Description

RFID information processing system and method for tobacco material container
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the field of tobacco production, and in particular relates to a radio frequency identification (Radio Frequency Identification, abbreviated as RFID) information processing system and method for a tobacco material container.
Background
Along with the maturity of cigarette modularization production technology, box-type cut tobacco is widely applied to each cigarette mill with its accurate high efficiency, nimble characteristics of adjustment, and its smoke box circulation, the storage process adopts RFID equipment to carry out the reading and writing of smoke box information generally. In some related art, the hardware portion of the RFID device includes an RFID information carrier that stores information and an RFID read-write module that transmits and processes information. The RFID information carrier for storing information is mainly arranged on a smoke box body of the box type wire storage. The reading and writing functions of the smoke box information in the cigarette production process are completed through the association control function of the RFID information carrier, the RFID reading and writing module and the upper PLC, so that the flow and accuracy of the smoke box information in the production process are ensured through the processes of information flow conversion, replication, storage and the like, and meanwhile, the upper monitoring interface is ensured to accurately display the smoke box information in the current production process.
In the related art, when the RFID information carrier reaches the reading and writing station of the RFID device along with the smoke box, the RFID reading and writing module needs to write the produced smoke box information into the RFID information carrier, and at this time, the basic workflow of the RFID information processing system of the box-type yarn storage includes: the RFID module reads the smoke box information stored by the RFID information carrier; the RFID read-write module transmits the smoke box information to the PLC read-cache area, and the PLC read-cache area copies the smoke box information to the corresponding PLC write-cache area; the PLC control program updates part of smoke box information such as batch number, license plate number, weight and the like to the PLC writing buffer area, and the smoke box information meeting the current production needs is stored in the writing buffer area through the step; the updated smoke box information stored in the PLC write cache area is transmitted to the RFID read-write module; and the RFID read-write module writes the smoke box information into the RFID information carrier, so that the updating of the storage information of the RFID information carrier in the current production process is completed.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor finds that the smoke box information can be divided into fixed information (such as the current smoke box number) and variable information (such as the batch number, the license plate number, the weight and the like of the current tobacco shreds) according to the change condition in the process, the data structure adopted by the smoke box information in the related technology does not distinguish the two types of information, but in practical application, when the faults such as communication flash and the like occur, the possibility that the PLC storage area is unsuccessful in reading and writing the smoke box information can exist, the fixed information stored in the last stage is not covered, the fixed information finally written into the RFID information carrier is inconsistent with the current stage, and the quality problems of mixed batch and mixed license plate can be caused by the non-uniqueness of the fixed information after the smoke box enters the next process.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of some embodiments of an RFID information processing system of a tobacco material container according to the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, an RFID information processing system for a tobacco material container includes: an RFID reader 100 and a host controller 200. The upper controller 200 is communicatively connected to the RFID reader 100. The RFID reader 100 is capable of wirelessly communicating with an RFID information carrier 300 (e.g., an RFID tag) to read and write to the RFID information carrier 300.
In some embodiments, the RFID information carrier 300 may be of a passive type structure, i.e., the RFID information carrier 300 does not have a built-in power source, but operates according to the induced electromotive force generated by the waves transmitted by the RFID reader/writer 200. In other embodiments, RFID information carrier 300 may also have a built-in power source. The RFID reader 100 may be an RFID reader of the prior art, for example, including an antenna coil, a communication unit such as an oscillating circuit, a storage unit such as a RAM, and a control unit such as a central processor, and the specific structure thereof will not be described herein.
The upper controller 200 may communicate with the RFID reader 100 through an industrial ethernet or PROFIBUS. The upper controller 200 may further include a central processing unit, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, and the like (not shown in the figure). The memory may store a code of the control program, data read from the RFID reader/writer, data updated by the control program in an actual process, and the like. The central processing unit may execute a control program stored in the memory to implement the data processing function. The input/output interface may be connected to various external devices such as a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, or the display apparatus 400. The communication interface may communicate with an RFID reader or other device via various communication protocols.
