In practical application, because a plurality of calling terminals can initiate an important call to the same called terminal, the calling terminals can initiate the important call to the called terminal, and in order to avoid that the called terminal cannot identify the important call initiated by the current calling terminal, the calling terminals can carry the same important call identifier in the SIP message and the SIP INVITE call signaling, so that the called terminal and the current calling terminal can establish the important call.
Based on this, in one embodiment, the SIP message contains an identification of an important call; the calling terminal sends SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal, including:
the calling terminal carries the identification of the important call contained in the SIP message in the SIP INVITE call request;
the calling terminal sends SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal;
wherein the SIP INVITE call request is used for the called terminal to establish an important call based on a specific voice service with the calling terminal if the identification of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request matches the identification of the important call carried by the SIP message.
In an example, as shown in fig. 5, a procedure for a calling terminal to initiate call setup to a called terminal is described, which includes:
step 501: the calling terminal carries the identification of the important call contained in the SIP message in the SIP INVITE call request;
here, the identity of the important call contained in the SIP message is represented by an important id field. The SIP INVITE call may also carry the Feature Tag ICSI Tag field for important calls.
Step 502: the calling terminal sends SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal.
Here, the called terminal establishes an important call based on a specific voice service with the calling terminal in a case where the identity of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request matches the identity of the important call carried by the SIP message.
Here, the calling terminal sends SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal, which has the following advantages:
when a calling terminal triggers a specific voice service such as a VoLTE service, SIP INVITE signaling sent by the calling terminal to a called terminal needs to carry an import id field which is the same as an SIP message, so as to ensure that the called terminal establishes an important call with the current calling terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the calling terminal can transmit important call information to the called terminal by using the SIP message in a specific voice service scene so as to initiate an important call to the called terminal, and the signaling interaction required by the calling terminal and the called terminal for establishing the important call is less, so that the signaling overhead can be saved.
Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a call setup method, as shown in fig. 6, where the method includes:
step 601: the called terminal receives an SIP message sent by the calling terminal; and a response message for the SIP message is sent to the calling terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
step 602: the called terminal receives SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is used to request that an important call be established based on a particular voice service.
In one embodiment, the SIP message includes a URL of a first multimedia file corresponding to a tag of an important call, a URL of a second multimedia file corresponding to a ringing tone of an important call; the response message aiming at the SIP message, which is sent by the called terminal to the calling terminal, comprises:
the called terminal downloads a first media file corresponding to the mark of the important call and a second multimedia file corresponding to the ringing ringtone of the important call according to the URL of the first multimedia file and the URL of the second multimedia file;
and after the first multimedia file and the second multimedia file are downloaded, the called terminal sends a response message aiming at the SIP message to the calling terminal.
In one embodiment, the SIP message contains an identification of an important call; the called terminal receives the SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the called terminal receives SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request carries an identification of an important call;
matching the identifier of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request with the identifier of the important call contained in the SIP message;
and when the identifier of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request is matched with the identifier of the important call contained in the SIP message, the called terminal and the calling terminal establish the important call based on a specific voice service, display the mark of the important call and play a ringing ringtone corresponding to the important call.
The calling terminal can transmit important call information to the called terminal by using the SIP message in a specific voice service scene so as to initiate an important call to the called terminal, and signaling overhead can be saved because signaling interaction required by the calling terminal and the called terminal for establishing the important call is less.
In order to implement the call establishment method according to the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a call establishment apparatus, which is disposed on the calling terminal, and fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a structure of the call establishment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 7, the apparatus includes:
a first sending unit 71, configured to send an SIP message to a called terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
a first receiving unit 72, configured to receive a response message for the SIP message sent by the called terminal;
the first sending unit 71, further configured to send SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is for requesting that the important call be established.
In practical application, the sending unit can be realized by a communication interface in the call establishment device; the processing unit may be implemented by a processor in the call set-up device in combination with the communication interface.
It should be noted that: in the call setup device provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above program modules is exemplified when the call setup is performed, and in practical applications, the above processing may be distributed to different program modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the device may be divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the above described processing. In addition, the call establishment apparatus and the call establishment method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
In order to implement the call establishment method according to the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a call establishment apparatus, which is disposed on a called terminal, and fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the call establishment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus includes:
a second receiving unit 81, configured to receive an SIP message sent by the calling terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
a second sending unit 82, configured to send, by the called terminal, a response message to the SIP message to the calling terminal;
the second receiving unit 81 is further configured to receive an SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is used to request that an important call be established based on a particular voice service.
In practical application, the sending unit can be realized by a communication interface in the call establishment device; the processing unit may be implemented by a processor in the call set-up device in combination with the communication interface.
