Wherein the apparatus comprises: a processor and a memory for storing a computer readable program; when the computer readable program is executed by the processor, the processor is enabled to implement a method for intelligent regulation of illumination as described in any of the above embodiments.
One of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that all or some of the steps, systems, and methods disclosed above may be implemented as software, firmware, hardware, and suitable combinations thereof. Some or all of the physical components may be implemented as software executed by a processor, such as a central processing unit, digital signal processor, or microprocessor, or as hardware, or as an integrated circuit, such as an application specific integrated circuit. Such software may be distributed on computer readable media, which may include computer storage media (or non-transitory media) and communication media (or transitory media). The term computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data, as is well known to those of ordinary skill in the art. Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.
In a third aspect, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a system module structure of the intelligent illumination regulation and control system.
An intelligent regulation and control system for illumination, comprising:
a target illumination pattern acquisition unit for acquiring a target illumination pattern;
the processing unit is used for dividing the illumination area into a background area and a main body area, acquiring background illumination information of the background area, acquiring main body illumination information of the main body area, dividing the background area into a background light supplement area, and dividing the main body area into a main body light supplement area;
the control unit controls the illuminating lamp to regulate and control the illumination environment of the background light supplement area according to the background illumination information so that the background light supplement area conforms to the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode; and controlling the illuminating lamp to regulate and control the illumination environment of the main body light supplement area according to the main body illumination information so that the main body light supplement area accords with the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode. .
In some preferred embodiments, the target illumination pattern acquisition unit includes a voice recognition module for converting a voice instruction of a user into a signal instruction;
the processing unit includes: the device comprises a camera sensor module, an illumination information acquisition module and a division module;
the camera sensor module is used for dividing the illumination area into a background area and a main body area;
the illumination information acquisition module is used for: acquiring background illumination information of a background area and acquiring main body illumination information of a main body area;
the dividing module is configured to: dividing a background region into a background light supplement region, and dividing a main body region into a main body main light supplement region;
the control unit includes: the device comprises a wireless network module, a memory module and a control module;
the memory module is used for storing the regulation and control instructions of the illuminating lamp,
the wireless network module is used for communicating with an external server and sending background illumination information, main body illumination information, a target illumination mode, a background light supplement area and a main body light supplement area to the external server; obtaining a regulation and control strategy of the illuminating lamp by the external server through calculation, and transmitting the regulation and control strategy to a control module;
the control module acquires a regulation and control instruction of the illuminating lamp from the memory module based on the regulation and control strategy and regulates and controls the illuminating lamp so that the background light supplement area conforms to the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode and the main body light supplement area conforms to the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent illumination regulation and control method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a target illumination mode, dividing an illumination area into a background area and a main body area, obtaining background illumination information of the background area, obtaining main body illumination information of the main body area, dividing the background area into a background light supplement area, and dividing the main body area into a main body light supplement area;
controlling an illuminating lamp to regulate and control the illumination environment of the background light supplement area according to the background illumination information so that the background light supplement area conforms to the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode;
and controlling the illuminating lamp to regulate and control the illumination environment of the main body light supplement area according to the main body illumination information so that the main body light supplement area accords with the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode.
2. An intelligent regulation and control method for illumination as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specific method for dividing the illumination area into a background area and a main body area comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of performing plane scanning on an illumination area, setting a reference distance threshold value by taking the position of a camera as a reference point, dividing an area with the distance between the reference point and the reference distance threshold value into a background area, and dividing an area with the distance between the reference point and the reference distance threshold value into a main body area.
3. An intelligent illumination control method according to claim 2, wherein the specific method for obtaining the background illumination information of the background region and the main body illumination information of the main body region comprises: carrying out basic shooting on the illumination area to obtain a first image, and dividing the first image into a background image and a main image according to the division of the background area and the main area; carrying out light and shadow identification on the background image to obtain background illumination information; and carrying out light and shadow recognition on the main image to obtain main illumination information.
4. The intelligent illumination control method according to claim 3, wherein the subject supplementary lighting area is divided into a main subject main supplementary lighting area and a main subject auxiliary supplementary lighting area according to the target illumination mode,
priority distribution is carried out on the main body main light supplement area, the main body auxiliary light supplement area and the background light supplement area, and the lighting environment of the main body main light supplement area, the main body auxiliary light supplement area and the background light supplement area is regulated and controlled based on the priority.

