The following provides a detailed description of examples of the present specification.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a network architecture diagram shown in this specification according to an exemplary embodiment, where the network architecture includes a server and four clients connected to the server, which are a judge client, a witness client, an original report client, and an advertised client, respectively, and since the server is connected to the four clients through the internet, the server can perform data interaction with the clients. For example, for any one of the four clients, the client needs to provide its own audio/video stream signal to the server, for example, the audio/video stream signal acquired through its own camera and microphone peripheral is uploaded to the server in real time, and then forwarded to the corresponding client by the server, so as to implement the basic scene of internet court trial. In an embodiment of the present specification, a server maintains a streaming rule for determining a forwarding flow direction of each audio/video stream signal, so that the server forwards received audio/video stream signals from different clients to corresponding clients according to the streaming rule, where the streaming rule maintained by the server is preset with an initial default setting according to identity roles of the different clients, for example, after a judge client (i.e., a client whose user identity is authenticated as a judge) creates a new internet court trial and accesses a video conference, the server defaults to receive audio/video stream signals from all other clients at an initial stage. The court hearing client related to the embodiment of the specification has some special permissions, and besides the permission of creating a new internet court hearing (video conference), the court hearing client also has the permission of advancing or changing the internet court hearing process and scene, so the court hearing client generally needs to actively interact with the server, change the internet court hearing scene in a mode of modifying the current circulation rule of the server, so as to host and guide the internet court hearing, and simulate the actual right and effect of the court hearing in the online lower court hearing of the court hearing. In contrast, other clients, such as the witness client, the original client and the notified client, do not have the above-mentioned right, generally cannot control scene change of the internet court trial, and only can passively participate in the internet court trial, so that on one hand, audio and video stream signals transmitted from other clients are displayed, and on the other hand, the audio and video stream signals from the clients are uploaded to the server.
In fig. 1, the server is respectively connected with four clients, in an actual scenario, clients possibly including other provinces such as a co-auditor participate in an internet court audit, and the judge client, the witness client, the original report client and the reported client merely represent identity attributes of one client, and do not mean that the number of any one client is only one, so that the server according to the embodiment of the present specification may be connected with any number of clients, and the identities of the clients connected with the server are not limited to the above-mentioned judge, witness, original report and reported client.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an internet court trial-based audio/video stream control method, which is shown in this specification according to an exemplary embodiment, and is applied to a server in a network architecture as shown in fig. 1, where the server is connected to a plurality of clients for forwarding audio/video stream signals from the plurality of clients to corresponding clients according to a streaming rule, and the plurality of clients at least include a judge client, a witness client, an original report client, and a reported client; the method comprises the following steps:
s202: and acquiring audio and video flow control signals sent by the judge client, wherein the audio and video flow control signals comprise the identifier of a source client selected from the plurality of clients and the identifier of a target client selected from the plurality of clients.
S204: and updating the circulation rule so that the updated circulation rule is used for instructing the server to forward the audio and video stream signals from the source client to the target client.
In an embodiment of this specification, the streaming rule is specifically configured to instruct the server to forward the audio/video stream signal from the source client to the destination client, but not to forward the audio/video stream signal to other clients other than the destination client.
As described above, the court officer client has a change authority for controlling an internet court trial scene, and specifically, the court officer client may send an audio/video stream control signal to the server and designate necessary information for changing a streaming rule of the audio/video stream signal therein, such as an identifier of the source client and an identifier of the destination client, so as to control the server to update the streaming rule, so that the updated streaming rule is used to instruct the server to forward the audio/video stream signal from the source client to the destination client, thereby enabling the court officer client to effectively control a streaming situation of the audio/video stream of the client corresponding to each court officer, so as to advance or change the internet court trial scene.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the audio/video flow control signal has a certain field structure, and the server can identify an update requirement for a streaming rule corresponding to the audio/video flow control signal through the definition of the field structure. For an audio/video stream control signal, at least one source client field is used for storing a source client identifier, and for any source client field, a corresponding association field is present, and the association field is used for storing any number of destination client identifiers, which is marked as "{ }: () ", wherein" { } "denotes a source client field and" () "denotes an associated field corresponding to the source client field. For example, an audio video stream control signal is as follows: "{ A }: (B) (ii) a { C }: () (ii) a { D }: (A, B, D) ", the audio/video stream control signal comprises three source client fields which are written A, C and D respectively, B is written in the associated field corresponding to the source client field of A, no information is written in the associated field corresponding to the source client field of C, A, B and D are written in the associated field corresponding to the source client field of D, A, B, C, D are the identifiers of client A, client B, client C and client D respectively, therefore, after receiving the audio/video stream control signal, the server will firstly analyze three groups of source clients and target clients according to the pre-known field structure, then update the stream rule according to each group of source clients and target clients respectively, so that the updated stream rule can satisfy the stream relationship between each group of source clients and target clients, that is, the updated flow rule in this example is used to indicate: and forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client A to the client B, not forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client C, and forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client D to the client A, the client B and the client D.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the server maintains a streaming rule for forwarding the audio/video stream signals from the plurality of clients to the corresponding clients, and after the audio/video stream control signals sent by the judge client are acquired, the streaming rule can be updated accordingly, so that the updated streaming rule is used to instruct the server to forward the audio/video stream signals from the source client to the destination client. Through the embodiment of the specification, the court officer client can effectively control the circulation condition of the audio and video stream of the client corresponding to each court employee, so that the online isolation trial of the court employees or online court participation trial is supported, the special scene of the offline court trial is fully simulated, in addition, the client corresponding to each court employee needs to be accessed into the server and provides the audio and video stream of the client in the whole internet court trial process, the problems of untimely court trial and the like possibly brought by the temporary access of the client to the internet court trial can be avoided, and the practicability and convenience of the internet court trial are further optimized.
