Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below clearly with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived from the embodiments in the present application by a person skilled in the art, are within the scope of protection of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The following first explains some of the nouns or terms referred to in the claims and the specification of the present invention.
1. Public land mobile network: a network established and operated by the government or its approved operator for the purpose of providing land mobile services to the public. Currently, PLMN = Mobile Country Code (MCC) + Mobile Network Code (MNC). For example: china is 460, manufacturer a is 00, manufacturer B is 01, PLMN of manufacturer a in china is 46000, PLMN of manufacturer B in china is 460001.
The PLMN may include the following types according to different attributes:
(1) Registered Public Land Mobile Network (RPLMN): which is the PLMN that the terminal registered before the last power off or network disconnect.
(2) Home Public Land Mobile Network (HPLMN): which is the PLMN to which the user corresponding to the terminal belongs.
If there is EF in Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) EHPLMN If not, the HPLMN is the PLMN in the file; if the file does not exist in the USIM card or exists, but the list in the file is empty, the HPLMN is the MCC and MNC obtained from the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI).
(3) User controlled Public Land Mobile Network (UPLMN): which is a PLMN selection related parameter stored on a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM), UPLMN being a PLMN selected by the terminal when the user manually selects a network.
(4) Operator controlled Public Land Mobile Network (User Public Land Mobile Network, OPLMN): the method is a parameter related to PLMN selection stored on the SIM, and mainly comprises the step of writing an operator PLMN signing a roaming agreement with an operator as an OPLMN into a user identity identification card when the operator burns the SIM so as to serve as a suggestion when a user roams and selects a network.
In the embodiment of the present application, the priority of the HPLMN is greater than the priority of the UPLMN, and the priority of the UPLMN is greater than the priority of the OPLMN.
2. UAC information: the network device is configured with an access type (AC) and an Access Identity (AI) parameter corresponding to the prohibited access request, which are broadcast by a System Information Blocks 1, sib1. Generally, the terminal device maps the access request to an AC, maps the terminal device configuration to an access identifier AI, and determines whether the access request of the terminal device is prohibited in combination with UAC information.
Currently, only the priority of PLMN classes is considered when making network selection, e.g. one common PLMN priority order is RPLMN > HPLMN > UPLMN > OPLMN > high quality PLMN > low quality PLMN. When network selection is performed, a network with higher priority is selected for residence. After a certain PLMN is successfully resided, when registration or service is initiated, a Non-Access Stratum (NAS) maps a registration request or a service request into an Access identifier and an Access category, and transmits the Access identifier and the Access category to an Access Stratum (AS), and the AS performs UAC check according to the Access identifier and the Access category and in combination with UAC information in SIB 1. If the UAC checks for permission, the registration or service may be initiated; if the network congestion and the result of the UAC check are forbidden, the registration or the service cannot be initiated, and the UAC check is performed again after waiting for the UAC related timer T390 and the T302 is overtime or the congestion relief. Wherein the duration range of T390 is (0.7 +0.6 + rand) blocking time, rand is a random number between [0,1], and the blocking time (uac-BarringTime) is derived from parameter configuration in cell SIB1, and is generally within an interval [4s,512s ]; the duration of T302 is determined by the wait time (waitTime) carried in the reconfiguration RELEASE (RRC _ RELEASE) or reconfiguration REJECT (RRC _ REJECT) message at the base station side, and is generally 2s.
Based on the current protocol framework, under the condition that a plurality of suitable networks exist in the environment, a cell with serious congestion is selected during network selection possibly, so that UAC check prohibition is caused during registration or service initiation, at the moment, only a UAC related timer is waited to be overtime, retry is carried out after the time is out, but UAC check continuation prohibition still possibly occurs during retry, and after the operation is repeated for a plurality of times, the user experience is reduced.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 1, the terminal device uses T for searching the network in the initial state Search The time of the duration. Terminal device performs resident registration using T Registration The time of the duration. The terminal equipment initiates a service for the first time, UAC check is forbidden, the terminal equipment waits for the time of using T duration when the UAC timer is overtime, the terminal equipment initiates the service for the second time, UAC check is forbidden, the terminal equipment waits for the time of using T duration when the UAC timer is overtime, and thus, after the service initiation, UAC check is forbidden and the UAC timer is repeated for multiple times, the terminal equipment spends T duration waste The duration is normal to initiate the service. At T waste The long-time terminal equipment cannot access the network all the time, and cannot register or initiate a service, which finally causes the network access efficiency of the terminal equipment to be low and the user experience to be reduced.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present application, the first information may be obtained; and determining a cell to camp on from the at least one first cell according to the first information. Wherein the first information includes: the method comprises the steps of a first PLMN, UAC information of at least one first cell under the first PLMN, at least one pre-judging access identifier corresponding to the first PLMN, and at least one pre-judging access category. In the scheme, the terminal equipment searches the network by combining the UAC information, the at least one prejudgment access identifier and the at least one prejudgment access category, and can determine a cell with better congestion condition to reside, so that the possibility of UAC check prohibition is reduced when registering or initiating a service, and the network access efficiency of the terminal equipment can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a communication system provided by an embodiment of the present application is shown. The communication system may include: at least one network device 21 and at least one terminal device 22 are shown, for example, as a network device 21 and a terminal device 22. The at least one network device 21 belongs to at least one access network. The network device 21 may be a base station, which is here a device deployed in an access network to provide wireless communication services for terminals. The base stations may include various forms of macro base stations, micro base stations, relay stations, access points, and the like. In systems using different radio access technologies, the names of devices with base station functionality may differ, for example in LTE systems, called eNodeB or eNB; in a 5G NR-U system, it is called gNodeB or gNB. The description of "base station" may change as communication technology evolves. For convenience of this embodiment, the above-mentioned devices providing the terminal device 22 with the wireless communication function are collectively referred to as a network device. Terminal devices 22 may include a variety of handheld devices, vehicle-mounted devices, wearable devices, computing devices or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem with wireless communication capabilities, as well as various forms of user equipment, mobile stations (Mobile stations), terminals (terminal devices), and so forth. For convenience of description, the above-mentioned devices are collectively referred to as terminal devices. The network device 21 and the terminal 22 communicate with each other through some air interface technology, for example, a Uu interface.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the application can be applied to various communication systems, for example: global System for Mobile communications (GSM) System, code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) System, wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) System, general Packet Radio Service (GPRS), long Term Evolution (Long Term Evolution, LTE) System, LTE Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) System, LTE Time Division Duplex (TDD) System, advanced Long Term Evolution (Advanced Long Term Evolution), an LTE-a) System, a New Radio (NR) System, an Evolution System of the NR System, an LTE (LTE-based Access to Unlicensed spectrum) System on an Unlicensed Frequency band, an NR-U System, a Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), a worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) Communication System, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), wireless Fidelity (WiFi), a next generation Communication System, or other Communication systems.
