Description

Information sharing method and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information processing technologies, and in particular, to an information sharing method and an electronic device.
Background
The commodity object information system (or electronic commerce system and the like) can provide the functions of browsing, ordering, paying and the like of commodity objects for users, so that the users can purchase favorite commodities on line. However, in practical applications, a user often needs to communicate with other users during online shopping. For example, a user a may be on line watching a commodity, want to solicit comments from user B before making an order, or if user a is an elderly person or the like, may not know how to make an order, how to use coupons, etc., and thus need to seek assistance from user B, etc.
In the prior art, user a may call user B, describe the condition of the merchandise it is browsing and its needs, and then provide comments or assistance to user B. However, the user a has difficulty in clearly describing the merchandise it browses by means of a pure language description, so that the communication effect is also affected. Alternatively, the above object can be achieved by means of an instant messaging system. For example, the user a may also perform a message conversation or a voice/video conversation with the user B through the instant messaging system, and may also send a link or a screenshot of the commodity that the user B is browsing to the user B through the instant messaging system, and the user B may enter into the commodity object information system through the link to view the details of the commodity, or may search by inputting the name of the commodity in the screenshot into the commodity object information system to find the corresponding commodity for viewing the details. Then, returning to the instant messaging system, comments or assistance are provided to the user a according to the needs of the user a, and so on.
In the above manner, the communication between users can be realized by means of the instant messaging system, but both communication parties need to switch back and forth between the commodity object information system and the instant messaging system for a plurality of times, so that the communication cost of both parties is relatively high.
Therefore, how to help users in the commodity object information system communicate with other users more efficiently is a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

According to the embodiment of the application, the commodity sharing browsing mode can be provided in the commodity object information system. The initiator user can initiate a request for starting a commodity sharing browsing mode in the commodity object information system, and correspondingly, the server side can create a commodity sharing session for the initiator user and invite other users to join in the commodity sharing session. And then, each participant user of the target session can communicate and exchange based on the commodity sharing session, and an operation area of the commodity sharing session can be displayed on the upper layer of a client interface of the current user, so that commodity sharing service corresponding to the operation can be provided for the current user according to the operation executed by the current user in the commodity sharing session operation area. . Therefore, the user can realize social shopping with other users directly through the commodity object information system without switching back and forth between the commodity object information system and the social network system. The simulation restoration of the shopping scene that a plurality of people shop together in the real world is realized, and an immersive shopping experience can be provided for the user. In addition, the operation area of the commodity sharing session is displayed on the upper layer of the client interface of the current user, and the current user can acquire commodity sharing service by executing specific operation in the operation area, so that the commodity sharing process can be carried out while communication, and the normal browsing process of the user is not interfered.
In the embodiment of the application, different participant users in the same commodity sharing session can be in a peer-to-peer relationship, any participant user can execute the operation of viewing the current browsing content of other participant users through the operation area, and then the current browsing content of other participant users can be displayed in the client interface of the current user. In this way, any participant user can freely and actively select when to view the current browsing content of which person, rather than passively receiving the content shared by other participant users.
In addition, a particular merchandise sharing session may support a session of voice or video calls. Specifically, the embodiment of the application can also provide an implementation mode of voice or video call capability in the commodity object information system based on the conference mode, so that the voice/video data stream can be distributed through a CDN (intranet distribution network) link, the bandwidth advantage, the point distribution advantage and the scale advantage of the CDN are fully utilized, and the implementation cost is reduced. Meanwhile, low delay can be realized based on heterogeneous nodes of the center cloud and the edge cloud of the CDN. And a network structure constructed by adopting a dynamic routing mode can be supported on the networking, so that the internal links are shortened, the cost in the node is reduced, and the internal link delay can be further reduced. In summary, a smooth voice or video call experience can be provided to the user at a lower cost.
In the aspect of browsing content sharing among participant users, different sharing modes such as 'real-time baby sharing' and 'screen-throwing interaction' can be provided. Any first participant user can select any other second participant user to view the content being browsed by the second participant user. In the 'real-time baby sharing' mode, page links of commodity objects browsed by the second participant user can be directly provided for the first participant user client side, so that the first participant user client side jumps to the page of the commodity objects browsed by the second participant user to display. In the 'screen-throwing interaction' scene, an instruction for collecting the screen image data stream can be sent to the second participant user client, so that the content which is being browsed and operated by the second participant user client can be synchronously thrown to the first participant user client for display by sending a single screen image data stream to the first participant user client.
In addition, a function of sharing a shopping cart can be provided, so that a plurality of participant users in a mode of 'shopping together' can add commodity objects into the sharing shopping cart, and the participant users can select and settle accounts of specific commodity objects through the 'sharing shopping cart'. In this way, collaborative shopping between different participant users can be achieved. For example, even if a certain participant user does not browse a certain commodity object, purchase of the commodity object can still be achieved in the shared shopping cart according to the purchase operation of other participant users, and so on.
Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to practice the application to achieve all of the advantages set forth above at the same time.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which are derived by a person skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application, fall within the scope of protection of the application.
In the embodiment of the application, the user in the commodity object information system is helped to communicate with other users more efficiently, and a social shopping mode can be provided based on the commodity object information system. In this way, the commodity object information system can provide a "strolling" function entry for the user, the initiator user can issue a "strolling" offer, and the server can create a content sharing session for the user. After the invited counterpart user(s), the initiator user and the user who accepted the invitation may become participant users of the content sharing session. And then, the users of all the participants can communicate and exchange based on the content sharing session in the commodity object information system, and the browsing content can be shared among the users of different participants, so that the simulation restoration of scenes such as shopping and the like of two or more people together in the real world is realized.
The specific content sharing session may include a session supporting voice/video call, where the user may share browsing content while performing voice/video call with other participant users. Of course, in this manner, the ability to provide voice or video calls in the merchandise object information system is required. However, the merchandise object information system is not based on social functions after all, and thus, problems of construction costs may need to be considered when providing voice or video call capability; of course, the cost is controlled, and meanwhile, the smoothness, low delay and the like of voice or video call are also realized as much as possible. In addition, the specific "strolling" function needs to be supported in a scene such as a mobile terminal that is more suitable for the use habit of the user, and the mobile terminal has the characteristics of smaller screen, so how to facilitate the user to browse is a problem to be considered, and the like. Therefore, in the specific implementation, the implementation mode of the voice or video call capability, the design of the interactive interface and the like can be optimally designed, so that the user can use the functions more conveniently and comfortably.
In terms of voice or video call capability, in order to reduce the cost of voice or video call, the embodiment of the present application does not directly use a communication link to provide voice or video call capability, but can provide voice or video call capability to a user through a voice or video conference mode. In the manner of providing voice or video call capability through the conference mode, the voice/video stream can be distributed through a CDN (content distribution network) link, so that the bandwidth advantage, the point distribution advantage and the scale advantage of the CDN can be fully utilized, and heterogeneous nodes can be constructed based on the center cloud and the edge cloud of the CDN by shortening the internal link, so that the cost in the nodes is lower and the time delay is shorter. In addition, the voice or video call capability provided based on the conference mode can be used for more conveniently expanding the number of participants, so that not only can the call of 1 to 1 be supported, but also the call among multiple persons can be supported, and the like.
In particular, in terms of voice/video call capability implementation, a particular processing link may be: when a certain initiator user initiates a 'together shopping' request, a server can create an audio and video conference room (also called an audio and video conference session), a session ID is provided for an initiator client, and the initiator client can create an audio and video multimedia stream and push the stream to the server; meanwhile, the session ID of the initiator user can also be used for initiating an invitation instruction to a target user selected by the user, the instruction can carry encrypted session ID and other information, and then the target user is subjected to dialing. When the target user receives the invitation, if the client of the specific commodity object information system is opened, a drift bar for answering the call invitation can be displayed in a corresponding client interface, and after the invitation is accepted, a corresponding session ID can be obtained and added into the audio-video conference. And then, the audio and video streams of the user can be uploaded to the server. The server side can also perform bidirectional authentication, and stream the audio and video uploaded by the client side to other participant user client sides associated with the same session ID for pushing. Thus, each participant user can receive a plurality of audio and video streams in the own client, including own uplink audio and video streams and downlink audio and video streams provided by the server for other participant users.
In addition, in providing voice or video call capability in the merchandise object information system, the following problems may occur due to limitations of the operating system or the like: if a participant user transitions an application client of the merchandise object information system to a background mode of operation in the middle of a "stroll" mode, the voice or video call may be interrupted (the user's upstream may be disconnected and thus the user may be able to receive the other participant's data stream, but the other participant user may not be able to receive the user's data stream). Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the call maintenance capability can be applied to the operation system, so that even if a certain participant user changes the client into the background operation mode halfway, the condition that the call is interrupted can not occur.
In the aspect of interactive interface design, because the mobile terminal display screen is smaller, the content which is browsed by a plurality of users is displayed simultaneously in different areas of the screen visual window in a split screen mode. Therefore, in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, in the process of voice or video call of a plurality of participant users, the browsing content of the user in the commodity object information system can be continuously displayed in the client interface of each participant user, but at the same time, an operation area for displaying the commodity sharing session can be provided at the upper layer of the client interface of the current participant user. For example, the operation area may be provided by a prompt bar floating on the upper layer of the client interface of the current participant. Specifically, the operation area may specifically include user identification information such as an avatar and a nickname of the participant user, and optionally, may also include summary information such as a title of a commodity object that is being browsed by other participant users. Additionally, operational options for viewing the current browsing content of other participant users may also be included. Through the sharing operation option, the content which is browsed by other participant users can be displayed in the client interface of the current user.
