When the devices in the above-described electronic system are integrally provided, the electronic system may be implemented as an intelligent terminal such as a camera, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a vehicle-mounted terminal, or the like.
The reference function provided in the current document editing software is based on the manual label definition and reference of a user, such as a schematic diagram of a text reference method in Microsoft Word shown in FIG. 2, and the user sets the type and name of the reference label according to the requirement. The benefit of referencing is that instead of writing repeatedly, after the referenced content is updated, the referenced portion will follow the update as long as the entire reference is refreshed. However, in the quotation method in the prior art, the label needs to be set manually by a user, the use process is complicated, and the quotation error is easy to occur.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a text referencing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
s302: in response to receiving the reference keyword, obtaining a text unit that matches the reference keyword; wherein the text unit belongs to at least a portion of text in the specified document; designating the document to be divided into at least one text unit store; specifying that the document includes a history document or a current document;
specifically, in the process of editing the current document, the user needs to reference a part of content in the current document or a part of content in other documents, and a part of text in the referenced current document or a part of text in other documents can be called a text unit. The text unit may be obtained after receiving an instruction of the user to divide, for example, the user sends a save instruction to the current document, and the current document may be divided into text units before further storing the current document.
S304: in response to a referencing operation for a first text unit of the text units, the first text unit is referenced to the current document.
When determining text units according to the reference keywords, a plurality of text units possibly corresponding to the reference keywords exist, a user selects one of the text units for reference according to actual requirements, the selected text unit can be called a first text unit, and the first text unit is referenced to the current editing position of the current document to form a new current document.
According to the text quotation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the text units matched with the quotation keywords are obtained in response to receiving the quotation keywords; wherein the text unit belongs to at least a portion of text in the specified document; designating the document to be divided into at least one text unit store; specifying that the document includes a history document or a current document; according to the method and the device, the first text unit is referred to the current document in response to the reference operation of the first text unit in the text units, and the automatic division of the text units does not need to manually set labels for each reference, so that the reference process is simplified, the referenced text units can belong to the current edited document or the historical document, the text reference range is increased, and the document editing efficiency is further improved.
In some possible embodiments, the text units described above are generated by:
in response to receiving a partitioning request for a specified document, partitioning the specified document into a plurality of text units according to a preset partitioning rule; wherein the corresponding unit identifier of each text unit is different.
Wherein, the preset dividing rule is at least one of the following rules:
(1) Dividing the specified document into text units according to the separator;
specifically, the separator may be carriage return, period, semicolon, or the like, or may be a special character set by the user.
(2) Dividing the appointed document into text units according to the contained preset keywords;
it should be noted that the preset keyword is a keyword that can distinguish different text units, that is, the keyword can be used as a unique identifier of the text unit to distinguish from other text units.
In addition to the above text unit dividing method, other text dividing methods may be used, for example, dividing by a user-defined method, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a document editing system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the system includes a storage module, and a data conversion module, where the storage module is connected with an external database 1-an external database N through the data conversion module, and the system includes a document editing module for running the text referencing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and is connected with the storage module, and obtains data of the external database through the storage module. The data in the external database can be structured data or unstructured data, and if the data structure in the external database is different from the data structure of the data used in the system, the data is converted into the same structure as the data in the storage module in the system through the data conversion module. These structured data can all be referenced in a system-wide manner, and further, permissions can be set, for example, user a can reference the content of the external database 1 and user B can access the content of the external database 2. The introduction of the external database is a rapid expansion mode for the system-quoteable content. For example, an enterprise client can access the term library and then use the term library for own enterprise personnel. Alternatively, a dictionary library is introduced, and dictionary words and interpretations can be used in the system.
Based on the system shown in fig. 4, another text referencing method is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, and the method includes the following steps:
s502: in response to receiving the reference keyword, obtaining a text unit that matches the reference keyword; wherein the text unit belongs to at least a portion of text in the specified document; designating the document to be divided into at least one text unit store; specifying that the document includes a history document or a current document; the corresponding unit identifiers of each text unit are different;
this step is similar to the implementation method of the step provided in the above embodiment, and will not be described herein.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to a server, after receiving the specified document to be segmented, the server divides the specified document into a plurality of text units and stores the text units in a data module, and it can be understood that after a period of accumulation, the data module stores a plurality of text units from different specified documents, for example, the specified document A1 is segmented to obtain text units a11, a12, a13 and a14 corresponding to A1, the specified document A2 is segmented to obtain text units a21, a22 and a23 corresponding to A2, and the specified document A3 is segmented to obtain text units a31, a32, a33 and a34 corresponding to A3. Thus, the text units held in the memory module include a11, a12, a13, a14, a21, a22, a23, a31, a32, a33, a34.
