1. A data operation management system supporting a city operation service, comprising: a data center, a data asset management platform, a data asset operation platform and a user application platform,
the data center is used for acquiring urban data resources;
the data asset management platform is configured to perform data processing on the city data resources to form a standard classification dataset corresponding to the city data resources, where the standard classification dataset includes: a data standard management dataset, a metadata management dataset, a data quality management dataset, a data asset assessment dataset and a data asset cataloging dataset;
the data asset operation platform is used for processing the standard classification data set to form a service platform data set corresponding to the standard classification data set, wherein the service platform data set comprises a marketing management data set, a customer service data set, a data open data set, a data transaction data set, a financing service data set, a data security management data set, a fund settlement data set, an asset analysis data set, a uniform payment data set, a talent service data set and a data service engine data set;
the user application platform is used for providing business services corresponding to the business platform data set for the user.

The data operation management system for supporting urban operation service according to claim 1, wherein the data asset management platform comprises: a data standard management system, a metadata management system, a data quality management system, a data asset evaluation system and a data asset cataloging system,
the data standard management system is used for performing data standard management on the urban data resources to generate the data standard management data set;
the metadata management system is used for providing a large number of data sources for the operation of the urban data resources and generating the metadata management data set;
the data quality management system is used for monitoring the process and the state of data processing and generating the data quality management data set;
the data asset assessment system is used for assessing data cost and data value to obtain a data asset assessment data set, wherein the assessment of the data cost comprises data acquisition, storage and calculation cost assessment and operation and maintenance cost assessment, and the assessment of the data value comprises construction of a data value assessment model;
the data asset inventory system is used for classifying the urban data resources to form the data asset inventory data set.

The data operation management system for supporting urban operation service according to claim 2, wherein the data asset operation platform comprises: the system comprises a marketing management system, a customer service system, a data opening system, a data transaction system, a financing service platform, a data security management system, a fund settlement system, an asset analysis system, a unified payment system, a talent service platform and a data service engine.

The data operations management system supporting urban operations service of claim 3, wherein the marketing management system comprises: a system parameter information module, a marketing basic information module, a project basic information module, a customer management information module, a price management module, a sales management module, a collection management module and an after-sales management module, wherein,
the system parameter information module is used for setting a regular follow-up rule, an overdue follow-up intention user, an invalid user distribution mode and a selling price control mode of the user;
the marketing basic information module is used for setting the type and the money information of the data assets;
the client management module is used for monitoring the time length from registration to logout of the user;
the price management module is used for setting pricing, price adjustment and discount of the data assets;
the sales management module is used for monitoring the sales transaction process;
the collection management module is used for processing collection and bill management;
and the after-sale management module is used for performing after-sale service management.
5. The data operation management system for supporting urban operation service according to claim 1, wherein the user application platform has a scene application domain, and the scene application domain comprises: data base services, data application services, and digital industry services.
6. The data operation management system for supporting urban operation service according to claim 5, wherein the data base service comprises: data intelligence, data trading market, algorithm store and data consultation,
the data intelligent capsule is used for providing data intelligent capsule service for the city;
the data trading market is used for supplementing industry data;
the algorithm store comprises each algorithm service provided by the data;
the data consultation is used to provide a digital consultation service for development and progress.
7. The data operation management system for supporting city operation service according to claim 5, characterized in that, the data application service includes: digital medicine, digital education, credit investigation services and industrial finance,
the digital medical service is used for promoting urban medical service according to the data;
the digital education is used for improving teaching quality and education equalization according to learning data of users;
the credit investigation service is used for constructing a user or enterprise portrait according to the service platform data and outputting credit investigation grade and credit investigation report of the user or enterprise;
and the industry finance is used for providing life-oriented industry chain financial services for the enterprises according to the service platform data.