That is, in the above manner, if a certain first user does not need to view the browsing content of other participant users, the browsing content searched by the user through navigation, searching and other manners can be continuously browsed in the client interface; if it is desired to view the current viewing content of other participant users, then the choice of when to view what participant users are viewing content instead of passively receiving content that some other participant user is sharing outside. When the user returns from the browsing content interface of other participant users, the user can also return to the previous browsing content interface to continue to display. That is, according to the embodiment of the application, in the commodity object information system, the participant users can share the content while making a voice/video call, and the normal browsing process of the participant users is not disturbed by the process of sharing the content while making a call.
From the perspective of a data transmission link, a specific participant user client can provide abstract information such as ID, title, picture and the like of a commodity object browsed by a participant user to a server, and the server can encode and the like according to a preset protocol and provide the abstract information to other participant user clients in the same conference. After receiving the information, the client can decode according to the corresponding protocol, and then display the information through the operation area.
The specific commodity sharing mode can include multiple modes such as 'real-time commodity sharing' and 'screen-throwing interaction'. In the "real-time commodity sharing" mode, if the current participant user a clicks an operation control corresponding to the head portrait of some other participant B, a commodity information page browsed by the participant B can be displayed in the terminal device of the current participant user a. For example, participant a is browsing commodity object 1, and after establishing a "stroll-in" mode with participant B, a prompt bar may be provided at the upper layer of the detail page of commodity object 1, including summary information (including commodity title, etc.) of commodity 2 being browsed by participant B; after the participant a clicks the prompt bar corresponding to the participant B, the server may provide the link of the commodity object being browsed by the participant B to the client of the participant a, where the client of the participant a loads and displays the commodity object page corresponding to the link, and then the interface of the participant a does not display the commodity 1 any more, but switches to display the commodity 2 being browsed by the participant B. Of course, in the process of browsing the commodity 2 by the participant a, if a return or backward operation is performed, the user may return to the detail page of the previously browsed commodity 1 for display.
In the screen-throwing interaction mode, the current participant A can select to view the content displayed in the screens of other participant users B in the screen-throwing interaction mode, and then the content displayed in the screens of the participant B can be thrown into the screen of the terminal equipment of the participant user A for display. The screen-throwing mode is different from the real-time baby sharing mode in that after entering the screen-throwing mode, various operations (such as operations of rotating, displacing, changing the visual angle and the like when viewing certain commodity object information in the 3D mode) executed by the participant B in the screen are synchronized to the terminal equipment screen of the participant user A for display. That is, when the content shown in the participant B screen changes, the content shown in the participant user a screen also needs to change. Therefore, the real screen projection technology needs to be used for implementation, and simulation cannot be performed by means of page links. Specifically, the screen image data stream of the participant B may be adopted, and then the collected screen image data stream may be used as a single uplink data stream to be uploaded to the server, so that the server may push the screen image data stream to the participant a requesting to throw the screen, and thus, the screen image data stream of the participant B may be displayed in the interface of the participant a, so that the screen content of the participant B is thrown into the screen of the participant a to be displayed.
Besides the method of 'real-time commodity sharing', 'screen-throwing interaction', the browsing content sharing among the participant users can be realized, and other more functions can be provided. For example, collaboration between different participant users may be included, and specific collaboration may be embodied in "shared shopping cart," "direct ordering," and so forth. For example, in the "strolling" mode, when a participant user performs a "shopping cart joining" operation on a browsed merchandise object (may be a merchandise object that is searched by himself or herself through searching, navigation, or the like, or may be a merchandise object shared by other participant users), a specific merchandise object may enter into a "shared shopping cart". Meanwhile, the server side can add a commodity object to the shared shopping cart by one participant user, generate an instruction and send the instruction to other participant users, and the client side of the other participant users can display the information of the commodity object in the shared shopping cart by executing a mode of refreshing the shared shopping cart. That is, a "shared shopping cart" may include merchandise objects that multiple participant users join the shopping cart during a "stroll together" process. And, participant users can view commodity objects which are respectively added into the shared shopping cart by themselves and other participant users, and operations such as choosing and ordering the commodity objects can be directly performed based on the shared shopping cart.
In the aspect of "direct ordering", the ordering purchase may be directly performed on the commodity object while the participant a views the commodity object being browsed by the participant B. This situation has a better application to the scene of elderly people or children at home. For example, the user B is an old person, browses to the commodity object 1 of interest, but does not know how to order or select the size, and the like, at this time, the user a can initiate to "scroll together" with the user B, and can show the commodity object 1 browsed by the user B in the client of the user a, and at the same time, the user a can know the requirement of the user B through the voice/video call with the user B, and then the user a can directly perform operations such as size selection, order, and the like in the own client.