In the present embodiment, the RFID reader 100 is configured to: reading and writing the complete information of the tobacco material container on the RFID information carrier 300, and transmitting the read complete information of the tobacco material container to the upper controller 200. The tobacco material container complete information comprises tobacco material container fixed information and tobacco material container variable information. For example, when the tobacco material container is a tobacco box, the tobacco material container fixing information may include a tobacco box number, and the tobacco material container variable information may include at least one of a tobacco shred batch number, a brand number, and a weight.
The upper controller 200 includes a read buffer area 210 and a write buffer area 220, the read buffer area 210 includes a read buffer fixed area 211 and a read buffer variable area 212, and the write buffer area 220 includes a write buffer variable area 222. The upper controller 200 is configured to: storing the tobacco material container fixed information in the tobacco material container complete information received from the RFID reader/writer 100 into the read cache fixed area 211, and storing the tobacco material container variable information into the read cache variable area 212; copying the tobacco material container variable information in the read cache variable region 212 to the write cache variable region 222; in the actual process, the control program 230 updates the variable information of the tobacco material container in the writing cache variable area 222; the complete information of the tobacco material container including the updated tobacco material container variable information in the writing buffer variable area 222 and the tobacco material container fixed information stored in the reading buffer fixed area 211 is transmitted to the RFID reader/writer 100.
Compared with the RFID information processing system of the box type yarn storage in the related art, the upper controller 200 of the embodiment stores the fixed information and the variable information in the tobacco material container information in different areas when copying the tobacco material container information, and releases the binding relation between the fixed information and the variable information in the process of processing data by the upper controller, so that the variable information is updated through a control program in an actual process without operating the fixed information, the fixed information is not copied together with the variable information in the copying process in the upper controller, the uniqueness and the accuracy of the tobacco material container fixed information from end to end are further ensured, and the risks of quality problems of mixed batches and mixed cards are avoided or reduced.
For convenience of setup, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the write buffer area 220 and the read buffer area 210 may be set to the same data length and divided into a fixed area and a variable area, i.e., a read buffer fixed area 211 and a read buffer variable area 212, and a write buffer fixed area 221 and a write buffer variable area 222. The write cache fixing area 221 is not used in the actual information processing. The data format and length of the write buffer 220 and the read buffer 210 may be determined based on the tobacco material container integrity information.
For convenience in processing, when the data format of the complete information of the tobacco material container processed by the RFID information carrier and the RFID reader-writer is designed, the data format can be preset into a format of fixed information and variable information, and the write cache area 220 and the read cache area 210 of the upper controller are kept consistent with the format, so that the risk of flow errors caused by mismatching of the data formats is reduced. The upper controller 200 may allocate the start and end addresses of the read buffer and the write buffer according to the byte length of the tobacco material capacity fixed information and the tobacco material capacity variable information.
In fig. 1, the RFID information processing system may further include a display device 400. The display device 400 is communicatively connected to the upper controller 200, and is configured to display information stored in the read cache fixed area 211 and the read cache variable area 212. The operator can view and check the information displayed by the display device. The display device 400 may be a display, a touch screen, or the like.
According to the embodiment of the RFID information processing system of the tobacco material container, the invention further provides a corresponding RFID information processing method. As shown in fig. 2, a flow diagram of some embodiments of an RFID information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the RFID information processing method includes:
Step S110: causing the RFID reader 100 to read the tobacco material container complete information in the RFID information carrier 300, wherein the tobacco material container complete information comprises tobacco material container fixed information and tobacco material container variable information;
step S120: the RFID reader-writer 100 is enabled to transmit the read complete information of the tobacco material container to the upper controller 200;
step S130: storing the tobacco material container fixed information in the tobacco material container complete information received from the RFID reader/writer 100 into a read cache fixed area 211 of the upper controller 200, and storing the tobacco material container variable information into a read cache variable area 212 of the upper controller 200;
step S140: copying the variable information of the tobacco material container in the read cache variable area 212 to a write cache variable area 222 of the upper controller 200;
step S150: in the actual process, the control program 230 updates the variable information of the tobacco material container in the writing cache variable area 222;
step S160: transmitting the tobacco material container complete information including the updated tobacco material container variable information in the write cache variable area 222 and the tobacco material container fixed information stored in the read cache fixed area 211 to the RFID reader/writer 100;
Step S170: the RFID reader 100 is caused to write the received tobacco material container integrity information to the RFID information carrier 300.