Generally, the conventional Communication system supports a limited number of connections and is easy to implement, however, with the development of Communication technology, the mobile Communication system will support not only conventional Communication but also, for example, device-to-Device (D2D) Communication, machine-to-Machine (M2M) Communication, machine Type Communication (MTC), vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) Communication, and Vehicle networking (V2X) system, etc. The embodiments of the present application can also be applied to these communication systems.
The execution main body of the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be the terminal device, or may also be a functional module and/or a functional entity that can implement the network searching method in the terminal device, and may be specifically determined according to actual use requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The network searching method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a network searching method, and an execution subject is taken as a terminal device as an example to exemplarily describe the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application. The method may include steps 301 through 302 described below.
301. The terminal device acquires the first information.
Wherein the first information includes: the method comprises the steps of a first PLMN, UAC information of at least one first cell under the first PLMN, at least one prejudged access identifier corresponding to the first PLMN and at least one prejudged access category.
It is to be understood that the at least one predetermined access identifier may include one or more access identifiers, and the at least one predetermined access category may include one or more predetermined access categories.
Optionally, in order to ensure the network searching efficiency, the number of the pre-judged access categories may be controlled, such as that each network searching requires no more than N (e.g., N = 3).
The at least one pre-judging access identifier is determined jointly according to relevant information in a USIM card of the terminal equipment and the first PLMN, and the relevant information is used for indicating access identifiers corresponding to different PLMNs. Therefore, the at least one prejudged access identifier is jointly determined by the medium USIM card and the selected PLMN.
302. And the terminal equipment determines a cell to be resided from the at least one first cell according to the first information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cell to be camped is a cell that satisfies a camping condition. The cell meeting the residence condition needs to meet the following conditions: the S criteria for camping are neither reserved cells, forbidden cells, nor cells that are forbidden PLMNs.
The cell satisfying the camping condition means that the mobile terminal can obtain normal communication service in the cell, for example, the mobile terminal can make a voice call and send a short message. The PLMN or the Equivalent Public Land Mobile Network (EPLMN) is not in the forbidden routing location area, and such a cell may be considered as a cell that satisfies the camping condition.
The description of the resident S-criterion may refer to the related art and will not be described herein.
Forbidden cells refer to cells in which the mobile terminal cannot camp. Usually, the system message sent by such a cell has explicit indication information indicating that the mobile terminal is forbidden in the cell.
The reserved cell is a cell that is used by an operator as some special purpose, and usually there is also explicit indication information in a system message sent by such a cell to indicate to the mobile terminal that the cell is reserved.
And prohibiting the cell of the PLMN from being in the prohibited routing position area of the PLMN.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, when any one of the first PLMN, the UAC information of the at least one first cell, the at least one pre-determined access identifier, and the at least one pre-determined access category changes, the terminal device may update the corresponding content in real time, so that a cell that meets a requirement more may be determined to camp on.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device performs network searching (determining a cell to be camped) by combining the UAC information of at least one first cell under the first PLMN, at least one pre-determined access identifier, and at least one pre-determined access category, and can determine that a cell with a better congestion condition camps, so that the possibility of UAC check prohibition is reduced when registering or initiating a service, and thus, the network access efficiency of the terminal device can be improved.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation process, the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application may be implemented by any functional module or functional entity in the terminal device. In the following examples, NR scenarios are taken AS examples, and the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application is implemented by using an NAS and an AS in a terminal device together.
Optionally, the terminal device may first designate a first PLMN, then determine at least one pre-determined access identifier according to the first PLMN, determine at least one pre-determined access category, and obtain UAC information of at least one first cell under the first PLMN; the terminal device may also obtain third information (at least two third PLMNs, UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN, at least one target pre-determined access identifier corresponding to each third PLMN, and the at least one pre-determined access category) first, and then determine the first information according to the third information. The method can be determined according to actual use requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not limited.
Exemplarily, the above step 301 may be specifically realized by the following steps 301a to 301 c.
Step 301a, the terminal device determines a first PLMN.
Alternatively, the terminal device may select the first PLMN (i.e., the prefer PLMN) from the multiple PLMNs based on the priority of the PLMN (e.g., RPLMN is most preferred, HPLMN is second, UPLMN is second, OPLMN is second, etc.).
Illustratively, the NAS may determine the first PLMN according to a priority of the PLMN.
Optionally, the terminal device may also select the first PLMN from the multiple PLMNs according to other methods, which may specifically refer to related technologies, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Step 301b, the terminal device determines the at least one pre-determined access identifier and the at least one pre-determined access category.
It can be understood that the terminal device may pre-judge the access identifier and the access category required for the network search to obtain the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category.
Optionally, the terminal device determines the at least one pre-determined access identifier according to the relevant information in the USIM card and the first PLMN.
For example, the NAS determines the at least one pre-determined access identifier according to the related information in the USIM card and the first PLMN, and the specific determination manner may refer to related technologies, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, the terminal device determines the at least one pre-determined access category according to a current service requirement or a historical service requirement, and the like.
Illustratively, the at least one pre-judged access class is determined according to at least one of: the service access blocking category corresponding to the service request which is initiated but forbidden by the UAC; the access category of the reserved service corresponding to the reserved service; counting service access categories of which the use frequency is greater than or equal to a frequency threshold value within a preset time length; and the registration access category corresponding to the registration request.
Wherein, the time length of the time of the reserved service from the current time is less than or equal to the time length threshold value. The duration threshold may be determined according to an actual use condition, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
It will be appreciated that the at least one predetermined access category comprises one or more of a blocked service access category, a reserved service access category, a statistical service access category and a registered access category. The pre-determined access category may also include other types of access categories, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein, aiming at the blocking service access category: if the current user has initiated a service but the service is prohibited by the UAC, the access category corresponding to the service is the current access category needing attention, and the access category is added into the pre-judged access category.
It can be understood that the terminal device is not allowed to initiate a service without registration when the terminal device is turned on, but in the process of mobility update or periodic update, since the terminal device has already registered (registered state) in the previous state, the service initiated in the process of reassignment, and if the service is prohibited by the UAC, the access category of the service is determined as a predetermined access category.
Wherein, aiming at the access category of the reserved service: if the user has not initiated the service at present, but the user has subscribed a service, and the subscribed service is about to be initiated, for example, a service is to be initiated at a predetermined time point through a notepad, a memo, etc., and the predetermined time point is already close (the time of the subscribed service from the current time is less than or equal to the time threshold), the access category corresponding to the service is also the access category currently needing attention, and the access category is added to the pre-determined access category.
