Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a data management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to a scenario of monitoring access conditions based on big health medical data, and the method may be executed by a data management apparatus, where the apparatus may be implemented in the form of software and/or hardware, and the hardware may be an electronic device, such as a mobile terminal, a PC terminal, or a server.
As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, when a data access request sent by a target client is received, data acquisition parameters carried in the data access request are acquired.
The target client may be a program corresponding to the server and providing a local service for the user, and it can be understood that when the user wants to receive a plurality of services provided by the server, the user first needs to send a request corresponding to a specific service by using the client, for example, when the user wants to receive a service identified as a provided by the server, the user may send an HTTP request to the server by using the client based on a hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), and the server may generate a corresponding return value to feed back to the client after responding to the request, thereby providing the service identified as a to the user.
In this embodiment, when a user wants to access medical health big data stored in a server, a request sent by a client is a data access request, and the request at least can reflect target data that the user wants to access.
In this embodiment, the data acquisition type may be information reflecting data attributes from a plurality of dimensions, and specifically, the data acquisition type includes at least one of an enterprise type, an organization type, a project type, a team type, an individual type, and a business type. Taking the data acquisition type of the enterprise type as an example for explanation, after the server analyzes the data access request, the data acquisition type carried by the request can be extracted, and further, if the extracted data acquisition type is the enterprise type, the server can determine that the user wants to access the data which only can provide access authority for the enterprise user. Similarly, when the data acquisition type is other types, the server may also determine the specific type of data that the user wants to access. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present disclosure are not specifically limited herein for specific data acquisition types, that is, in a practical application scenario, the data acquisition types may be further divided in detail from other dimensions, for example, government affair types, scientific research types, and general business types are divided among the data acquisition types according to the usage of the data.
It should be noted that, in the server storing the big health medical data, the data acquisition type may be associated with various data in the form of a tag, and it can be understood that each data file may be associated with at least one tag, and further, the server uses itself as a data source of the user corresponding to the tag.
When the data acquisition type is determined, the target qualification certification information of the user can be further determined based on the data acquisition parameters carried by the data access request. The qualification information refers to information that can prove various conditions such as the ability and level of a unit or an individual, which is obtained according to a legal procedure, and for example, for an enterprise, the qualification information may be a copy of a business license with a official seal, and for an individual, the qualification information may be an identification card photograph or the like.
Those skilled in the art should understand that, in the subsequent configuration process of the user data access right, the server at least needs to utilize the data acquisition type and the target qualification information carried by the data access request. It should be noted that, in addition to sending the data access request, the request carries the information and transmits the information to the server, and after the user sends the data access request, the client may manually submit the information associated with the request as the data acquisition parameter.
And S120, configuring data access authority for the client when the qualification certification information and the data acquisition type meet the preset corresponding relationship.
When the data acquisition type comprises an enterprise type, an organization type, a project type, a team type, a personal type and a service type, the qualification certification information can be in one-to-one correspondence with the data acquisition type according to the classification and is stored in the server in the form of a mapping table, and based on the qualification certification information, when the data acquisition type is determined, the corresponding qualification certification information can be determined in a table look-up mode.
For example, when the data acquisition type is an enterprise type, the qualification information corresponding to the type may be a business license of the enterprise, when the data acquisition type is an organization type, the qualification information corresponding to the type may be a medical organization approval license issued by a country, when the data acquisition type is an organization type, the qualification information corresponding to the type may be determined by table lookup, when the data acquisition type is an item type, the qualification information corresponding to the type may be approval information of the item, and the like.
In this embodiment, after the corresponding data acquisition type and the target qualification certification information are extracted and obtained based on the data acquisition parameters carried by the data access request, the server may determine whether the data acquisition type and the target qualification certification information satisfy the corresponding relationship by using the mapping table, and if it is determined that the qualification certification information and the data acquisition type satisfy the preset corresponding relationship, a data access right may be configured for the target client.
For example, the server determines that the data acquisition type is an enterprise type, and also determines a business license as target qualification certification information, and the business license can be determined based on a mapping table representing a corresponding relationship between the qualification certification information and the data acquisition type, where the two types of information satisfy a preset corresponding relationship, so that, for an access request of a user for enterprise type data, the server allocates an access right for the enterprise type data stored in the database to the user, and the user can read the data at any time according to the own requirements.
It should be noted that the server may automatically determine whether the qualification certification information and the data acquisition type satisfy the preset corresponding relationship based on technologies such as image recognition and text recognition, or may issue the data acquisition parameter to a port corresponding to a worker, and the worker may audit the information and display the audit progress fed back by the worker on a specific page.
And S130, accessing target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system based on the data access authority.
