step S11: receiving a call request initiated by a calling terminal, wherein the call request is used for calling a plurality of called terminals, and the call request comprises identification information of the plurality of called terminals.
It should be noted that the execution main body of the present invention is a universal voice service Server (ATS), the ATS is installed with a video color ring playing program, and when the ATS executes the video color ring playing program, the steps of the video color ring playing method of the present invention are implemented.
Generally, the call request may be a multi-person call request, a multi-person network call request of the mobile app, or the like, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In the invention, a multi-person calling request is preferably selected.
Generally, a calling terminal and a plurality of called terminals can be mobile phones, smart phones and the like, the calling terminal and the plurality of called terminals all communicate through telephone numbers, the calling terminal sends a call request by dialing the telephone numbers of the plurality of called terminals at the same time, the telephone number of one called terminal corresponds to one call request, and the call request comprises identification information of the plurality of called terminals, namely the identification information also comprises a plurality of identification information. The identification information may be device information (device model, code, etc.) of the called end, and the identification information may also be a telephone number of the called end.
Step S12: and acquiring a plurality of video color ring tones respectively corresponding to the plurality of called terminals based on the identification information.
And acquiring the video color ring of each called terminal by using the identification information of the called terminals, wherein one called terminal corresponds to one video color ring, and a plurality of called terminals correspond to a plurality of video color rings. Generally, the video polyphonic ringtone is obtained by using the identification information in the call requests of the called terminals. The identification information may be a telephone number, that is, the calling terminal sends the call request by dialing telephone numbers of a plurality of called terminals at the same time; in other embodiments, the identification information may also be information of a plurality of called end devices (information such as device production lot numbers and device numbers); in the present invention, the identification information is preferably a telephone number.
Step S13: and combining the plurality of video color ringtones to obtain the same-screen video color ringtones.
Specifically, before step S13, the method includes: sending a call request to the called terminals by using the call request, so that the called terminals return confirmation information based on the call request, and accordingly, step S13 includes: and when the confirmation information is received, combining the plurality of video color ringtones based on the confirmation information to obtain the same-screen video color ringtones.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: an RBT AS (coloring ring back tone component) sends a call request to a plurality of called terminals through identification information (such AS telephone numbers and the like) in the call request; the plurality of called terminals start ringing based on the received call request, and return confirmation information, wherein the confirmation information comprises identification information of the called terminals capable of ringing, and the confirmation information is used for indicating that the plurality of called terminals are successfully ringing.
In some embodiments, if there may be a case that the called terminal cannot be turned on or off, the returned information further includes failure information, where the failure information includes identification information of the called terminal that cannot ring, and the failure information is used to indicate that the called terminal fails to ring. At this time, based on the identification information (failure identification information) of the ringing failure, a useless video color ring corresponding to the failure identification information is determined from the plurality of video color rings (the failure video color ring identification corresponding to the failure identification information is determined, and then the useless video color ring is determined by using the failure video color ring identification), the useless video color ring is deleted from the plurality of video color rings, and the plurality of deleted video color rings are obtained. In other words, the merged multiple video ring back tones refer to the video ring back tones of the multiple called terminals that ring successfully, and do not include the video ring back tone of the called terminal that fails to ring.
And when the confirmation information is received, triggering the step of combining the plurality of video color ringtones to obtain the same-screen video color ringtones, namely combining the plurality of video color ringtones into one same-screen video color ringtone, wherein the same-screen video color ringtones can simultaneously display a plurality of video color ringtones.
Step S14: and sending the same-screen video color ring back tone to the calling end so that the calling end plays the same-screen video color ring back tone.
After the same-screen video color ring is obtained, the same-screen video color ring is sent to the calling end, and the calling end can play the same-screen video color ring. Generally, a color ring back tone component (RBT AS) in the video color ring back tone server controls a color ring back tone platform (RBT UAP) to execute step S15: and sending the same-screen video color ring back tone to the calling end so that the calling end plays the same-screen video color ring back tone.
When the calling terminal waits for answering the call, the received prompt tone is no longer a beep prompt tone, but the same-screen video color ring corresponding to the called terminals, so that the use experience of the calling terminal user is improved.
Further, after the step of sending the same-screen video color ring to the calling end so that the calling end plays the same-screen video color ring, the method further includes: and sending the same-screen video color ring to the called terminals so that the called terminals play the same-screen video color ring.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, the multiple called terminals may also play the same-screen video color ring, and the multiple called terminals no longer display a monotonous calling picture, thereby improving user experience.
Meanwhile, a plurality of called terminals can know that the call is a multi-person call through the played same-screen video color ring. In addition, a plurality of identification information of the called end and the calling end can be added to the same-screen video color ring, so that all users of the called end can further know which called ends are specifically included in the multi-person call, and the user experience is further improved.