For example, the reservation service is to watch live broadcast of a game, the reservation service has a high requirement on the rate, when the time length from the current time to the reservation time is less than or equal to the time length threshold, if the service rate of the current resident cell is poor, the reservation service may be prohibited by the UAC, the terminal device may automatically switch to other cells with a good rate, or may prompt the user that the current resident cell has a poor rate and needs to switch to a cell with a good rate before switching.
Wherein, aiming at the access category of the statistical service: and counting the access category of each access request within a preset time length, and if a user frequently initiates a service of a certain access category according to the counted information, paying attention to the access category and adding the access category into a pre-judged access category.
Wherein, registering the access category: the registration request also needs attention, and particularly when the mobile terminal camps on a new PLMN, the access category corresponding to the registration request is also added to the pre-determined access category.
Illustratively, the NAS determines the at least one pre-decided access category according to a current traffic demand or a historical traffic demand, etc.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device may determine the at least one pre-judged access category according to the current service requirement or the historical service requirement, and the like, so that the terminal device may better determine the cell to be camped on according to the at least one pre-judged access category.
Optionally, the at least one pre-judged access category may be prioritized according to different requirements of the terminal device.
Illustratively, the priority of the registered access class is higher than the priority of the blocked traffic access class; the priority of the blocking service access category is higher than that of the reserved service access category; the subscription service access category has a higher priority than the statistical service access category.
Illustratively, the at least one prejudged access identifier may be in the form of a list, and the at least one prejudged access category may also be in the form of a list. The pre-judged access categories in the access category list are arranged from high to low according to the priority order, the definition of the priority is specifically determined by the current scene, and if the service can be carried out only after the registration is needed at present, the priority of the registration access category corresponding to the registration request is the highest; if the user service is only needed to be executed without registering at present, the priority of the pre-judged access category corresponding to the service is higher, for example, the priority of the blocking service access category is higher than the priority of the reserved service access category, and the priority of the reserved service access category is higher than the priority of the statistical service access category.
In the embodiment of the application, the priority of each pre-judged access category in at least one pre-judged access category is determined according to the requirement of an actual access scene, and then the cell to be resided can be better determined according to the at least one pre-judged access category.
Step 301c, the terminal device obtains the UAC information of the at least one first cell under the first PLMN.
Exemplarily, the AS acquires the UAC information of each first cell from the SIB1 message of the cell to obtain the UAC information of the at least one first cell.
Exemplarily, AS shown in fig. 4, taking the example of acquiring the first information by the NAS and the AS, the above steps 301a to 301c may be specifically realized by the following steps 401 to 405.
401. The NAS determines the first PLMN.
402. The NAS determines at least one prejudged access identification and at least one prejudged access category.
403. The NAS sends a first network searching request message to the AS.
The first network searching request message (PlmnSearchReq) carries the first PLMN, at least one pre-decided access identity and at least one pre-decided access category. A first network search request (PlmnSearchReq) message is used to indicate that the AS is camped on the first PLMN, while trying to select a cell that satisfies the at least one pre-determined access identity and the at least one pre-determined access category for camping.
It should be noted that, when any one of the first PLMN, the at least one pre-determined access identifier, and the at least one pre-determined access category changes, the NAS may send the updated content to the AS (for example, when the pre-determined access category changes, after the NAS updates the at least one pre-determined access category, the NAS sends the updated at least one pre-determined access category to the AS), so that after the AS receives the updated content, the NAS performs cell reselection, and obtains a cell that more meets the access requirement to camp on. Therefore, the autonomy of the AS and the synchronism of the NAS and the AS can be ensured, and the condition that the cell selected by the AS which is not synchronous with the NAS is not the cell meeting the access requirement is avoided.
404. And after receiving the first network searching request message from the NAS, the AS receives the SIB1 message of each first cell from the network equipment.
405. And the AS acquires the UAC information of each first cell from the SIB1 message of the cell.
And after receiving the first network searching request message from the NAS, the AS executes a cell searching resident process under the first PLMN. Specifically, on the basis of the original flow, the AS acquires the UAC information of each first cell from the SIB1 message of the cell to obtain the UAC information of the at least one first cell, and then determines the cell to be camped on based on the UAC information of the at least one first cell, the at least one pre-determined access identifier, and the at least one pre-determined access category.
In the embodiment of the application, the NAS may pre-judge the current access requirement (at least one pre-judged access identifier and at least one pre-judged access category) according to the current scene by combining with the PLMN priority, and transmit the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category to the AS, so that the AS selects an optimal cell under a specific PLMN (in the embodiment of the application, the specific PLMN is a PLMN selected by the NAS), thereby ensuring network access and service of a user. The scheme greatly reduces the probability of prohibition of UAC check, and can completely avoid UAC check prohibition scenes under the best condition.
Alternatively, the step 301 may be specifically realized by the following steps 301d to 301 e.
301d, the terminal device obtains the third information.
Wherein the third information includes: at least two third PLMNs, UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN, at least one target pre-judging access identifier corresponding to each third PLMN, and the at least one pre-judging access category.
It can be understood that each target prejudged access identifier is determined jointly according to the related information in the USIM card of the terminal device and the corresponding third PLMN.
For the description of step 301d, reference may be made to the related description of steps 301a to 301c, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
301e, the terminal device determines the first PLMN from the at least two third PLMNs according to the third information.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment of the present application, the first PLMN with a better congestion condition may be determined jointly by combining the UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN, the at least one target pre-determined access identifier corresponding to each third PLMN, and the at least one pre-determined access category.
In the embodiment of the application, in combination with the UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN, the at least one target prejudged access identifier corresponding to each third PLMN, and the at least one prejudged access category, the first PLMN with better congestion conditions can be determined, and then the cell with better congestion conditions can be determined to reside, so that the possibility of UAC check prohibition during registration or service initiation is reduced, and thus, the network access efficiency of the terminal device can be improved.
Optionally, in a case that a first target PLMN including a third target cell exists in the at least two third PLMNs, the first PLMN is the first target PLMN.
Exemplarily, the step 301e may be specifically realized by the following step 301e 1.
301e1, in case that a first target PLMN including a third target cell exists in the at least two third PLMNs, the terminal device determines the first target PLMN as the first PLMN.
The third target cell is a cell for which UAC information completely allows the access request based on the at least one target pre-determined access identifier corresponding to the (first target PLMN) and each pre-determined access category.
It is understood that, in the first target PLMN, there is a cell (i.e. the third target cell) that completely satisfies the access request based on the corresponding at least one target pre-judged access identifier and each pre-judged access category, that is, based on the at least one target pre-judged access identifier and each pre-judged access category, the UAC checks the cell that is not barred. At this time, the first target PLMN is determined as the first PLMN.
