The block chain is a distributed account book system, is commonly maintained by a plurality of nodes, and is characterized by being not easy to tamper, difficult to forge and traceable. The blockchain records all information of the transaction, and once data enters the blockchain, even an internal worker cannot make any change in the blockchain. This unalterable feature comes not from using some kind of operation, but from the block chain system and mechanism itself. This makes the use of block-chaining techniques simpler and more efficient than other security techniques. The blockchain technique can be used in places where fairness, fairness and honesty are needed.
Intelligent contracts are divided into two categories, one with legal power, i.e., actual intelligent contracts, one called on-chain code, which is code that runs on top of a blockchain, with no legal power. Generally, the intelligent contract system exists by relying on a block chain system and is built in the block chain system. After the intelligent contract transaction enters the block chain system, the intelligent contract transaction is executed through the intelligent contract module, the executed data is jointly identified and linked through the block chain, the whole process is completed inside the block chain system, the intelligent contract data comes from the block chain account book where the intelligent contract data is located, and the execution result is stored in the same account book.
Fig. 1 illustrates a blockchain-based transaction method provided by an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes the following steps:
step 101: establishing corresponding commodity service advertisements in a target block chain intelligent contract according to transaction establishing requests sent by a plurality of seller user devices;
step 102: according to a target transaction request sent by buyer user equipment, acquiring detailed information of a commodity service advertisement commodity corresponding to the target transaction request from a target block chain intelligent contract; the target transaction request carries commodity service advertisement information, deposit information, commodity detail information, buyer account information and seller account information;
step 103: executing the target transaction request by calling a target intelligent contract in a target block chain, and freezing buyer deposit and seller deposit into the target block chain;
step 104: and if the target transaction is successful, releasing the buyer deposit and the seller deposit to the buyer user account and the seller user account when the deposit is thawed out to the expiration.

In one possible embodiment, the deposit may be a legal digital currency such as digital RMB, or may be cryptocurrency or other digital assets.
In one possible implementation, the arbitration process includes: randomly selecting a plurality of arbitrators to carry out arbitration, judging one party supported by a plurality of arbitrators as a winner, releasing the guarantee money of the winner, and transferring the guarantee money of a loser to a winner device; the arbitrator pledges a set amount of funds, obtains an arbitration fee commission by participating in the arbitration, and arbitraters who do not fulfill the arbitration obligation deduct the set amount of funds.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: and updating the order state of the target intelligent contract when the operations of confirming or canceling the order, confirming the delivery of goods by the buyer and confirming the delivery of goods by the seller are performed.
Fig. 2 shows a block chain based transaction method provided by an embodiment of the present application, in which each user registers a binding wallet through a user device, selects roles including a seller, a buyer and an arbitrator, and pays a deposit according to the selected roles, according to an embodiment of the present application. If the seller is the seller, the advertisement can be published, and the margin proportion and the unfreezing time are set when the first party (seller) publishes the advertisement; the advertisement content type is purchase or sale, and the advertisement content can be goods or services; the first party sets unit price, quantity specification, commodity and service description; and the first party executes the issuing operation and stores the advertisement information into the intelligent contract. The order is confirmed when the order is received, shipped to complete the transaction, and received after the purchaser confirms the shipment, the released deposit is received. If the buyer is the buyer, the deposit is frozen after the order is submitted, the seller is waited to deliver and receive the goods after the payment is confirmed, and the released deposit is received after the transaction is successful. If a problem occurs therein, arbitration may be initiated, evidence submitted, and the arbitration result awaited.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of a block chain based transaction method provided by an embodiment of the present application, in fig. 3, after a buyer submits an order and confirms the order, if the order is not paid within a set time, the order is cancelled, and if the order is cancelled, arbitration may be initiated. The order may also be chosen to be cancelled if at the stage of payment, or the seller may choose to initiate arbitration if the seller has not shipped. In the arbitration process, an arbitration period is divided into 3 stages, namely a proof period, an arbitration period and a complaint period in sequence, evidence is uploaded by two parties in the proof period, an arbitrator in the arbitration period carries out arbitration, and if the complaint period does not meet arbitration results, re-arbitration can be initiated.
Various aspects of the blockchain-based transaction method provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below.
User registration: and encrypting and storing the personal real-name information, the collection account number and the wallet to a transaction platform intelligent contract.

Submitting an order: the second party (buyer) selects the advertisement, inputs unit price, quantity and remarks, executes the submitting operation to submit order information to the intelligent contract, and freezes the deposit of the first and second parties.
Confirming the order: the first party receives the order information and performs order confirmation operation and then starts trading; the transaction is based on transaction rules. The first party cancels the order and releases the deposit of the two parties; and executing confirmation or canceling order operation to update the intelligent contract order state.
Confirming payment: after the first party confirms the order, the second party selects a payment mode (deposit, offline transfer), and the second party executes the operation of confirming the payment to update the intelligent contract order state.
And (3) confirming collection: after the party B confirms payment, the party A executes the confirmed collection operation to update the intelligent contract order state, and releases the deposit of both parties after the thawing time, so that the transaction is completed.
And (3) initiating arbitration: in the transaction process, the parties A and B can initiate transaction default arbitration, and certain arbitration fee needs to be paid when the parties A and B initiate arbitration.
And (3) performing arbitration: the arbitrator corresponding to the current arbitration scheme can choose to support the original announcement or the announced announcement in the arbitration period.
Transaction arbitration: the intelligent contract randomly selects a plurality of arbitrators to carry out arbitration, and one party which obtains the support of most arbitrators obtains the guarantee fund frozen by the other party and releases the guarantee fund of the other party; the arbitration period is divided into 3 stages, namely a proof period, an arbitration period and a complaint period, wherein evidences are uploaded by two parties in the proof period, an arbitrator in the arbitration period carries out arbitration, and if the complaint period is not consistent with the arbitration result, re-arbitration can be initiated.
The arbitrator: a pledge may become an arbitrator, and an arbitrator performing arbitration may obtain an arbitration fee commission that an arbitrator not fulfilling the arbitration obligation penalizes a wager of no amount.