The technical scheme of the invention provides a video color ring playing method which is used for a universal voice service server and comprises the following steps: receiving a call request initiated by a calling terminal, wherein the call request is used for calling a plurality of called terminals and comprises identification information of the called terminals; acquiring a plurality of video color ring tones respectively corresponding to the plurality of called terminals based on the identification information; combining the plurality of video color ring back tones to obtain the same-screen video color ring back tone; and sending the same-screen video color ring back tone to the calling end so that the calling end plays the same-screen video color ring back tone.
In the existing color ring playing method, when a called terminal is one, a calling terminal can only receive and play the video color ring of the called terminal sent by a universal voice service server; when the number of the called terminals is multiple, the calling terminal cannot receive and play the multiple video color ring tones of the multiple called terminals. By adopting the method, the universal voice service server combines the plurality of video color rings of the plurality of called terminals to obtain the same-screen video color ring, and the calling terminal plays the same-screen video color ring, so that the calling terminal can play the plurality of video color rings of the plurality of called terminals, and the user experience of the calling terminal is further improved.
Example two:
based on the same inventive concept, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a step S12 of a second embodiment of a video polyphonic ringtone playing method according to the present invention, where the method is used in a universal voice service server, and the method includes the following steps:
step S21: and sending a video color ring query request to a home subscriber server by using the identification information so as to enable the home subscriber server to return a query result based on the video color ring query request.
Step S22: and obtaining the video color ring identifiers of the multiple called terminals based on the query result.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the identification information may be a telephone number, that is, the calling terminal sends the call request by dialing the telephone numbers of multiple called terminals at the same time; in other embodiments, the identification information may also be information of a plurality of called end devices (information such as device production lot numbers and device numbers); in the present invention, the identification information is preferably a telephone number.
It should be noted that, the Home Subscriber Server (HSS) may be a part of the universal voice service Server, that is, the Home Subscriber Server is a "module" of the universal voice service Server, and the Home Subscriber Server may also be a separate Server independent of the universal voice service Server.
Meanwhile, the video color ring playing server can also be a part of the universal voice service server, namely the video color ring playing server is a 'module' of the universal voice service server, and the video color ring playing server can also be an independent server independent of the universal voice service server.
Sending a video color ring query request to a home subscriber server by using the identification information, wherein the video color ring query request comprises the identification information; and the attribution subscriber server inquires whether the called terminals have the color ring function or not by utilizing the identification information, and if the called terminals have the color ring function, the inquiry result is obtained and comprises the video color ring identification of the called terminals. In other words, the home subscriber server includes the identification information and the video color ring identifier corresponding to the identification information; for one piece of identification information, if the video color ring identifier corresponding to the identification information is inquired, the inquiry result comprises the video color ring identifier, and the fact that a called terminal corresponding to the identification information has a color ring function is shown; if the video color ring back tone identification corresponding to the identification information is not inquired, the inquiry result does not include the video color ring back tone identification, and the fact that the called terminal corresponding to the identification information does not have the color ring back tone function is shown.
For example, the query request corresponding to 3 called terminals includes 3 pieces of identification information, and the home subscriber server includes 2 pieces of identification information and 2 pieces of video color ring identifiers corresponding to the 2 pieces of identification information, so that the obtained query result includes 2 pieces of video color ring identifiers corresponding to the 2 pieces of identification information, which indicates that the called terminal corresponding to the 2 pieces of identification information has a color ring function, and the called terminal corresponding to another piece of identification information does not have a color ring function. It can be understood that the video ring back tones obtained based on the 2 ring back tone identifications also include two, in other words, the plurality of video ring back tones only include the video ring back tone of the called terminal having the ring back tone.
Step S23: and obtaining a plurality of video color ring back tones corresponding to the video color ring back tone identifiers from a video color ring back tone playing server.
Based on the existing scheme, the video color ring playing server comprises a color ring component (RBT AS) and a color ring platform (RBT UAP). Step S23 is realized by the video color ring playing server: and acquiring a plurality of video color ring back tones corresponding to the video color ring back tone identifiers from a video color ring back tone playback server by utilizing a color ring back tone assembly.
It can be understood that the video color ring identifier corresponds to the video color ring, and the plurality of corresponding video color rings are determined by the video color ring identifier. The video color ring back tone identifier may be description information of the video color ring back tone, and the description information may include a video color ring back tone name, a video color ring back tone number, a video color ring back tone author, and the like.
In this embodiment, a video color ring acquiring method is provided: and finally obtaining a plurality of video color ring tones at the video color ring tone playing server through the identification information of the called terminals. The required video color ring can be directly and accurately acquired.
Example three:
