Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a live broadcast room talk guidance method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario includes a main broadcast client 110, a viewer client 120, and a server 130.
The anchor client 110 interacts with the viewer client 120 through the server 130. Specifically, the anchor client 110 and the viewer client 120 may both access the internet through a network access manner, and establish a data communication link with the server 130. The network may be a communication medium of various connection types capable of providing a communication link between the sharing publishing terminal and the sharing receiving terminal, for example, the network may be a wired communication link, a wireless communication link, or an optical fiber cable, and the application is not limited herein.
The anchor client 110 is a terminal that sends a webcast video, and is generally a client used by an anchor user in webcast. The hardware at which the anchor client 110 is directed is essentially a computer device, and in particular, as shown in fig. 1, it may be a type of computer device such as a smart phone, smart interactive tablet, and personal computer.
The spectator client 120 is a client that receives and watches live video, and is typically a client used by a spectator user watching the video in the live video. The hardware at which the viewer client 120 is pointed is essentially a computer device, and in particular, as shown in fig. 1, it may be a type of computer device such as a smart phone, smart interactive tablet, and personal computer.
It should be noted that the viewer client 120 and the anchor client 110 are only functionally divided, and in practical applications, the functions of the viewer client 120 and the anchor client 110 may be performed by the same client at different times. Thus, the same client may act as the viewer client 120 when viewing a live network broadcast, and may act as the anchor client 110 when publishing a live video.
The server 130 may be a business server, and may be responsible for further connecting related audio data servers, video streaming servers, and other servers providing related support, so as to form a logically associated server cluster to provide services for related terminal devices, such as the anchor client 110 and the viewer client 120 shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, the anchor client 110 and the audience client 120 may join in the same live broadcast room (i.e., a live broadcast channel), where the live broadcast room refers to a chat room implemented by the server 130 and relying on internet technology, and generally has an audio/video broadcast control function. A main broadcast user is live in a live broadcast room through the main broadcast client 110, and a viewer user of the viewer client 120 can log in the server 130 to enter the live broadcast room to watch the live broadcast.
In the live broadcast room, interaction between the anchor user and audience users can be realized through known online interaction modes such as voice, video, text and the like, generally, the anchor user performs programs for the audience users in the form of audio and video streams, meanwhile, the audience users can interact with the anchor user in the mode of text chatting or virtual gifting, and certainly, the application form of the live broadcast room is not limited to online entertainment and can also be popularized to other related scenes.
Specifically, the viewer-user watching the live broadcast process is as follows: the viewer user may click to access a live application installed on the viewer client 120 and choose to enter any one of the live rooms, triggering the viewer client 120 to load a live room interface for the viewer user, the live room interface including a number of interactive components, for example: the video component, the virtual gift bar component, the public screen component and the like can enable audience users to watch live broadcast in a live broadcast room by loading the interactive components, and perform various online interactions, wherein the online interaction modes comprise but are not limited to presenting virtual gifts, participating in live broadcast activities, talking on public screen speech and the like. Wherein, in a public screen speaking chat,
it should be noted that the application scenario in fig. 1 is only an exemplary application scenario and is not used to limit the solution of the present invention. The scheme of the invention can also be applied to other forms of live webcast application scenes, and the description is omitted.
Wherein, the audience and the anchor, and the audience can interact by speaking in the public screen. The public screen is a public screen, the public screen of the live broadcast room is equivalent to a group chat window in the live broadcast room, both a main broadcast and audiences of the live broadcast room can make speech on the public screen of the live broadcast room, and public screen chat data of each live broadcast room comprises chat data between the main broadcast and the audiences or chat data between the audiences and the audiences. The more public screen speeches in the live broadcast room with high popularity, the more the communication and interaction between the audience and the anchor can be increased, and the more the atmosphere in the live broadcast room can be increased, so that the retention rate of the audience in the live broadcast room can be increased; the less public screen speech of the live broadcast room with low popularity, the more disastrous the communication and interaction between the audience and the anchor, the more easily the audience is lost.
However, in the traditional live webcast, the audience in the live webcast room generally interacts with the anchor and other audiences by actively inputting text messages in the public screen speaking control, and the audience cannot be effectively guided to speak in the mode of the public screen speaking control, so that the interaction enthusiasm of the audience through the public screen speaking control is reduced to a certain extent.
In order to increase the number of public screen speeches, some techniques provide a speech guidance bubble in the live broadcast room to guide the audience to speak. In the process of implementing the present invention, the inventor finds that speech guidance bubbles in some technologies are set in the client through fixed codes, and the triggering mode and the case presentation mode are both fixed and unchangeable, so that the operation configuration cannot be achieved, and the guidance speech cannot be triggered according to different data and different scenes in each live broadcast room.
Based on the above problems, embodiments of the present application provide a live broadcast room speech guidance method, system, apparatus, storage medium, and computer device.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a flowchart illustrating a live broadcast talk guiding method according to a first embodiment of the present application. The speech guidance method for the live broadcast room provided by the first embodiment of the application is executed by taking a server and a client as an execution subject, wherein the client can be an audience client; the method comprises the following steps:
step S101: the client sends a speech guidance bubble request to the server in response to a trigger operation of entering a live broadcast room; the speech guidance bubble request comprises a live broadcast room identifier of the client.