The System for storing data at the server can be a Distributed File System (HDFS) under a Hadoop architecture, the System adopts a master-slave structure model, an HDFS cluster is composed of a metadata storage node for managing the File System and a plurality of nodes for storing actual data, and the Distributed File System has the characteristics of high fault tolerance and the like and can be deployed on low-cost hardware.
In the present embodiment, the distributed file system stores health medical data of each user. The health medical data is information that comprehensively reflects the health trend of the user from multiple dimensions, and may at least include personal basic information of the user, information of medical treatment and medication of the user in each medical institution, medical insurance data of the user, and the like. Illustratively, in the health medical data, information such as the user's name, sex, age, height, weight, allergy history, electronic medical record, health record, medical insurance consumption condition, etc. can be included.
In this embodiment, in order to implement supervision on big data and improve the security and traceability of data use, after the server configures data access permissions for the clients corresponding to the users, the server may also determine corresponding data in the distributed file system as target supervision data. It can be understood that, after the data acquisition information is associated with the data in the distributed file system in the form of a tag, at least one of the tags associated with the target supervisory data is consistent with the data acquisition type carried by the request. Correspondingly, after the target client corresponding to the user obtains the access authority of the target supervision data, the data can be read within a specific time period, and then corresponding business or scientific research work can be carried out by utilizing the data.
It should be noted that, in the process of determining and supervising the target supervision data, if it is determined that the user uses the big health medical data in violation based on the preset rule, the server may close the data access right of the user at any time.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when a data access request sent by a target client is received, data acquisition parameters carried in the data access request are firstly acquired so as to determine qualification certification information and a data acquisition type of a user; when the qualification certification information and the data acquisition type meet the preset corresponding relation, data access authority is configured for the client, target supervision data corresponding to the data access request in the distributed file system is accessed based on the data access authority, effective supervision on the data sharing process is achieved, data abuse and other behaviors are avoided, safety of health medical big data is improved, meanwhile, the specification is provided for configuration of the data access authority, and development of digitization and intellectualization of the big data system in the medical industry is promoted.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a data management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and based on the foregoing embodiments, big health medical data is collected from multiple types of institutions, so that convergence of the big health medical data is achieved; strict examination on the user data access request is realized through matching of the qualification certification information to be matched and the target qualification certification information; after the user qualification authentication is successful, information files are established from multiple aspects, and the supervision and tracing of related data are realized; hyperlink relations are established among the configuration items which are the same with the information files, and convenience and usability of the server are further enhanced. The specific implementation manner can be referred to the technical scheme of the embodiment. The technical terms that are the same as or corresponding to the above embodiments are not repeated herein.
As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s210, collecting data to be supervised related to the health medical information, and storing the data to be supervised in a distributed file system; and setting at least one login state component corresponding to the reading distributed file system so as to verify the data acquisition identifier and the user identifier based on the at least one login state component.
In this embodiment, in order to provide a large amount of health medical data for a user, the server first needs to perform a data aggregation operation, for example, collect health medical data of the user in real time from a medical health service institution, a public health professional institution, a health administration department, and other health-related institutions through a data transmission channel, and it can be understood that these institutions are institutions participating in data aggregation, and the collected data is data to be supervised. Further, after the server performs data cleansing operation, the data may be classified and stored in the distributed file system, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that data cleansing includes data consistency check, invalid value processing, missing value processing, and the like, and details of the embodiments of the present disclosure are not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the login state component may be obtained by encapsulating the relevant data and the login method, after the user logs in based on the login state component using a specific user code and a user name, the server may determine a corresponding user identifier (e.g., an ID of the user) through data verification, and further determine whether the current login user is a registered user, and meanwhile, the server may also verify a data acquisition identifier corresponding to the user, which may be understood as the data acquisition identifier at least used to reflect what types of data the user may acquire. After the user logs in by using the login state component, the data transmission and communication can be carried out with the distributed file system of the server,
it will be appreciated that in addition to the login state component, a registration component may be provided to guide the user to register for an account after a user verification failure. It should be noted that, similar to the auditing process of the qualification information, the registration process can also be displayed on a specific page.
And S220, when receiving a data access request sent by a target client, acquiring data acquisition parameters carried in the data access request.
S230, determining qualification certification information to be matched corresponding to the data acquisition type; and when the target qualification certification information is the qualification certification information in the qualification certification information to be matched, configuring data access authority for the client.
In this embodiment, after the data acquisition type and the target qualification certification information in the data acquisition parameters are determined, the qualification certification information to be matched corresponding to the data acquisition type also needs to be determined.