In terms of system architecture, the embodiment of the application can provide a social shopping function in the commodity object information system. The commodity object information system can comprise a client and a server. In the embodiment of the application, the server may be dedicated to a server for performing session management, where the server may be independent of a server that specifically provides information of a commodity object, or may also implement functions of commodity object service and session service through the same server. In order to facilitate distinguishing between the initiator and the invitee, the client is herein divided into a first user client and a second user client (described by taking a one-to-one conversation scheme as an example, in practical applications, the second user may be multiple).
In one application example, referring to fig. 1, a first user may browse contents such as various merchandise object information through a client interface thereof. At the same time, an entry may be provided in the relevant page of the first user client for initiating "strolling together". After the first user initiates a "strolling together", the server may create a corresponding content sharing session and provide the session ID to the first user server. If the particular session is a voice or video session, the first user client may push its voice or video stream to the server based on the session ID. In addition, the first user can initiate an invitation to other users based on the session, and in one way, an invitation instruction for joining the content sharing session can be sent to the second user to be invited through the server. After the second user agrees to join the content sharing session, the voice or video stream of the second user may also be pushed to the server. At this time, the first user and the second user may participate in the content sharing session with peer-to-peer identities. Meanwhile, the server side can also provide the voice or video stream of the first user to the second user client side, and provide the voice or video stream of the second user to the first user client side, so that voice or video communication between the first user and the second user is realized.
Thereafter, sharing of the browsing content may also be performed between different participant users. For example, the first user client may provide summary information (merchandise map, title, etc.) of the merchandise object a being browsed by the first user client to the server, which may then provide to the second user client for prompting to the second user in the second user's client interface. Similarly, the second user client may provide the summary information of the commodity object B being browsed by the second user client to the server, and the server may provide the summary information to the first user client, so as to prompt the first user in the client interface of the first user. And then, the first user can initiate a request for checking the commodity object B which is browsed by the second user to the server, the server can provide the link of the target page associated with the commodity object B for the first user client, and the first user client can jump to the target page associated with the commodity object B for display. Similarly, the second user can initiate a request for viewing the commodity object A which the second user is browsing, and jump to a target page associated with the commodity object A for display.
In addition, the sharing of the browsed content can be performed in a "screen-shot interaction" manner, for example, the first user can initiate a request for screen-shot interaction on the content browsed by the second user to the server. At this time, the server may initiate an instruction for collecting the screen image stream to the second user client, and the second user client may submit the collected screen image stream to the server, and the server may provide the screen image stream collected by the second user client to the first user client by separately pushing another path of stream, and play and show in the first user client. In this way, the browsing content of the second user can be projected to the first user client for display, that is, the sharing is not only static page content, but also the change condition of specific content along with the operation of the user, and the like.
The following describes in detail the specific implementation scheme provided by the embodiment of the present application.
Example 1
First, from the perspective of the client, this embodiment provides a method for providing a commodity object service, referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: a request to enter a content sharing browsing mode is received in a merchandise object information system.
The content sharing browsing mode may be referred to as the "together strolling" mode, and in practical application, the mode may also be referred to as another mode, so in this embodiment of the present application, the mode is collectively referred to as a content sharing browsing mode. In particular, an operation option for starting a content sharing browsing mode can be provided through a related interface of the commodity object information system client, so that the commodity object information system is switched from a common single browsing mode to a mode of 'shopping together' for two or more persons under a starting request of an initiator user. In addition, the initiator may invite other users to join the mode. Thus, the request to enter the content sharing browsing mode in this step may include a request from the initiator user, or may include a request initiated by the user accepting the invitation.
The request can be specifically initiated by an operation option provided by the relevant interface for initiating the content sharing browsing mode for the initiator user. In particular, there may be a variety of relevant interfaces that provide the above-described operational options. For example, in one manner, the operation options may be provided through a message conversation window page provided in a message system associated with the merchandise object information system, such that the initiator user initiates the request through the operation options. That is, since the merchandise object information system may also provide a messaging system, the platform or the merchant may push a message to the user, or the user may add his or her friend users and may perform a conversation with each other (of course, in the prior art, only a conversation is usually performed by text or voice input, but voice or video conversation cannot be supported). Thus, operational options for initiating a content sharing browsing mode may be provided based on this particular dialog window. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, which is a messaging conversation window between a user A and another user B within a merchandise object information system, a "strolling together" option may be provided at the location shown at 31 in FIG. 3. Thus, both parties to the conversation may initiate a "stroll" mode via this option. Accordingly, the other party may be automatically invited to join in a "strolling" mode.
