In other examples, the intelligent interactive system may further include: the user client can realize more convenient functions through the user client, for example, if a user needs to take a certain article, the user can be prompted to take the nearest intelligent cabinet based on the geographic position. As an example, the intelligent cabinet is multiple and is arranged at multiple different positions; the back-end management platform of this embodiment may also record the geographical position of each intelligent cabinet, and may monitor each quantity of articles stored in the intelligent cabinet body, and when receiving an article taking request initiated by a user client, obtain the geographical position information of the user client, and push the intelligent cabinet with the closest geographical position to the user client in combination with each geographical position of the intelligent cabinet.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the user of the intelligent cabinet relates to a manager who can place articles into the intelligent cabinet, and based on this, the intelligent interactive system of this embodiment may further include a field operation and maintenance management end; the backend management platform is further to: monitoring the use condition of the intelligent interactive terminal, and sending a notification message to the field operation and maintenance management terminal based on the use condition, for example, the use condition includes: the residual quantity of the articles stored in the intelligent cabinet body can enable managers to timely know the residual condition of the articles in the intelligent cabinet and timely store new articles for users to use.
In other examples, automation of lost and found business may also be achieved through intelligent cabinets. As an example, the specific service further includes: lost and found business; the main business process of the lost and found business at least comprises the following steps: the method comprises a user identity authentication process before the cabinet door is opened and a process of sending article information to a service system after the cabinet door is closed, so that the service system can push the article information to a user. In this embodiment, the automatic storage of the articles can also be realized based on the intelligent cabinet, the user can trigger a lost and found service request, the lost and found service request is sent to the rear-end management platform by the intelligent interactive terminal, after receiving the service request, the rear-end management platform starts a main service process of the lost and found service, a user identity authentication process is executed before the cabinet door is opened, the lost and found service of the service system is called according to a user identity authentication result, then the user stores the articles in the intelligent cabinet, identifies the article information after the cabinet door is closed, calls a lost and found service interface of the service system based on the article information, and feeds the article information back to the service system, so that the service system pushes the article information to the user.
In other examples, the reimbursement service may also be automated via the intelligent cabinet. As an example, the service system of the present embodiment includes: a financial system providing specific services including at least: reimbursement service; the intelligent cabinet comprises a delivery cabinet; the main business process of the reimbursement business at least comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of a user identity authentication flow before delivering the document, a scanning flow of reimbursement documents and a binding flow of the user identity and the scanned reimbursement documents; optionally, a notification flow after the document is delivered may be further included.

the backend management platform is to: responding to the reimbursement bill reporting request, and recording the corresponding relation between the identity information and the attribute data of the reimbursement bill after the identity authentication data and the financial system determine the identity information of the first user;
the foreground terminal is further configured to: if receiving a reimbursement note getting request of a second user, acquiring identity authentication data of the second user and sending the identity authentication data to a back-end management platform;
the backend management platform is further to: and responding to the reimbursement bill receiving request, sending an opening instruction for a delivery cabinet body storing the reimbursement bill to the foreground terminal and sending the corresponding relation to the second user after the second user is determined to have receiving authority based on the identity authentication data of the second user and the financial system.