For example, when an enterprise user sends a data access request through a client, a data acquisition parameter indicates that the user wants to acquire health medical data of an enterprise type in a distributed file system, and at this time, the server may determine that the qualification information corresponding to the enterprise type data is an enterprise business license (i.e., to-be-matched qualification information) based on a preset mapping relationship table between the qualification information and the data acquisition type. Furthermore, the target qualification certification information provided by the user is judged, and in the practical application process, whether the target qualification certification information meets the standard of the qualification certification information to be matched can be judged in an image recognition or manual review mode. When the target qualification certification information carried by the data access request is determined to be an enterprise business license matched with the user, the data access request is judged to meet the requirements, and then the data access authority is configured for the client corresponding to the user.
It should be noted that, when the qualification certification information and the data acquisition type do not satisfy the preset corresponding relationship, the user is prompted. Continuing with the above example, if it is determined that the user wants to obtain the health medical data of the enterprise type in the distributed file system, but the provided target qualification information is not an enterprise license, it may be determined that the data access request is not in compliance, a data access right is not configured for the client corresponding to the user, and prompt information such as "the qualification information submitted by the user is not in compliance" is fed back.
S240, respectively establishing information archives based on the data acquisition types so as to record the accessed information of the data of each data acquisition type.
In this embodiment, after the data access right is allocated to the client corresponding to the user, in order to implement effective supervision on the big data, an information archive with multiple dimensions needs to be established according to the data acquisition type, and the content recorded in the archive, in addition to the basic information and the target qualification information of the user, may also import the access condition of the data from the server log file, such as the time when the user calls the data, the size of the data volume, and the like, so as to implement recording of the data access information.
Specifically, when the data acquisition type is an enterprise type, on one hand, basic information of the enterprise, including enterprise names, enterprise codes, enterprise properties, enterprise legal persons, registered addresses, industry categories, contact ways, operation ranges, main operation business, main products, contact person names, telephone numbers, main financial indexes of the enterprise, whether the enterprise is a high-tech enterprise, whether the enterprise is on the market, time for the enterprise to appear on the market, and the like, can be recorded in a corresponding enterprise information file established by the server; on the other hand, enterprise operation information is recorded, including a data use Application, an Application Programming Interface (API) subscription, a data set subscription, a sandbox subscription, an API log, data exploration information, and the like of the enterprise, and it can be understood that the server can at least determine through the enterprise operation information which API interfaces the user calls the target supervision data, and determine which data sets or data in the sandbox in the distributed file system the user calls. Meanwhile, the dynamic tags are set in the information archives, so that screening and classified checking of enterprise operation information are achieved at the server side, for example, the dynamic tags are respectively set for the API, the data sets and the sandboxes, and the three types of information are respectively checked at the server side through tag selection operation.
In this embodiment, after the determination of the user target qualification certification information is completed, the supervision and tracing of the related data are realized by establishing the information archive.
When the data acquisition type is the organization type, the basic information of the organization, including the name of the medical organization, the registration information, the number of people, the organization registration, the number of people for the organization to see a doctor, the organization address, the administrative region of the organization, the contact way and the organization attribute, can be recorded in the corresponding organization information file established by the server; the organization information archive also records organization operation information including data use application, API subscription, data set subscription, sandbox subscription, API log and the like of the organization.
When the data acquisition type is the project type, the basic information of the project can be recorded in a corresponding project information archive established by the server, wherein the basic information of the project comprises a project name, project start and stop time, a data use unit, a project number, a project sponsor and a project sponsor telephone; project operation information including data use application, API subscription, data set subscription, sandbox subscription, API log and the like is recorded in the project information archive.
When the data acquisition type is a team type, the corresponding team information file established by the server can record team basic information including team names, contact names, telephone numbers, patents and awards obtained by a team, national-level projects, provincial-level projects and team member lists; team operation information including data use application, API subscription, data set subscription, sandbox subscription, API log and the like is recorded in the team information file.
It should be noted that, similar to the enterprise information archive, in the above three archives, corresponding dynamic tags may also be set based on the mechanism operation information, the project operation information, and the team operation information, respectively, so as to implement screening and classification viewing of relevant information, which is not described herein again in this disclosure.
When the data acquisition type is the personal type, the personal basic information including name, gender, birth year and month, party assignment, highest school calendar, technical and professional title, highest school rank, contact telephone, mailbox and the like can be recorded in the corresponding personal information file established by the server; the personal information file also records personal related information, including service transaction information, account authentication information, account authorization start and stop time, associated services, associated projects, associated teams, associated institutions, associated results and the like. Further, a dynamic tag can be set in the personal information profile based on at least the account status, the enterprise status and the business status.
