In addition, if the number of transmissions is smaller than the maximum number of transmissions, the receiving apparatus may not successfully receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting apparatus or a new data packet transmitted subsequently. Therefore, it is needed to find a technical solution capable of improving the transmission success rate of the data packet.

Detailed Description
Prior to introducing the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention, a description will be given of related technology.
In the related art, in the fifth generation mobile communication system, a transmitting device may transmit a data packet to a receiving device, and the number of transmissions may be more than one. In practical application, when the transmitting device transmits a data packet to the receiving device and fails to transmit, an automatic repeat request (ARQ, automatic Repeat request) technique may be used, wherein ARQ is one of basic functions of a radio link control (RLC, radio Link Control) layer, and specifically, the ARQ functions as: and supporting the AM RLC to realize retransmission of the RLC PDU, namely, after the RLC PDU fails to be transmitted, constructing a new MAC PDU according to the instruction of the MAC layer and transmitting the new MAC PDU to the MAC layer for retransmission. However, in the case of poor channel quality, the ARQ technique cannot protect the transmitted data packet to suppress interference, and thus, in order to perform more reliable transmission of data, the HARQ technique may be used, but when data transmission is performed using the HARQ technique, a problem of low transmission efficiency may occur. For example, with respect to the retransmission mechanism of HARQ, when the transmitting apparatus retransmits a data packet using the HARQ technique, if the number of transmissions is equal to the maximum number of transmissions and the transmission fails, the data packet that failed to be transmitted is discarded, and thus the receiving apparatus cannot receive the data packet. In addition, if the number of transmissions is smaller than the maximum number of transmissions, the receiving device may not successfully receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device or a new data packet transmitted subsequently, if the transmission channel is poor. Therefore, it is needed to find a technical solution capable of improving the transmission success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in various embodiments of the present invention, when the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus performs a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus performs a reset operation on at least one of: the data in the data packet and the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity; the transmitting device transmits the data packet to a receiving device.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a data processing method which is applied to transmitting equipment; as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: when the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs a reset operation on at least one of: the data in the data packet and the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity;
step 102: the transmitting device transmits the data packet to a receiving device.
Here, in step 101, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may be composed of a plurality of HARQ processes, each of which may be used to transmit one Transport Block (TB); one TB may refer to the packet composed of MAC PDUs.
Here, in step 101, in actual application, the first HARQ entity may perform a reset operation when the number of transmissions of the data packet by the first HARQ entity is equal to the maximum number of transmissions and the transmission fails; or, the first HARQ entity may perform a reset operation when the number of times of transmission of the data packet by the first HARQ entity is less than the maximum number of times of transmission; alternatively, the first HARQ entity may perform the reset operation when the number of times the first HARQ entity transmits the data packet is less than the maximum number of times of transmission, and the channel quality is lower than the channel quality threshold. The first HARQ entity performs a reset operation, and may perform a transmission related process on the content of the data packet transmitted by at least one HARQ process.
Here, in step 102, after the first HARQ entity performs a reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity and the data in the data packet, a new round of data transmission process can be started for the data packet. Specifically, for a data packet with the transmission times equal to the maximum transmission times and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity performs a reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and a new round of data transmission process is started; and aiming at the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, the first HARQ entity executes reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, takes the data packet as retransmission data, and starts a new round of data transmission process.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the sending device is a network device, the receiving device is a terminal; when the transmitting device is a terminal, the receiving device is a network device.
1. The following description will take a transmitting device as a network device and a receiving device as a terminal as an example.
In practical application, the process of executing the reset operation by the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device specifically includes the following cases:
in case 1, the transmitting device may maintain a plurality of HARQ entities, each HARQ entity may be configured of a plurality of HARQ processes, so when the first HARQ entity has a reset new function, the HARQ entity may be tried to be replaced, so as to retransmit the data packet by using the HARQ process of another HARQ entity, so as to improve the success rate of transmitting the data packet.
In case 2, since the first HARQ entity may be configured by a plurality of HARQ processes, each HARQ process may configure a different parameter, when the first HARQ entity has a new reset function, it may attempt to reconfigure the first HARQ process to retransmit the data packet by using the reconfigured first HARQ process, so as to improve the success rate of transmitting the data packet.
