Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method of claim data processing according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the claim data processing method may include:
s101, determining a related service object according to the acquired claim settlement information to be processed;
s102, determining at least one corresponding rule business object according to the associated business object; wherein the rule business object comprises: at least one special appointment;
s103, screening at least one rule business object based on claim historical information corresponding to the at least one rule business object to obtain a screened rule business object;
and S104, summarizing the screened rule business objects to obtain a claim settlement result.
Illustratively, the pending claims information may include: name of applicant, type of claim to be settled (e.g., hospital, office, etc. fee types), and total amount of fee. The general claim settlement information to be processed is an invoice image uploaded by a user, and characters on the invoice image can be directly identified through the existing image identification method, so that information such as name of an applicant, type of the claim to be processed (such as cost types of hospitalization cost, outpatient cost and the like), total cost and the like can be obtained. In this embodiment, after the to-be-processed claim information is acquired, whether the to-be-processed claim information exists is searched for in the claim history information; if the claim information to be processed exists, the claim information to be processed is rejected if the claim information to be processed is claimed; if not, the claim information to be processed is not claimed, and claim processing is continued.
Illustratively, the associated business object may be an insurance scheme and/or liability information. It should be noted that, when configuring the rule service type, the associated service object needs to be selected as the insurance scheme and/or the responsibility information. For example, when the associated business object is an insurance scheme, then the insurance scheme can be determined according to the name of the applicant obtained. When the associated business object is responsibility information, the associated business type can be determined according to the acquired name of the applicant and the type of the claim to be settled, such as admission allowance, comprehensive medical admission, accidental injury medical treatment, sudden death, million medical admission, comprehensive medical outpatient (urgent) diagnosis, major diseases, automobile accidental injury, special effect medicines, female fertility, accidental admission allowance, employer labor cost, employer physical disability, employer extension for 24 hours, non-medical responsibility type, supplementary medical admission, supplementary medical outpatient (urgent) diagnosis and the like.
Illustratively, in order that the special arrangements can be used directly in the rule center, a rule business object is established in the rule center, and the rule business object comprises the special arrangements of each applicant in the application process. The rule business object is provided with a special appointed template, and a worker can change the template according to the requirement of the applicant so as to generate the special appointment of the applicant.
For another example, when the applicant needs to set some wind control rules and black list rules, a rule service object may be newly created in the rule service object (as shown in fig. 2), which may be named as a wind control rule and a black list rule, and relevant information of the rule is added.
In this embodiment, when the associated business object is an insurance scheme, a plurality of special appointments in the entire insurance scheme may be determined; in case the associated business object is responsibility information, then only the specific commitment under the associated business type can be determined.
According to the technical scheme, the associated business objects are determined according to the acquired claim settlement information to be processed, the at least one rule business object is determined according to the associated business objects, the at least one rule business object is screened based on the claim settlement historical information corresponding to the associated business objects, the screened rule business objects are summarized, the claim settlement result is obtained, the problem that claim settlement can be carried out only after claim settlement personnel sequentially read and understand each special agreement is solved, the special agreement automatic claim settlement is realized, the claim settlement speed is improved, and further the user experience is improved.
In one embodiment, where there are multiple business types for a rule business object, at least one rule business object comprises a rule business object under multiple business types.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 3-4, when a worker configures a particular appointment for an applicant, terms for a plurality of business types, such as dental, dental (partial commitment), significant past symptoms, etc., may be added under a particular appointment. And sets fields under each term, such as a payout limit, a payout proportion, and the like. Then, if the pending claim information for the applicant is dental-related information, a plurality of dental-related terms are determined. Therefore, all relevant terms in special agreement are ensured to be obtained, and the accuracy of the claim settlement result is further ensured.
In one embodiment, where the business type of the rule business object includes multiple versions, the at least one rule business object includes a rule business object under each version.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, each special agreement may have multiple versions for each business type, and when a term of a certain business type is added, the version of the term needs to be determined. E.g. dental version 1, dental version 2.
Illustratively, when the applicant first commits it is dental version 1. At the second renewal, the version was updated, this time the application was dental version 2. When the claim information to be processed is related to dentistry, the terms of dental edition 1 and dental edition 2 are found out simultaneously. Therefore, all relevant terms in special agreement are guaranteed to be obtained, and the accuracy of claim settlement results is further guaranteed.
In one embodiment, screening at least one rule business object based on claim history information corresponding to the at least one rule business object to obtain a screened rule business object, includes:
determining a screening condition based on the associated business object;
and screening the at least one rule business object based on the claim settlement historical information and the screening condition corresponding to the at least one rule business object to obtain the screened rule business object.
Illustratively, the screening conditions are determined according to an application program, such as the number of claims, the age of the applicant, etc. For example, after the applicant's name is obtained, the applicant's application scheme may be obtained directly, the applicant's age determined, and the applicant's age determined to meet age constraints, thereby screening for ad hoc engagements. And further screening the special arrangements by combining historical claim settlement information, thereby realizing screening at least one special arrangement from multiple dimensions and enabling the screened special arrangements to be more accurate.
In this embodiment, the data of the rule business object and the associated business object may be spliced based on a block chain Query Language (BQL). And determining a plurality of screening conditions according to the spliced data. Different screening conditions can be selected according to different information of claims to be processed.
In one embodiment, screening at least one rule business object based on claim history information corresponding to the at least one rule business object to obtain a screened rule business object, includes:
and for each rule business object in the at least one rule business object, determining the rule business object as the screened rule business object under the condition that the rule business object does not exceed the reimbursement limit times.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, when configuring the service type, the number of times of the claims and the claim ratio may be customized. The historical claim settlement information corresponding to the associated business object can determine the historical claim payment times of the regular business object of the type to be claimed in the claim settlement information to be processed. And screening out the regular business objects of which the historical claims and payments number does not exceed the claims and payments limit number, thereby ensuring the accuracy of claim settlement processing.
In one embodiment, aggregating the filtered regular business objects to obtain a claim settlement result includes:
and calculating the payment amount of the screened regular business object according to a preset settlement rule to obtain a settlement result.
Specifically, the adjustment rule is to perform summary calculation on the filtered special conventions. For example, the amount to be paid for each special offer may be determined based on each special offer field (i.e., the limit of the offer), and the special offers may be aggregated.
