In addition, the functional modules in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated together to form an independent part, or each module may exist separately, or two or more modules may be integrated to form an independent part.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic step diagram of a method for dispensing a traditional Chinese medicine based on a decoction process according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may include:
in step S11, information of a plurality of herbs is obtained based on prescription data, and whether the plurality of herbs need to be decocted by different methods is determined.
In step S12, when the plurality of herbs need to adopt different decocting processes, it is determined to use a dispensing strategy corresponding to the decocting process, where the dispensing strategy indicates the number of containers for holding the plurality of herbs.
In step S13, the herbal materials are dispensed according to the dispensing strategy.
For example, the prescription data may be electronic prescription data, and the category of the medicinal material to be selected is obtained by identifying the electronic prescription data, and the medicinal material is dispensed. Or the prescription can be written by a doctor, and data on the prescription can be read in a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) scanning mode.
The decoction process may include any one or more of first decoction, second decoction, wrapped decoction, second decoction, melting, taking with water and decoction replacing water, and may be applied according to the actual prescription.
Therefore, in the above embodiment, whether different decocting processes are adopted for multiple medicinal materials in one prescription is judged according to the medicinal material information, and the containers for containing the medicinal materials are divided according to the different decocting processes, so that a dispensing strategy is formulated by considering the subsequent decocting steps in advance in the process of dispensing the medicinal materials, and automatic dispensing is performed according to the dispensing strategy, so that the dispensing efficiency can be improved.
In addition, the traditional Chinese medicine dispensing method provided by the embodiment of the application replaces manual dispensing, dispensing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, a dispensing strategy is formulated according to the decocting mode of medicinal materials in the dispensing process, the medicinal materials needing different decocting processes are separately contained, and the decocting efficiency of the medicinal materials can be improved.
Optionally, in step S11, the embodiment of the present application further provides a method step for determining whether different decocting processes are required for the medicinal materials. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a step for determining whether different decocting processes are required for medicinal materials according to an embodiment of the present application, where the step may include the following steps:
in step S111, the pre-established characteristic database of the herbal materials is searched for characteristics corresponding to each of the herbal materials based on the information of the herbal materials, and the database stores characteristics of the herbal materials.
For example, the drug characteristic database may be an expert database, in which the characteristics of the multiple drugs, such as properties, meridian tropism, tetrageny, ascending, descending, floating and sinking, and the like, are recorded, and by identifying the drugs contained in the prescription data, the information of the corresponding drugs is searched in the database, and it is determined whether one or more decocting processes are required to be used for decocting the drugs. The medicinal material characteristic database can also store information such as medicinal material primordial names, medicinal material aliases and the like so as to improve the accuracy of searching the medicinal materials.
Specifically, the properties of the medicinal materials can include the characteristics of the shape, color, smell, size, texture, section and the like of the medicinal materials and simple physical and chemical reactions, the channel tropism of the medicinal materials is the positioning of the action of the medicinal materials, the four properties refer to four properties of cold, heat, warm and cold of the traditional Chinese medicine, and the rising, floating and sinking refer to different tendencies of the medicinal materials to the action of a human body.
In step S112, it is determined whether each of the herbs needs to adopt a different decocting process according to the characteristics.
For example, whether various medicinal materials in the prescription need to be decocted in different manners can be judged according to the properties of the medicinal materials, for example, the compatibility of monkshood and liquorice can reduce the toxicity of monkshood, since monkshood contains aconitine with high toxicity and liquorice contains glycyrrhetinic acid, and aconitine and glycyrrhetinic acid react to form double salt, so that the toxicity of aconitine is eliminated, the monkshood and the liquorice can be judged to be decocted firstly, and the toxic reaction caused by excessive aconitine absorbed by a patient in a short time can be avoided.
In some embodiments, a doctor can annotate a certain medicinal material directly on a prescription and need to adopt different decocting processes, in the case of reading prescription data, the annotation of the doctor can be directly read, and the different decocting processes can be determined according to the annotation of the doctor.
In addition, whether other decocting processes are needed or not can be determined according to whether the medicine properties of the medicinal materials are mutually flushed, and the medicinal materials which conflict during decocting are separately contained.