Alternatively, the operation option may be provided through a navigation page of the merchandise object information system, so that the request is initiated through the operation option. That is, the user can also view the "stroll" option in the global navigation page such as the client home page. At this time, the user may also directly initiate a request to initiate a "stroll" mode through the "stroll" option in the page, and may invite some users to join in "stroll" together, and so on. After receiving a request of a specific initiator user to initiate a content sharing browsing mode, the server may first create a content sharing session for the specific initiator user, and may provide information such as a session ID to the initiator user client. Thus, if the session supports voice or video call, the initiator user client can upload the voice or video data stream of the initiator user side to the server; meanwhile, some users can be invited to join the content sharing session based on the ID of the content sharing session and the like.
In one mode, an initiator user can specify a specific user needing to be invited, and then a server side sends a voice or video call invitation instruction to a client side associated with the specific specified user, so that the specified user can join in the content sharing session in a mode of accepting the invitation.
For example, in a specific implementation, if the user a clicks "scroll together" in a window that performs a message dialogue with the user B, the user B may be automatically used as an invited user, the server may send a call invitation instruction to the user B, and if the user B is in a state of opening the merchandise object information system client, the user B may receive a call invitation prompt bar, and may accept the call invitation by clicking an answer option in the prompt bar. After the user B accepts the call invitation, information such as ID of the content sharing session may be obtained, and correspondingly, voice or video data on the user B side may be uploaded to the server, and so on.
Or if the initiator user provides a start request initiated by the "stroll" mode operation option through the navigation page, in one way, a friend user list of the initiator user in the commodity object information system may be provided, so that the initiator user may select one or more friend users as users to be invited, and then may send a voice or video call invitation instruction to a client associated with the users to be invited through the server. Accordingly, the invited user may also receive a call invitation prompt bar in the client, click on an answer option in the prompt bar, and also join in a specific content sharing session.
Alternatively, the server may also provide a link or a password for joining the content sharing session, so that the initiator user may provide the link or the password to other users through other instant messaging systems, and other users that receive the link or the password may join the content sharing session through the link or the password. That is, since the merchandise object information system does not have social contact as its main capability after all, especially before the "stroll-in" mode is supported, the social relationship of the user in the merchandise object information system may be weak, that is, many users who are friends in real life, or users who have friend relationship in a dedicated social network system, have not established friend relationship in the merchandise object information system, and so on. This may be the case where the user initiates a "strolling" directly in the merchandise object information system, and may not be able to determine which user to invite directly in the merchandise object information system. For this case, after the content sharing session is created according to the request of the initiator user, the server may also generate a link or password regarding information such as the content sharing session ID. In this way, the initiator user can send the information such as the ID of the content sharing session created by the initiator user to the user desiring to invite through other social network systems. Thus, the user who receives the link or the password can enter the commodity object information system client associated with the embodiment of the application after clicking the link or copying the password, and then can automatically join in the conversation of the specific conversation.
In a specific implementation, for a user joining in the content sharing session through linking or copying a password, authentication or authentication can be performed on the user, and the user is joined in a call of the content sharing session under the condition that the user of the initiator allows. Alternatively, specific authentication or authentication steps may be skipped in the case of allowing stranger users to join the content sharing session. Of course, in the scene of allowing strangers to join, corresponding user privacy protection processing can also be performed. For example, the user's true nickname, etc., may be hidden. Alternatively, a friend relationship may also be established with a stranger user with the consent of the initiator user, and so on.
In addition, the operation options for starting the content sharing browsing mode can be provided in the commodity page or the shop page which is currently browsed by the user, so that the user can initiate a request for starting the content sharing browsing mode at any time in the process of browsing the specific commodity page or the shop page, and the like.
In summary, a content sharing session may be created according to a request from an initiator user, and other users may join in a call of the content sharing session in a plurality of ways, where the initiator user and the other users joining the content sharing session are both participant users of the target user. During subsequent conversations and browsing content sharing, the identities of the different participant users may be peer-to-peer, i.e., each participant user may be designated to view content being browsed by some other participant user, and so on.
In this case, when the communication is performed by means of voice or video communication, after each participant user joins in the communication of the content sharing session, the session maintenance authority may be applied to the respective operating system, so that the occurrence of the condition that the communication is interrupted when the client is switched to the background operation mode may be avoided.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the case of communication through a voice or video call, the specific content sharing session may be a session in a voice or video conference mode, so that a voice or video call service may be provided to the participant user through a voice or video conference mode. In this way, the distribution of specific voice or video data streams can be realized through the CDN link without depending on a communication link, which is beneficial to reducing the cost.