When the data acquisition type is a service type, a service name, a service number, a service scene, an affiliated industry, service start-stop time and a service used data range can be recorded in a corresponding service information file established by the server; the service information file also records service related information including service details, service current state, service associated item quantity, service associated use unit quantity, service sharing open mode, service operation report and service use quantity ranking. Further, a dynamic tag may be set in the service information profile based at least on the service status.
Optionally, respectively determining an information archive corresponding to each data acquisition type, and setting at least one configuration item to be edited in each information archive; when the access right configured for the target client is detected, the target information archive is determined according to the target qualification information corresponding to the target client, and the target content corresponding to at least one configuration item to be edited and associated with the target information archive is imported.
Taking the case that the data acquisition type is the enterprise type as an example, when a corresponding enterprise information archive is established for the enterprise type, a configuration item to be edited needs to be determined first, and it can be understood that the configuration item to be edited is an item that reflects the basic information of the enterprise and the operation information of the enterprise. When the access authority is configured for the target client side, the content corresponding to the configuration item to be edited can be determined in the target qualification certification information provided by the user in a field extraction mode, for example, an enterprise name, an enterprise legal person and a registration address are extracted from an enterprise business license, and after the information is extracted, the information can be imported into an enterprise information archive as the target content. It is understood that the target content corresponding to the configuration item to be edited is directly determined by the target qualification information provided by the user.
Optionally, when the number of the information archives is at least two, a hyperlink relationship between the same configuration items to be edited in the information archives is established.
In practical application engineering, due to the complexity of data acquisition parameters, information in multiple aspects can be determined based on target qualification certification information provided by a user, for example, not only enterprise basic information but also project basic information can be determined through the target qualification certification information, and at this time, a server side can respectively establish corresponding information files based on the two kinds of basic information, so that data monitoring in multiple dimensions is realized.
Furthermore, the server can set hyperlink relations among the configuration items of the files for the established information files in various aspects, for example, in a team information file, by clicking a project name provided in the team basic information, a jump can be made to the project information file.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the server may perform statistical analysis on the health and medical big data, and specifically, may show the progress of data sharing based on multiple dimensions, such as administrative areas, time, and users. Meanwhile, based on the data access condition of at least one user, the server side can also output a data management report associated with the target supervision data in a form of a chart, such as a data governance report, a data development report, a data quality report and the like.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the health medical big data are collected from various types of mechanisms, so that the convergence of the health medical data is realized; strict examination on the user data access request is realized through matching of the qualification certification information to be matched and the target qualification certification information; after the user qualification authentication is successful, information files are established from multiple aspects, and the supervision and tracing of related data are realized; hyperlink relations are established among the configuration items which are the same with the information files, and convenience and usability of the server are further enhanced.
EXAMPLE III
As an alternative embodiment of the above embodiment, fig. 3 is a structural diagram of a comprehensive monitoring system based on operation of health care big data service according to a third embodiment of the present invention. For clearly describing the technical solution of the present embodiment, the application scenario is a situation where the comprehensive monitoring system is used to monitor the big health and medical data, but the present invention is not limited to the above scenario and can be applied to various scenarios where the big data needs to be monitored.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to improve the standardization of the health medical big data sharing and circulation process and enable the server to realize the supervision of multiple services, the comprehensive supervision system includes four modules, which are an operation situation module, a unified to-do module, a data supervision 360 module and a statistical analysis module, and each module is specifically described below.
With reference to fig. 3, the operation situation module of the system is mainly used for centrally displaying data aggregation, management, sharing and opening states and service flow states, for example, displaying information such as the number of organizations for parameter data aggregation, the number of service systems, the data form, the number of user registrations, the number of service audits, the completion of service approval, and the like in the operation situation module.
With reference to fig. 3, the unified to-do module is mainly used to implement an approval function for services such as user registration, qualification authentication, data application, data usage, data export, and the like, for example, after the user submits the relevant qualification certification information, the user can initiatively initiate the qualification authentication application, and the service end staff can perform preliminary audit of service data and service audit based on the received information.
With reference to fig. 3, the data supervision module 360 is mainly used to establish information files from multiple aspects, including enterprise information files, organization information files, project information files, team information files, personal information files, and business information files, and the specific filing manner and the acquisition of the target content are described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again. It should be noted that after the establishment of the multiple types of information archives is completed, hyperlinks can be established between configuration items identical to each archive, taking fig. 4 as an example, after six types of information archives are established, an enterprise/organization can be taken as a hierarchy, a project can be taken as a hierarchy, a team/individual can be taken as a hierarchy, and a service is taken as a hierarchy independently.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the statistical analysis module mainly shows the sharing open progress of data from different dimensions of administrative areas, time, users, etc., and at the same time, may also output data management reports associated with the target supervisory data in the form of graphs, such as data governance reports, data development reports, data quality reports, etc.
