Example 1
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a detection method for a mapping archive filing list.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the method for detecting the archive list of the mapping file includes:
step S101, an archive catalogue list of the mapping archive is obtained.
In this embodiment, the archive directory list includes a connection identifier.
In this embodiment, the connection identifier (LinkId) may be a number identifier, for example, set as case sequence serial number and "-" and sequence serial number in volume, such as: 002-002.
Referring to fig. 2A, in the setting interface of the LinkId shown in fig. 2A, the LinkId field is set after the serial number column, the filing number column is set after the LinkId field column, the title column is set after the filing number column, the file number column is set after the title column, the responsible person column is set after the file number column, the forming date column is set after the responsible person column, the part number column is set after the forming date column, the confidential column is set after the setting part number column, and the carrier type column is set after the confidential column. The LinkId field is the case sequence serial number and "-" and the sequence serial number in the volume, such as: 001-.
Step S102, detecting whether the data content of the filing directory list is matched with the template list.
In this embodiment, the template list is a list meeting the requirement of filing and recording, and may be downloaded and updated through a service system library, or may be imported and updated through other external ways. Referring to fig. 2B, fig. 2B is a schematic interface diagram of a template list, where the template information of the schematic interface diagram in fig. 2B includes multiple types of template lists, and a corresponding template list can be obtained according to the filing requirement of the mapping document according to the actual situation, specifically, in fig. 2B, "03-1 (leveling net)" is clicked, and data contents corresponding to the template list of "03-1 (leveling net)" including data contents such as sequence number, field name, type, length, and whether it is necessary to fill in and remark are displayed in the display area of the downloaded template.
In this embodiment, the data content of the filing directory list also includes a serial number, a field name, a type, a length, whether to fill and remark, for example, if the template list includes the data content described in fig. 2B and the data content of the directory list also includes the data content described in fig. 2B, the data content of the filing directory list matches with the template list.
Step S103, if the data content of the filing directory list is matched with the template list, whether the filing directory list is associated with the corresponding electronic file is detected according to the connection identifier.
In this embodiment, the LinkId attribute setting rule of the bibliographic specification at the mapping archive is as follows: 1. setting a LinkId field in a table of a directory list, wherein the LinkId field is positioned behind a sequence number column; 2. the table of the directory listing must contain a carrier type field; when the carrier type attribute in the directory record contains an analog carrier, the LinkId field is set to the case sequential serial number and "-" and the in-volume sequential serial number, for example: 002-; 3. when the carrier type attribute in the directory record only contains a digital carrier, the LinkId field is set to the corresponding electronic file path, which does not contain a file suffix, for example: \ \ data file \ \ mapping archive sample data; 4. when the carrier type attribute does not contain a carrier in the directory record, which is a special case of file attachment, the LinkId field is set to the LinkId of the main record to which the directory record needs to be attached.
Correspondingly, the organization and naming of the electronic file corresponding to the electronic file associated and matched with the mapping archive directory need to be constrained by the LinkId setting rule, and the specific requirements are as follows:
in a first aspect: setting LinkId in electronic files and data organizations, wherein the LinkId needs to be set according to the LinkId with corresponding directory records;
in a second aspect: when the directory records corresponding simulation entities, the following conditions are adopted:
a) and associating a single or a plurality of electronic files, and packaging according to the LinkId, wherein if the LinkId is 002-.
Referring to fig. 3, if the LinkId corresponding to the record a file in the archive directory list is 004-001, the upper folder of the a file is 004, and the file name of the a file is 004-001-a. If the LinkId corresponding to the record B file in the directory list is 004-002, the upper folder of the B file is 004, and the file name of the B file is changed to 004-002-B. For the C file, the D file, the E file, the F file, and the G file, which have the same LinkId constraint file name modification and modification of the upper folder, no further description is given here.
Referring to fig. 4A, if the LinkId corresponding to the record a1 file and the record a2 file in the archive directory list is 001-.
b) And associating the single folder, and packaging according to the LinkId, wherein if the LinkId is 002- "in the directory record, the upper folder of the associated single folder is 002, and the original folder is added with the prefix of" 002- "before the original file name.
Referring to FIG. 4B, if the LinkId of the record H folder in the directory list is 002-001, the upper folder of the H folder is set to be 002, and the file name of the H folder is changed to be 002-001-H.
In a third aspect: and when the directory record does not correspond to the simulation entity, the LinkId is a relative path of the associated electronic file, and the structure and the data organization of the electronic file do not need to be changed.
According to the LinkId attribute setting rule, the electronic file organization and the naming requirement are restricted by the LinkId setting rule, whether the filing directory list is associated with and matched with the corresponding electronic file or not can be detected according to the connection identifier.
