However, when the version of the security system is upgraded through the internet system, the situation that the version upgrade package is intercepted in the public network environment, so that key data is leaked, and certain potential safety hazards are caused to software and data in the security system. Or when the security system is simply upgraded through the internet system, misunderstanding of the upgrade strategy by the user may also be caused. In addition, when the user uses the security system and needs to upgrade the system, the system cannot be timely switched to the internet system, which may cause untimely upgrade of the system and further affect the processing of the service.
Based on the problems, the method and the device establish different upgrading servers for different types of systems, and independently realize the upgrading of the systems through the corresponding types of upgrading servers, so that misunderstanding to users is avoided, and the safety of the systems is ensured. And whether the type of the upgradeable system is consistent with the type of the system operated by the terminal or not can be judged, if not, the user is prompted to switch to the corresponding system for upgrading, so that the timeliness of the system upgrading is improved, and the technical effect of normal processing of the service is ensured.
Fig. 1 is a schematic architecture diagram of an application system of a dual-system terminal online upgrade method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the system may include a terminal 101, a private network upgrade server 102, and a public network upgrade server 103. The terminal 101 can be deployed with two systems, namely an internet system and a security system, the private network upgrade server 102 can upgrade the security system, and the public network upgrade server can upgrade the internet system. The terminal 101 may be a smart phone, a tablet, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a personal computer, etc. The implementation manner of the terminal 101 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, as long as the terminal 101 can be deployed with two systems, i.e., an internet system and a security system, and can implement online upgrade. In addition, online upgrade can support upgrade modes of two forms, namely cold patch and hot patch.
In practical applications, the following scenarios may be involved:
scene 1: the client is using the Internet system, and the system upgrading module prompts the client to download the version and upgrade after detecting that a new upgrading version exists in the public network environment.
Scene 2: the client uses the security system, and the system upgrade module prompts the client to download the version and upgrade after detecting that the new upgrade version exists in the private network environment.
Scene 3: when the client uses the Internet system, the background system upgrading module detects that a new upgrading version exists in the proprietary network environment, and then pops up prompt information to the foreground Internet system, so that the client can decide whether to switch the system and download the version for upgrading.
Scene 4: the client uses the security system, and the background system upgrading module pops up prompt information to the foreground security system after detecting a new upgrading version in the public network environment, so that the client decides whether to switch the system and download the version for upgrading.
The above-described scenarios will now be described in detail, respectively.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an online upgrade method for a dual system terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the execution body of the embodiment may be the terminal in the embodiment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
s201: and sending the first upgrading request to the private network upgrading server.
In this embodiment, two systems, i.e., an internet system and a security system, may be deployed in the terminal. The security system has high security requirements, and can only carry out business communication with the private network for carrying out high-security work. The internet system has low requirement on safety, can carry out business communication with the public network, and is used for normal study and life.
This embodiment is directed to the case in scenario 2 and scenario 3 where the security system is upgraded.
Specifically, when the security system needs to be upgraded, a first upgrade request may be sent to the private network upgrade server through the terminal.
In addition, when the first upgrade request is sent to the private network upgrade server, the first upgrade request may be sent to the private network upgrade server at a first preset interval, so that the private network upgrade server generates the first upgrade instruction when determining that the security system version number carried in the first upgrade request is not the latest version.
The first preset interval may be set by user according to actual situations, and may be, for example, any value in 3-5 minutes. When determining whether to upgrade the security system, the private network upgrade server may determine according to the version number of the security system carried in the first upgrade request. For example, it may be determined whether the version number of the security system carried in the first upgrade request is a version number corresponding to the latest version. If yes, the upgrade is not needed, and if not, the upgrade can be carried out.
S202: and if a first upgrading instruction sent by the private network upgrading server is received, detecting the system type operated by the terminal.
In this embodiment, after the terminal sends the first upgrade request to the private network upgrade server, the private network upgrade server may generate the first upgrade instruction according to the first upgrade request. After receiving the first upgrade instruction, the terminal can determine the type of the system operated by the terminal according to the first upgrade instruction. The system type of the terminal operation can be an internet system type or a security system type.
S203: and if the system type is an internet system, displaying a first prompt message on the terminal, wherein the first prompt message indicates whether to switch to a security system for upgrading.
In this embodiment, when the system type is detected to be the internet system type, it indicates that the system type currently operated by the terminal is inconsistent with the system type to be upgraded, and the first prompt information of whether to switch to the security system for upgrading can be directly displayed on the terminal, so as to avoid trouble to upgrade the system for the user.
In addition, if the system type is an internet system, after displaying the first prompt information of whether to switch to the security system for upgrading on the terminal, the method may further include:
and responding to the operation of switching to the security system for upgrading by the user, switching to the security system, and downloading an upgrade package from the private network upgrade server for upgrading.