In this embodiment, the RFID information carrier 300 may be provided on the tobacco material container, and steps S110 to S170 may be performed by the upper controller 200 according to a control program stored therein. In addition, the tobacco material container may be a tobacco box, and the tobacco material container fixing information may include a tobacco box number, and the tobacco material container variable information may include at least one of a tobacco shred batch number, a brand number, and a weight.
Fig. 3 is a flow diagram of further embodiments of an RFID information processing method according to the present disclosure.
The inventors have also found in studying the related art that: if the reading and writing failure caused by communication errors and the like between the RFID reader-writer and the upper processor occurs in the current stage, the remaining smoke box information in the previous stage will flow to the subsequent links, thereby causing the risk of tobacco shred mixing and card mixing. To further reduce this risk, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, after the aforementioned step S110, the RFID information processing method further includes:
step S210: judging whether the read buffer area 210 is empty, if yes, turning to step S120 to inform the RFID reader 100 to transmit the read complete information of the tobacco material container to the upper controller 200, otherwise turning to step S220;
step S220: the read buffer 210 is emptied, and then the process goes to step S120 to inform the RFID reader 100 to transmit the read complete information of the tobacco material container to the upper controller 200.
The emptying operation is carried out on the read buffer memory area before the complete information of the tobacco material container is transmitted to the upper controller, the residual information of the read buffer memory area is cleared timely, the situation that the old tobacco material container fixing information stored in the read buffer memory fixing area of the read buffer memory area flows to the subsequent stage due to certain reasons (such as information transmission failure caused by communication failure) is avoided, and the situation that the new tobacco material container fixing information cannot completely cover the old tobacco material container fixing information to cause errors of the fixing information stored in the read buffer memory fixing area is avoided, so that the subsequent production is influenced is avoided.
Since there is a risk of communication failure, in order to improve reliability of information processing, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, after step S130, the RFID information processing method further includes:
step S230: judging whether the read buffer area 210 is empty, if it is determined that the read buffer area 210 is empty, going to step S130, so as to restore the tobacco material container fixed information to the read buffer fixed area 211, and restore the tobacco material container variable information to the read buffer variable area 212.
Since the read buffer is kept empty before the complete information of the tobacco material container is stored in step S210 and step S220, if the information transmission fails due to the communication failure in step S130, the read buffer is still empty in step S230, and otherwise, is not empty. If the read buffer is empty, step S130 is repeated until the read buffer is not empty. Of course, if the repeated storing operation cannot make the read buffer have data in the preset times (for example, 3-5 times), an alarm is needed to prompt the operator to remove the fault. Thus, the reliability of RFID information processing can be further improved, and the adverse effect of communication faults on tobacco production is reduced or avoided.
In order to avoid the problem of mixing tobacco shreds in batch and cards caused by transfer of old information streams in a previous stage before the writing buffer remains to a current stage or a subsequent stage in the copying process between the reading buffer and the writing buffer of the upper controller, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the RFID information processing method further includes: step S240 and step S250. When it is determined in step S230 whether the read buffer 210 is empty, if it is determined that the read buffer 210 is not empty, the process goes to step S240.
In step S240, it is determined whether the writing buffer variable area 222 is empty, and if yes, the process goes to step S140 to copy the tobacco material container variable information in the reading buffer variable area 212 to the writing buffer variable area 222, and if not, the process goes to step S250.
In step S250, the write buffer variable area 222 is emptied, and then the process goes to step S140 to copy the tobacco material container variable information in the read buffer variable area 212 to the write buffer variable area 222.
By performing emptying judgment and emptying operation on the writing buffer variable area before copying the variable information of the tobacco material container to the writing buffer variable area, the residual information of the writing buffer variable area is timely cleared, and the phenomenon that the follow-up production is affected due to the fact that the old variable information of the tobacco material container stored in the writing buffer variable area flows to a follow-up stage due to some reasons (such as information transmission failure caused by communication failure) is avoided.
