Further, the temporary protection information is recorded with the weight information of the article, for example: when each article is placed on a shelf, the weight of the article and the temporary protection information thereof such as the quality guarantee period are bound and recorded/stored in a relational database, so that the quality guarantee period of the article corresponding to the weight change can be found through weight detection, and the temporary protection information is monitored.
And step S130, controlling the goods shelf to respond and/or prompt according to the personnel identity information and/or the goods taking/placing information.
In one embodiment, detecting whether the person identification information and/or the article taking/putting information of each partition is received or not every predetermined period; if no personnel identity information or no article picking/placing information is detected, sterilizing articles in each partition; if the identity information of the personnel or the article picking/placing information is detected, stopping or prohibiting the disinfection of the articles in each subarea, determining a purchasing flow or a loading/returning flow according to the identity information of the personnel, and combining the article picking/placing information according to different flows to control the goods shelf to make corresponding response and/or prompt; or stopping or prohibiting the disinfection of the articles in each subarea if the distance information of the detected personnel is within the preset threshold range, determining the purchasing flow or the loading/returning flow according to the identity information of the personnel, and controlling the goods shelves to respond and/or prompt correspondingly according to the different flows and the article picking/placing information. Further, the zonal location detection may be provided by an ultrasonic system, such as an ultrasonic device mounted on a laminate, to identify the horizontal distance of personnel from the shelf, in combination with the RF reader identifying personnel information to determine whether to stop the sterilization process or the like.
Further, the method for sterilizing the articles in each subarea specifically comprises the following steps: performing sterilization of the article by the article sterilization device for a predetermined length of time; and/or stopping or prohibiting sterilization of the items within each zone, including in particular: controlling the article sterilizing device to stop or prohibit the article sterilizing device from executing the article sterilizing of the corresponding partition by utilizing the interaction module; and/or determining whether the person is a purchase flow or a loading/unloading flow according to the identity information of the person, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps: if the identity information of the personnel is the purchasing personnel, the purchasing process is performed, and if the identity information of the personnel is the working personnel, the purchasing/returning process is performed; and/or, according to different processes, combining the article picking/placing information to control the goods shelf to make corresponding response and/or prompt, including: and controlling and displaying the corresponding partition state by using the interaction module, and controlling and outputting relevant information and state of the corresponding partition object by using the partition unit. Further, the relevant information may also include, for example: advertisement display, shopping guide, indoor guide and other information.
Further, the interaction module is used for controlling and displaying the corresponding partition state and the corresponding partition article related information and state are controlled and output by the partition unit, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the interaction module is used for controlling the laminate state indicating device where the article is positioned to display the state; the partition state device is controlled by the partition unit to display the state, interactively display and output the related information and state of the corresponding partition object and/or interactively output the related information and state of the corresponding partition object in a voice mode.
Further, control article place laminate state indicating device carries out the state demonstration, specifically includes: prompting the state of an article (for example, the state of a goods place where the article is located) of a corresponding partition by adopting different colors and/or flashing frequencies of status indicator light bands or light sheets on the laminate, wherein the state comprises an alarm state, and when the states of the articles prompted by the status indicator light bands or the light sheets of all the laminate of the partition where the laminate is located are the same, the state of the partition is prompted; and displaying the object names, the quantity, the unit price, the total price and/or other information and states which can be interactively changed of the corresponding object placement positions in the corresponding subareas by adopting the intelligent label; and/or, the control partition status device performs status display specifically including: the status of the corresponding partition is prompted by using different colors and/or flashing frequencies of the partition status light bands or light sheets on the partition, for example: shopping status (develop shopping, pause shopping, discount, in maintenance), etc.; wherein the status further comprises an alarm status.
In one embodiment, the method may further include: the partition unit can also control the partition state device to display the state according to the vision acquisition information of each partition, interactively display and output the related information and state of the corresponding partition object and/or interactively output the related information and state of the corresponding partition object in a voice mode.
And step S140, controlling the opening and releasing of the entrance and exit according to the personnel identity information identified by the entrance and exit of the gate system, the taking/putting state and the ID of the shopping container.
In one embodiment, single-layer and/or double-layer and/or N-layer access field channels can be arranged, and access opening release is controlled by the inlet or outlet identification information. Such as: the entrance identifies personnel identity information at the entrance, specifically, the personnel can directly open the entrance and the exit through which the entrance passes, directly let go, and the like; the ID of the shopping personnel determines that the identity information is opened to be released directly when entering the field, and if the shopping personnel also takes the shopping container, the personnel information needs to be bound with the ID of the shopping container, the state of the shopping container is identified, and then the exit of the field is opened to be released. Identifying personnel identity information at the exit, specifically, the personnel can directly open a gate of the entrance and the exit for release and the like; and the personal information of the purchasing personnel is combined with the purchasing container and the payment condition such as checking the payment information of the payment, and opening the import and/or the export after checking at the import or the export, thereby releasing.