The intelligent illumination control method according to claim 4, wherein the target illumination mode comprises a video conference scene application mode, and in the video conference scene application mode, a face region is obtained by recognizing a face in a main body region through a face recognition technology, wherein the face region is a main body main light supplement region, other regions of the main body region are main body auxiliary light supplement regions,
the priority of the main body main light supplement area is higher than that of the main body auxiliary light supplement area, and the priority of the main body auxiliary light supplement area is higher than that of the background light supplement area.

The intelligent illumination regulation and control method according to claim 4, wherein the target illumination mode comprises a live video scene application mode, and in the live video scene application mode, a human body region is obtained by identifying a human body in a main body region through a human body identification algorithm, wherein the human body region is a main body main light supplement region, other regions of the main body region are main body auxiliary light supplement regions, and a background region is a background light supplement region,
the priority of the main body main light supplement area is higher than that of the main body auxiliary light supplement area, and the priority of the main body auxiliary light supplement area is higher than that of the background light supplement area.

The intelligent illumination control method according to claim 4, wherein the target illumination mode comprises a parent-friend video chatting scene application mode, and in the parent-friend video chatting scene application mode, a human body region is obtained by identifying a human body in the main body region through a human body identification algorithm, wherein the human body region is a main body main light supplement region, other regions of the main body region are main body auxiliary light supplement regions, the background region is a background light supplement region, the main body main light supplement region has a higher priority than the background light supplement region, and the background light supplement region has a higher priority than the main body auxiliary light supplement region.
8. The intelligent illumination control method according to claim 1, wherein the illumination area is a desktop;
the specific method for dividing the lighting area into the background area and the body area comprises the following steps: the desktop is subjected to frame buckling through a preset desktop frame buckling model, a part of the desktop is defined as a main body area, and a part outside the edge of the desktop is defined as a background area;
the specific method for acquiring the background illumination information of the background area and the main body illumination information of the main body area comprises the following steps: carrying out basic shooting on the illumination area to obtain a first image, carrying out light and shadow recognition on the main body area to obtain main body illumination information according to the division of the background area and the main body area, and carrying out light and shadow recognition on the background area to obtain background illumination information;
the target lighting pattern comprises a desktop lighting pattern;
under a desktop lighting mode, all parts of a background area are divided into background light supplement areas, and all areas of a main body area are divided into main body light supplement areas; dividing regions outside the background region and the main body region into main body auxiliary light supplement regions;
the priority of the main supplementary lighting area of the main body is higher than that of the background supplementary lighting area, and the priority of the background supplementary lighting area is higher than that of the auxiliary supplementary lighting area of the main body.
9. An illumination intelligent regulation and control device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing a computer readable program;
the computer readable program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement a method of intelligent regulation of illumination as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. An illumination intelligent regulation and control system, comprising:
a target illumination pattern acquisition unit for acquiring a target illumination pattern;
the processing unit is used for dividing the illumination area into a background area and a main body area, acquiring background illumination information of the background area, acquiring main body illumination information of the main body area, dividing the background area into a background light supplement area, and dividing the main body area into a main body light supplement area;
the control unit controls the illuminating lamp to regulate and control the illumination environment of the background light supplement area according to the background illumination information so that the background light supplement area conforms to the illumination environment setting of the target illumination mode; controlling an illuminating lamp to regulate and control the illumination environment of the main body light supplement area according to the main body illumination information so that the main body light supplement area conforms to the illumination environment setting of a target illumination mode;
the target illumination mode acquisition unit comprises a voice recognition module, and the voice recognition module is used for converting a voice instruction of a user into a signal instruction;
the processing unit includes: the device comprises a camera sensor module, an illumination information acquisition module and a division module;
the camera sensor module is used for dividing the illumination area into a background area and a main body area;
the illumination information acquisition module is used for: acquiring background illumination information of a background area and acquiring main body illumination information of a main body area;
the dividing module is configured to: dividing a background region into a background light supplement region, and dividing a main body region into a main body light supplement region;
