In the present embodiment, the first quick release unit 11 is mounted to the support frame 3, and the second quick release unit 12 is attached to the object 2.
The first quick-release unit 11 can be mounted with the supporting frame 3 by screw locking, and the second quick-release unit 12 can also be mounted with the device 2 by screw locking. As will be described in detail below. The screw locking method is only used for the description of the present embodiment, but not limited to this, and other methods can be used to achieve the purpose when the structural strength and the fitting degree can be matched with each other.
In view of the above, the first quick release unit 11 includes a first body 111, an operating member 112 and a driven locking plate 113. The first body 111 of the present embodiment includes a first cover 1111 and a second cover 1112, and the operating element 112 is assembled to the first body 111, and a portion of the operating element 112 is exposed outside the first body 111 for a user to operate.
The driven locking plate 113 is provided in the first body 111 and links the operating piece 112. Specifically, the driven stopper plate 113 is disposed between the first cover 1111 and the second cover 1112.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the driven locking plate 113. Referring to fig. 2A, fig. 2B and fig. 3, the driven locking plate 113 has a main body portion 1131, an elastic portion 1132 and a pair of hook portions 1133, wherein the elastic portion 1132 and the hook portions 1133 are located on two opposite sides of the main body portion 1131. Specifically, the elastic portion 1132 is located on an upper side of the body portion 1131, and the hook portion 1133 is located on a lower side of the body portion 1131.
In the present embodiment, the body portion 1131 of the driven locking plate 113 has an opening 1131a to accommodate the operation member 112, and the operation member 112 passes through the first cover 1111 to be assembled to the driven locking plate 113. In addition, the elastic portion 1132 is a spring independent from the body, wherein the spring is a torsion spring. The spring is disposed on the main body 1131 and embedded in the first body 111. The springs as the elastic portion 1132 may be symmetrically provided in two; alternatively, a spring with a symmetrical structure may be used, which is selected according to the actual requirement. In the present embodiment, the spring as the elastic portion 1132 is one spring having a symmetrical structure.
The driven locking plate 113 further has a pair of slide grooves 1134, and the slide grooves 1134 are located on the left and right sides of the opening 1131 a. The first cover 1111 of the present embodiment has a pair of first ribs 1111a, and the first ribs 1111a are correspondingly located in the sliding groove 1134, and the first ribs 1111a can move in the sliding groove 1134 along the extending direction of the sliding groove 1134. A pair of second ribs 1111b is further disposed above the first ribs 1111a, and the spring is sleeved on the second ribs 1111b, and two ends of the spring (torsion spring) abut against the main body 1131. Thus, the spring (torsion spring) may exert a force on the body portion 1131.
FIGS. 4A-4C are schematic views of different angles of the operating element. Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4A to 4C, the operating element 112 is a knob, and the operating element 112 has a cam portion 1121, wherein the cam portion 1121 is disposed corresponding to the opening 1131 a. In addition, the cam portion 1121 has a first inclined surface 1121a, the opening 1131a has a second inclined surface 1131b, and the first inclined surface 1121a and the second inclined surface 1131b contact each other, wherein when the user applies force to rotate the knob, the rotation of the operating member 112 drives the driven locking plate 113 to move linearly by the mutual matching and guiding of the shape of the first inclined surface 1121a and the shape of the second inclined surface 1131 b.
With continued reference to fig. 1, fig. 2A and fig. 2B, the second quick release unit 12 includes a second body 121 locked on the object 2. The second body 121 has a pair of hooks 1211, wherein the hooks 1211 are disposed at positions corresponding to the hooks 1133. The second cover 1112 further has a pair of fixing hooks 1113, and the second body 121 has a pair of upper hook holes 1212, wherein the fixing hooks 1113 are disposed at positions corresponding to the upper hook holes 1212, so that the second cover 1112 can be engaged with the second body 121.