Detection of identification personnel information (information in chip ID), location, etc. may be detected by providing an antenna base station near the entrance/exit of the access port and/or near the location of the purchase container unit to collect and identify signal strength.
More specific in-out field control is for example:
in one embodiment, when a person enters the gate system, personnel identity information of an ID chip carried by the person is identified at an entrance of the entrance channel and the entrance is controlled to be opened and released; and according to the state that the identified person takes the shopping container and the ID of the shopping container, after binding the personnel identity information and the shopping container ID, controlling the opening and releasing of the outlet of the entrance channel.
In one embodiment, when a person goes out of the house through the gate system, the person identity information of an ID chip carried by the person is identified at the entrance of the exit channel, and after the person information and the corresponding consumption and settlement information are checked to be correct, the entrance is controlled to be opened and released; and checking the personnel identity information and the state according to the state of the identified personnel put back into the shopping container and the ID of the shopping container, and controlling the outlet of the departure channel to open and release after the correct put back is determined.
The control process according to the present invention, which is applied to a vending system, will be further described below. The system mainly comprises a goods shelf with a partition positioning function and a central control intelligent gate system.
The shelf may include: the front area of the goods shelf is divided into at least one or more subareas by a dividing device, and a subarea positioning device for carrying out subarea positioning detection on personnel entering and exiting each subarea is arranged; a laminate for placing articles, which is arranged on each partition of the goods shelf, and a weight sensor, which is arranged on a bottom plate of the laminate and is connected with a weighing acquisition unit; and the control device is arranged on the goods shelf and connected with the laminate, the weighing and collecting unit and the partition positioning device. The laminate is removably mounted to the load-bearing frame of the pallet.
The partition positioning device is arranged at a position capable of carrying out partition positioning detection on one or more partitions in front of the goods shelf, and when the partition positioning detection is carried out, the partition positioning device transmits the personnel identity information which is identified by detection and enters or approaches a certain partition to the control device.
The weight sensor can sense the weight change of an article placed on the laminate, transmits the sensed signal to the weighing acquisition unit, and transmits article taking/placing behavior information identified by the weighing acquisition unit through the sensed signal to the control device. The weight sensor is integrally mounted on the bottom plate of the laminate at a position where the weight of the article can be sensed.
The control device (also can be a central control unit of the system) receives the personnel identity information and/or the article taking/placing behavior information, and controls the laminate, one or more partitions and an output device installed in each partition connected with the control device to respond and prompt correspondingly. An article sterilization device and a status indication device, which are connected and controlled by the control device to respond and prompt, are also respectively installed on the laminate. The article sterilization means are mounted on the lower, upper and/or personnel facing side of the floor of the deck at any location where it is possible to sterilize all articles placed on the deck, such as scanning ultraviolet sterilization lamps and/or spray sterilization holes, etc. And status indicating means such as: status indicator lights, smart display labels, etc. Status indicator lights are mounted on the laminate at any position that can be observed and does not interfere with the placement of articles, and the status of the articles on the laminate is indicated by different colors and/or flashing frequencies; each intelligent display label is arranged on the upper surface or the lower surface of the bottom plate of the laminate, faces one side of the personnel and is positioned in front of the same article which is intensively placed in each partition, so that the personnel can see the intelligent display label conveniently.
Specifically, the control device includes an interactive control module and/or a partition control unit corresponding to one or more partitions. The interaction control module is connected with the article disinfection device and the state indication device; when no personal identity information or article taking/placing behavior information exists, the interactive control module controls the article sterilizing device to sterilize articles in the laminate or the partition, when the personal identity information or the article taking/placing behavior information exists, the interactive control module controls the article sterilizing device to stop sterilizing the articles, and the interactive control module also controls the state display of the state indicating device; the partition control unit is also connected with and controls the partition display device to display the related information and state of the partition object or controls the audio output of the partition voice device to output the related information and state of the partition object.