Since there is a risk of copy failure, in order to improve reliability of information processing, referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, after step S140, the RFID information processing method further includes:
step S260: if the writing buffer variable area 222 is empty, the process goes to step S140 to copy the tobacco material container variable information in the reading buffer variable area 212 to the writing buffer variable area 222 again, otherwise, the process goes to step S150 to update the tobacco material container variable information in the writing buffer variable area 222 through the control program 230 in the actual process.
Since the writing buffer variable area is kept empty before being copied with the tobacco material container variable information in step S240 and step S250, if the copying failure occurs in step S140, it is judged in step S260 whether the writing buffer variable area is empty or not, and otherwise, it is not empty. If the write cache variable area is empty, step S140 is repeated until the write cache variable area is not empty. Of course, if the duplication operation is repeated within a predetermined number of times (e.g., 3-5 times) without the write cache variable area having data, an alarm is required to prompt the operator to troubleshoot the fault. Thus, the reliability of RFID information processing can be further improved, and the adverse effect of replication failure on tobacco production is reduced or avoided.
When the updated complete information of the tobacco material container of the RFID information carrier is written by the RFID reader-writer, the accuracy of the information actually contained in the RFID information carrier is to be checked, and in order to improve the reliability of the tobacco flow, referring to fig. 3, after step S170, the RFID information processing method further includes:
step S180: the RFID reader-writer 100 is enabled to read the complete information of the tobacco material container in the RFID information carrier 300 again, and the read complete information of the tobacco material container is transmitted to the upper controller 200;
step S190: after receiving the complete information of the tobacco material container read again by the RFID reader 100, storing the variable information of the tobacco material container in the complete information of the tobacco material container into the read cache variable area 212;
step S270: checking whether the variable information of the tobacco material container in the read cache variable area 212 is consistent according to the actual procedure, if so, ending the operation, otherwise, turning to step S280;
step S280: and sending out alarm information.
In step S270, the upper controller may compare the variable information of the tobacco material container currently in actual production with the variable information of the tobacco material container in the read cache variable area, and if the two are consistent, the process is ended, and the production process is continued. If the two are inconsistent, the alarm information of sound, light or image can be presented through an alarm device or a display device, so that operators can intervene in time, and adverse effects on the subsequent production flow are avoided. After the alarm is issued, the steps of the RFID information processing method described above may be repeated. Thus, adverse effects on the production process caused by inaccurate information can be eliminated.
Referring to the foregoing embodiments of the RFID information processing method, in some embodiments of the RFID information processing system, the upper controller 200 may be configured to: after the RFID reader 100 reads the complete information of the tobacco material container from the RFID information carrier 300, it is determined whether the read buffer area 210 is empty, if yes, the RFID reader 100 is informed to transmit the read complete information of the tobacco material container to the upper controller 200, if not, the read buffer area 210 is emptied, and then the RFID reader 100 is informed to transmit the read complete information of the tobacco material container to the upper controller 200.

In some embodiments, the upper controller 200 may be further configured to: after the variable information of the tobacco material container in the read cache variable area 212 is copied to the write cache variable area 222, judging whether the write cache variable area 222 is empty, if yes, copying the variable information of the tobacco material container in the read cache variable area 212 to the write cache variable area 222 again, otherwise, updating the variable information of the tobacco material container in the write cache variable area 222 through a control program 230 in an actual process.
In some embodiments, the RFID reader 100 may be configured to: after receiving the tobacco material container complete information including the updated tobacco material container variable information and the tobacco material container fixed information, writing the tobacco material container complete information into the RFID information carrier 300, re-reading the tobacco material container complete information in the RFID information carrier 300 after writing, and transmitting the re-read tobacco material container complete information to the upper controller 200. Accordingly, the upper controller 200 may be configured to: after receiving the complete information of the tobacco material container read again by the RFID reader/writer 100, the variable information of the tobacco material container in the complete information of the tobacco material container is stored in the read cache variable area 212, and then whether the variable information of the tobacco material container in the read cache variable area 212 is consistent is checked according to an actual procedure.