Therefore, according to the method for establishing the medicinal material characteristic database provided by the embodiment of the application, the medicinal material characteristics are stored in the database in advance in a mode of inquiring the characteristics according to the medicinal materials, the corresponding medicinal material information is inquired in the database according to the identified medicinal material information, so that the manual judgment mode is replaced, the labor cost can be saved, and the problem of easy error caused by manual adjustment can be avoided.
In addition, the requirement of batch identification of medicinal materials can be met through the implementation mode, so that the defect of manual dispensing efficiency is overcome. During identification, the prescription data can be checked for incompatibility, accurate medicine name and measurement and other work, so that the dispensing accuracy is improved.
Optionally, regarding step S12, an embodiment of the present application further provides a step of determining a dispensing strategy, please refer to fig. 3, where fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the step of determining the dispensing strategy provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the step may include the following steps:
in step S121, when the medicinal materials need to be soaked first, decocted first or taken down later, it is determined that a plurality of containers are used to contain the medicinal materials.
In step S122, it is determined to load the herbs into the corresponding containers based on the characteristics of the herbs, including the properties, meridian tropism, sexuality, and ascending, descending, floating and sinking characteristics of the herbs.
The container used in the embodiments of the present application may be a cartridge, and it should be understood that the container for holding the medicinal material may be specifically configured according to actual situations.
The quantity of using the container also can specifically set up according to the characteristic of medicinal material, can hold the medicinal material of same characteristic in a container, can hold the medicinal material that needs to adopt different decocte technology in a container, also can only hold the medicinal material that needs to adopt different decocte technologies in a container.
Therefore, through the embodiment, the containers for containing the medicinal materials are divided according to different decoction processes adopted according to the requirements of the medicinal materials, so that different treatments can be conveniently carried out on the medicinal materials in the decoction process, and the efficiency from prescription development to preparation completion of the traditional Chinese medicines is improved.
Optionally, in step S13, when dispensing the medicinal materials, if a plurality of containers are used, the containers need to be associated to determine that the medicinal materials in the corresponding prescription are contained in each container. Please refer to fig. 4, where fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating steps for associating a container with a prescription provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the steps may include:
in step S131, when dispensing is performed using the plurality of containers, prescription information and the corresponding plurality of containers are associated based on the labels of the containers and the electronic prescription information to obtain an association result.
In step S132, each of the medicinal materials is placed into a corresponding container of the plurality of containers based on the correlation result and the characteristics of the medicinal materials.
For example, a label may be attached to the container, a two-dimensional code or a barcode may be disposed on the label, the two-dimensional code or the barcode may be associated with prescription data, and the prescription data corresponding to the container may be determined by scanning the two-dimensional code or the barcode.
Therefore, the container is associated with the corresponding prescription, so that the processor can conveniently control the dispensing process, and particularly, when large-scale dispensing is carried out, the medicine materials of a plurality of prescriptions are prevented from being filled into the same container by misoperation, the dispensing process of the plurality of prescriptions can be conveniently managed, and the dispensing efficiency is improved.
Optionally, after step S13, the dispensing result may be rechecked, please refer to fig. 5, where fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a rechecking step of a dispensing of a traditional Chinese medicine provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the step may include the following steps:
in step S141, image recognition is performed on the dispensed medicinal material.
In step S142, it is determined whether the medicinal material is a target medicinal material based on the result of the image recognition.
In step S143, when the medicinal material is not the target medicinal material, the container containing the medicinal material is transported to a designated location and the step of obtaining information of a plurality of medicinal materials based on prescription data to the step of dispensing the medicinal materials according to the dispensing strategy is executed again.
Illustratively, the medicine materials after dispensing can be shot, the shot pictures are subjected to image recognition, and whether the dispensed medicine materials are accurate or not is determined based on the recognition result and the medicine material data in the medicine material library.
In other embodiments, the dispensed medicinal materials may be identified in a hyperspectral scanning manner, and the process of image identification is referred to, which is not described herein again.
Therefore, the medicine after dispensing is rechecked, and whether the dispensed medicine is accurate or not can be detected, so that the safety of medicine taking of a patient is guaranteed.

in step S144, the prescription data is associated with the image.
In step S145, the prescription data and the image are stored in a predetermined storage location.
Therefore, the image for identifying the medicinal materials is associated with the prescription data and stored, dispensing evidence can be kept, verification can be performed during patient review, the data can be provided for doctors, and the doctor can master the illness state of the patients.