Further, the article sterilizing device sends a starting signal to start article sterilization by the control device and is automatically closed after the article sterilization with preset time length is executed, and the next starting signal or period is waited to be reached; the status indicator lamp is installed in a form of an LED lamp strip or a lamp sheet, and the status comprises an alarm status; wherein, when the article states prompted by the state indicator lamps of all the laminates in the subarea are the same, the state of the subarea is prompted at the same time; the intelligent display tag is an electronic ink screen, an LED screen and/or an LCD screen, and displays the name, the number, the unit price, the total price and/or other interactable information of the corresponding articles in real time.
In addition, one or more independent storage devices can be used on the shelf, the shape and the size of the storage devices can be adjusted, and the storage devices can be detachably arranged and/or can be movably arranged on the bottom plate of the laminate; the intelligent display labels for personnel to view are arranged in front of each storage device. The storage device can be placed on the upper surface of the laminate through a force transmission structure and can sense the position of the weight change of the article by the weight sensor, and the weight sensor senses the change of the weight of the article in the storage device and sends the sensed signal to the weighing acquisition unit.
The output device arranged on the goods shelf can be an interactive subarea display device and/or an interactive subarea voice device arranged on each subarea, and the output device is arranged on the goods shelf at a position convenient for interaction with personnel.
The weighing acquisition unit can be a packaged integrated circuit board with a plurality of interfaces, and is connected with the weight sensors on the laminate. The system collects the sensing signals of the weight change transmitted by the weight sensor and transmits the sensing signals to the partition control unit of the control device. The partition control unit adopts a micro-host, for example, and can be connected with the weighing acquisition unit corresponding to one or more partitions, the interaction control module of the control device and the partition positioning device, receive and process data, and control the interaction in the partitions. The partition control unit controls the connected partition display to display the related information and state of the partition object where the partition display is positioned, wherein the related information and state mainly can be interactive shopping information, and/or object change information, object weight abnormal change alarm and the like. The zone control units may be connected to the central control unit (control device, central control unit) of the unmanned sales location/system, upload data and receive instructions.
One or more visual acquisition devices on the shelf and mounted on the partition display and/or the partition device, and the acquired images or videos of the articles and personnel entering the partition can be transmitted to the partition control unit. The partition status display lamps which are arranged at any observable position in each partition and are connected and controlled by the partition control unit or the interaction control module can be LED lamp strips or lamp sheets, and different states in the whole partition are prompted through different colors and/or flashing frequencies of the lamp strips or the lamp sheets. The different states include an alarm state.
The bearing frame of the goods shelf is compatible with a general supermarket shelf, and the weighing acquisition unit, the partition control unit, the interaction control module, the partition positioning device and the partition display are all arranged at invisible positions on the bearing frame of the goods shelf. The separating means may be a metal side net or a metal grating or a transparent plate (glass side plate etc.) mounted on both sides of each of said partitions. The zone locating means may be a radio frequency activator and/or a radio frequency antenna or the like.
The intelligent gate system is provided with a gate body, a channel isolation device and a shopping containing device taking and placing unit. The gate body is connected with the channel isolation device to form an entrance channel and an exit channel: every two gate bodies are connected to two ends of a channel isolation device to form one side of a field entering channel or a field exiting channel, and the two sides are oppositely arranged to form the field entering channel or the field exiting channel.
The shopping containing device picking and placing unit is arranged between the entrance channel and the exit channel: the gate direction of the entrance channel is opposite to the gate direction of the exit channel, and two adjacent sides of the entrance channel and the exit channel are abutted to set the shopping containing device picking and placing unit. The shopping containing device taking and placing unit can be provided with an RFID antenna radio frequency module, and can identify the ID of the shopping containing device provided with the RFID radio frequency tag and the taking and placing state of the shopping containing device. And different RFID radio frequency tags are arranged on the shopping accommodation device in different directions.
Blocking bodies are arranged at two ends of the field inlet channel and the field outlet channel, and an inlet and an outlet of the two channels are formed to control personnel to enter and exit. When entering a field, the identification equipment arranged on the inlet blocking body of the entering field channel obtains personnel information and controls the blocking body to be opened and released, the central control unit is used for receiving the state that the identified personnel transmitted by the shopping containing device taking and placing unit take the shopping containing device and the ID of the shopping containing device, and after the personnel information and the ID of the shopping containing device are bound, the outlet blocking body of the entering field channel is controlled to be opened and released. When the person goes out, the identification equipment arranged on the inlet blocking body of the outgoing channel is used for identification, and after checking that the personnel information and the corresponding consumption and settlement information are correct, the blocking body is controlled to be opened and released; the central control unit receives the state that the identified personnel transmitted by the shopping accommodating device picking and placing unit are placed back into the shopping accommodating device and the ID of the shopping accommodating device, and controls the outlet blocking body of the departure channel to be opened and released after checking personnel information and the state and determining correct placement back.

