4. The remote medical consultation method based on the cloud mobile phone according to claim 1, wherein the low control authority comprises uploading, downloading and viewing of accessories in an account corresponding to a patient side in a cloud storage server.
5. The telemedicine consultation method based on the cloud mobile phone as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and after the medical consultation is finished, uploading the modified accessory to accounts corresponding to the patient end and all doctor ends in the cloud storage server.
6. The remote medical consultation system based on the cloud mobile phone is characterized by comprising a cloud mobile phone server, a patient end and a doctor end;
the patient end is used for sending identity information;
the doctor end is used for sending a high control authority request to the cloud mobile phone server;
the cloud mobile phone server is used for providing cloud mobile phone service and remote medical consultation service and comprises a permission management module;
the right management module is used for receiving a high control right request sent by a doctor end and forwarding the high control right request to the doctor end with high control right; receiving a response of a doctor end with high control authority to a high control authority request; the response of the doctor end with the high control authority to the high control authority request comprises an authority granting instruction; based on the grant permission instruction, transferring high control permission to a doctor end sending a high control permission request, wherein the high control permission is used for controlling the cloud mobile phone by a doctor; the rights management module is further configured to: before forwarding a high control authority request to a patient side, receiving identity information sent by the patient side; verifying the patient end based on the identity information; after verification is successful, associating the cloud mobile phone distributed by the cloud mobile phone server with a patient end, and granting the patient end low control authority for controlling the cloud mobile phone by the patient; simultaneously, a doctor who enters the medical consultation room is granted with high control authority; associating the cloud mobile phone with a corresponding account of the patient end in the cloud storage server;

the patient end and the doctor end are terminal equipment provided with cloud mobile phone client programs.

The remote medical consultation system based on the cloud mobile phone of claim 6, wherein the medical consultation management module is further configured to; and after the medical consultation is finished, uploading the modified accessory to accounts corresponding to the patient end and all doctor ends in the cloud storage server.

The remote medical consultation system based on the cloud mobile phone of claim 6, wherein the permission management module is further configured to send a notification that the request is not allowed to the doctor side that issues the request for high control permission based on the instruction not to grant permission.