Referring to fig. 5A-5B, fig. 5A is a input interface for detecting the LinkId, a file to be detected by the LinkId can be input in the LinkId input interface through a "select file" button, a data path can be input through a "select path" button, and the input path field shows a storage path of a result of detecting the LinkId. FIG. 5B shows the results of detecting LinkId, and shows whether the detected LinkId matches in each file.
Step S104, if the association of the filing directory list matches with the corresponding electronic file, determining that the filing directory list passes the detection.
In this embodiment, if the archive directory list does not match the corresponding electronic file in association, it is determined that the mapping file archive directory list fails to be detected.
Therefore, the automatic detection of the mapping archive filing list can be realized, and the quality guarantee of the mapping archive filing list is improved.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, step S102 includes:
step S1021, detecting whether the form attribute of the data content of the filing directory list is matched with the form attribute of the template list;
step S1022, if the form attribute of the data content of the archive directory list matches the form attribute of the template list, it is determined that the data content of the archive directory list matches the template list.
In this embodiment, the form attributes include the form name, the form infrastructure, the form fill-in, and the form value field.
In this embodiment, step S1021 may include: firstly, file verification is carried out on the filing directory lists, whether the name information of the table is matched with the name information of the template list or not is checked by using the name information of a single filing directory list, the table name information is the same as the name information of the template list or the table name information is the name information of the template list plus an underline in English which is consistent with _ \; and secondly, carrying out infrastructure verification on the single filing directory list, verifying whether the single filing directory list meets the basic requirements of the check, specifically comprising first-field naming check, sequence number value continuity and uniqueness check, and passing the verification if the check is passed. In addition, the single filing directory list is sequentially subjected to structure check, filling-in-necessary check and value field check, wherein the structure check comprises that the names of all fields or all columns in the form structure are consistent with the names of the fields of the template list, the filling-in-necessary check comprises that whether the attribute values of all fields or all columns of the form are filled in according to the template matching field filling-in-necessary constraint, and the value field check comprises that the filling contents of the attribute values of all fields or all columns of the form meet the requirement of the field value field.
Optionally, if the form attribute of the data content of the archive directory list matches the form attribute of the template list, determining that the data content of the archive directory list matches the template list includes:
if the form attribute of the data content of the filing directory list is matched with the form attribute of the template list, detecting whether the data content of the filing directory list contains geographic coordinates;
if the data content of the filing directory list contains geographic coordinates, detecting whether the geographic coordinates are matched with the geographic coordinate requirements of the template list;
and if the geographic coordinates are required to be matched with the geographic coordinates of the template list, determining that the data content of the filing directory list is matched with the template list.
Referring to fig. 7A, in the detection interface for geographic coordinates provided in this embodiment, the menu for file, check, configuration, assistance, and help is clicked, the "check" menu is clicked, and the displayed submenus include a list check (an online item), a list check (an offline item), a coordinate check, a drawing number check, a LinkId check, a route check, and a "coordinate check" click, and the phase of coordinate check is entered. The coordinate check result generated after the coordinate check is completed will be stored in the corresponding folder, as shown in fig. 7B, in which a plurality of coordinate detection results are stored.
Optionally, the detecting whether the geographic coordinate matches the geographic coordinate requirement of the template list includes:
checking whether the coordinate attribute value of the geographic coordinate is matched with the coordinate attribute value of the template list, and detecting whether a graph range meeting the requirements of the filing bibliography can be generated according to the geographic coordinate;
and if the coordinate attribute value of the geographic coordinate is matched with the coordinate attribute value of the template list and a graphic range meeting the requirement of filing and documenting can be generated according to the geographic coordinate, matching the geographic coordinate with the requirement of the template list.
In this embodiment, the detecting whether the geographic coordinates match the geographic coordinate requirements of the template list includes performing coordinate format inspection, topology inspection, and geometric figure inspection, where the coordinate format inspection includes whether the coordinate attribute values meet the coordinate format requirements in the template list, the topology inspection includes whether the coordinate attribute values meet the topology logic of the graph structure required by the template list, and the graph inspection includes whether a graph range meeting the bibliographic and filing requirements can be generated.
Referring to fig. 7C, clicking on the data line 702 can generate a graphic range 701 meeting the requirements of filing and bibliography according to the geographic coordinates.
In addition, the coordinate inspection supports various coordinate formats, can effectively consider special conditions under various historical conditions, and reduces links of coordinate format conversion. The inspection is realized based on a GDAL open source library, does not depend on other GIS platforms, and has universality and independence, high overall efficiency of coordinate inspection and good performance.