It should be noted that, for convenience of description, the at least one (target) pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category are denoted as access requirements of the terminal device.
In the embodiment of the application, the first target PLMN including the third target cell is determined as the first PLMN, and then the terminal device may determine a cell that is not congested based on access requirements to camp on the first target PLMN, so that UAC check is not prohibited when registering or initiating a service, and thus, network access efficiency of the terminal device may be improved.
Optionally, in the at least two third PLMNs, the first target PLMN does not exist, and the first PLMN is the second target PLMN when the second target PLMN including the fourth target cell exists.
Exemplarily, the step 301e may be specifically realized by the following step 301e 2.
301e2, in the at least two third PLMNs, the first target PLMN does not exist, and in the case that a second target PLMN including a fourth target cell exists, the terminal device determines the second target PLMN as the first PLMN.
The fourth target cell is a cell with the highest probability of access requests allowed by the UAC information based on the corresponding at least one target prejudged access identifier and the first prejudged access category; the first pre-judged access category is one of the at least one pre-judged access category.
It is to be understood that the first target PLMN does not exist but the second target PLMN exists among the at least two third PLMNs. In the second target PLMN, there is a cell (i.e. the fourth target cell) with the highest probability of allowing the access request based on the corresponding at least one target pre-determined access identity and the first pre-determined access category, that is, the cell with the lowest probability of the UAC checking for barring based on the access request of the at least one target pre-determined access identity and the first pre-determined access category. At this time, the second target PLMN is determined as the first PLMN.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second target PLMN including the fourth target cell is determined as the first PLMN, and the terminal device may determine a cell with a better congestion condition based on the access requirement to camp on the second target PLMN, so that the UAC check is less likely to be prohibited during registration or service initiation, and thus, the network access efficiency of the terminal device may be improved.
For the description of the first predetermined access category, reference may be made to the following related description in step 302b, which is not described herein again.
Optionally, the priority of the first PLMN is greater than or equal to a preset priority.
The preset priority may be determined according to an actual use condition, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
It is to be understood that the first PLMN is a PLMN of the at least two third PLMNs, where the priority is greater than or equal to the preset priority. In this embodiment of the application, in the process of determining the first PLMN from the at least two third PLMNs, a plurality of third PLMNs with priorities greater than or equal to a preset priority are determined, and then a PLMN of a cell with a better congestion condition based on an access requirement in the plurality of third PLMNs is determined as the first PLMN (in the process, reference may be made to the relevant description in steps 301e1 and 301e2, which is not described herein again).
In the embodiment of the application, the priority is a preference standard for selecting the PLMN, and on the premise of equal priority, the PLMN which best meets the access requirement is determined in consideration of the access requirement (i.e., the at least one pre-determined access identifier and the at least one pre-determined access category) of the terminal device. Therefore, the requirements of the existing protocol on the priority can be met, corresponding expenses caused by reducing the priority can not be generated under the condition of no user agreement, and the PLMN meeting the access requirement can be determined on the premise of equal priority.
Optionally, when the NAS selects a PLMN in combination with the UAC information, the NAS may only consider the optimal selection between PLMNs of the same priority type, for example, when the environment includes multiple UPLMNs, the matching degree of the UAC information of the cell under each UPLMN and the access requirement is different, and the UPLMN with the best matching degree with the access requirement is selected by itself, so as to avoid interaction with the user and reduce complexity.
For example, AS shown in fig. 5, taking AS an example that the third information is obtained by the NAS and the AS, and the first PLMN is determined according to the third information, the step 301d may be specifically implemented by the following steps 501 to 510.
501. And the NAS sends a second network searching request message to the AS.
The second network searching request message (PlmnSearchListReq) is used to instruct acquisition of all PLMNs and acquisition of UAC information of cells under each PLMN.
Accordingly, the AS receives the second network searching request message from the NAS.
502. And the AS acquires at least two third PLMNs and UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN according to the second network searching request message.
503. And the AS sends a first network searching response message to the NAS.
The first search response message (PlmnSearchCnf) is used to indicate search results for all PLMNs and corresponding UAC information. The first network searching response message carries at least two third PLMNs, and UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN.
Accordingly, the NAS receives the first network search response message from the AS.
504. The NAS obtains at least two third PLMNs from the first network searching response message, and UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN.
505. And the NAS acquires at least one target prejudgment access identifier corresponding to each third PLMN.
506. The NAS obtains at least one pre-decided access category.
Through the above steps 501 to 506, the nas acquires the third information.
507. The NAS prioritizes the at least two third PLMNs.
Exemplarily, after the NAS acquires the at least two third PLMNs, the at least two third PLMNs are prioritized according to an existing scheme, for example:
1) Under the scenario that the timer of the Higher Priority PLMN (HPPLMN) is out of time: HPLMN is highest priority, UPLMN is next, OPLMN is next, and so on.
2) In other scenarios (boot-up or drop coverage scenarios), RPLMN has the highest priority, HPLMN has the next highest priority, UPLMN has the next lowest priority, OPLMN has the next highest priority, and so on.
508. And the NAS carries out checking and comparison with the corresponding at least one target pre-judgment access identifier and at least one pre-judgment access category according to the sequence of the priority from high to low and according to the UAC information of at least one third cell under each third PLMN in turn, and determines whether a cell meeting the access requirement exists under each third PLMN.
Specifically, the method for checking and comparing the UAC information of the cell with the corresponding at least one target pre-determined access identifier and at least one pre-determined access category may refer to the following related description in step 302, which is not repeated herein.
509. And under the condition that the third PLMN with the highest priority has a cell which completely meets the access requirement, the NAS determines the third PLMN with the highest priority as the first PLMN.
It is to be understood that, a cell 1 (corresponding to the third target cell in step 301e1 above) exists under the third PLMN (hereinafter referred to as PLMN 1) with the highest priority, and the UAC information of the cell 1 fully allows the access request based on the at least one target prejudged access identifier corresponding to the PLMN 1 and each prejudged access category.
510. When there are cells satisfying the access requirement to different degrees in a plurality of target first PLMNs, the NAS determines a target first PLMN (hereinafter, referred to as PLMN 2) to which a cell having the highest degree of matching with the access requirement belongs as the first PLMN.
The plurality of target first PLMNs are: and the at least two third PLMNs have the same priority and the priority is greater than or equal to the PLMN with the preset priority.
It can be understood that, there is a cell 2 under PLMN 2 (corresponding to the fourth target cell in step 301e2 above), and cell 2 is: in all cells under the multiple target first PLMNs, UAC information allows a cell with the highest probability of access request based on the corresponding at least one target pre-judged access identifier and each pre-judged access category.
Optionally, the step 510 includes the step 510a described below.