The following describes the control process of the vending system of the present invention in more detail with reference to fig. 2 to 4 by taking an intelligent vending application scenario as an example.
In one embodiment, various personnel, such as mainly purchasing personnel, may enter the vending system through a gate system as in FIG. 4.
In one embodiment, the unmanned vending system has shelves as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and a gate system as shown in FIG. 4.
Specifically, the front of the shelf, i.e., the front of the shelf, can be modified over existing conventional supermarket shelves, with the front of the shelf referring to the side of the shelf facing various people who can see the items, or the side of the shelf on which the items are displayed. Personnel include, but are not limited to, purchasing personnel (purchasing personnel/shoppers), personnel managing the items, personnel who have passed by to see the items on the shelves, and the like.
In one embodiment, the pallet has a load-bearing frame 1011, including the rear (back/back panel) of the pallet, which may be a support plate structure with ventilation holes or mounting holes. The shelf is not limited to a multi-layer shelf and a ground stack of a supermarket, and is assembled and arranged according to actual requirements (including sales and/or display requirements) of the supermarket. On the carrier frame 1011, a layer 1016, a weight acquisition unit 1018, a control unit (including an interactive control module 1022 and a partition unit 1019), a partition positioning unit (including a radio frequency activator 1014 and a radio frequency antenna 1015, and/or an ultrasound system, etc.), an output unit (including a partition display) 1027, and/or a partition 1012, etc. may be mounted, and in the example of an application scenario where the no-sell system is located, the carrier frame 1011 may be compatible with a general supermarket shelf.
The front area of the shelf is divided into at least one or more partitions 1013, i.e. shopping partitions, through a partition device 1012 such as various isolation partition plates, baffle plates/baffle plates, partition plates and the like, and identities of personnel in the partitions and actions of taking/placing articles/articles are automatically identified through partition positioning and weight sensing technologies, so that corresponding responses and prompts are performed, and intelligent disinfection and temporary security tracking of articles are realized. The spacing between two adjacent baffles/baffles is, for example, 0.3 to 1.5 meters, and is adjustable according to the laminate length, and the height of each isolation baffle/baffle is preferably higher than the height of the article by 0.03 to 0.1, 0.1 to 0.5, 0.5 to 0.8, or 0.8 to 1 meter, and the like, and the two sides of each partition 1013 are provided with the isolation baffles/baffles, which may be metal meshes, such as: metal side net shape (mesh plate), fences, transparent plates (glass, plastic material) are installed on both sides of each partition. And the partition positioning device for partition positioning detection can be arranged as long as the position of the personnel entering or exiting each partition or approaching each partition can be detected. The zoning positioning apparatus includes a radio frequency activator 1014 and a radio frequency antenna 1015, which can be installed separately as long as the signal can be collected. The partition positioning device uses partition positioning technology to identify the identity of the person entering or approaching in the partition 1013, so as to identify whether the person entering the partition 1013 is a purchasing person/shopper or a working/managing person, such as a supermarket on duty person, so as to perform normal shopping or loading/returning process respectively. The identification may be by RFID carried by the person entering partition 1013, etc. to determine/identify the person identity information. Once the identity information of the person is identified, it may be sent to a control device, such as the interactive control module 1022 therein. When a person approaches or enters a certain partition of the shelf separated by the separation baffle, the partition positioning device performs partition positioning detection to obtain personnel identity information and the like recorded on an ID chip of the corresponding person, and the information is further provided for a control device such as an interaction control module, a partition unit and the like to perform control processing. The personnel and the positions are distinguished, the corresponding control flow is determined, the object and interaction conditions can be effectively monitored, the implementation is simple and convenient, and the processing efficiency is high.