Before entering a live broadcast room, a main broadcast needs to start live broadcast firstly, specifically, the main broadcast can click to access a live broadcast application program, enter a broadcast interface, and trigger a main broadcast client to send a live broadcast start instruction to a server by clicking a live broadcast start control in the broadcast interface; the server side responds to the live broadcast starting instruction and issues live broadcast room data to the anchor client side; the anchor client loads a live broadcast room interface according to the live broadcast room data and plays audio and video streaming data acquired by the anchor client in the live broadcast room; the viewer can then enter the live room to view the live broadcast.
The audience can click to access the live application program and enter any live room in the live application program; when the audience enters the live broadcast room, triggering the operation of entering the live broadcast room; and the audience client sends a speech guidance bubble request to the server in response to the triggering operation of entering the live broadcast room.
The live room identification includes but is not limited to: the number of the live broadcast room where the client is located, and/or the live broadcast type of the live broadcast room where the client is located. The live broadcast room number identification is used for indicating a live broadcast room number bound with the anchor, and each anchor has a live broadcast room bound with a fixed live broadcast room number. The live type identification is used for indicating that the current live room is in a live type, and the live type can be a type set for live operation, for example, the live type can be a live type with wheat, a live type with games, a live type with singing and dancing, and the like.
Step S102: the server side obtains first language guiding bubble configuration data according to the live broadcast room identification, and sends the first language guiding bubble configuration data to the client side; the first language guidance bubble configuration data includes a plurality of first trigger conditions of the first language guidance bubbles, corresponding first language guidance bubble control information, and corresponding first language guidance pattern information.
It is to be understood that the first speech guidance bubble configuration data is data configured for speech bubbles at the server side. Optionally, general speech bubble configuration data may be configured, and then different speech guidance bubbles are triggered in combination with specific scene data of the live broadcast room. Optionally, different utterance bubble configuration data may be configured according to different live broadcast room identifiers, and then different utterance guidance bubbles are triggered in combination with specific scene data of the live broadcast room, for example, different utterance bubble configuration data may be configured according to different live broadcast room numbers, live broadcast types, a main broadcast powdered silk amount of the live broadcast room, a heat value of the live broadcast room, and the like.
The first trigger condition may be set according to operation needs and different scenes of the live broadcast room, and optionally, the first trigger condition includes, but is not limited to, a stay scene trigger condition, and/or a time period scene trigger condition, and/or an atmosphere scene trigger condition, and the like. The stay scene triggering condition is used for indicating that a first comment guiding bubble is triggered when the stay time of the audience in the live broadcast room reaches a preset stay time; the time period scene triggering condition is used for indicating that the audience triggers a first comment guiding bubble when the current time of the live broadcast room is within a preset time period range; and the atmosphere scene triggering condition is used for indicating that the audience triggers the first comment guiding bubble when the public screen flowing water quantity in the preset time of the live broadcast room reaches a preset flowing water quantity threshold value.
The first utterance guidance bubble control information is used to indicate a display style of a first utterance guidance bubble; the display style of the speech guidance bubble may include a first speech guidance document information display control style and a first speech guidance transmission control style, and specifically, may include a display position, a display size, a display shape, and the like of the first speech guidance document information display control and the first speech guidance transmission control. It will be appreciated that different first-utterance guidance bubble control information may be configured for different trigger conditions.
The first utterance guidance document information is a word for guiding the audience user on a public screen, and may include one or more of pre-configured utterance words, anchor hotwords, and live-room hotwords. It will be appreciated that different first-utterance guidance document information may be configured for different trigger conditions.
Step S103: the client side obtains scene data of a live broadcast room, when the scene data of the live broadcast room meets one of the first triggering conditions, corresponding first language guiding bubbles are displayed on a live broadcast room interface according to corresponding first language guiding bubble control information, and corresponding first language guiding file information is displayed in the first language guiding bubbles.
The scene data of the live broadcast room is data generated in the live broadcast room, and can be the stay time of audiences in the live broadcast room, the current time of the audiences in the live broadcast room, the public screen flow quantity of the audiences in the preset time of the live broadcast room and the like.
Optionally, when the first language guidance bubble control information includes a first language guidance document information display control style and a first language guidance sending control style, the first language guidance document information display control and the first language guidance sending control are displayed on the live broadcasting interface according to the first language guidance document information display control style and the first language guidance sending control style, and the first language guidance document information display control displays the corresponding first language guidance document information. As shown in fig. 3, a first introduction guide bubble 210 is displayed on the live-air interface, and the first introduction guide bubble 210 includes a first introduction guide pattern information display control 211 and a first introduction guide sending control 212.
Step S104: and the client responds to the sending operation of the first language guiding bubble, and sends the first language guiding file information to the server so as to display the first language guiding file information on a public screen of a live broadcast room.
As shown in fig. 3, the sending operation of the first utterance guidance bubble may be triggered by clicking on a first utterance guidance sending control 212.