It should be noted that: in the call setup device provided in the above embodiment, only the division of the above program modules is exemplified when the call setup is performed, and in practical applications, the above processing may be distributed to different program modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the device may be divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the above described processing. In addition, the call establishment apparatus and the call establishment method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
In order to implement the method according to the embodiment of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a call setup system, as shown in fig. 9, including:
a calling terminal 91 for sending an SIP message to a called terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal; receiving a response message aiming at the SIP message sent by the called terminal; and also for sending SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal.
A called terminal 92, configured to receive an SIP message sent by a calling terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal; and a response message for the SIP message is sent to the calling terminal; the calling terminal is also used for receiving SIP INVITE call requests sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is used to request that an important call be established based on a particular voice service.
It should be noted that: the specific processing procedures of the calling terminal 91 and the called terminal 92 have been described in detail above, and are not described in detail here.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a calling terminal, as shown in fig. 10, including:
the first communication interface 101 can perform information interaction with other equipment;
the first processor 102 is connected to the first communication interface 101, and configured to execute a method provided by one or more technical solutions of the foregoing smart device side when running a computer program. And the computer program is stored on the first memory 103.
It should be noted that: the specific processing procedures of the first processor 102 and the first communication interface 101 are detailed in the method embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Of course, in practice, the various components in the terminal 100 are coupled together by the bus system 104. It is understood that the bus system 104 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 104 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are labeled as bus system 104 in fig. 10.
The first memory 103 in the embodiment of the present application is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the network device 100. Examples of such data include: any computer program for operating on the terminal 100.
The method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application can be applied to the first processor 102, or implemented by the first processor 102. The first processor 102 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be implemented by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the first processor 102. The first Processor 102 may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, etc. The first processor 102 may implement or perform the methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in a storage medium located in the first memory 103, and the first processor 102 reads the information in the first memory 103 and completes the steps of the foregoing method in combination with its hardware.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a called terminal, as shown in fig. 11, including:
the second communication interface 111 can perform information interaction with other equipment;
and a second processor 112, connected to the second communication interface 111, and configured to execute the method provided by one or more technical solutions of the foregoing smart device side when running a computer program. And the computer program is stored on the second memory 113.
It should be noted that: the specific processing procedures of the second processor 112 and the second communication interface 111 are detailed in the method embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Of course, in practice, the various components in the terminal 110 are coupled together by a bus system 114. It will be appreciated that the bus system 114 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 114 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. For clarity of illustration, however, the various buses are labeled as bus system 114 in FIG. 11.
The second memory 113 in the embodiment of the present application is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the network device 110. Examples of such data include: any computer program for operating on terminal 110.
The method disclosed in the embodiment of the present application can be applied to the second processor 112, or implemented by the second processor 112. The second processor 112 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, the steps of the above method may be implemented by integrated logic circuits of hardware or instructions in the form of software in the second processor 112. The second Processor 112 may be a general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, etc. The second processor 112 may implement or perform the methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional processor or the like. The steps of the method disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be directly implemented by a hardware decoding processor, or implemented by a combination of hardware and software modules in the decoding processor. The software module may be located in a storage medium located in the second memory 113, and the second processor 112 reads the information in the second memory 113 and, in conjunction with its hardware, performs the steps of the foregoing method.
In an exemplary embodiment, the terminal 100 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), DSPs, Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Complex Programmable Logic Devices (CPLDs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs), general purpose processors, controllers, Micro Controllers (MCUs), microprocessors (microprocessors), or other electronic components for performing the aforementioned methods.
It will be appreciated that the memory (memory 103) of embodiments of the present application may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, and may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. Among them, the nonvolatile Memory may be a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), a magnetic random access Memory (FRAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a magnetic surface Memory, an optical disk, or a Compact Disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM); the magnetic surface storage may be disk storage or tape storage. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Synchronous Static Random Access Memory (SSRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (ESDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (Enhanced DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SLDRAM), Direct Memory (DRmb Access), and Random Access Memory (DRAM). The memories described in the embodiments of the present application are intended to comprise, without being limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
In an exemplary embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a storage medium, specifically a computer storage medium, which is a computer readable storage medium, for example, including a memory 113 storing a computer program, where the computer program is executable by the processor 110 of the terminal 110 to perform the steps of the foregoing network device side method. The computer readable storage medium may be Memory such as FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, Flash Memory, magnetic surface Memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM.
It should be noted that: "first," "second," and the like are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
In addition, the technical solutions described in the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined without conflict.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A method for call setup, the method comprising:
a calling terminal sends a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) message to a called terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
the calling terminal receives a response message aiming at the SIP message sent by the called terminal;
the calling terminal sends an SIP INVITE call request to the called terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is for requesting that the important call be established.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the calling terminal acquires a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of a first multimedia file corresponding to the mark of the important call and a URL of a second multimedia file corresponding to the ringing ringtone of the important call;
the calling terminal generates an SIP message based on the URL of the first multimedia file and the URL of the second multimedia file;
and the URL of the first multimedia file and the URL of the second multimedia file are used for displaying the mark of the important call by the called terminal and playing a ringing ring corresponding to the important call.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the obtaining, by the calling terminal, the URL of the first multimedia file corresponding to the tag of the important call and the URL of the second multimedia file corresponding to the ringing tone of the important call comprises:
the calling terminal sends an order request to a service management platform; the ordering request is used for requesting to open an important conversation service;
the calling terminal receives a response message aiming at the order request sent by the service management platform; the response message is used for indicating that the calling terminal is allowed to open an important call service;
and the calling terminal executes setting operation aiming at the important call mark and the ringing ringtone so as to receive the URL of the first multimedia file and the URL of the second multimedia file returned by the service management platform.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the calling terminal receives the response message for the SIP message sent by the called terminal, and comprises:
and after the called terminal downloads the first multimedia file and the second multimedia file according to the URL of the first multimedia file and the URL corresponding to the second multimedia file, the calling terminal receives a response message aiming at the SIP message, which is sent by the called terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the calling terminal sends a SIP message to the called terminal, comprising:
the calling terminal sends an SIP message to an application server AS;
and sending the SIP message to the called terminal through the AS.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the SIP message contains an identification of an important call; the calling terminal sends SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal, including:
the calling terminal carries the identification of the important call contained in the SIP message in the SIP INVITE call request;
the calling terminal sends SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal;
wherein the SIP INVITE call request is used for the called terminal to establish an important call based on a specific voice service with the calling terminal if the identification of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request matches the identification of the important call carried by the SIP message.
7. A method for call setup, the method comprising:
a called terminal receives an SIP message sent by a calling terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
the called terminal sends a response message aiming at the SIP message to the calling terminal;
the called terminal receives SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is used to request that an important call be established based on a particular voice service.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the SIP message comprises a URL of a first multimedia file corresponding to the tag of the important call, a URL of a second multimedia file corresponding to the ringing tone of the important call; the response message aiming at the SIP message, which is sent by the called terminal to the calling terminal, comprises:
the called terminal downloads a first media file corresponding to the mark of the important call and a second multimedia file corresponding to the ringing ringtone of the important call according to the URL of the first multimedia file and the URL of the second multimedia file;
and after the first multimedia file and the second multimedia file are downloaded, the called terminal sends a response message aiming at the SIP message to the calling terminal.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the SIP message contains an identification of an important call; the called terminal receives the SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the called terminal receives SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request carries an identification of an important call;
matching the identifier of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request with the identifier of the important call contained in the SIP message;
and when the identifier of the important call carried by the SIP INVITE call request is matched with the identifier of the important call contained in the SIP message, the called terminal and the calling terminal establish the important call based on a specific voice service, display the mark of the important call and play a ringing ringtone corresponding to the important call.
10. A call set-up device, comprising:
a first sending unit, configured to send an SIP message to a called terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a response message for an SIP message sent by the called terminal;
the first sending unit is further used for sending SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is for requesting that the important call be established.
11. A call set-up device, comprising:
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the SIP message sent by the calling terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal;
a second sending unit, configured to send, by the called terminal, a response message to the SIP message to the calling terminal;
the second receiving unit is further configured to receive an SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is used to request that an important call be established based on a particular voice service.
12. A call set-up device, comprising:
a first processor for processing the received data, and a second processor for processing the received data,
a first communication interface for sending an SIP message to a called terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal; the SIP message sending module is also used for receiving a response message aiming at the SIP message sent by the called terminal; and sending SIP INVITE a call request to the called terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is for requesting that the important call be established.
13. A call set-up device, comprising:
a second processor for performing a second processing of the received signal,
the second communication interface is used for receiving the SIP message sent by the calling terminal; the SIP message is used for indicating to initiate an important call based on a specific voice service to the called terminal; the response message is also used for the SIP message sent by the called terminal to the calling terminal; and receiving SIP INVITE call request sent by the calling terminal; the SIP INVITE call request is used to request that an important call be established based on a particular voice service.
14. A calling terminal comprising a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when running the computer program.
15. A called terminal, comprising a processor and a memory for storing a computer program capable of running on the processor,
wherein the processor is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 7 to 9 when running the computer program.
16. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 or for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 7 to 9 when executed by a processor.
