When confirming the command to be sent and the target vehicle, the background may add a key to the command for opening the log, or encrypt the command by other encryption methods, before sending the command information, in order to ensure the security of the information.
In a specific implementation, after encrypting the instruction, the encrypted instruction information is sent to the vehicle system via a separate virtual channel (Independent Virtual Channel, IVC) or a remote information control unit (Telematics Control Unit, TCU). After the system receives the instruction information, the instruction key is extracted according to the instruction, whether the extracted instruction key can open the instruction information or not is verified, if the extracted instruction key cannot open the received instruction information, the opening fails, the background is returned, and the log opening process is completed.
Step S307: and generating second inquiry information according to the instruction secret key and the vehicle identification code.
It should be noted that the second query information refers to the frame query information generated according to the command key capable of opening the log and the vehicle identification code, so as to query the client whether to allow opening the log authority.
In this embodiment, when the extracted command key can open the received command information, it is identified that the extracted command key can open the log, and a bullet frame is generated according to the command key and the vehicle identification code, and the client is queried to "whether to allow the background to open the log authority"? In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 9, if the log is successfully opened, the corresponding log authority of the vehicle is opened according to the vehicle identification code, the log data is extracted and stored in a fixed position, the log data is periodically uploaded, and the log data is analyzed by combining the problem information fed back by the client through the mobile terminal in the background. If the log is not uploaded, returning to the background, and analyzing the reason of the lack of uploading by combining the related data. After the log is uploaded to the background, the background can update the log data by combining the problem information fed back by the client to obtain the upgrading information.
According to the embodiment, when the working condition is a normal working condition, an instruction for starting a log is generated according to the problem information; extracting an instruction key in the instruction; generating second inquiry information according to the instruction secret key and the vehicle identification code; when the feedback information corresponding to the second inquiry information is determined to be opened, opening the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data; the method comprises the steps of generating an instruction for opening a log through problem information fed back by a user, encrypting the instruction, inquiring whether a user of a target vehicle allows opening log permission or not according to a vehicle identification code and an instruction key, opening the log permission to obtain log data after the user is allowed, encrypting information in the process of transmitting the information, opening the log permission after the user is allowed, improving the safety of the information, and protecting the privacy of the user.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart of a fifth embodiment of a vehicle upgrade method according to the present invention.
Based on the above second embodiment, the step S40 of the vehicle upgrade method of the present embodiment specifically includes:

In a specific implementation, because the registration account information and the user identification number are bound and the bound data are stored in the identification code binding database, the identification code binding database can be queried through the registration account information to obtain the user identification number associated with the registration account information.

In an implementation, the upgrade information may be transmitted to the user identification number of the mobile terminal and the system of the vehicle at the same time. The user can control the vehicle to carry out new system installation according to the mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, and can also directly carry out new system installation at the vehicle terminal. After the new system is installed, the upgrade completion information is displayed.
It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 11, after the system upgrade is detected, a popup box is popped up on the display screen of the vehicle machine, thanks to the assistance of clients, and the problem is solved; and obtaining the user identification number according to the completion information, obtaining the associated registration account information and the vehicle identification code according to the user identification number, generating a log closing instruction, and closing the log authority of the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification code.
It should be noted that, after detecting that the system upgrade is completed, in order to thank the user for the suggestion and problem of the system upgrade, the user may query the identifier binding database through the user's identifier to obtain the registered account information associated with the user identifier and the vehicle identifier, as shown in fig. 12, according to the system upgrade completion information fed back by the user, the application store usage score corresponding to the registered account information associated with the vehicle identifier is increased, so that the thank the user for the problem is raised.
According to the embodiment, the preset area is queried according to the registration account information, so that a user identification number associated with the registration account information is obtained; determining upgrade information according to the problem information and/or log data; the upgrade information is sent to the user identification number, upgrade prompt is carried out through the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification number, and the completion information is fed back; the upgrade information of the vehicle is determined by combining the problem information and the log data, and the upgrade information is sent to the corresponding mobile terminal, so that a user is prompted to upgrade a new system of the vehicle. The user can control the upgrade of the new system of the vehicle through the mobile phone end, and the intellectualization of the vehicle control is improved.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a block diagram showing the construction of a first embodiment of the vehicle upgrading apparatus of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 13, a vehicle upgrading device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:

In the embodiment, when problem information fed back by a mobile terminal is received, registered account information in the problem information is extracted; determining a target vehicle according to the registration account information; starting the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log starting strategy to obtain log data; upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or the log data; the method comprises the steps of extracting registration account information in problem information to obtain information related to the registration account information, determining a target vehicle according to the related information, starting a log authority of the target vehicle through a set log starting strategy to obtain log data, upgrading the vehicle by combining the problem information and the log data, and enabling the mobile terminal to quickly determine the corresponding target vehicle and upgrade the target vehicle by directly feeding back the problem information through the vehicle, so that the intelligentization of vehicle control is improved.
In an embodiment, the extracting module 10 is further configured to extract, when the registration data is acquired, a vehicle identification code, registration account information and a user identification number of the mobile terminal in the registration data; binding the vehicle identification code, the registered account information and the user identification number of the mobile terminal, and storing the binding in a preset area.
In an embodiment, the determining module 20 is further configured to query a preset area according to the registered account information, and determine an associated vehicle identification code; and determining the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification code.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 30 is further configured to determine a vehicle identification code of the target vehicle; acquiring the working condition of the target vehicle; when the working condition is a breakdown working condition, generating first inquiry information according to the vehicle identification code; and when the feedback information corresponding to the first inquiry information is determined to be opened, opening the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
In an embodiment, the obtaining module 30 is further configured to generate an instruction for opening a log according to the problem information when the working condition is a normal working condition; extracting an instruction key in the instruction; generating second inquiry information according to the instruction secret key and the vehicle identification code; and when the feedback information corresponding to the second inquiry information is determined to be opened, opening the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
In an embodiment, the upgrade module 40 is further configured to query the preset area according to the registration account information to obtain a user identification number associated with the registration account information; determining upgrade information according to the problem information and/or log data; and sending the upgrade information to the user identification number, carrying out upgrade prompt through the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification number, and feeding back the completion information.
In an embodiment, the upgrade module 40 is further configured to query the preset area according to the user identification number to obtain registration account information associated with the user identification number and a vehicle identification code; and increasing a use point corresponding to the registered account information associated with the vehicle identification code based on the completion information.
In addition, in order to achieve the above object, the present invention also proposes a vehicle upgrade apparatus including: a memory, a processor, and a vehicle upgrade program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the vehicle upgrade program configured to implement the steps of the vehicle upgrade method as described above.
The vehicle upgrading device adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that the vehicle upgrading device has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and is not described in detail herein.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a vehicle upgrading program, and the vehicle upgrading program realizes the steps of the vehicle upgrading method when being executed by a processor.
Because the storage medium adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the storage medium has at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the description is omitted here.

Claims (9)

1. A vehicle upgrade method, characterized in that the vehicle upgrade method comprises:
extracting registration account information in problem information when the problem information fed back by the mobile terminal is received;
determining a target vehicle according to the registration account information;
starting the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log starting strategy to obtain log data; the step of starting the log authority of the target vehicle through a preset log starting strategy to obtain log data comprises the following steps:
determining a vehicle identification code of the target vehicle;
acquiring the working condition of the target vehicle;
when the working condition is a breakdown working condition, generating first inquiry information according to the vehicle identification code;
when the feedback information corresponding to the first inquiry information is determined to be opened, opening the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data;
and upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or the log data.
2. The method for upgrading a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein when the problem information fed back by the mobile terminal is received, before extracting the registered account information in the problem information, the method further comprises:
when registration data are acquired, extracting a vehicle identification code, registration account information and a user identification number of a mobile terminal from the registration data;
binding the vehicle identification code, the registered account information and the user identification number of the mobile terminal, and storing the binding in a preset area.
3. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 2, wherein the determining a target vehicle according to the registered account information includes:
inquiring a preset area according to the registered account information, and determining an associated vehicle identification code;
and determining the target vehicle according to the vehicle identification code.
4. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 1, wherein after the obtaining the working condition of the target vehicle, further comprising:
when the working condition is a normal working condition, generating an instruction for starting a log according to the problem information;
extracting an instruction key in the instruction;
generating second inquiry information according to the instruction secret key and the vehicle identification code;
and when the feedback information corresponding to the second inquiry information is determined to be opened, opening the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data.
5. The vehicle upgrade method according to claim 2, wherein the upgrading of the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or log data includes:
inquiring the preset area according to the registration account information to obtain a user identification number associated with the registration account information;
determining upgrade information according to the problem information and/or log data;
and sending the upgrade information to the user identification number, carrying out upgrade prompt through the mobile terminal corresponding to the user identification number, and feeding back the completion information.

The method for upgrading a vehicle according to claim 5, wherein after the step of sending the upgrade information to the subscriber identification number, performing upgrade prompt through the mobile terminal corresponding to the subscriber identification number, and feeding back the completion information, the method further comprises:
inquiring the preset area according to the user identification number to obtain registered account information and a vehicle identification code which are associated with the user identification number;
and increasing a use point corresponding to the registered account information associated with the vehicle identification code based on the completion information.
7. A vehicle upgrade apparatus, characterized in that the vehicle upgrade apparatus includes:
the extraction module is used for extracting the registered account information in the problem information when the problem information fed back by the mobile terminal is received;
the determining module is used for determining a target vehicle according to the registered account information;
the acquisition module is used for determining a vehicle identification code of the target vehicle; acquiring the working condition of the target vehicle; when the working condition is a breakdown working condition, generating first inquiry information according to the vehicle identification code; when the feedback information corresponding to the first inquiry information is determined to be opened, opening the log authority of the target vehicle to obtain log data;
and the upgrading module is used for upgrading the target vehicle according to the problem information and/or the log data.

A vehicle upgrade apparatus, characterized in that the vehicle upgrade apparatus comprises: a memory, a processor, and a vehicle upgrade program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, the vehicle upgrade program configured to implement the vehicle upgrade method of any one of claims 1-6.
9. A storage medium having stored thereon a vehicle upgrade program which, when executed by a processor, implements the vehicle upgrade method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