In one embodiment, each section of the shelf has a layer of laminate on which items are placed. Such as a shelf board 1016, which is a shelf panel for holding items in a front area of the pallet, is removably mounted to the load-bearing frame of the pallet. The laminate 1016 is adjustable in height and width. The weight sensor 1017 (e.g., two or more sets) integrally mounted on the floor of the laminate is connected to a weigh acquisition unit which senses the weight change of the item and transmits the sensed signal to the weigh acquisition unit 1018 and transmits item take/release behavior information identified by the weigh acquisition unit 1018 via the sensed signal to a control device for receipt of the information by the control device and control of the laminate 1016 and corresponding response and prompting by an output device mounted in each partition to which the control device is connected. A weighing acquisition unit 1018 (for example, a multi-interface packaged integrated circuit board, one unit 1018 is opposite to a plurality of sensors 1017) acquires sensing signals of weight change transmitted by the weight sensors 1017 and transmits the sensing signals to a partition unit 1019 arranged in the control device, so as to identify article taking/placing behaviors or abnormal conditions, and further, abnormal state alarms (an output device 1027, a partition state display lamp 1025 and/or an indication state device 1023 cooperatively alarm) can be realized. Further, a control device controls the object sterilizing device and the state indicating device which respond and prompt, and are also respectively arranged on the laminate. And, one or more individual storage devices 1020, such as various vending cartridges, removably mounted and/or removably positioned on the deck 1016. Which can intensively store the same kind of articles. An intelligent display tag 10232 for personnel to view may be provided at an upper or lower position on the front deck of each storage unit 1020. Further, the storage device 1020 is placed on the weight sensor 1017 mounted on the top-most layer of the bottom plate of the layer plate 1016 through a force transmission structure, and is used for sorting and placing articles/objects; the weight sensor 1017 senses a change in the weight of the items within the storage device 1020 and sends a sensed signal to the weigh acquisition unit 1018 to identify the item pick-up/put behavior, and even abnormal conditions such as overweight, increased weight, etc. Wherein, the storage device 1020 has an adjustable shape and size, i.e. is adjusted according to actual needs. The weight of different goods, namely, the weight of the goods can be corresponding to the quality guarantee period of the goods, so that the goods shelf can track the quality guarantee period of the residual goods on the position area where the storage device 1020 is located at any time, and can prompt the management/staff (in the staff mode of the staff loading and unloading process) in a supermarket scene for the goods information adjacent to the quality guarantee period, thereby being convenient for timely processing. Once the weight of the articles on the laminate, such as the articles in the storage device with the adjustable width and size, is changed, the information sensed by the sensor is provided for the weighing acquisition unit to calculate and determine whether the articles are reduced or increased, namely whether the articles are taken or put, and then the information is provided for the partition unit, the control processing is carried out, and various information of the weight and the single articles is bound, so that the tracking, the control and the timely reminding are facilitated.
The following describes how to perform state control prompting, interaction and response by combining with interaction state lamp bands or lamp sheets, interaction display or voice output and the like and controlling signal transmission and interaction.
In one embodiment, the partition status indicating means, such as partition status means (display lamps) 1025, are mounted on the partition means 1012 on both sides of each partition 1013. The zone status display light 1025 may include an LED light strip or light sheet or other light emitting device. The LED strip or sheet or other lighting device can display different colors of light to indicate different states, even match different flashing frequencies to indicate different states, specifically for example: green is a normal state, yellow is a state in which a plurality of persons are noted to enter, and red is an abnormal suspended state. The red abnormal pause state may represent an alarm state and may be coordinated with a display content alarm state (or voice/sound alarm state) of an output device such as the interactive zone display 1027 (or voice device). For example: the LED light strips or other light emitting devices (such as light sheets and the like) display different colors to prompt the corresponding shopping partition 1013 or the layer board 1016 or the storage device 1020 to be in different states, specifically, when the partition 1013 or the layer board 1016 or the storage device 1020 is in a normal state, the light strips display green to remind the purchasing personnel that normal shopping is possible; when multiple people enter the partition 1013 or the layer 1016 or the storage device 1020 (for example, multiple people are crowded in one partition, multiple people all get in the vicinity of one storage device, multiple people all get in the vicinity of the same layer, etc.), the light belt shows yellow to remind the purchasing personnel of attention, confusion, mistakes, multiple people all purchase, etc.; when an anomaly occurs in a partition 1013 or a tier 1016 or a storage device 1020, the light band displays a red color, alerting the purchaser that the partition 1013 or tier 1016 or storage device 1020 has been locked, suspending service, and also informing the supermarket of the management attendant (e.g., a display displaying an alarm or an audio alarm of a voice device). The display color of the LED light strip indicating the zone status may also be controlled by the interactive control module 1022 and/or the zone unit 1019. In this embodiment, this is done primarily by partition unit 1019.