In addition, the history document may be other text units stored in an external database, for example, the external database includes text units B11, B12 and B13 obtained by dividing the document B1, and the content of B11, B12 and B13 may be referred to by the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Based on the above description, the above method is applied to a server, the above history document including a first history document in a first database and/or a second history document in a second database; wherein the first history document and the second history document are documents which have been subjected to text unit division and stored before the current document is received; the first database is located outside the server and the second database is communicatively coupled to the server.
S504: displaying the text units matched with the reference keywords to a client sending the reference request so that the client can make a reference operation on a first text unit in the text units;
specifically, the text units matching the reference keyword may be plural, for example, the reference keyword "patent" is input, all text units in the storage module in the server may be searched, all text units in the external database connected to the server may be searched, and as long as the text units of the "patent" are included, all text units that are determined to match the reference keyword may be determined, alternatively, these matched text units may be displayed to the client that issues the reference request, for example, displayed in the form of a list, for the client to perform the reference operation.
S506: in response to a referencing operation for a first text unit of the text units, referencing the first text unit to the current document;
when the client selects a certain text unit, the selected first text unit is referenced to the current document, namely, all text contents corresponding to the first text unit are inserted into the current position in the current document.
S508: in response to receiving a save request for a current document, saving the current document, all text units corresponding to the current document, and unit identifiers corresponding to the referenced text units;
the storage request is sent by triggering a storage control in the interface after the editing operation of the user on the current document is finished. After receiving the save request, save the current document and the referenced text unit, specifically, store each unit identifier in the database according to the text unit of the current document and the corresponding unit identifier, and store the text content corresponding to the unit identifier in other data tables in the database or other data tables in the database, so that when the content of the text unit is updated, only the data in one table in the database need to be changed, and the text content of each position corresponding to the unit identifier does not need to be updated, thereby improving the efficiency of searching and document editing.
S510: determining a referenced text unit according to a unit identifier contained in a specified document in response to a display request of the specified document;
s512: the text units of the specified document and the reference are displayed.
When the user wants to re-edit or view the specified document, the user selects the specified document, for example, selects a corresponding document name in a document list, and the server searches for corresponding document content including the specified document content and the content of the referenced text unit according to the document name in response to a display request of the user. Note that the referenced text unit is displayed by the latest text content that the unit identifier queried for.
Referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic flow chart of a text referencing method in an actual application scenario, in this embodiment, a user edits a word document in a document editing system at a server side, where the server side includes a database a, and the server is connected to external databases B and C, and the method specifically includes the following steps:
s602: the system provides a document input page, and after a user logs in the system, the document W1 is edited and generated in an input mode.
S604: the system automatically recognizes the carriage return identifier and sets the content corresponding to each paragraph as a basic text unit.
S606: a unique identification code is set for each text unit, for example in the form of a file identification + serial number, and the content of the text unit as well as the identification code are stored in a database a in the server.
S608: the interface of the system comprises a quoted text search box, and when keywords are input in the search box, full text retrieval is carried out from the database A and the databases B and C.
The databases B and C may be databases in other servers with the same data structure as the database a, or databases in other servers with different data structures as the database a, and when the data structures of the database B or the database C and the database a are different, a data conversion module is further provided in the server, and is configured to convert the received data content of the database B or the database C into the same structure as the data in the database a.
S610: all text units containing keywords are displayed in a list form in the interface.
It will be appreciated that by keyword retrieval, a larger number of retrieval results may be retrieved, i.e. a larger number of text units corresponding to keywords may be retrieved, in which case the retrieval results may be filtered to narrow the referenceable scope, e.g. the user may be given the option of setting the filtering conditions, or the scope may be narrowed by way of the user specifying the retrieval database.
S612: when the user needs to refer to a certain piece of information in a certain list, the information is selected, and the system calls text unit content from the database according to the unit identifier corresponding to the information and displays the text unit content in the corresponding position of the current document.
S614: when the user completes editing of the document and selects a save operation, the system stores the edited document and the text units referenced by the document.
For referenced content (text units), the system will record, maintain and display the reference relationships for later analysis, summarizing the references and referenced relationship graphs, and so forth.
Based on the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a text referencing device, as shown in fig. 7, where the device includes:
