the target terminals comprise a plurality of terminals;
acquiring attribute data of a target terminal, wherein the attribute data comprises position information, authority information and response information;
carrying out quantitative calculation on the attribute information of the intelligent safety management cabinet and the attribute information of the target terminal to obtain a plurality of comparison values;
sequencing the comparison values to obtain a sequencing result;
selecting a preset number of target terminals corresponding to the intelligent safety management cabinet based on the sorting result to send first confirmation data;
the server receives first feedback data of a target terminal, and sends an opening signal to the intelligent safety management cabinet to control the intelligent safety management cabinet to unlock when the first feedback data meet a first condition.

acquiring historical data corresponding to the identity information, wherein the historical data comprises all remote request data previously sent by the requester;
updating the first condition based on the historical data.