In one embodiment, there is also an output device 1027 mounted at each partition, comprising an interactive partition display and/or interactive partition voice device 1027, which partition display and/or interactive partition voice device 1027 is connected to a control device, mainly with a partition unit 1019 in the control device controlling its display and/or controlling its sound/audio/voice interaction with the personnel in the partition 1013. Specific examples are: the partition unit 1019 controls the display of various related information and status related to the item on the partition display 1027, including but not limited to alarms such as shopping information display, and/or abnormal weight change of the item; and/or the partition unit 1019 controls various relevant information and status related to the item, such as the sound/voice/audio of the partition voice device 1027, including but not limited to alarms such as shopping information voice feedback, and/or abnormal changes in weight of the item, etc. Further, the alarm state of the output device may also be displayed synchronously or with a voice/sound alarm at the time of an abnormal change alarm at the time of the partition state display lamp 1025 and the indication state device 1023 mounted on the laminate.
In one embodiment, there are one or more vision acquisition devices 1026 located at any one or more of the personnel image locations capable of acquiring the sub-areas 1013, such as: cameras, etc. mounted on the partition display and/or the partition 1012 acquire information such as images or videos of the entry or approach of the articles and persons in the partition 1013, and transfer to a partition unit 1019 provided in the control device.
In one embodiment, the control means comprises an interactive control module 1022 connecting said article sterilization means 1021 and said status indication means 1023, and a partition unit 1019 corresponding to one or more partitions. When no personnel identity information or article taking/placing behavior information exists, the interaction control module 1022 controls the article sterilizing device 1021 to sterilize articles in the laminate or the subarea; when there is personal identity information or article taking/placing behavior information, the interaction control module 1022 controls the article sterilization device 1021 to stop the article sterilization. Wherein, the layer 1016 is provided with an article sterilizing device 1021, and the article sterilizing device 1021 is connected with an interaction control module 1022 arranged in the control device and controlled by the interaction control module 1022. The control is as follows: based on the information detected by the purchasing personnel position detecting and locating module (RFID) detection function (an example of the present invention may be that the partition locating device 1015 connected to the partition locating control unit 1014 completes detection), when no purchasing personnel is in the shopping partition, the article sterilizing device 1021 performs ultraviolet sterilization or ozone sterilization or other non-contact sterilization on the articles in the laminate 1016 or the partition 1013, and when the purchasing personnel position detecting and locating module detects that the personnel is close to the shopping partition 1013, the intelligent article sterilizing device 1021 can automatically stop sterilizing the articles or prohibit the sterilizing operation from being performed. The length of the disinfection time can be preset/set/predetermined according to actual requirements and the like.
In one embodiment, the ply 1016 has a status indicating device 1023 mounted thereon. The status indication means 1023 may for example comprise status indicator lights 10231 and smart display labels 10232. Wherein the status indicator 10231 is mounted on any location of the laminate that can be focused or visible, such as a location on the side or inside of the floor middle layer of the laminate that faces the person but can be seen by, for example, a shopper, a grower, etc., and can be prompted to the person with a different color or flashing frequency; while the smart display labels 10232 are mounted on the uppermost personnel facing side of the floor of the laminate or other locations that are clearly visible to personnel and in front of the same type of centrally located items in each zone. By the goods shelf structure, the goods loading and returning or purchasing process is determined mainly by sensing the weight change (taking or placing) of the goods and the identity information (which position and what person) of the partition positioning personnel, and corresponding control management and real-time interaction can be executed.
The gate system control in this embodiment of the present invention may be a control of a gate system having a shopping container pick-and-place unit.
In one embodiment, a gate system for combining the entrance and exit of a shopping container taking and placing control personnel consists of a gate body 1, a blocking body 4, a channel isolation device 2, a shopping container taking and placing unit 3 and a central control unit, wherein the gate body is connected with the channel isolation device to form an entrance channel and an exit channel; the shopping container taking and placing unit is arranged between the entrance channel and the exit channel. The system utilizes a gate body 1 and a channel isolation device 2 to form two channels of an entrance and an exit, and two ends of each channel form a channel inlet and a channel outlet by a blocking body to control personnel to enter and exit. Such as: two gate bodies 1 are connected to two ends of a channel isolation device 2 to form a channel, such as an entrance channel or an exit channel. In one example: one channel may be a field channel formed by two sides (for example, two sides of two gate bodies 1 forming a separation channel after connecting two ends of a channel grid force device 2) arranged in parallel; the other two sides can also be oppositely arranged to form a departure channel. The direction of the gate body of the entrance channel is opposite to that of the gate body of the exit channel, and two isolation belts adjacent to the entrance channel and the exit channel are abutted against each other to set the shopping container picking and placing unit 3.
