The water outlet disc 39 is a strip-shaped hollow water disc, and two second water guide pipes 40 for conveying water to the case 1 are communicated with the water outlet disc 39; the sewage discharge box 3603 is communicated with two third water guide pipes 41 used for receiving sewage discharged by the case 1, and one side of the sewage discharge box 3603 is also communicated with a sewage discharge pipe 42 used for discharging sewage to the outside; the bottoms of the first water inlet cavity 26, the first water outlet cavity 27, the second water inlet cavity 31 and the second water outlet cavity 32 are communicated with a first water guide pipe 30, the first water inlet cavity 26 and the second water inlet cavity 31 are correspondingly matched and communicated with a clean water tank 3602 through the first water guide pipe 30 and the second water guide pipe 40 at the bottoms, and the first water outlet cavity 27 and the second water outlet cavity 32 are matched and communicated with a sewage tank 3603 through the first water guide pipe 30 and the third water guide pipe 41 at the bottoms.
In order to facilitate the portable operation during hand washing, the liquid pump 37 on the liquid tank 36 is electrically connected with the control panel 4.
When washing hands, the automatic induction door 7 is opened by the induction of medical staff for hand washing operation, the driving mechanism 12 drives the washing roller and the wrist cleaning piece in the hand washing area to rotate, the water source is started to be opened, clean water enters the clean water tank 3602 from the water source interface tube 38, the liquid pump 37 works and extracts disinfectant to enter the clean water tank 3602 to be mixed, then enters the water inlet cavity (the first water inlet cavity 26 or the second water inlet cavity 31) of the washing tank from the water outlet disc 39, the second water guide tube 40 and the first water guide tube 30, then is sprayed into the washing tank in the hand washing area from the water inlet hole (the first water inlet hole 28 or the second water inlet hole 33) of the water inlet cavity to moisten the washing roller and the wrist cleaning piece in the washing tank, and the moistened and rotated washing roller and wrist cleaning piece continuously disinfect and scrub skin to remove dirt, debris and part of hand skin and pathogenic bacteria, eliminating or killing hand-dwelling bacteria and reducing the number of the resident bacteria. After the skin is cleaned by the disinfection water liquid, at the preset time of the control panel 4, the liquid pump 37 stops working in the middle time period, so that the water liquid continuously sprayed is clear water, the clear water not only cleans the hand washing parts in the cleaning tank, but also cleans the disinfection water liquid stained by the internal parts, under the action of rotation, the decontamination effect of the skin and the parts is better, the used sewage is discharged to the water outlet cavity (the first water outlet cavity 27 or the second water outlet cavity 32) from the water outlet holes (the first water outlet hole 29 or the second water outlet hole 34) in sequence, then the first water guide pipe 30 and the third water guide pipe 41 communicated from the bottom of the water outlet cavity are conveyed to the sewage discharge box 3603, and the sewage is discharged out from the sewage discharge box 3603 through the sewage discharge pipe 42.