510a, if there is no cell that completely satisfies the access requirement among the plurality of target first PLMNs having the priority greater than or equal to the preset priority, but there is a cell that completely satisfies the access requirement among the target second PLMNs having the priority less than the preset priority (corresponding to the fourth PLMN in step 306b described below), the NAS determines a target first PLMN (hereinafter, referred to as PLMN 2) to which a cell that matches the access requirement to the highest degree belongs as the first PLMN.
Wherein the target second PLMN is: and in the at least two third PLMNs, the priority is less than the PLMN with the preset priority.
It can be understood that, without user permission, a third PLMN with a priority greater than or equal to a preset priority is preferentially selected as the first PLMN, and then a cell (hereinafter referred to as cell 3) with the highest matching degree with the access requirement is selected under the first PLMN for camping. When the cell 3 is registered or service is initiated, the UAC checks the prohibition, the NAS can inform the terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can prompt the user that a cell which completely meets the access requirement exists in a target second PLMN with the priority lower than the preset priority through displaying prompt information, and whether the cell is switched to the target second PLMN for searching the network again or not. Then, according to the selection of the user, the terminal equipment determines whether to continuously wait for retrying the access request after the congestion of the cell 3 is relieved (for example, waiting for the UAC timer to be overtime) or switch to the target second PLMN for network searching again.
In the embodiment of the application, the UAC information of each cell is reported to the NAS by the AS, and when the NAS selects a network, the NAS may consider not only the PLMN priority, but also the matching degree between the cell under each PLMN and the access requirement (whether the cell UAC information allows an access request based on the at least one pre-determined access identifier and each pre-determined access category). And then the cell with the best congestion condition can be selected for residence so as to ensure the network access and service of the user. In the embodiment of the application, the judging methods of the matching degree of the NAS and the AS for the cell and the access requirement are the same, and the complexity is not increased.
Alternatively, the step 302 may be specifically realized by the following step 302a, step 302b, or step 302 c.
302a, the terminal device determines the first target cell as the cell to be camped on when the at least one first cell includes the first target cell.
And the first target cell is a cell in the at least one first cell, and the UAC information completely allows the access request based on the at least one prejudged access identifier and each prejudged access category.
In the embodiment of the application, the first target cell is a cell which completely meets the access requirement, the first target cell is determined as a cell to be resided, and after the first target cell is resided, UAC check is not prohibited when registration or service initiation is performed, so that the network access efficiency of the terminal device can be improved.
Optionally, the UAC information of the first target cell includes any one of: the UAC information is null; the UAC information does not include restriction information for the first PLMN; the UAC information does not include the at least one prejudged access identity and the at least one prejudged access category.
In the first case, the UAC information is null, i.e., no UAC information is set for the network device serving the cell. For example, the UAC restriction information (UAC-BarringInfo) content in SIB1 broadcasted by the network device is empty.
In a second case, the network device sets UAC information, which does not include restriction information for the first PLMN. For example, only UAC public restriction PLMN List (UAC-BarringPerPlmn-List) exists in SIB1 broadcasted by the network device, no UAC public restriction information (UAC-barringforcommon) item exists, and no first PLMN (preferr PLMN) selected this time exists in UAC-BarringPerPlmn-List.
Wherein, the uac-BarringPerPlmn-List only includes the restriction information for the PLMNs in the List, and the uac-barringforcommon includes the restriction information for all PLMNs. In case only uac-BarringPerPlmn-List is included in SIB1, and uac-barringforsymon is not included, only PLMN in uac-BarringPerPlmn-List is correspondingly restricted; in case of SIB1 comprising only uac-BarrgingForCommon, not uac-BarringPerPlmn-List, all PLMNs are restricted accordingly according to uac-BarrgingForCommon; in case of inclusion of both uac-BarringPerPlmn-List and uac-barringforcommon in SIB1, PLMNs in this List are restricted accordingly according to uac-BarringPerPlmn-List and PLMNs other than uac-BarringPerPlmn-List according to uac-barringforcommon. Therefore, in the case that only UAC-BarringPerPlmn-List exists in SIB1, no UAC-barringforcommon entry exists, and no UAC-BarringPerPlmn-List exists in the first PLMN selected this time, the UAC information does not include restriction information for the first PLMN.
In a third case, the UAC information does not include the at least one pre-adjudicated access identity and the at least one pre-adjudicated access category. SIB1 broadcast by the network device includes the following 4 cases:
in case 1, only the uac-BarringPerPlmn-List exists in sibb 1, the uac-barringforcommon item does not exist, and the uac-BarringPerPlmn-List exists in the first PLMN selected this time, but the restriction information on the first PLMN does not include the at least one pre-decided access identifier and the at least one pre-decided access category;
in case 2,sib1, only the uac-barringforcommon entry exists, no uac-BarringPerPlmn-List exists, and the restriction information of the uac-barringforcommon entry on the first PLMN does not include the at least one pre-decided access identity and the at least one pre-decided access category;
in case 3, there are uac-BarringPerPlmn-List and uac-barringforcommon items in sib1, and there is the first PLMN selected this time in uac-BarringPerPlmn-List, but the restriction information for the first PLMN does not include the at least one pre-determined access identifier and the at least one pre-determined access category;
in case 4,sib1, there are uac-BarringPerPlmn-List and uac-barringforcommon entries, and there is no first PLMN selected this time in uac-BarringPerPlmn-List, but the restriction information of the first PLMN by uac-barringforcommon entry does not include the at least one pre-ranging access identifier and the at least one pre-ranging access category.
In the embodiment of the present application, a possibility that a first target cell completely satisfies various UAC information of access requirements is provided, so that a terminal device may determine a cell satisfying any one of the UAC information conditions as the first target cell.
Optionally, in a case that, of the at least one first cell, there are cells satisfying the first condition or the second condition and cells satisfying the third condition at the same time, the terminal device preferentially selects a cell satisfying the first condition or the second condition as the first target cell, because the UAC information of the cell degree satisfying the first condition or the second condition does not include the restriction information for the first PLMN, the cell has no congestion in the first PLMN and is higher in rate, the cell is selected to camp on, and UAC check is not prohibited when registering or initiating a service (even if an access request is made except for the at least one prejudged access identifier and the at least one prejudged access category), so that the network access efficiency of the terminal device can be improved.
Optionally, after determining that there is a cell satisfying the first condition or the second condition in the at least one first cell, the cell may be directly determined as the first target cell, and it is not determined whether the other cells satisfy the access requirement (for example, UAC-BarringFactor of the other cells may be set to be 0, that is, assuming that the UAC information of the other cells prohibits the access request based on the at least one pre-determined access identifier and the at least one pre-determined access category, it is not necessary to consider the other cells again), so that the checking and comparing process may be reduced, and the determining efficiency of the cell to be camped is improved.