Wherein, the shopping container picking and placing unit 3 is provided with an RFID (radio frequency identification) recognition module, which comprises an activator, an antenna and a control chip, and can recognize the ID of the shopping container provided with the RFID radio frequency tag and the picking and placing state thereof. RFID tags are preloaded in different directions of shopping containers (including but not limited to shopping baskets, shopping carts, food trays and the like) used, and the RFID tags are bound with shopping container information. The shopping container taking and placing unit is communicated with the RFID tag pre-installed on the shopping basket to identify shopping containers in the range of the antenna. The shopping container is moved out of the antenna range, the RFID communication is disconnected, and the unit judges that the shopping container is taken out. And the shopping container is put back into the unit, the shopping container taking and putting unit recognizes that a new RFID tag enters the range of the antenna, and the tag ID is correct, and the shopping container is judged to be put back. Here, the power level of the RFID antenna may be set, the antenna identification range may be adjusted, and the unit operation area range may be changed. And the RFID tags are arranged in different directions of the shopping container, so that the identification capability of the purchasing personnel position detection positioning module to the RFID tags is improved. The power of the RFID antenna can be set, the identification range of the antenna is adjusted, and the range of the working area of the unit is changed. The work area can be increased by adding antennas to handle more shopping baskets. The RFID tags are arranged in different directions of the shopping basket, so that the identification capability of the purchasing personnel position detection positioning module to the RFID tags is improved.
The blocking body 4 is composed of two opposite doors which can be opened and closed and can be stretched or rotated along the shaft connected with the gate body 1, and the two doors are arranged at two ends of the entrance channel and the exit channel to form an entrance and an exit of the channel so as to control personnel to enter and exit.
In approach control: the system is released after personnel information is identified by the entrance channel entrance through the technologies such as face recognition and the like. The shopping container taking and placing unit identifies that personnel correctly take out the shopping container, and after personnel information is bound with the ID of the shopping basket, the outlet of the entrance channel is controlled to be released, and the personnel carry the shopping container to enter the shopping container successfully. Otherwise, the outlet is kept closed, and the system reminds the personnel to take the shopping container correctly through the display unit. Specifically, during approach, identification equipment (such as a face recognition device and the like) is arranged on an inlet blocking body 4 of an approach channel to obtain personnel information and control the blocking body to be opened and released; the central control unit receives the state that the identified personnel transmitted by the shopping container picking and placing unit 3 picks up the shopping container and the ID of the shopping container, binds personnel information and the ID of the shopping container, and then controls the outlet blocking body 4 of the entrance channel to open the releasing entrance.
In the departure control: the system identifies and checks the fee and settlement information of personnel in the presence at the entrance of the presence channel, and releases the personnel to enter the presence channel after the presence condition is reached. The shopping container taking and placing unit identifies whether a shopping container is placed or not, checks shopping ID and binding personnel information, judges that personnel return the shopping container after the information is correct, achieves a release condition, and controls the outlet to release. Otherwise, the outlet is kept closed, and the system reminds personnel to correctly return the shopping container through the display unit. Specifically, during departure, identification equipment arranged on an inlet blocking body 4 of a departure channel is used for identifying, and after personnel information and corresponding consumption and settlement information are checked to be correct, the blocking body 4 is controlled to be opened and released; the central control unit receives the state that the identified personnel transmitted by the shopping container picking and placing unit 3 are placed back into the shopping container and the ID of the shopping container, and controls the outlet blocking body of the departure channel to be opened and released after checking personnel information and the state and determining correct placement back.
In addition, a display unit 5 can be arranged on the gate system, so that the purchasing personnel can be reminded of correctly taking the shopping basket, or the purchasing personnel can be reminded of correctly returning the shopping basket when going out.
Therefore, under the condition of no human intervention, the embodiment realizes automatic control of taking and placing of the purchased articles, taking and returning of shopping tools such as shopping containers and the like. The unmanned vending system is more intelligent in management and control, the performance of the whole unmanned vending system is improved, and further user experience is improved.
The central control unit can be a control device of the whole unmanned vending system, such as a goods shelf, so as to realize overall control.

An example of an electronic device of the invention is described below, which can be regarded as a physical form of implementation for the method and device examples of the invention described above. Details described in this embodiment of the electronic device of the invention should be considered supplementary to the embodiments of the method or device/system described above; for details not disclosed in the embodiments of the electronic device of the invention, reference may be made to the above-described method or device/system embodiments.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an exemplary embodiment of an electronic device according to the present invention. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic apparatus 200 of this exemplary embodiment is embodied in the form of a general-purpose data processing device. The components of the electronic device 200 may include, but are not limited to: at least one processing unit 210, at least one memory unit 220, a bus 230 connecting the different system components (including the memory unit 220 and the processing unit 210), a display unit 240, and the like.