Optionally, after step S132, the method for dispensing a traditional Chinese medicine provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include: and sending the correlation result to a server so as to decoct the medicinal materials according to the correlation result when dispensing is finished.
In some embodiments, the containers containing the medicinal materials may be placed on the transport mechanism, and the containers may be ordered by the robotic arm or the AGV cart according to the associated prescription results, so that the decocting system may decoct the medicinal materials in the order of the containers.
Therefore, the association result of the containers and the prescription data is sent to the server, so that the decocting device can identify the medicinal materials contained in each container and corresponding to the prescription data, and the decocting efficiency after the medicinal materials are dispensed can be improved.
Optionally, after step S11, if multiple medicinal materials are decocted by the same decoction process, the embodiment of the present application provides another step of dispensing traditional Chinese medicine for such a situation, please refer to fig. 7, where fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of another step of dispensing traditional Chinese medicine provided by the embodiment of the present application, and the step may include the following steps:
in step S71, when the plurality of herbs adopt the same decocting process, determining a grasping manner of each herb in the plurality of herbs based on the herb properties, wherein the grasping manner includes manual grasping and/or mechanical grasping;
in step S72, the plurality of herbs are dispensed according to the determined grasping manner.
Wherein, the property of medicinal material can include the volume and the texture of medicinal material, can judge this medicinal material through the server based on the property of medicinal material and snatch through the manual work or through machinery, and the mode that machinery snatched can be snatched through the arm.
Illustratively, the prescription data may be electronic prescription data, or a prescription handwritten by a doctor, and the data on the prescription may be read by Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) scanning.
The method can acquire the types of the medicinal materials to be grabbed from prescription data, determine the properties of the medicinal materials according to the types of the medicinal materials, and also can identify whether the medicinal materials have specific properties, and then judge whether the medicinal materials are dispensed by a manual grabbing mode or a mechanical grabbing mode according to the properties of the traditional Chinese medicines, or manually dispense one part of the medicinal materials, and mechanically finish the other part of the medicinal materials.
Therefore, different medicinal materials can be captured pertinently by judging the character selection of the traditional Chinese medicine and selecting the corresponding dispensing strategy, the problem of low dispensing efficiency caused by manual dispensing at present can be solved by adopting an automatic mechanical capturing mode, and on the other hand, the medicinal materials with special characters can be dispensed by selecting the corresponding capturing strategy according to the character of the medicinal materials, so that the applicability of the traditional Chinese medicine dispensing method is improved.
Optionally, the property of the medicinal material can be the volume or texture of the medicinal material. Referring to step S71, an implementation step for making a capturing strategy based on the characteristics of the medicinal material is provided in the embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating the step for making the capturing strategy based on the characteristics of the medicinal material provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the step may include the following steps:
in step S711, it is determined whether the trait is a target trait including that the volume of each of the medicinal materials is outside a preset volume range, or that the texture of the medicinal materials is a loose texture, a powdery texture, or a sticky texture.
In step S712, when the property is the target property, it is determined that the medicinal material is grabbed by manual grabbing.
In step S713, when the property is not the target property, it is determined that the medicinal material is grabbed by using a mechanical grabbing method.
Wherein, the root, rhizome and woody stem have large volume or the decoction pieces are dust texture, and the grabbing by the mechanical arm is difficult to realize. When the texture of the decoction pieces is loose, the mechanical arm can damage the decoction pieces. The sliced medicinal herbs texture is viscidity texture, and the sliced medicinal herbs can be stuck on the mechanical arm when the mechanical arm grabs, which results in inaccurate dispensing. Therefore, when the decoction pieces are judged to have the target characters, the medicinal materials are determined to be grabbed in a manual grabbing mode, and in other cases, the medicinal materials are grabbed in a mechanical grabbing mode.
Illustratively, the bulk medicinal materials can be Prunellae Spica, medulla Tetrapanacis, retinervus Luffae fructus, etc., the dust-texture medicinal materials can be rhizoma Dioscoreae, etc., the loose-texture medicinal materials can be Ginseng radix, radix Panacis Quinquefolii, stigma croci Sativi, etc., and the viscous-texture medicinal materials can be radix rehmanniae, radix rehmanniae Preparata, arillus longan, Corni fructus, etc., with viscous components such as sugar, gum or resin.