With reference to fig. 1 and fig. 2A, when the object 2 is to be mounted on the support frame 3, the first quick release unit 11 of the quick release assembly 1 is mounted on the support frame 3, and the second quick release unit 12 is mounted on the object 2.
Specifically, the second body 121 of the second quick release unit 12 of the present embodiment has two sets of attachment holes A, B, and the hole positions of the two sets of attachment holes A, B are different, and the object 2 has one set of mounting holes 21. The second quick release unit 12 further includes at least one set of fixing members 122, and the fixing members 122 are screws. The fixing piece 122 is passed through one set of attachment holes a or B of the second body 121, wherein the attachment holes a or B correspond to the hole positions of the mounting holes 21 of the object 2, and the fixing piece 122 is locked into the mounting holes 21 to attach the second quick release unit 12 to the object 2.
Incidentally, the object 2 of the present embodiment is a display screen, and the hole position of the attachment hole A, B conforms to the specification specified by VESA. Therefore, any display screen having an aperture corresponding to the VESA specification may be used in common regardless of the size or model of the display screen.
Then, the first quick release unit 11 and the second quick release unit 12 are engaged with each other. Specifically, the fixing hooks 1113 are correspondingly inserted into the upper hook holes 1212 of the second body 121, and the hook portions 1133 of the driven locking plate 113 are correspondingly inserted into the hook portions 1211 of the second body 121, so that the first quick release unit 11 and the second quick release unit 12 are mutually engaged to be assembled together, and thus the object 2 is attached to the supporting frame 3.
Additionally, as shown in fig. 2B, the second body 121 further has a recessed space 1213, and when the first quick release unit 11 and the second quick release unit 12 are engaged with each other, the first body 11 is accommodated in the recessed space 1213. By the arrangement of the recessed space 1213, the overall thickness of the quick release assembly 1 formed by assembling the first body 11 and the second body 12 can be reduced.
Fig. 5A to 5C are schematic views illustrating that when an external force is applied to the operating element, the operating element drives the driven locking plate to move linearly relative to the first body.
Referring to fig. 5A, when the object 2 is attached to the support bracket 3, the tip of the cam portion 1121 of the operation member 112 faces to the left in the drawing, and the first rib 1111a is located at the upper edge of the sliding groove 1134.
As shown in fig. 5B, when the object 2 is to be detached from the supporting frame 3, an external force is applied to the operating element 112, and the operating element 112 of the present embodiment is a knob, so that the external force is applied to the operating element 112 to rotate the operating element 112 clockwise through a simple gesture.
The tip of the cam portion 1121 of the operation member 112 is rotated rightward while the operation member 112 is rotated clockwise; and since the first inclined surface 1121a of the cam portion 1121 and the second inclined surface 1131b of the opening 1131a of the main body portion 1131 contact each other, the main body portion 1131 is moved by the operation element 112 as the first inclined surface 1121a pushes the second inclined surface 1131 b. It is noted that the first rib 1111a is correspondingly located in the sliding groove 1134, wherein the sliding groove 1134 extends in the vertical direction V, thereby limiting the driven latch plate 113 to move linearly upward along the vertical direction V without moving or rotating in the horizontal direction H.
As the driven locking plate 113 moves upward, the elastic portion 1132, which is a spring, is compressed to store an elastic restoring force.
Referring to fig. 2A and 5C, when the operating element 112 rotates by about 90 degrees, the tip of the cam portion 1121 faces upward, and the driven locking plate 113 moves to a relatively high distance, the first rib 1111a is located at the lower edge of the sliding groove 1134, and the hook portion 1133 of the driven locking plate 113 is disengaged from the hook portion 1211 of the second body 121, so as to primarily release the locking between the first quick release unit 11 and the second quick release unit 12; the user further removes the fixing hook 1113 from the upper hook hole 1212, the second quick release unit 12 is completely separated from the first quick release unit 11, and the object 2 is easily detached from the supporting frame 3.
