and the block chain is used for providing block chain service for the privacy data management unit.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effect of this disclosure is:
(1) the method and the system realize recording of the whole process of job hunting and recruitment by using the block chain distributed account book and realize the whole-process credible tracing supervision of the account book.
(2) According to the method, the block chain is used for encrypted storage and transmission, so that the security and the tamper resistance of the privacy data on the job seeker and the recruitment unit chain are realized. The loss of the job hunting and recruiting parties caused by the false main information is avoided, the cost of the job hunting and recruiting parties is saved, and meanwhile, the risk of losing and damaging the paper certificate is also avoided.
(3) The method is based on the characteristic of the whole-course trace of the block chain, a supervision channel is provided for a job application and recruitment supervisor, the supervisor realizes real-time supervision of the operation condition of the job application and recruitment platform according to the block chain privacy data transaction record data, and the conversion from result supervision to process supervision is realized. A block chain-based job hunting and recruitment device, as shown in fig. 1, includes a job hunting and recruitment privacy data management device 11 and a block chain 12.
The job hunting and recruitment privacy data management device 11 comprises a job hunting module 111 and a recruitment module 112 which are originally owned by a job hunting and recruitment platform, and further comprises a privacy data management module 113 and a privacy data tracing and monitoring module 114.
The job hunting module 111, as an original basic component of the job hunting and recruitment platform, provides job hunting related functions for job seekers, including resume information management, job hunting intention setting, recruitment information viewing, resume delivery, and the like.
The recruitment module 112, as an original basic component of the job hunting and recruitment platform, provides recruitment units with recruitment related functions, including recruitment information management, resume information viewing, resume reception, interview invitation, and the like.
The private data management module 113 includes a private data configuration management module 1131, a private data viewing application module 1132, a private data authorization viewing module 1133, and a private data encryption and decryption module 1134.
The privacy data configuration management module 1131, the job seeker and the recruitment unit can configure the privacy data in the resume and the enterprise information. For example, the job seeker can add existing privacy data on the block chain, such as graduation certificate, degree certificate, insurance payment information and the like as a part of the resume, and the enterprise can add own business license, credit report, enterprise annual report, intellectual property certificate and the like as a part of enterprise information. The job seeker and the recruitment unit can set the visibility of private data, the visibility includes a public state and a non-public state, the data in the public state can be directly checked, when the data in the non-public state needs to be checked, authorization needs to be applied to individuals or enterprises through the private data checking application module 1132, and the data can be checked after the authorization is obtained.
The private data viewing application module 1132, through the resume configured by the private data configuration management module 1131, the individual and the enterprise need to send a private data viewing application to the individual or the enterprise through the private data viewing application module when viewing the private data.
The private data authorization check module 1133 may authorize or deny an application recipient in an individual or an enterprise through the private data application module 1132, for a check application initiated by the individual or the enterprise. When agreeing and authorizing, the application receiver can set the validity period and the check rule of the authorization, wherein the check rule comprises checking for a plurality of times in the validity period, overdue invalidation, checking for one time in the validity period, burning after reading and individual self-defined check rule; after the application is rejected, the application initiator does not have the right to view the corresponding private data. Meanwhile, for the authorized privacy data, the application receiver can terminate the authorization at any time.
The private data encryption/decryption module 1134 includes two aspects of data encryption uplink and decryption downlink. When the person and the enterprise acquire and check the private data on the link of the other side, decryption is needed; uploading of the private data authorization record to the blockchain requires encryption.
The privacy data tracing and monitoring module 119 is used for providing a whole job hunting and recruitment flow tracing and monitoring function for job hunting and recruitment monitors, wherein the whole job hunting and recruitment flow tracing and monitoring function comprises monitoring of the number of block chain accounts, the number of privacy data on a chain, the number of transactions and the like.
The blockchain 12 comprises three parts, namely a job recruitment subject account 121, privacy data 122 and a privacy data transaction record 123, and provides blockchain service for the job recruitment privacy data management device.
The job hunting and recruitment main account module 121 is used for enabling a block chain account for a main job hunting and recruitment body, and the main job hunting and recruitment body can autonomously manage privacy data on a chain after the block chain account is owned.
The privacy data module 122 stores uplink privacy data by using a distributed storage strategy and an encryption algorithm, and guarantees non-tampering and privacy protection of the uplink privacy data.
The private data transaction recording module 123 adopts transaction records of all private data on the distributed account book recording block chain, including transaction records of private data chaining, authorization, acquisition and the like, and ensures that the use of the data on the chain can be traced.
Referring to fig. 2, the electronic contract signing method includes the steps of:
(1) the real-name authentication of the job seeker opens a block chain account, and a job hunting and recruitment platform is logged in;
(2) the job seeker inputs personal resume information on the job hunting and recruitment platform, and adds chain privacy data attached to the resume;
(3) the job seeker views the recruitment information issued by the recruitment unit, and for the position of the psychographic, the job seeker can click to view the detailed information of the position and the corresponding information of the recruitment unit;
(4) the job seeker with the non-public private data of the recruitment unit cannot directly check the private data, and for the private data of the recruitment unit which the job seeker wants to check, the job seeker sends a private data check application to the recruitment unit;
(5) after receiving the application, the recruitment unit agrees to the checking application of the job seeker and authorizes the related data;
(6) the job seeker can check the on-chain privacy data in the non-public state after obtaining the authorization of the recruitment unit;
(7) after checking the detailed information and the position information of the recruitment unit, the job seeker can deliver a personal resume to the recruitment unit;
(8) after receiving the resume delivered by the job seeker, the recruiting unit can check the personal resume information in detail;
(9) for private data on a personal chain attached to a resume, a data recruitment unit in a public state can directly check the private data, and if the data unit in a non-public state needs to check, a private data checking application needs to be sent to a job seeker;
(10) after receiving the checking application, the individual can authorize the corresponding private data to be checked by the recruitment unit as if the individual checks the privacy data;
(11) after the recruiting unit checks the data, if the job seeker meets the requirements, the interview can be carried out.

