Fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of an automatic herbal piece clearing and bucket loading method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the method includes operations S210 to S240.
S210, taking the medicine from the corresponding medicine bucket according to the sales quantity of the Chinese herbal pieces.
S220, when the stock of the Chinese herbal pieces in the medicine bucket is completely taken out, judging whether the batch of the medicine bucket is the same as that of the Chinese herbal pieces in the stock.
And S230, if the batches of the Chinese herbal pieces in the medicine hopper are different from the batches in the stock, clearing the dregs of the Chinese herbal pieces in the medicine hopper.
S240, loading the stocked traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces into a hopper according to the preset hopper loading amount of the medicine hopper for continuously taking the medicine.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when sales records of the herbal pieces are generated and medicines are taken from the corresponding medicine buckets, whether the stored quantity of the herbal pieces in the medicine buckets meets the sales quantity can be judged according to the sales quantity of the herbal pieces and the actual stored quantity in the medicine buckets, and when the stored quantity is smaller than the sales quantity, the herbal pieces in the medicine buckets need to be reloaded after the herbal pieces in the medicine buckets are taken out, so that doctors, automatic medicine taking machines and the like can take medicines continuously until the quantity of the taken herbal pieces reaches the sales quantity; according to the requirement of quality management of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces of different batches are strictly sold at the same bucket position at the same time, so that before the decoction pieces are re-loaded, whether the batch of the decoction pieces to be loaded into the bucket is the same as the batch in the medicine bucket needs to be judged, and when the batches are different, the decoction pieces in the medicine bucket are unloaded and then loaded into the bucket again after being dumped, so that the medicine quality is ensured.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the weight of the herbal pieces in the medicine bucket is within a preset range, the herbal pieces in the medicine bucket are used as medicine dregs. For example, when the weight of the remaining herbal pieces in the hopper is between 0g and 5g during the process of taking the medicine from the hopper, the remaining herbal pieces in the hopper are regarded as medicine residues, and the hopper cleaning operation is performed.
For example, 500g of astragalus mongholicus with lot B and 500g of astragalus mongholicus with lot C exist in a storehouse, a customer needs to buy 1000g of astragalus mongholicus on a certain day, 300g of astragalus mongholicus with lot A exists in a bucket, after the astragalus mongholicus with lot A is taken out and sold, the astragalus mongholicus with lot A is cleared away, the stored astragalus mongholicus with lot B is automatically filled into a bucket, after all the astragalus mongholicus with lot B is taken out, the astragalus mongholicus with lot B is cleared away and the astragalus mongholicus with lot C is filled into a bucket, 200g of the astragalus mongholicus with lot C is taken out, and at the moment, the number of the taken-out astragalus mongholicus reaches the sales number.
According to the automatic bucket clearing and loading method for the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, a specially-assigned person does not need to be sent regularly to clear or load the bucket, the bucket can be automatically loaded as required when the medicine is taken every time, whether the batch of the bucket is the same as the batch of the medicine contained in the bucket or not can be judged according to batch recording data to determine whether bucket clearing operation is carried out or not, the labor cost is reduced, the operation efficiency of a pharmacy is improved, and the problem of the sale quality of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is avoided.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of an automatic herbal piece clearing and bucket loading method according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further includes operation S310 in addition to the above operations S210 to S240.
And S310, when the batch of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the medicine hopper is the same as that in the stock, the medicine hopper is not cleaned.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the batch of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the medicine hopper and the inventory is the same, the problem of different quality can not be caused by mixing the medicine hopper and the inventory traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, so that the batch of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the inventory can be directly loaded into the medicine hopper without clearing the hopper and can be mixed with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the medicine hopper for sale.
For example, the stock quantity of the herbal pieces a is 2000g, the warehousing lot number is 20200530, the bucket position is 1-1, the bucket position capacity is 500g, if the current sales quantity of the herbal pieces is 800g, and 400g of the existing herbal pieces a with the lot number of 20200530 in the bucket 1-1, 400g of the herbal pieces a in the bucket are taken out, the bucket is filled with 20200530 herbal pieces a in the inventory again, and 400g of the bucket is filled, because the lot number of the filled herbal pieces a is the same as the lot number of the herbal pieces a in the bucket, the bucket does not need to be cleaned before filling, the 400g of the herbal pieces a is taken out, and at this time, the total taking-out quantity of the herbal pieces a reaches 800g, and the operation is completed.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of an automatic herbal piece clearing and bucket loading method according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the method for automatically cleaning and loading herbal pieces in a bucket according to the embodiment of the present disclosure includes operations S410 and S420 in addition to the operations S210 to S240 and S310.
S410, when the medicine residues in the medicine hopper are cleaned, a hopper cleaning record is generated.
And S420, generating a filling record when the stored traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are filled in a hopper.
The bucket cleaning record and the bucket loading record comprise the number, batch number, name, production place, specification and rechecker of the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the clearing hopper is needed only when the batch number is not used in the hopper loading process, the weight of the decoction dregs of the clearing hopper is generally 0g-5g, and the clearing hopper can be modified according to actual conditions. Before the method is applied, the upper limit of the capacity of the medicine hopper corresponding to various traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is set, and the upper limit is generally set to 4/5 of the limit of the capacity of the hopper. For the Chinese herbal pieces in different batches in the stock, the Chinese herbal pieces are taken out of the stock and put into a bucket according to the first-in first-out principle. Because the system automatically loads and clears the bucket, the default bucket rechecker is needed in the bucket loading record. Written into the family review record, a general reviewer is set as the quality responsible person of the store or clinic.