Specifically, the operation of switching to the security system by the user selection may be a single click operation, a double click operation, or a sliding operation. When switching to the security system, the private network upgrade server can download an upgrade package to upgrade the security system.
Two implementation modes of downloading the upgrade package from the private network upgrade server can be adopted, wherein one implementation mode is automatic downloading, and the other implementation mode is manual downloading.
Fig. 3 is an application schematic diagram for displaying a switching prompt provided by an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 a, in this example, a terminal includes a display interface, and text information of "switching to a security system for upgrading" and a confirmation button for user touch are displayed on the display interface. As shown in fig. 3 b, in this example, after the user touches the confirm button, the user automatically jumps to the interface for upgrading the security system, in which the text information "in security system upgrade" is displayed.
S204: and if the system type is a safety system, displaying second prompt information for prompting upgrading on the terminal.
In this example, when the system type is a security system, it indicates that the system type currently operated by the terminal is consistent with the system type to be upgraded, and the second prompt information for prompting to upgrade may be directly displayed on the terminal to prompt the user to upgrade the security system.
Fig. 4 is an application schematic diagram for displaying upgrade prompts provided in an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 a, in this example, the terminal includes a display interface, and text information of "upgrade a security system" and a confirmation button for user touch are displayed on the display interface. As shown in fig. 4 b, in this example, after the user touches the confirm button, the user automatically jumps to the interface for upgrading the security system, in which the text information "in security system upgrade" is displayed.
After the scheme is adopted, a first upgrading request can be sent to the private network upgrading server, if a first upgrading instruction sent by the private network upgrading server is received, the system type of the operation of the terminal is detected, if the system type is an internet system, a first prompting message indicating whether to switch to a security system for upgrading is displayed on the terminal, and if the system type is the security system, a second prompting message indicating to upgrade is displayed on the terminal, so that when the system is upgraded, the system is timely switched to the corresponding system type for upgrading, the leakage of key data in the security system is avoided, the timeliness of the system upgrading is improved, and the normal operation of the service is ensured.
In another embodiment, the method may further include:
and sending a second upgrading request to the public network upgrading server.
And if a second upgrading instruction sent by the public network upgrading server is received, detecting the system type of the terminal operation.
And if the system type is a security system, displaying a third prompt message on the terminal, wherein the third prompt message indicates whether to switch to an Internet system for upgrading.
And if the system type is an Internet system, displaying fourth prompt information prompting to upgrade on the terminal.
In the present embodiment, the cases in scene 1 and scene 4 are addressed. I.e. a situation in which an upgrade to the internet system is required. If the terminal needs to upgrade the internet system, a second upgrade request can be sent to the public network upgrade server, and after the public network upgrade server receives the second upgrade request, a second upgrade instruction can be generated and returned to the terminal. After receiving the second upgrading instruction, the terminal can detect whether the type of the system currently operated by the terminal is consistent with the type of the system to be upgraded, namely, whether the type of the system currently operated by the terminal is an internet system. If yes, a prompt can be displayed on the terminal to remind the user to upgrade. If not, third prompt information of whether to switch to the Internet system for upgrading can be displayed on the terminal.
In addition, when the second upgrade request is sent to the public network upgrade server, the second upgrade request may be sent to the public network upgrade server according to a second preset interval, so that the public network upgrade server generates the second upgrade instruction when determining that the internet system version number carried in the second upgrade request is not the latest version.
Specifically, the second preset interval may be set by user according to actual situations, and may be, for example, any value in 3-5 minutes. In addition, the second preset interval may be the same as the first preset interval or may be different from the first preset interval.
In addition, if the system type is a security system, after displaying the prompt information of whether to switch to the security system for upgrading on the terminal, the method may further include: and responding to the operation of switching to the security system for upgrading by the user, switching to the Internet system, and downloading an upgrade package from the private network upgrade server for upgrading. If the system type is the Internet system, a prompt is displayed on the terminal to remind the user to upgrade, and then the Internet system can be upgraded according to the touch operation of the user. In addition, if the system type is an internet system, the upgrade package can be automatically downloaded from the internet upgrade server.
In addition, if a second upgrading instruction sent by the public network upgrading server is received, detecting the system type operated by the terminal. And if the system type is a safety system, displaying fifth prompt information for prompting the cross-system upgrading on the terminal.
In this embodiment, since the requirement of the internet system on security is not higher than that of the public network system, when the internet system is upgraded, if the system where the terminal is currently located is the security system, the fifth prompt information prompting the cross-system upgrade can be directly displayed in the security system, and the user responds to the touch operation according to the fifth prompt information to upgrade or not upgrade the internet system, thereby improving the convenience of system upgrade.