Optionally, the data content includes a data path, and step S103 includes:
when online archiving is carried out, whether the connection identification of the archiving directory list meets a preset data format is judged;
if the connection identifier of the filing directory list meets the preset data format, detecting whether a first target data path containing a preset digital path part can be matched with an electronic file, wherein the preset digital path part is determined according to the connection identifier;
and if the electronic file can be matched according to the first target data path, determining that the archiving directory list is associated with the corresponding electronic file.
Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring all data paths of the filing target list, wherein each data path comprises the preset digital path part;
searching a second target data path of which the part of the preset digital path meets the preset data format from all the data paths;
judging whether the preset digital path part of the second target data path is matched with at least one connection identifier in the filing directory list or not;
and if the preset digital path part of the second target data path is not matched with the connection identifier in each filing directory list, determining that the electronic file corresponding to the second target data path is not filed.
In this embodiment, the LinkId check provided for online archiving includes two kinds of matching, i.e., digital matching and path matching, to complete the directory entity association check, which is specifically as follows: firstly, whether the LinkId value recorded by the directory list in a single table meets a preset data format is judged, and if the LinkId value meets the preset data format, whether the LinkId value can be matched with the corresponding electronic file data is further checked. If the preset data format is met and the matched electronic file exists, the filing directory list is associated and matched with the corresponding electronic file, which can also be called that the filing directory list is legal; if the preset data format is satisfied, but there is no matched electronic file, the filing directory list is not associated with the matched corresponding electronic file, which may be called as the filing directory list is illegal.
In this embodiment, it is determined whether the data paths of all the electronic files satisfy the requirement of the preset data format under the LinkId setting, and for the electronic file satisfying the requirement of the preset data format, it is further checked whether the LinkId value included in the data path of the electronic file is equal to the LinkId value recorded in the archive directory list. If the LinkId value of the electronic file meeting the preset digital format requirement of LinkId does not match with the record of any filing directory list in a single table, the electronic file is not filed and enters a mapping file filing directory list, and the conditions of missing of the filing directory list or wrong data compilation exist.
When the LinkId value of the archive directory list record does not satisfy the preset number format, it is checked whether the path format is satisfied. When the LinkId value satisfies the path format, it is necessary to further compare whether there is a matching electronic file for the LinkId value in the record of the archive directory list. The LinkId value satisfies the path format, and if there is a matching electronic file, the record of the archive directory list is legal, and otherwise, the record of the archive directory list is considered illegal.
The embodiment supports LinkId check, can efficiently and flexibly realize matching and correlation check of the directory and the electronic file, and fills the blank that no device for filing a directory list and correlating and checking the electronic file is available in the prior art. The LinkId check establishes clear requirements for filing catalog list compilation, electronic file data organization and naming, avoids the conditions of error matching, bibliographic loss and scattered electronic file organization, standardizes the steps of a business process and improves the efficiency and the accuracy of business work.
Optionally, the data content further includes a packet number field and a data path, and step S103 includes:
when filing under line, loading a grouping number list and a file path table list under line;
detecting whether the packet number field exists in the packet number list;
if the packet number field exists in the packet number list, determining that the packet number field is matched with the packet number list;
detecting whether the connection identifier meets the preset data format;
if the connection identifier meets the preset data format, detecting whether the data path of the data content exists in the offline file path table list or not;
and if the electronic file path exists in the offline file path table list, determining that the archive directory list is associated with the corresponding electronic file.
Referring to fig. 8A, fig. 8A is a schematic diagram of a detection result of detecting a packet number field, and a system interface prompts as follows: in offline list (packet number) detection, the media packet number fails to satisfy the check condition: the number of the gear.
Please refer to fig. 8B, 8B is a schematic diagram of a detection result interface for detecting a data path, and the system prompts as follows: in offline inventory (data path) detection, the carrier type or data path fails to satisfy the check condition: a data path.
The detection method for the mapping archive filing directory list provided by the embodiment does not need to rely on a database body, the template list, the grouping number list and the offline file path list can be copied, loaded and updated offline, all the checks can be successfully completed under the support of the offline template library, the grouping number list and the offline file path list, and the detection method is high in applicability and wide in application range. In addition, the detection method for the survey and drawing archive catalogue list provided by the embodiment is completely unified with the survey and drawing archive bibliographic specification, fully meets the requirements of business management, can be seamlessly connected with various survey and drawing archive business management systems, can ensure that the survey and drawing archive catalogue and the electronic file package which are checked and passed by the detection method for the survey and drawing archive catalogue list provided by the embodiment can smoothly complete data archiving work, and supports efficient business operations such as subsequent automatic volume grouping and automatic grouping.