302b, the terminal device determines the second target cell as the cell to camp on when the at least one first cell does not include the first target cell but includes the second target cell.
The second target cell is the cell with the highest probability of the access request based on the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the first pre-judged access category (namely the cell with the highest matching degree with the access requirement) allowed by the UAC information in the at least one first cell; wherein the first pre-judged access category is one of the at least one pre-judged access category.
Optionally, the first pre-determined access category may be any one of the at least one pre-determined access category, the first pre-determined access category may also be one of the at least one pre-determined access category that is most needed by the current terminal device (the access category corresponding to the most important access request of the current terminal device), and the first pre-determined access category may also be one of the at least one pre-determined access category that meets other feasibility conditions, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the application, when a first target cell does not exist in the at least one first cell and a second target cell exists, the second target cell with the highest matching degree with the access requirement is determined as a cell to be resided for residence, and the possibility that UAC check is prohibited is low when registration or service initiation is carried out, so that the network access efficiency of the terminal equipment can be improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal device can set the priority for each pre-judged access category according to the access requirement of the terminal device. The other feasibility conditions mentioned above include the following two possible cases:
in a first possible scenario, the first pre-judged access category is an access category with a highest priority among the at least one pre-judged access category.
In a second possible case, the first pre-judged access category is an access category with the highest priority except the second pre-judged access category in the at least one pre-judged access category; and the UAC information of at least two first cells allows the access request based on the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the second pre-judged access category to have the highest probability, and the at least two first cells comprise a second target cell.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the matching degree between each first cell and the access requirement corresponding to each pre-determined access category is sequentially determined according to the priorities of the pre-determined access categories from high to low, for example, the matching degree between each first cell and the access requirement corresponding to the pre-determined access category with the highest priority is determined first, and if the matching degree between each first cell and the access requirement corresponding to the pre-determined access category with the highest priority is different, the cell with the highest matching degree between the access requirements corresponding to the pre-determined access category with the highest priority is determined as the second target cell; if at least two cells exist in the at least one first cell and the matching degree of the access requirements corresponding to the pre-judged access category with the highest priority is the same (and the highest), then the matching degree of each cell in the at least two cells and the access requirements corresponding to the pre-judged access category with the second highest priority is judged, and the analogy is repeated to obtain a second target cell.
In the following, taking the first pre-judged access identifier as an example, how to judge the matching degree between each first cell and the access requirement corresponding to the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the first pre-judged access category is described.
And (3) screening according to an actual UAC (UAC-BarringFactor) corresponding to the first pre-judged access category: if the first prejudged access category has a corresponding UAC access prohibited set (UAC-barringInfoSet), and bits (bit) of UAC access prohibited identifiers (UAC-barringForaccessIdentity) corresponding to all prejudged access identifiers (namely the at least one prejudged access identifier) are all 1, or all prejudged access identifiers are not in UAC-barringForaccessIdentity any more, the first cell with the largest UAC-barringFactor is the cell with the highest matching degree with the access requirements corresponding to the (the at least one prejudged access identifier and the first prejudged access category); if the first prejudged access category does not have the corresponding UAC-BarringInfoSet, or although the UAC-BarringInfoSet exists, at least one of the bit bits of the UAC-barringforaccessitity corresponding to all the prejudged access identifications transmitted this time is 0, the UAC of the first prejudged access category is checked to be allowed by the first cell, and the UAC-BarringFactor corresponding to the first prejudged access identification can be considered to be 1, so that the first cell is the cell with the highest matching degree with the access requirement (of the at least one prejudged access identification and the first prejudged access category).
It should be noted that the value range of the uac-BarringFactor is [0,1], the uac-BarringFactor value of 0 indicates that access is prohibited, the uac-BarringFactor value of 1 indicates that access is allowed, and the higher the uac-BarringFactor value is, the higher the possibility of access is indicated. The bit of the uac-BarringForaccessIdentity is 0 or 1, the bit of the uac-BarringForaccessIdentity is 0 to indicate that the access is allowed, and the bit of the uac-BarringForaccessIdentity is 1 to indicate that the access is forbidden.
If the conditions of the cells are the same (namely the UAC-BarriingFactor of the cells for a certain access category is the same), continuously checking whether the cells meet the next-highest priority access category, repeating the steps, selecting the cell with the highest matching degree with the access category list in the current environment for residing, and sending PlmnSearchCnf (partial successful network search, the UAC information of the cell, other searched PLMNs and the UAC information thereof).
How to determine the matching degree between each first cell and the access demand corresponding to the at least one pre-determined access identifier and the other pre-determined access category may refer to the above description of determining the matching degree between each first cell and the access demand corresponding to the at least one pre-determined access identifier and the first pre-determined access category, which is not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, multiple conditions of the first pre-judging access category are provided, so that the first pre-judging access category which is most needed can be determined according to the actual use condition, and the second target cell which is most matched with the access requirement is determined as the cell to be resided.
302c, the terminal device does not find a suitable cell to camp on under the first PLMN.
If the terminal device does not find a cell suitable for residing under the first PLMN, the terminal device may select another PLMN, re-perform the network searching procedure (hereinafter, for convenience, denoted as a specific PLMN + UAC information network searching procedure) described in steps 301 to 302, determine a cell to reside, and reside.
Optionally, the terminal device includes a non-access stratum and an access stratum; the step 302 may be specifically implemented by the following step 302d, and after the step 302d, the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following step 303.
302d, the terminal device determines the cell to be camped in the at least one first cell through the access stratum according to the first information, and obtains a network searching result based on the first PLMN.
Exemplarily, if the cell to be camped is the first target cell, the network searching result is that the network searching is successful; if the cell to be resided is a second target cell, the network searching result is that partial network searching is successful; and if the suitable resident cell is not found under the first PLMN, the network searching result is network searching failure.
For a detailed description of step 302d, reference may be made to the related description of steps 302a to 302c, which is not described herein again.
303. And the terminal equipment sends the network searching result to the non-access layer through the access layer.
Optionally, the terminal device sends a second network search response message (PlmnSearchCnf) to the NAS through the AS, where the second network search response message carries the network search result.
In the embodiment of the application, the AS performs the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching process according to the first information, and sends the network searching result to the NAS after the network searching result is obtained, so that the NAS can obtain the network searching result of the AS.
Optionally, in a case that the network search result indicates that the network search is successful, the network search result carries the UAC information of the first target cell.
In the embodiment of the application, the network searching result carries the UAC information of the first target cell, so that when a user initiates an access request of a new access category, the NAS may pre-determine whether the UAC information of the current cell allows the access request corresponding to the new access category, or the probability that the UAC information of the current cell allows the access request corresponding to the new access category. Optionally, in a case that the network search result indicates that a partial network search is successful, the network search result carries the UAC information and the second information of the second target cell.
Wherein the second information includes: at least one second PLMN, and UAC information of at least one second cell under each second PLMN.
In the embodiment of the application, the network searching result carries the UAC information of the second target cell, so that when a user initiates an access request of a new access category, the NAS may prejudge whether the UAC information of the current cell allows the access request corresponding to the new access category or not, or the UAC information of the current cell allows the probability of the access request corresponding to the new access category. The network searching result carries the second information, so that other PLMNs can be designated for the AS in time under the condition that the PLMN needs to be replaced to search the network again, and the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching process is executed again.
Optionally, in a case that the network searching result indicates that the network searching fails, the network searching result carries the second information.
Wherein the second information includes: at least one second PLMN, and UAC information of at least one second cell under each second PLMN.
In the embodiment of the application, the network searching result carries the second information, so that the NAS can conveniently and timely designate other PLMNs for the AS, and re-execute the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching process.
Optionally, after the step 303, the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include a step 304 described below.
304. And the terminal equipment stores the first PLMN, the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category in the access layer under the condition that the network searching result indicates that the network searching is successful or part of the network searching is successful.
It is to be understood that the terminal device stores the first PLMN, the at least one pre-determined access identifier, and the at least one pre-determined access category, and may continue to be used in the subsequent cell reselection process. The terminal device stores the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category, and can be continuously used in the subsequent process of replacing the PLMN for searching again.
Illustratively, the AS stores at least one pre-judged access identifier and at least one pre-judged access category sent by the NAS, and then continues to use in subsequent cell reselection. And when the NAS determines that the pre-judged access category changes, the NAS sends the updated at least one pre-judged access category to the AS in time so AS to synchronize the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category stored in the AS.
In the embodiment of the application, the AS stores at least one pre-judging access identifier and at least one pre-judging access category corresponding to the current access requirement, and when the AS selects and reselects a cell, the AS can comprehensively select an optimal cell for residence by fully considering the at least one pre-judging access identifier and the at least one pre-judging access category appeal. The scheme greatly reduces the UAC check prohibition probability, and can completely avoid UAC check prohibition scenes under the best condition.
Exemplarily, taking the NAS and the AS to execute the above steps 302d to 304 AS an example, AS shown in fig. 6, the above steps 302d to 304 may be specifically implemented by the following steps 601 to 603.
601. And the AS determines the cell to be resided from the at least one first cell according to the first information to obtain a network searching result based on the first PLMN.
602. And the AS sends the network searching result to the NAS.
Accordingly, the NAS receives a network searching result sent by the AS.
603. And the AS stores the first PLMN, the at least one pre-judged access identifier and the at least one pre-judged access category in the access layer under the condition that the network searching result indicates that the network searching is successful or part of the network searching is successful.
Optionally, after the step 302, the network searching method provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include a step 305 or a step 306 described below.
305. And the terminal equipment performs cell reselection under the condition of meeting the first condition or the second condition.
306. And the terminal equipment changes the PLMN to search the network again under the condition of meeting the first condition or the second condition.
Optionally, when the first condition or the second condition is met, the PLMN may be directly replaced to search for a new network, or a cell reselection procedure may be performed first under the first PLMN, and when the first PLMN does not have a suitable cell, the PLMN may be replaced to search for a new network.
For example, the AS may autonomously perform cell reselection under a first PLMN (same PLMN). And when the first PLMN does not have a proper cell, the NAS reselects other PLMNs, and then the AS carries out a specific PLMN + UAC information network searching process under the other PLMNs again.
Optionally, the first condition is: and receiving first UAC information from the network equipment serving the cell to be resided, wherein the probability that the first UAC information allows the access request based on the at least one prejudged access identifier and each prejudged access category is less than or equal to an access threshold value.
It will be appreciated that the first condition described above illustrates that the congestion situation of the currently camped cell (the previously determined cell to be camped on) is degraded (the UAC information changes, and the UAC information allows the probability of the access request based on the at least one pre-decided access identity and each pre-decided access category to be reduced to a small value, resulting in a much lower degree of matching with the access requirements, and a much higher probability of the UAC checking for barring when performing registration or initiating traffic).
Optionally, the second condition is: and the checking result of the target access identifier corresponding to the first access request and the UAC information of the target access category is forbidden.
It is to be understood that the second condition described above describes that the UAC check results in a barring upon the UAC check, based on the target access identity and the target access category of the first access request (registration request or service request).
In the embodiment of the application, when the first condition or the second condition is met, cell reselection or smoother PLMN re-network searching is performed, and a cell with higher matching degree with an access requirement can be selected for terminal equipment to reside, so that the possibility of UAC check prohibition is reduced when registration or service initiation is performed, and the access efficiency can be improved.
Alternatively, in the case where the second condition is satisfied, the step 306 may be specifically realized by the following steps 306a to 306 b.
306a, the terminal equipment displays the prompt information.
The prompting information is used for prompting a user that the cell to be resided is currently congested and cannot process the first access request; the prompt message comprises a first option and a second option, wherein the first option is used for indicating to wait for the congestion relief of the cell to be resided, and the second option is used for indicating to replace the PLMN for searching again.
306b, in case of receiving an input selecting the second option, the terminal device changes the PLMN to re-search the network.
Optionally, the input for selecting the second option may be a click input for the second option, a slide input for the second option, or other feasibility inputs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Illustratively, the click input may be any number of times of click input, such as single click input, double click input, triple click input, and the like, or may be any duration of click input, such as short-press input, long-press input, and the like; the slide input may be a slide input in any direction, such as an upward slide input, a downward slide input, a leftward slide input, or a rightward slide input.
It will be appreciated that upon receiving an input selecting the first option, the terminal device waits for congestion relief of the cell to camp on, i.e. for the UAC timer to expire. And after the UAC timer is overtime, reattempting to initiate the first access request.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the PLMN needs to be replaced and the network needs to be searched again, the terminal equipment displays the prompt information, and then determines whether to replace the PLMN and search the network again according to the input of the prompt information by a user, so that whether to replace the PLMN and search the network again can be determined according to the user requirements, and the man-machine interaction performance can be improved.
Optionally, in a case where it is determined that the fifth target cell exists under the fourth PLMN, the second option is further used to instruct to change to the fourth PLMN for network re-searching.
Wherein the priority of the fourth PLMN is lower than the preset priority; the UAC information of the fifth target cell allows an access request based on the at least one access identity and each of the at least one access category; the at least one access identity corresponds to a fourth PLMN.