In an embodiment, the server respectively maintains an audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to each of the plurality of clients, and the streaming rule is defined by each audio/video stream subscription list maintained by the server; the forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the plurality of clients to the corresponding clients according to the streaming rule includes: reading each audio and video stream subscription list maintained by the server, and forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the first client to the second client under the condition that the identifier of the first client is contained in the audio and video stream subscription list corresponding to the second client; the updating the circulation rule includes: and updating each audio and video stream subscription list maintained by the server so that the updated audio and video stream subscription list corresponding to the target client contains the identifier of the source client, and other audio and video stream subscription lists (the audio and video stream subscription lists corresponding to other clients except the target client) do not contain the identifier of the source client.
Assuming that a server is connected to a client a, a client B, a client C, and a client D, in an initial situation, the server maintains an audio/video stream subscription list for each client, where each audio/video stream subscription list includes any number of client identifiers, for example, an audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to the client a includes identifiers of the client B, the client C, and the client D, and is denoted as "a: similarly, the audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to the client B is denoted as "B: and [ a, C ] ", the audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to the client C is denoted as" C: [] "and the audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to the client D is denoted as" D: [C] "the conversion rule of forwarding the audio/video stream signal from the first client to the second client" is easily derived according to "in case that the identifier of the first client is included in the audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to the second client", in this example, the streaming rule in the initial case is defined as indicating: the audio and video streaming signals from the client A are forwarded to the client B, the audio and video streaming signals from the client B are forwarded to the client A, the audio and video streaming signals from the client C are forwarded to the client A, the client B and the client D, and the audio and video streaming signals from the client D are forwarded to the client A. It can be seen that the streaming rule maintained by the server needs to be defined by the subscription list of the audio/video streams corresponding to all the clients.
After that, assume that client a is a judge client, which sends a message of the form "{ a }: (B) (ii) a { C }: () (ii) a { D }: the audio/video stream control signals of (a, B, D) ", after the server analyzes the audio/video stream control signal, it will update each audio/video stream subscription list maintained by the server, so that the updated audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to the destination client includes the identifier of the source client, and other audio/video stream subscription lists do not include the identifier of the source client, obviously, since the audio/video stream control signal includes three groups of source clients and destination clients, after the server is updated according to the above update logic, each audio/video stream subscription list is updated as follows: "A: [ B, D ] "," B: [ A, D ] "," C: [] "," D: [D] ", i.e., the updated circulation rule, is defined to indicate: and forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client A to the client B, forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client B to the client A, forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client C to the client A, the client B and the client D without forwarding the audio and video stream signal from the client C. It can be found that the updated audio/video stream subscription list has a plurality of conditions such as addition, deletion, or invariance, compared to the initial condition, in fact, when the audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to each client is updated, only the label of the source client in the audio/video control signal is updated, and the label of the source client not involved in the audio/video control signal remains unchanged in the whole update, for example, the label of the source client not involved in the audio/video stream control signal in the above example is B, so that the part of the audio/video stream subscription list corresponding to each client related to B is unchanged.
In another embodiment, the server maintains a destination list corresponding to each audio/video stream signal from each client, and the streaming rule is defined by each destination list maintained by the server; the forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the plurality of clients to the corresponding clients according to the streaming rule includes: reading each destination list maintained by the server, and forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the second client to the first client under the condition that the identifier of the first client is contained in the destination list corresponding to the audio and video stream signals from the second client; the updating the circulation rule includes: and updating each destination list maintained by the server so that the updated destination list corresponding to the source client contains the identifier of the destination client and does not contain the identifiers of other clients except the destination client.
Optionally, the circulation rule is used to indicate, in an initial stage of the internet court trial: and forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the judge client to the original client and the reported client, forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the original client to the judge client and the reported client, forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the reported client to the judge client and the original client, and forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the witness client to the judge client.
As shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a schematic illustration of a witness isolation pending review scenario as shown in the present specification, according to an exemplary embodiment. In the embodiment of the present specification, in an initial stage after the forensic client creates an internet trial, when each client with different identities participates in the internet trial, the default circulation rule of the server is as shown in fig. 3. It is easy to understand that in this scenario, the audio and video stream information from the witness client can only be acquired by the judge client, but the witness client cannot acquire the audio and video stream signals of any other client, so that the witness is in a "monitored" isolated state at this time, and thus, a witness isolated trial scenario for realizing offline court trial is simulated online.
Optionally, the source client is the witness client, and the destination clients are the judge client, the defended client, and the source client.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the judge client may actively change a scene of an internet court trial, for example, the source client may be the witness client and the destination clients are the judge client, the notified client and the original notification client, so that after the server updates a circulation rule for the audio/video flow control signal, the notified client and the original notification client may receive the audio/video flow signal from the witness client in comparison with an initial stage of the internet court trial, thereby canceling an isolated state of the witness and achieving an online exit effect of the witness. Further, in order to enable the witnesses to interact with the original notices and the announcements in the court process, so as to better simulate the witness court participation scene, audio and video stream control signals sent by a judge client to a server also need to carry a plurality of groups of source clients and target clients, namely, except that the source client is the witness client, the target clients are a group of source clients and target clients of the judge client, the announced client and the original announcement client, the source client is the original announcement client, the target clients are the judge client, the announced client and the witness client, and the source client is the announced client, the target clients are two groups of source clients and target clients of the judge client, the original announcement client and the witness client, therefore, the server updates the circulation rule based on the three groups of source clients and the three groups of destination clients, so that the updated circulation rule is as shown in fig. 4, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a witness court participation scene shown in the description according to an exemplary embodiment.
Through the embodiment of the specification, the functions of online isolation and trial of the witnesses based on the internet court trial are realized, so that when the witnesses are isolated and checked online, the state of the witnesses can be checked by a judge at any time, and when the witnesses are required to go out of the court, the function of the witnesses going out of the court can be started only, so that the problems of untimely leaving and the like caused by the fact that the witnesses are temporarily accessed into the internet court trial are avoided, and the trial process of the internet court trial is more efficient and convenient.
Optionally, the source client is the original client or the reported client, and the destination client is the judge client.
Similarly, the judge client may actively change the scene of the internet court trial, for example, the source client may be the original client, the reported client, or the witness client, and the destination client may be the judge client, so that the reported client, the original client, or the witness client may only receive the audio/video stream signal from the judge client after the streaming rule is updated by the server for the audio/video stream control signal, thereby constructing a scene that the judge individually mediates. Of course, to ensure that audio-video streaming signals from a judge client in an individual mediation scenario will only be received by a mediation side client (the defended client, the plaintiff client or the witness client), thus, except that "the source client is the mediated client, the destination client is the judge client, the mediated client is not the group of source client and destination client of the original client or the mediated client, the audio/video stream control signal further includes that "the source client is the judge client, the destination client is the mediated party client' another group of source client and destination client, therefore, the server updates the circulation rule based on the two groups of source clients and target clients, and the updated circulation rule is used for indicating the server: and only forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the mediated party client to the judge client, and only forwarding the audio and video stream signals from the judge client to the mediated party client. Obviously, in the scene, a closed conversation space between the judge and the mediated party is constructed in the internet court trial with participation of multiple parties, so that the scene of on-line independent mediation by the judge is realized, the condition that the judge client additionally creates a video conference with the client of the regulated party is avoided, and the trial process of the internet court trial is more efficient and convenient.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of another internet court trial-based audio/video stream control method, which is shown in this specification according to an exemplary embodiment, and is applied to a judge client connected to a server in a network architecture as shown in fig. 1, where the server is connected to a plurality of clients for forwarding audio/video stream signals from the plurality of clients to corresponding clients according to a streaming rule, and the plurality of clients at least include the judge client, a witness client, an original report client, and a reported client; the method comprises the following steps:
s502: generating an audio and video stream control signal, wherein the audio and video stream control signal comprises an identifier of a source client selected from the plurality of clients and an identifier of a destination client selected from the plurality of clients;
s504: and sending the audio and video stream control signal to the server so that the server updates the stream rule, wherein the updated stream rule is used for indicating the server to forward the audio and video stream signal from the source client to the target client.
The present specification also provides embodiments of an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium, corresponding to embodiments of the foregoing method.
FIG. 6 is a schematic block diagram of an apparatus provided in an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, at the hardware level, the apparatus includes a processor 602, an internal bus 604, a network interface 606, a memory 608 and a non-volatile memory 610, but may also include hardware required for other services.