Incidentally, after the force applied to the operation member 112 is removed, the elastic restoring force of the spring is applied to the main body portion 1131, thereby restoring the driven locking plate 113 to the original position.
On the contrary, when the first quick release unit 11 is to be mounted on the second quick release unit 12, the fixing hooks 1113 are correspondingly inserted into the upper hook holes 1212, and the hook portions 1133 are correspondingly inserted into the hook portions 1211, so that the first quick release unit 11 can be relatively fixed to the second quick release unit 12.
As can be seen from the above, the first quick release unit 11 and the second quick release unit 12 of the quick release assembly 1 can be assembled and disassembled by simple operations, which is convenient for users.
In addition, at least one set of attachment holes (preferably, a plurality of sets, in this embodiment, two sets of attachment holes A, B are illustrated) is disposed on the second body 121 of the second quick release unit 12, and the hole position of the attachment hole A, B can correspond to the hole position of the mounting hole 21 of different object 2. Therefore, a user only needs to stock one set of quick-release components 1 to assemble the object 2 on the support frame 3, and does not need to consider different specifications and/or sizes of various objects 2, and purchase corresponding components specially according to specific specifications.
[ second embodiment ]
The present embodiment is substantially the same as the first embodiment, except that the first body 111A has only the first cover 1111' and does not have the second cover 1112, and the elastic portion 1132A of the driven locking plate 113A is an elastic piece extending from the main body 1131, and is not a spring independent of the main body 1131.
Fig. 6 is an exploded view of a quick release assembly according to a second embodiment, and fig. 7 is a view of a driven locking plate shown in fig. 6. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the first body 111A has only the first cover 1111 'and does not have the second cover 1112, and the driven stopping plate 113A may be locked to the first rib 1111A of the first cover 1111' by a locking member (not shown).
The elastic portion 1132A of the driven locking plate 113A is an elastic piece extending from the main body 1131, and is not a spring independent from the main body 1131. The elastic portions 1132A, which are presented in the form of elastic pieces, are provided as a pair and are symmetrically disposed. The first cover 1111 'has a limit rib 1114, and when the driven latch plate 113 is assembled to the first cover 1111', the elastic sheet abuts against the limit rib 1114.
By providing the elastic portions 1132A in pairs, the force applied to the main body 1131 by the elastic portions 1132A is uniform.
As can be seen from the above, the quick release assembly 1A of the second embodiment uses fewer parts and is simpler in structure than the quick release assembly 1 of the first embodiment.
Fig. 8A to 8C are schematic views illustrating actuation of a quick release assembly according to a second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 8A, when the object 2 is assembled to the supporting frame 3, the tip of the cam portion 1121 of the operating element 112 faces to the left in the drawing, and the first rib 1111a is located at the upper edge of the sliding slot 1134.
Next, as shown in fig. 8B, an external force is applied to the operating member 112, which is a knob, to rotate the knob clockwise. When the knob is rotated clockwise and the tip of the cam portion 1121 of the operation member 112 is rotated rightward, the operation member 112 pushes the driven locking plate 113A to move linearly upward, and when the cam portion 1121 of the operation member 112 is rotated by about 90 degrees, the first rib 1111a is located at the lower edge of the sliding groove 1134 and the resilient piece is deformed to store the elastic restoring force, as shown in fig. 8C.
Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 8C, at this time, the hook portion 1133 of the driven locking plate 113A is disengaged from the hook portion 1211 of the second body 121, and the first quick release unit 11A and the second quick release unit 12 are initially released from being engaged with each other; the user further removes the fixing hook 1113 from the upper hook hole 1212, and the second quick release unit 12 is completely separated from the first quick release unit 11A, so that the object 2 can be easily detached from the supporting frame 3.
In summary, the quick release assembly and the support frame using the same of the present invention have the advantages of easy assembly and disassembly, and simple operation.
