The Processor 31 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), the Processor 31 may also be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or any combination thereof, and the general-purpose Processor may be a microprocessor or any conventional Processor.
The memory 32, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used for storing non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the control method in the embodiments of the present invention. The processor 31 executes various functional applications of the server and data processing by running non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 32, namely, the member data operation method based on the CRM system of the above method embodiment.
The memory 32 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of a processing device operated by the server, and the like. Further, the memory 32 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 32 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 31, which may be connected to a network connection device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 33 may receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the processing device of the server. The output device 34 may include a display device such as a display screen.
One or more modules are stored in the memory 32, which when executed by the one or more processors 31 perform the method as shown in fig. 1.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the processes of the embodiments of the motor control methods described above can be included when the computer program is executed. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (FM), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, HDD), or a Solid-State Drive (SSD); the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, those skilled in the art may make various modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and variations fall within the scope defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A CRM system-based member data operation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
aggregating member data to a CRM system from different channels;
utilizing the bins to generate member data into member labels according to a preset label rule in the CRM system;
creating push information corresponding to the member label;
and triggering the member according to the pushing information corresponding to the member label pushing, and adjusting the pushing information through the triggering data reflux.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein aggregating member data from different channels to a CRM system comprises:
identifying the member through the unique identification of the member;
aggregating member profile information registered in different channels to a CRM system;
judging whether the CRM system contains the member or not according to the unique identification of the member;
if the member is included, updating the profile information of the member in the CRM system according to member profile information registered by different channels;
if not, profile information of the member is established in the CRM system.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the using the bins to generate member tags from the member data according to preset tag rules in the CRM system comprises:
receiving member data by using a plurality of bins and cleaning the data;
generating a label file for the member data after data cleaning according to a preset label rule in the CRM system;
the warehouse uploads the label file to a file system;
the CRM system acquires the tag file from the file system;
the CRM system analyzes the label of the member and a corresponding label value from the label file;
and marking the tag of the member and the corresponding tag value, and synchronizing the tag and the corresponding tag value to the ES for caching.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the triggering the member according to the member tag pushing the corresponding push information comprises:
selecting a member through the unique identification or member label of the member;
judging whether the corresponding push information comprises a link or not;
if the link is included, the unique thread identity of the touch is added after the link, and the point is buried;
pushing corresponding pushing information to reach the member;
and acquiring buried point data through the buried point, and receiving the clicking operation of the link by the member according to the buried point data so as to realize the touch data reflux.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving a configured touch time parameter, and judging the type of the touch time parameter;
if the type of the reach time parameter is immediate reach, pushing corresponding push information to reach the member immediately;
and if the type of the reach time parameter is timed reach, writing the pushing information into MQ timed information, and pushing the corresponding pushing information reach member by the MQ timed information after the set time.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the adjusting the push information by reach data reflow comprises:
determining consumption data and behavior data of the touch through touch data reflow;
judging the size of the consumption data of the touch and the preset consumption data of the member, and judging the coincidence degree of the behavior data of the touch and the preset behavior data of the member;
if the consumption data of the touch is smaller than the preset consumption data or the contact ratio is smaller than the preset contact threshold value, adjusting the content of the corresponding push information to obtain optimized information;
pushing the optimization information to reach the member.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a corresponding equity account in the equity account system according to the type of the member data;
determining the equity account value and the flow chart of the member under the equity account by adopting a database partitioning technology, and taking the identity of the equity account as a database partitioning key;
detecting whether the type of the member data is changed;
and if the change is made, determining the identity of the interest account according to the changed type of the member data, and switching the interest account.
8. A CRM system-based member data operation system, comprising:
the aggregation unit is used for aggregating the member data to the CRM system from different channels;
the tag generation unit is used for generating member tags for the member data according to preset tag rules in the CRM system by utilizing the bins;
the creating unit is used for creating push information corresponding to the member label;
and the reach touching unit is used for touching the member according to the pushing information corresponding to the member label pushing, and adjusting the pushing information through the return flow of the reach touching data.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the CRM system based member data operating method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores a computer program executable by the at least one processor, the computer program being executable by the at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the CRM system-based member data operation method of any one of claims 1-7.