In specific implementation, by deploying the nodes in the CDN network, the bandwidth advantage, the point distribution advantage and the scale advantage of the CDN can be fully utilized. The communication-level streaming media transmission network with ultra-low delay and full-distributed sinking can be constructed based on heterogeneous nodes of the central cloud and the edge cloud of the CDN (namely, different nodes can be provided with a plurality of servers with different computing power). The method is developed around the efficient production, efficient transmission and consumption of audio and video on the underlying capability. And a network structure constructed by adopting a dynamic routing mode can be supported on the networking, so that an internal link can be shortened, the internal link delay can be further reduced, and the cost in the node is reduced. In addition, both pushing and distributing of the data stream can be constructed based on WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication, web instant messaging, an API supporting Real-time voice conversation or video conversation by a Web browser), and full duplex communication can be performed on a single connection channel, so that the media stream can be released and subscribed freely. Furthermore, congestion control may also be specifically designed for streaming media characteristics. Through various optimization combinations, smooth voice or video call experience can be brought to users through lower cost.
Based on the CDN link, particularly in the process of performing a voice or video call, the client of the participant user may submit the collected voice or video data stream to the server, and the server may provide the voice or video data stream to clients of other participant users associated with the same content sharing session according to the identifier of the content sharing session associated with the participant user. For example, assuming that the participant users of a content sharing session are user a and user B, both user a and user B may upload a voice or video data stream to the server, and may carry a specific content sharing session identifier. In this way, the server side can provide the voice or video data stream uploaded by the user A to the user B and provide the voice or video data stream uploaded by the user B to the user A, so as to realize the conversation between the user A and the user B. Similarly, in the manner of multi-person participation, the server may maintain information such as IDs of multiple participant users associated with a specific content sharing session identifier, and upon receiving a voice or video data stream uploaded by user a, may provide the received voice or video data stream to other participant users B, C associated with the same content sharing session identifier, and so on.
S202: and displaying an operation area of a content sharing session at the upper layer of a client interface of the current user, wherein the content sharing session comprises a plurality of participant users, and the content sharing session is created according to the request of one participant user.
After the content sharing session is established and the participant users of the content sharing session are determined, the specific participant users can communicate in the commodity object information system, and in the embodiment of the application, the browsing content can be shared among the participant users. For example, any one of the participant users a may specify to view the content being browsed by the other participant user B in the merchandise object information system, and accordingly, the content being browsed by the user B may be shown in the client of the participant user a. Thus, the user A and the user B can talk and view the same browsing content, and the browsing content can be discussed in the course of the talk, or one party provides advice or assistance for the other party, and the like.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the application, in the process of browsing content while communicating with each other in a ditch, different users and the process of browsing content by the users themselves can be in parallel. To achieve this, an operational area of the content sharing session may be presented in a client interface of a particular specific current user. The client interface of the current user may be an interface where the content currently browsed by the current user is located, and along with operations such as clicking links of other commodity objects performed by the current user, the content in the client interface may be changed, that is, the current user may browse common content through the client interface. However, in order to enable the current user to share content with other participant users or to perform some control operation (e.g., switching on and off a microphone, or exiting a session, etc.) in the course of communicating with other participant users, an operation area for the content sharing session may also be provided at an upper layer of the client interface. Specifically, the operation area may include the operation options for controlling the session, and may further include operation options for viewing the content currently browsed by the other participant users. When the operation area is displayed in the client interface of the current user, in one mode, a floating bar can be added on the upper layer of the client interface of the first user, and the operation area is displayed in the floating bar. In this way, even if the specific browsing content presented in the client interface changes, the floating bar may exist until the content sharing session ends, or the current first user exits the content sharing session in advance.
In particular, in one manner, the server may also provide information (such as a nickname, an avatar, etc.) of other participant users associated with the same content sharing session to clients associated with each participant user, so that in a process that the clients provide operation options for viewing the content currently browsed by the other participant users, the clients may also provide information such as an avatar, a nickname, etc. of the other participant users, so that in a case that multiple users participate in the session, the current user can distinguish each other participant user. Furthermore, summary information of the current browsing content of the users of other participants can be provided for displaying in the operation area, so that the user can be helped to judge whether the current browsing content of some other participant needs to be checked or not, and waiting until the user waits.
S203: and responding to the operation of the current user on the content sharing session operation area, and providing the content sharing service corresponding to the operation for the current user.
After the above-described operation area is provided, the current user can acquire the content sharing service provided by the merchandise object information system through the operation performed in the operation area. Specifically, as described above, the client interface of the current user is used for displaying the current browsing content of the current user, and the specific operation area may include: operational options for viewing the current browsing content of other participant users. At this time, a request submitted by the current user for viewing the current browsing content of one target participant user may be received through the operation options, the current browsing content of the target participant user is obtained, and then the current browsing content of the target participant user is displayed in the client interface of the current user. For example, after receiving a request for viewing the browsing content of the second participant user B initiated by one of the first participant users a, the relevant information of the browsing content of the second participant user B may be provided to the client associated with the first participant user a, so as to display the browsing content of the second participant user B in the client associated with the first participant user a.
