarm information and the animal invasion alarm information are reported to a manager of a remote data center for alarming, so that the influence of three external environments, namely the temperature, the humidity and the small animals, on the normal operation of the terminal box can be monitored in real time on line;
2. the invention also controls the temperature heater to start to heat the terminal box of the transformer substation when the temperature in the terminal box of the transformer substation is too low (namely the temperature is less than a preset temperature threshold), and controls the dehumidifier to start condensation and dehumidification to condense and remove water molecules in the air of the terminal box of the transformer substation to the outside of the terminal box body to prevent condensation in the terminal box of the transformer substation when the humidity in the terminal box of the transformer substation is too high (namely the humidity is greater than the preset humidity threshold);
3. when an invading moving object exists outside the terminal box of the transformer substation (namely the volume of the moving object is smaller than a preset volume threshold), the sound wave output load outside the terminal box of the transformer substation is controlled by the sound and light driving module to start the power amplification function so as to expel the sound of the moving object;
4. the invention adopts a modular structure design, so that the whole device has a simple structure and is time-saving and labor-saving to operate.

Claims (10)

1. A multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for a transformer substation terminal box is used in the transformer substation terminal box and is characterized by comprising a single chip microcomputer, and a temperature and humidity sensor module, an animal induction module and a wireless communication module which are connected with the single chip microcomputer; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the temperature and humidity sensor module comprises a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor and is used for acquiring the temperature and the humidity in the terminal box of the transformer substation through the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, forming corresponding temperature signals and humidity signals and uploading the temperature signals and the humidity signals to the single chip microcomputer;
the animal induction module is a microwave induction sensor and is used for detecting a moving object invading into a preset dangerous area of the transformer substation terminal box through the reflection characteristic and the frequency change of microwave induction of the microwave induction sensor, and forming a corresponding detection signal and uploading the detection signal to the single chip microcomputer;
the single chip microcomputer is used for receiving and processing the temperature signal and the humidity signal uploaded by the temperature and humidity sensor module, and generating temperature and humidity alarm information when the temperature obtained by processing is smaller than a preset temperature threshold value or the humidity obtained by processing is larger than a preset humidity threshold value; receiving and analyzing the detection signal uploaded by the animal induction module, and generating animal invasion alarm information when the volume of the moving object obtained by comparison and analysis is smaller than a preset volume threshold value;
the wireless communication module is connected with a remote data center and used for forwarding the temperature and humidity alarm information and the animal invasion alarm information generated by the single chip microcomputer to the remote data center so as to realize alarming for an administrator.
2. The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for the substation terminal box according to claim 1, further comprising: the dehumidifier control module is connected with the single chip microcomputer; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the dehumidifier control module is also connected with a dehumidifier and a temperature heater which are preset in the transformer substation terminal box, and is used for generating a heating control instruction and sending the heating control instruction to the temperature heater after receiving a heating instruction which is generated when the temperature obtained by comparison and processing of the single chip microcomputer is smaller than the preset temperature threshold value so as to control the temperature heater to start to heat and heat the transformer substation terminal box; or after a dehumidification instruction generated when the humidity obtained by comparison and processing of the single chip microcomputer is greater than the preset humidity threshold value is received, a dehumidification control instruction is generated and sent to the dehumidifier to control the dehumidifier to start condensation and dehumidification, and water molecules in the air of the transformer substation terminal box are condensed and removed from the box body to prevent condensation from being generated in the transformer substation terminal box.
3. The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for the substation terminal box according to claim 2, further comprising: the acousto-optic driving module is connected with the single chip microcomputer; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the acousto-optic driving module is also connected with a sound wave output load preset outside the transformer substation terminal box and used for generating an acousto-optic driving control command and issuing the acousto-optic driving control command to the sound wave output load after receiving an animal expelling command generated when the moving object volume obtained by comparing and analyzing the singlechip is smaller than the preset volume threshold value so as to control the sound wave output load to start a power amplification function and carry out sound expelling on the moving object outside the transformer substation terminal box.
4. The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for the substation terminal box according to claim 3, further comprising: the key display module is connected with the singlechip; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the key display module is used for displaying temperature, humidity and temperature and humidity alarm information obtained by the single chip microcomputer processing, and displaying moving object volume and animal invasion information obtained by the single chip microcomputer analyzing; and receiving the operation modified by any one instruction of the temperature-raising instruction, the dehumidifying instruction and the animal expelling instruction generated by the single chip microcomputer and responded by a user.
5. The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for the substation terminal box according to claim 4, further comprising: the clock module is connected with the singlechip; the clock module is used for providing clock service for the single chip microcomputer.

The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for the substation terminal box according to claim 5, further comprising: the data storage module is connected with the single chip microcomputer; and the data storage module is used for storing data and instructions obtained by processing and analyzing the single chip microcomputer.

The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device for the substation terminal box according to claim 6, further comprising: the power supply module is connected with the single chip microcomputer; the power module is used for supplying power to the single chip microcomputer and modules except the single chip microcomputer.

The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device of the substation terminal box according to claim 7, wherein the single chip microcomputer is an STC12C5a60S2 series single chip microcomputer, and the series single chip microcomputer is provided with a reset circuit, a PMW output and 8-way 10-bit AD analog-to-digital conversion; the model of the power supply module is SPX29302T 5; the wireless communication module adopts the model of SIM 900A.
9. The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device of the substation terminal box according to claim 8, wherein the temperature sensor is of a model TMP102, and the chip height is 0.58 mm; the humidity sensor is DHT 11.
10. The multifunctional external environment real-time online monitoring device of the substation terminal box according to claim 9, wherein the microwave sensor is of a type HT7610A, and has a clock frequency of 16 kHz.