In the embodiment of the present application, the fourth PLMN is a PLMN with a lower priority, that is, the PLMN is changed from the first PLMN with a high priority to the fourth PLMN with a low priority, but a fifth target cell exists below the fourth PLMN, which completely meets the access requirement (based on the at least one access identifier and the access request of each access category of the at least one access category). The terminal device changes to the fourth PLMN to re-search for a network, may camp on the fifth target cell, and further, based on the at least one access identifier and the access request of each access category of the at least one access category, is not prohibited by the UAC check.
In the embodiment of the application, because the replacement of the PLMN with the low priority possibly generates charges, the network speed can be increased, and the problem of network congestion can be quickly improved, so that whether the PLMN is replaced to a fourth PLMN for searching the network again or not is determined according to the user requirements, and the man-machine interaction performance can be improved.
Optionally, in a case that the target access category belongs to the at least one pre-judged access category, the at least one access category is the at least one pre-judged access category.
Optionally, in a case that the target access category does not belong to the at least one pre-judged access category, the at least one access category is the at least one pre-judged access category and the target access category.
It can be understood that, if the target access category is an access category corresponding to a new service request initiated by the terminal device and is not in the at least one pre-determined access category (that is, the access category changes after residing in the cell to be resided), the at least one access category is the at least one pre-determined access category and the target access category; otherwise, the at least one access category is the at least one pre-judged access category.
In the embodiment of the application, the at least one pre-judged access category is updated according to the actual service requirement, so that the cell meeting the current access requirement can be acquired for residing in the subsequent network searching.
Exemplarily, the following describes a procedure after camping in a cell to be camped in 4 scenarios.
Scene 1: and successfully searching the network, finishing the network searching, staying the terminal equipment in the first target cell, and continuously executing a subsequent registration request or service request process. Under the normal condition of the scene, UAC check prohibition does not occur.
Scene 2: and if the UAC prohibition during network searching is a preliminary judgment, a registration request or a service request can be initiated for one chance of a subsequent registration request or service request.
In the scenario 2.1, the AS performs UAC check, if the UAC check result is still forbidden, the current registration request or service request cannot be performed, at this time, the AS can perform cell reselection under the current PLMN, and if a better cell is selected, the AS performs residence in the better cell and reports the residence result to the NAS; if no better cell is selected, the AS reports the UAC check result to the NAS, wherein the UAC check result can include other candidate PLMNs which may meet the requirements, and the NAS needs to replace the PLMN. If a fifth PLMN meeting certain access requirements exists among the PLMNs with the same priority, the NAS reselects the fifth PLMN and informs the AS to perform a network searching process of fifth PLM + UAC information; if only the sixth PLMN with the priority lower than the current resident PLMN exists, the terminal device displays prompt information to prompt a user that the current network state is congested and the user cannot access the network or performs a certain service (a blocked service), and asks the user to select whether the network needs to be replaced or not, namely prompts the user whether to switch to the sixth PLMN for searching the network again or not, and saves the user selection during the congestion period (before the current congestion is solved, the user selection is saved, and after the current congestion is solved, the user selection is deleted). If the user selects to wait in the original network, the network searching is finished, and the subsequent execution is continued according to the existing flow. If the user selects the network replacement attempt, the NAS reselects the sixth PLMN and informs the AS to perform the network searching of the sixth PLMN + UAC information again. When the first PLMN is unable to fully meet the access requirements, an attempt is made to change the other network with the user's consent.
Scenario 2.2, if the UAC checks to pass (i.e., allow), the network searching is finished, and the registration request or service is continuously executed;
in a scenario 2.3, if the UAC check is not passed (i.e., prohibited) and there are no other available PLMNs, the current network search is ended, and then the search is continuously performed according to the existing flow. It may wait for a period of time before re-searching the network.
Scene 3: if the UAC congestion information of the current resident cell is deteriorated and does not meet the current access identifier and access category requirements, the AS can perform cell reselection by itself, select a better cell for resident and report the resident result information to the NAS. If the cell is reselected, the PLMN can be replaced and the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching process is executed again in order to find a better cell for residence.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 7, the scenario 3 may be specifically implemented by the following steps 701 to 704.
701. The AS receives first UAC information from a network device serving the cell to be camped on.
The first UAC information allows a probability of an access request based on the at least one pre-judged access identity and each of the pre-judged access categories to be less than or equal to an access threshold.
702. And the AS determines the deterioration of the congestion condition of the cell to be resided according to the first UAC information.
703. And the AS performs cell reselection under the first PLMN to obtain a sixth cell which can reside, and performs residence in the sixth cell.
704. And the AS reports the cell reselection result to the NAS.
And the cell reselection result is used for indicating to re-reside in the sixth cell, and carries the UAC information of the sixth cell.
Correspondingly, the NAS receives a cell reselection result reported by the AS.
Scene 4: and if the user initiates a new service and the mapped access category of the new service exceeds the range of the at least one pre-judged access category, performing a service request attempt in the current cell.
In the scenario 4.1, if the UAC check result is forbidden, the access category of the current new service may be updated to the at least one pre-determined access category, the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching procedure may be re-executed under the condition that the PLMN is not changed, if the cell meeting the access requirement cannot be obtained for residence, the PLMN is replaced, and the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching procedure is re-executed.
And 4.2, if the UAC check result is passed (i.e. allowed), keeping in the current cell, and continuing to execute the subsequent service flow.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 8, the scenario 4 may be specifically implemented by the following steps 801 to 806.
801. The NAS receives a first access request initiated by a user.
802. The NAS determines that the target access category mapped by the first access request does not belong to the at least one pre-judged access category.
803. And the NAS sends the target access identification and the target access category mapped by the first access request to the AS.
804. And the AS carries out UAC check on the target access identifier and the target access category by combining the UAC information of the cell to be resided which resides currently.
805. And the UAC checks that the result is allowable, and the AS initiates a first access request to the network equipment serving the cell to be resided.
806. And if the UAC check result is forbidden, the AS re-executes the specific PLMN + UAC information network searching process under the first PLMN.
The embodiment of the application provides a network searching and selecting mechanism based on specific PLMN + UAC information: when network selection and cell selection are carried out, the priority of the PLMN, the UAC information of the network and the user access requirements (at least one pre-judging access identifier and at least one pre-judging access category) are comprehensively considered to carry out network selection, so that the UAC is prevented from being forbidden when subsequent registration and service are initiated, or the probability of occurrence of forbidden events is reduced. Specifically, the access identifier and access category information pre-estimation method is introduced in the scheme, the access requirements (at least one pre-judged access identifier and at least one pre-judged access category) are pre-judged in a network selection stage (cell selection or reselection), then the pre-judgment is carried out according to the access requirements and the UAC information of the cell, and the PLMN selection and cell selection method is optimized. In a congested environment, access attempts can be reduced, network load can be reduced, and user experience can be improved.