The storage unit 220 stores therein a computer readable program, which may be a source program or code of a program that is read only. The program may be executed by the processing unit 210 such that the processing unit 210 performs the steps of various embodiments of the present invention. For example, the processing unit 210 may perform the steps of the previous embodiments.
The memory unit 220 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory units, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 2201 and/or cache memory 2202, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 2203. The storage unit 220 may also include a program/utility 2204 having a set (at least one) of program modules 2205, such program modules 2205 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 230 may be a bus representing one or more of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic apparatus 200 may also be in communication with one or more external devices 300 (e.g., a keyboard, a display, a network device, a bluetooth device, etc.), such that a user can interact with the electronic apparatus 200 via the external devices 300, and/or such that the electronic apparatus 200 can communicate with one or more other data processing devices (e.g., a router, a modem, etc.). Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 250, and may also occur through a network adapter 260 to one or more networks, such as a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet. Network adapter 260 may communicate with other modules of electronic device 200 via bus 230. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in electronic device 200, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.

The computer program, when executed by one or more data processing devices, enables the computer readable medium to carry out the above-described method of the present invention, namely: the configuration service management provided by the service end generates a configuration file related to the domain name; when the domain name fault occurs during the service requesting process, the client side updates the configuration file to realize the automatic switching of domain name access.
From the foregoing description of embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the exemplary embodiments of the present invention described herein may be implemented in software, or may be implemented in software in combination with the necessary hardware. Thus, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium (may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a mobile hard disk, etc.) or on a network, comprising several instructions to cause a data processing device (may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to perform the above-described method according to the present invention.

Program code for carrying out operations of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C++ or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device, partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of remote computing devices, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., connected via the Internet using an Internet service provider).
In summary, the present invention may be implemented in a method, system, electronic device, or computer readable medium that executes a computer program. Some or all of the functions of the present invention may be implemented in practice using a general purpose data processing device such as a microprocessor or Digital Signal Processor (DSP).

Claims (11)

1. A method of controlling a vending machine, comprising:
carrying out partition positioning detection on personnel entering or approaching each partition of the goods shelf so as to identify personnel identity information entering or approaching each partition, and accurately determining the position of the personnel entering or approaching each partition based on multi-target positioning of accurate positioning acquisition and rough positioning acquisition, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps of:
constructing an electronic map of the whole physical space environment, setting one or more acquisition points at the appointed coordinate position of the electronic map, and correspondingly calibrating one or more monitoring areas by using various aggregate shapes;
Each acquisition point at least comprises a rough positioning acquisition device and a precise positioning acquisition device, and the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are arranged on different points of a longitudinal coordinate z of the same horizontal coordinate xy position of each acquisition point, and specifically comprise: one or more rough positioning acquisition devices are arranged at the high position of the longitudinal coordinate z, and one or more precise positioning acquisition devices are arranged at the low position; the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are arranged on the vertical line of the same horizontal coordinate xy and are not overlapped, and/or if the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are of a type which is not 360 degrees in all directions, the acquisition directions of the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device are consistent, and/or the directions of the precise positioning acquisition device are used as targets during installation, the effective acquisition range of the rough positioning acquisition device and the precise positioning acquisition device is ensured to cover or enclose the corresponding monitoring area, and/or more acquisition points are arranged more densely for the monitoring area where more measured targets can appear;
determining the identity ID and rough position information of the personnel in the in-out electronic map according to the rough positioning acquisition device, determining the distance measurement information according to the accurate positioning acquisition device, determining the actual accurate position and the monitoring area of each personnel in-out electronic map according to the coordinate data based on a multi-point positioning algorithm, and identifying the personnel and the authority of the personnel through the association with the positioning acquisition devices by the central control center;
The goods shelf is divided into one or more independent partitions, and the size and width adjustable detachable classified storage device on the laminate of each partition corresponds to the quality guarantee period of the goods shelf through the weights of different goods;
detecting the weight change of the articles in each partition to identify the article picking/placing information;

2. The method of claim 1, wherein,
carrying out partition positioning detection on personnel entering or approaching each partition so as to identify personnel identity information entering or approaching each partition, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps: detecting the real-time position of the person and the carried ID chip; identifying identity information corresponding to the personnel according to the ID chip so as to judge whether the personnel is a purchasing personnel or a working personnel; acquiring the real-time position of the person and the identity information of the person;
