6. The system of claim 1, wherein the verification unit is specifically configured to:
checking the currently allocated satellite transponder resources;
if the satellite transponder resource is occupied or the state is unavailable, prompting first error information;
if the satellite transponder resource is distributed but not formally approved, recording the satellite transponder resource as an occupied resource;
if the satellite transponder resource is available, checking the allocated frequency band; if the check result is that the resource frequency pool range is exceeded or the allocated frequency band is not matched with the required frequency band, prompting second error information;
if the allocated frequency band is correct, checking the allocated bandwidth; wherein, the third error message is prompted if the allocated bandwidth exceeds or is less than the application bandwidth;
if the allocated bandwidth is correct, submitting the verification passing result to the approval unit.
7. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the termination unit is specifically configured to:
monitoring expired satellite resources in a resource pool, sending a first notification reminder, and automatically generating a service termination notice under the condition of receiving a first response to the first notification reminder;
and generating a service termination notice in response to the termination operation manually initiated by the user.
8. The system according to claim 1, wherein the statistical analysis unit is specifically configured to:
updating the resource occupation condition and the resource frequency pool state of the satellite transponder in real time according to the distribution process;
updating the resource occupation condition and the resource frequency pool state of the satellite transponder according to the service termination notice, and releasing the resources;
analyzing the statistical data to generate a statistical analysis report, wherein the statistical data analysis comprises the following steps: at least one of a resource angle analysis, a user angle analysis, a peer-to-peer analysis, and a ring-to-ring analysis.
9. A resource management method based on a fixed frequency pool is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
establishing a resource frequency pool, and setting account operation authority and data authority according to roles;
submitting a resource application for a system to generate a service notice according to resource allocation information, wherein the resource application comprises the resource allocation information;
examining and approving the service notice;
distributing tasks;
allocating satellite transponder resources in a resource frequency pool according to the service notice;
verifying the allocated satellite transponder resources;
after the verification is passed, determining the occupation timeliness of the satellite transponder resources, sending a first notification prompt under the condition that the satellite transponder resources are expired, and generating a service termination notification sheet under the condition that a first response to the first notification prompt is received;
and counting and updating the resource occupation condition of the satellite transponder in real time and generating a statistical analysis report.