For example, the warehousing batch numbers of the herbal pieces a are 20200530/20200630/20200630 respectively, the warehousing quantities are 500g, 400g and 100g respectively, the bucket position numbers are set to be 1-1, the bucket position capacity is 500g, if the number (i.e. the sales number) on the prescription paper is 800g in the prescription dispensing process, and the quantity of the herbal pieces a in the bucket with the number of 1-1 is 0 at this time, three times of bucket filling are needed for the bucket, and three times of bucket filling records are generated. When the first bucket is filled, the upper limit capacity of the bucket is 400g because the capacity of the bucket is 500g, the medicine feeding bucket 1-1 is filled with 400g of traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece A at most when the first bucket is filled, and the first bucket filling record is as follows: "bucket number: 400g, bucket batch number: 20200530, common name of decoction pieces of Chinese medicinal materials, producing area, specification, and rechecker; when the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces A of 20200530 batch numbers are stored for 100g for the second time, the 100g traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces A are firstly loaded into the bucket, and the second record is as follows: "bucket number: 100g, bucket batch number: 20200530, common name of decoction pieces of Chinese medicinal materials, production area, specification, and rechecker ", because the batch number of the bucket is the same as that of the previous time, the bucket does not need to be cleared before the bucket is loaded; after the second filling is finished, taking out the herbal pieces A in the medicine hopper, at the moment, taking out 500g of herbal pieces A, and reaching the sale quantity by 300g, thus generating a third filling, and recording the third time as: "bucket number: 300g, bucket batch number: 20200630, generic name of decoction pieces of herbal medicine, origin, size, rechecker ", since the lot number of this time is different from that before, before the third fill, a bucket clearing record is generated, which is recorded as: "bucket number 1g, bucket batch number: 20200530, common name of decoction pieces of Chinese medicinal materials, producing area, specification, and Qingdou recording people.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, whether the hopper corresponding to the herbal pieces-prepared crude drugs needs to automatically clear and fill the hopper is determined based on the real-time sales quantity of the herbal pieces-prepared crude drugs, and the operation of a shop operator is not needed, but in order to count the inventory, the storage amount and the quantity of the hopper of the herbal pieces-prepared crude drugs, corresponding records are generated when the hopper is cleared and filled, so that a shop pharmacist can efficiently handle the sales of the herbal pieces-prepared crude drugs, and the problems of herbal pieces waste, improper record, increase of manpower maintenance cost and the like are avoided.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flow chart of an automatic herbal piece clearing and bucket loading method according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the method for automatically cleaning and loading herbal pieces in a bucket according to another embodiment of the present disclosure includes operations S510 to S540 in addition to the operations S210 to S240.
And S510, obtaining the sales number of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
S520, judging whether the sales quantity of the Chinese herbal pieces is larger than the stock quantity in the medicine hopper.
S530, when the sales quantity is larger than the stock in the medicine bucket, the stock in the medicine bucket is taken out, and the medicine bucket is filled again so as to continuously take out the Chinese herbal pieces.
And S540, when the sales quantity is smaller than the stock of the Chinese herbal pieces in the medicine hopper, taking out the Chinese herbal pieces with corresponding weight from the medicine hopper, and not carrying out the hopper loading operation on the medicine hopper.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the sales volume of the herbal pieces-of-chinese medicine is larger than the stock in the hopper, operations S210 to S240 are performed, i.e., the stock in the hopper is taken out first, then the hopper is refilled, and the herbal pieces-of-chinese medicine is continuously taken out from the hopper. However, when the sales quantity of the herbal pieces-for-decoction is smaller than the stock in the hopper, that is, the stock in the hopper meets the sales quantity, the herbal pieces-for-decoction corresponding to the sales quantity is taken out from the hopper and then the hopper is not required to be refilled.
For example, a customer buys 200g of medlar, a batch of 300g of medlar is in a medlar medicine bucket at present, 200g of medlar is taken out from the medlar medicine bucket and sold to the customer, and the transaction is completed. The transaction process does not need to fill the dosing hopper again and does not need to clear the hopper.
In the above method, operation S530 includes operations S531 to S532.
S531, after the medicine bucket is filled again, if the residual quantity of the sales quantity minus the taking-out quantity of the Chinese herbal pieces is still larger than the stock quantity in the medicine bucket, the stock quantity in the medicine bucket is taken out, and the medicine bucket is filled again.
S532, repeating the steps until the number of the Chinese herbal pieces reaches the sales number.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the repeated loading process of the dosing hopper, before loading, whether the batch of the herbal pieces in the dosing hopper is the same as the batch of the stored herbal pieces needs to be judged, and when the batches are different, the hopper needs to be cleaned and then loaded, so that the quality of the medicine in the dosing hopper is ensured until the quantity of the medicine taken out of the dosing hopper reaches the sales quantity.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a flow chart of an automatic herbal piece clearing and bucket loading method according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the method for automatically cleaning and loading herbal pieces in a bucket according to another embodiment of the present disclosure further includes operations S610 to S630 before operations S510 to S540.
S610, after the sales quantity of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces is obtained, whether the sales quantity is larger than the total quantity of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the stock and the medicine bucket is judged.
S620, when the sales number is smaller than the total amount of the Chinese herbal pieces, the operation S210 to S240 are executed.
And S630, stopping selling when the selling quantity is larger than the total quantity of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, when the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are sold outside, the slightly sold quantity must be ensured, and when the stock of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces (namely the sum of the stock and the stock in the medicine hopper) is less than the sold quantity, the transaction of the order is cancelled, so that unnecessary trouble caused by the insufficient quantity to the user is avoided.