1. A block chain-based private data management device for job hunting and recruitment is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the privacy data management unit is used for providing resume information management, recruitment information management and interview information management for each client, carrying out authority configuration on the privacy data of each client, receiving a privacy data viewing request, carrying out authorization and encryption and decryption management on the corresponding client and carrying out overall-process supervision on the privacy data of each client;
and the block chain is used for providing block chain service for the privacy data management unit.
2. The block chain-based job hunting and recruitment privacy data management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the block chain includes:
the account module is configured to autonomously manage on-chain privacy data of a client owning the blockchain account;
the privacy data module stores uplink privacy data by adopting a distributed storage strategy and an encryption algorithm so as to ensure that the uplink privacy data cannot be tampered;
the private data transaction recording module adopts transaction record management of all private data on a distributed account book recording block chain to ensure that the use of the data on the chain can be traced;
or further, the transaction record comprises uplink, authorization and acquisition records.

The block chain-based job hunting and recruitment privacy data management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the privacy data management unit can manage a first client and a second client, and the first client is used for resume information management, job hunting intention setting, recruitment information viewing and resume delivery management of job seekers; and the second client is used for performing recruitment information management, resume information viewing, resume receiving and trial and invitation management of the recruitment unit.
4. The block chain-based job hunting and recruitment privacy data management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the private data management unit further includes:
the privacy data configuration management module is used for configuring the privacy data of the first client and the second client;
the private data viewing application module is used for receiving a viewing request of viewing the private data of the other party by the first client or/and the second client;
the private data authorization checking module is used for accepting the first client side or/and the second client side to authorize or reject the checking request of the other side;
and the private data encryption and decryption module is used for encrypting and decrypting the private data on the chain of the first client or/and the second client.

The block chain-based job hunting and recruitment privacy data management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the privacy data includes at least one of graduation certificates, degree certificates, underwriting payment information, business licenses, credit reports, annual reports for businesses, and certificates of intellectual property.

The block chain-based job hunting and recruitment privacy data management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the privacy data authorization checking module is configured to set a validity period and a checking rule of the authorization when the authorization is agreed and authorized, and after the authorization is obtained, an application initiator in the first client or the second client checks the corresponding on-chain privacy data of the other party according to the checking rule within the set validity period; after the application is rejected, the application initiator has no right to check the corresponding private data;
or the private data authorization viewing module is configured to apply for the authorized private data that the receiver can terminate authorization at any time.

10. A job hunting and recruitment privacy data management method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
receiving authentication login request information of a first client, authenticating the information of the first client, and configuring privacy data uploaded by the first client;
receiving a non-public private data request of a viewing unit of a first client, and sending the non-public private data request to a corresponding second client;