That is, in the embodiment of the present application, a specific participant user selects which other participant user's browsing content is to be viewed, and then the browsing content of the other participant user is presented in its own interface. Rather than pushing its own browsing content to other participant users. In other words, in the specific browsing content sharing process, the specific participant user "actively pulls" the content that the other participant user wants to view is browsing, rather than "passively receiving" the content that the other participant shares to. Therefore, each participant user can have control right on the interface of the participant user, can click to view the content which is being browsed by other participant users at any time, can return to the content which is originally browsed by the participant user at any time to view, and the like.
Specifically, there may be various ways to obtain information about browsing content of other participant users, for example, in specific implementation, two modes may be included, namely "real-time commodity sharing" and "screen-projection interaction". So-called "real-time merchandise sharing," i.e., a first participant user may specify that a merchandise object page being viewed by a second participant user is being viewed. At this time, the server may determine a link of the merchandise object information page being browsed by the second participant user, and provide the link to the client associated with the first participant user, so that the client associated with the first participant user jumps to the merchandise object information page corresponding to the link for displaying.
In this sharing manner, each participant user client may also provide the server with summary information of the merchandise object it is browsing, including titles, pictures, and so on. In this way, the server side can provide the information of other participant users associated with the same session when providing the information of other participant users associated with each participant user to the client side associated with the participant users, and also provide the browsed content abstract information of the other participant users. In this way, the first participant user client may also provide summary information of the merchandise object being browsed by the second participant user while providing operational options for viewing the current browsing content of the second participant user. For example, as shown in fig. 4 (a), assume that a certain participant user a is currently browsing a piece of fleece, and another participant user B is browsing four collagen sets of a certain brand. At this time, at the upper layer of the detail page where the user a shows the woolen overcoat, a hint bar may be provided, as shown at 41 in fig. 4 (a), in which summary information of the commodity object being browsed by the user B may be shown, including a picture, a title, and the like. The user A can initiate a request for checking the commodity object browsed by the user B by clicking the prompt bar, and correspondingly, the server can provide page links such as detail pages of the 'collagen' commodity for the user B to the associated client of the user A. Then, as shown in fig. 4 (B), the client associated with the user a may jump to the page such as the detail page of the "collagen" commodity for display. In an alternative manner, prompt information about the merchandise that the other participant users are browsing may also be provided in the client of user a at the same time. For example, as shown at 42 in fig. 4 (B), it is possible to show "the goods being browsed by the friends have been opened", and so on.
In the example shown in fig. 4, two users are in one-to-one communication with each other, and the two users generally have a friend relationship, so that when a reminder bar is provided to the other party, information such as "friends are looking" may be directly displayed. If the scene is a multi-person conversation scene, the nickname, the head portrait and other information of each participant user can be displayed respectively, and then the abstract information of the commodity object browsed by each participant user is displayed, so that after the identities of the other participant users are distinguished by the current participant user, the commodity object browsed by one participant user is selected to be checked, and the like.
In addition, since the participant user can freely browse the content of interest in the "stroll-in" mode, the browsing content may be changed. In the specific implementation, if the content browsed by a certain participant user changes, the abstract information of the commodity object after the specific change can be timely submitted to the server, and the server can timely update the other participant users synchronously, namely, the change condition of the content browsed by the other participant users can be checked in the prompt bar, and the like.
Further, after the first participant user opens the merchandise object page being browsed by the second participant user, if a return operation is performed, the merchandise object page being browsed originally may be returned to be displayed. For example, as in the examples shown in fig. 4 (a) and (B). If the first participant user was browsing the fleece overcoat as in fig. 4 (a), then, jump to the collagen commodity page shown in fig. 4 (B) being browsed by the second participant for display. In this state shown in fig. 4 (B), if a return operation is performed, it is possible to return to the woolen sweater page shown in fig. 4 (a) for presentation, and so on. In this way, the situation of breaking the browsing link before the first participant user can be avoided.
And in a screen-throwing interaction mode, namely, the browsed content of the second participant user is thrown on a screen of terminal equipment associated with the first participant user for display. That is, in some scenarios, a first participant user may need to view not only static content that is being browsed by a second participant, but also a process in which the particular browsed content dynamically changes prior to operation by the second participant. For example, in a 3D scene, the second participant user may rotate, shift, change the perspective, etc. the 3D model of the merchandise object, and so on. It can be seen that under this requirement, sharing of browsed content cannot be achieved by providing a link to the first participant user. Therefore, the embodiment of the application also provides a screen-throwing interaction mode.
