The data transmission method provided by the application can be applied to an LTE system, an LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) system or other wireless communication systems adopting various wireless access technologies, such as systems adopting access technologies of code division multiple access, frequency division multiple access, time division multiple access, orthogonal frequency division multiple access, Carrier Aggregation (CA) and the like. Furthermore, it may also be applicable to use of a subsequent evolution system, such as a fifth generation 5G system, etc.
It should be understood that although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 1 and 2 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1 and 2 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a routing policy updating apparatus is provided, which may include:
an output module 110, configured to output change information when a routing policy update condition is satisfied; the change information is used for indicating a network side to inquire a matched routing strategy; the updating condition of the routing strategy comprises any one or any combination of request for network access and occurrence of application program change;
an updating module 120, configured to update local routing according to a routing policy if the routing policy fed back by the network side is received.
In one embodiment, the change information may include a set of application identifiers and user identification codes corresponding to the installed application programs;
the output module is also used for transmitting the change information to the network side under the condition of requesting network access; the change information is used for indicating the network side to inquire the user subscription data based on the user identification code and inquiring the set of the application identifiers corresponding to the application programs which are installed in a matching mode and the routing strategy of the user subscription data.
In one embodiment, the change information may include a set of application identifiers corresponding to each installed application; the occurrence of an application change may include an increase or decrease in installed applications;
the output module is also used for transmitting the change information to the network side under the condition that the application program changes; the change information is used for indicating a network side to inquire a set of application identifiers corresponding to each application program which is installed in a matching mode and a routing strategy of user subscription data.
In one embodiment, the output module is further configured to output the change information through control plane signaling or user plane data transmission.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a routing policy updating apparatus is provided, which may include:
a receiving module 210, configured to receive change information output by a terminal when a routing policy update condition is satisfied; the updating condition of the routing strategy comprises any one or any combination of the request of the terminal for network access and the change of the terminal application program;
the query module 220 is configured to query the routing policy matching the change information and output the routing policy to the terminal; the routing policy is used to instruct the terminal to update the local routing.
In one embodiment, the change information may include a set of application identifiers and user identification codes corresponding to the application programs installed in the terminal;
the query module is further used for querying the user subscription data based on the user identification code, querying a set of application identifiers corresponding to each application program installed in the matched terminal and outputting the routing strategy of the user subscription data to the terminal.
In one embodiment, the terminal application change may include an increase or decrease of the terminal-installed application; the change information may include a set of application identifiers corresponding to respective application programs installed by the terminal;
the query module is further used for querying and outputting a set of application identifiers corresponding to each application program installed in the matched terminal and a routing strategy of the user subscription data to the terminal.
For the specific definition of the routing policy updating module, reference may be made to the above definition of the routing policy updating method, which is not described herein again. Each of the routing policy detailing modules described above can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In one embodiment, a terminal is provided for implementing the steps of the above method.
Specifically, the terminal of the present application can actively output change information to the network side when the update condition of the routing strategy is satisfied, where the change information is used to indicate the network side to query the matching routing strategy, and the terminal updates the local routing according to the routing strategy fed back by the network side, that is, the terminal of the present application can actively trigger the update process of the URSP when the local application program changes, so as to refine the slice management and improve the accuracy of the routing strategy.
In one embodiment, a network side device is provided, and the network side device is configured to implement the steps of the method described above.
Specifically, the network side of the present application can query and output a routing policy matching the change information when receiving the change information output by the terminal when the change information satisfies the routing policy update condition, where the routing policy is used to instruct the terminal to update the local routing, so that the network side of the present application can continue to perform independent and refined slice management on the terminal according to the change information actively sent by the terminal, configure a suitable routing policy for the terminal, and improve the accuracy of routing policy configuration.
In one embodiment, a system is provided, which includes the terminal and the network side device.
In one example, the workflow of the system may be as shown in FIG. 5.
Specifically, when a user requests to access the network, the terminal updates through Registration message or user plane UP data, and changes information of application identifiers (APP ID Set) and user identification codes corresponding to application programs installed in the terminal are connected to the gNB through a wireless transmission network; selecting a home AMF by the gNB through the AMF; AMF inquires UDM, inquires user subscription data, obtains account opening and subscription information of the user, and returns the information to AMF; AMF inquires URSP matched with user subscription data and APP ID Set from PCF; AMF carries the related URSP to gNB through Registration message; the gNB informs the UE to update the local URSP; when the APP installed by the terminal changes, the terminal actively informs the network, the gNB transmits the change information including the Set of application identifiers (APP ID Set) corresponding to each installed application program to the PCF, the PCF renews the URSP, and the AMF transmits the updated URSP to the terminal through the gNB, so that the local URSP of the terminal is updated. According to the method and the device, the network terminal can be subjected to independent and refined network slicing through the network side, and the adaptability of communication connection between the terminal and the network is improved.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
In the description herein, references to the description of "some embodiments," "other embodiments," "desired embodiments," etc., mean that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. In this specification, a schematic description of the above terminology may not necessarily refer to the same embodiment or example.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A method for updating a routing policy, comprising:
outputting change information under the condition of meeting the updating condition of the routing strategy; the change information is used for indicating a network side to inquire a matched routing strategy; the routing strategy updating condition comprises any one or any combination of request for network access and occurrence of application program change;
and if the routing strategy fed back by the network side is received, updating local routing according to the routing strategy.
2. The routing policy updating method according to claim 1, wherein the change information includes a set of application identifiers and user identification codes corresponding to each installed application;
the step of outputting the change information when the routing policy update condition is satisfied includes:
transmitting the change information to the network side under the condition of requesting network access; the change information is used for indicating the network side to inquire user subscription data based on the user identification code, and inquiring the set of application identifiers corresponding to the installed application programs and the routing strategy of the user subscription data.
3. The routing policy updating method according to claim 1, wherein the change information includes a set of application identifiers corresponding to each installed application; the occurrence of an application change comprises an increase or decrease in installed applications;
the step of outputting the change information when the routing policy update condition is satisfied includes:
transmitting the change information to the network side when the application program changes; the change information is used for indicating the network side to inquire the routing strategy matching the set of the application identifiers corresponding to the installed application programs and the user subscription data.
4. The routing policy updating method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the step of outputting change information further comprises:
and outputting the change information through control plane signaling or user plane data transmission.
5. A method for updating a routing policy, comprising:
receiving change information output by a terminal under the condition of meeting a routing strategy updating condition; the routing strategy updating condition comprises any one or any combination of the terminal requesting network access and the terminal generating application program change;
inquiring a routing strategy matched with the change information and outputting the routing strategy to the terminal; the routing strategy is used for indicating the terminal to update local routing.
6. The routing policy updating method according to claim 5, wherein the change information includes a set of application identifiers and user identities corresponding to respective application programs installed in the terminal;
the step of inquiring the routing strategy matched with the change information and outputting the routing strategy to the terminal comprises the following steps:
and inquiring user subscription data based on the user identification code, and inquiring and matching a set of application identifiers corresponding to each application program installed in the terminal and the routing strategy of the user subscription data to output to the terminal.
7. The routing policy updating method according to claim 5, wherein the terminal having an application change comprises an increase or decrease of terminal-installed applications; the change information includes a set of application identifiers corresponding to each application program installed in the terminal;
the step of inquiring the routing strategy matched with the change information and outputting the routing strategy to the terminal comprises the following steps:
and inquiring and outputting the routing strategy matching the set of the application identifiers corresponding to the application programs installed in the terminal and the user signed data to the terminal.
8. A terminal, characterized in that it is adapted to implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
9. A network side device, characterized in that the network side device is configured to implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 5 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