For example, as shown in fig. 5 (a), the user a dials through a video call with the user B through the merchandise object information system, and in an initial state, the video image content of the user B can be displayed in the interface of the user a. In addition, as shown at 51 in fig. 5, the avatars of the participant users, etc. may be provided in the video presentation interface, with each other participant user in proximity to the avatars, etc. and operational options for screen-casting interactions with the browsing content of the designated participant user may also be provided (e.g., small icons, etc. that may be "eye" shaped to prompt the user that screen-casting interactions may be performed with the corresponding participant user). In this way, the user A can click on the screen-throwing interaction operation option corresponding to the user B, and at the moment, the content displayed in the screen of the user B can be thrown into the screen of the terminal equipment of the user A for display. For example, as shown at 52 in fig. 5 (B), after user a clicks on the avatar of user B, the avatar of user B may be switched to the selected state while showing the content that user B is browsing in the screen of user a. For example, in fig. 5 (B), the user B is browsing a 3D home scene, and various operations such as selection of a commodity, position movement, and the like can be performed in the 3D space. Accordingly, after the screen is projected onto the screen of the user a, the user a can also see the 3D home scene that the user B is browsing, and the operation performed by the user B in the scene, and the corresponding change to the display content, can also be synchronously displayed into the screen of the user a, and so on.
In particular, in order to implement the above-mentioned screen-projection interaction, after receiving a request submitted by a first participant user to view, by means of screen projection, content being browsed by a second participant user, the server may send an instruction for acquiring a screen image data stream to a client associated with the second participant user. In this way, the client associated with the second participant user submits and can collect the screen image data stream (specifically, the screen image data stream can be realized by a screen recording mode, etc.), and can be used as an independent uplink data stream to be provided for the server, and the server can push the screen image data stream to the client associated with the first participant user for display. This allows a true screen to be achieved rather than a simple simulation by providing links.
After the first participant user client obtains the current browsing content of the target second participant user, the current browsing content of the target second participant user can be displayed in a client interface of the first participant user. For example, the first participant client may load a link to a merchandise object page that the second participant user is browsing and present the page content of the merchandise object in the first participant user's client interface. Alternatively, the screen image data stream provided by the second participant user client may be displayed in the client interface of the first participant user, so that the first participant user may view the content being browsed by the second participant user through its own client interface.
In particular, during the process of displaying the current browsed content of the target second participant user in the client interface of the first participant user, a return operation option may also be provided, and when the first participant user performs the return operation, the content previously browsed by the first participant user may be continuously displayed in the client interface of the first participant user.
In addition, in a specific implementation, more cooperation may be implemented based on the "strolling" mode described above. For example, a shared shopping cart function option may also be provided (corresponding options may be provided in the pages of the participant users). In this way, the participant users can join the merchandise object of interest to the shared shopping cart in the "strolling together mode", and multiple participant users associated with the same content sharing session can all add the merchandise object to the shared shopping cart. In particular, for the service end, an adding instruction may be generated according to an operation of adding the specified commodity object to the shared shopping cart by one of the participant users, and then the adding instruction may be sent to the clients of the other participant users, so that the clients of the other participant users synchronously add the information of the specified commodity object to the shared shopping cart by refreshing the shared shopping cart. In this way, other participant users can view the merchandise objects added by the current participant user from the shared shopping cart.
In particular, the shared shopping cart page can also comprise operation options for collecting commodity objects, adding personal shopping carts and the like. In addition, the commodity object selection and settlement operation can be directly performed from the shared shopping cart. In this way, if the user a joins the commodity object 1 to the shared shopping cart in the "stroll-in" mode, if the user B does not browse the commodity object 1 in his own terminal device, the information of the commodity object 1 can still be directly viewed in the shared shopping cart, and a purchase operation can be directly performed thereon, and so on.
In addition, after the content sharing browsing mode is finished, the server side can push the message related to the content sharing session to each participant user through the message system of the commodity object information system, and can provide operation options for viewing the sharing shopping cart in the message so as to view commodity objects of the sharing shopping cart which are added into the sharing shopping cart by each participant user in the content sharing browsing mode. For example, as shown at 61 in FIG. 6 (A), after user A and user B end "strolling together," which is a temporary shopping basket in your way today, "may be provided in both message conversation windows, where" temporary shopping basket "may be in a clickable state. After clicking by user a or user B, the specific merchandise objects in the shared shopping cart may be presented in the page shown in fig. 6 (B). Specifically, the commodity objects added by the users of the different participants can be respectively displayed, and in addition, the users can still execute operations of collecting, personal shopping cart adding, direct purchase settlement and the like based on the shared shopping cart page.
In addition, in an optional mode, remote operation can be supported in a mode of 'strolling together', so that one participant user can control the screens of other participant users to help the participant users to execute the operations such as ordering. For example, an elderly person or a child in a certain user's home browses a commodity object of interest through a commodity object information system, but does not know how to place a bill, and the user can operate a terminal device of the other party to perform a series of operations such as purchasing, paying, and the like by using a cooperative function.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the application, a commodity sharing browsing mode can be provided in a commodity object information system.