Case 3, since the data packet may be composed of MAC PDUs; the MAC PDU is composed of fields such as a MAC header, a MAC SDU, a MAC Control Element (CE), padding, etc., so that when the first HARQ entity has a new reset function, it may attempt to reconstruct a data packet and retransmit the reconstructed data packet, so as to improve the success rate of transmitting the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a network device; the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs a reset operation on at least one of:
a first HARQ entity of the transmitting device selects a second HARQ entity except the first HARQ entity from at least two HARQ entities, and transmits the data packet to a second HARQ process of the second HARQ entity;
resetting related parameters of the first HARQ process by a first HARQ entity of the sending equipment;
the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment analyzes the data packet to obtain a MAC SDU; and constructing the MAC SDU to obtain the constructed MAC PDU.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device resetting the relevant parameter of the first HARQ process may mean that the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device sets other parameters except for the process identifier in the HARQ information corresponding to the first HARQ process to an initial value. Other parameters may be: new data indication (NDI, new Data Indicator), redundancy version (RV, redundancy Version), modulation coding strategy (MCS, modulation and Coding Scheme); the NDI is used to indicate whether the scheduled data is a new transmission or a retransmission, the RV is used to indicate a redundancy version used for transmission, and the MCS is used to indicate a modulation and decoding scheme used for transmission.
Here, the parsing the data packet by the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may mean that the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device removes invalid contents, such as MAC CE, padding, etc., in the data packet, and obtains valid data, that is, MAC SDUs, and uses the MAC SDUs to construct a new MAC PDU.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device has a reset function and a data forwarding function. Wherein, the reset function may refer to: the first HARQ entity can select the HARQ process of the new HARQ entity; alternatively, the relevant parameters of the first HARQ process may be reset; alternatively, the data packets may be reconstructed. The data forwarding function may refer to: the first HARQ entity may send the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process to the HARQ process of the selected new HARQ entity.
In practical application, when the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device has a new reset function, and after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs a reset operation, that is, a reset operation, the adaptive modulation and coding (AMC, adaptive Modulation and coding) parameter may be reset, and a new air interface resource such as PRB is reselected, so that a new round of data transmission process is started again. The process of starting the new round of data transmission by the transmitting equipment specifically comprises the following cases:
In case 1, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new PRB may be used to start a new round of data transmission process.
In case 2, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new physical layer link may be used to start a new round of data transmission process.
In case 3, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new carrier may be used to start a new round of data transmission process.
In case 4, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation on the first HARQ process, a new physical channel may be used to start a new round of data transmission process.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the manner in which the transmitting device transmits the data packet to the receiving device includes one of:
performing a first operation using a second PRB different from a first PRB corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission;
performing a first operation using a second physical layer transmission link different from a first physical layer transmission link corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission;
Performing a first operation using a second carrier different from a first carrier corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission;
performing a first operation using a second physical channel different from a first physical channel corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission.
Here, for a data packet with a transmission number equal to the maximum transmission number and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity performs a reset operation on at least one of a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and new transmission is performed by using the reselected air interface resource, so that the new transmission data is transmitted to the receiving device.
And for the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and new transmission is executed by utilizing the reselected air interface resource so as to transmit the new transmission data to the receiving equipment.
Here, the data packet for which the first operation is performed is scheduled with a higher priority than the data packet for which the first operation is not performed; the data packet not performing the first operation may refer to a new transmission data packet or a retransmission data packet not performing the first operation.
In an example, as shown in fig. 2a, the transmitting device is a network device and the receiving device is a terminal; describing a procedure in which the transmitting apparatus performs a first operation, including:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a network device executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the network device selects a second HARQ entity except the first HARQ entity from at least two HARQ entities, and takes a second HARQ process of the second HARQ entity as the HARQ process for executing the first operation.
Step 2: a first HARQ entity of the network equipment sends a data packet transmitted by a first HARQ process to the second HARQ entity;
step 3: and the second HARQ entity of the network equipment takes the data packet as a data packet for executing the first operation, and executes the first operation by utilizing the second HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the network device can perform a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the network device may be able to select a new HARQ process of the new HARQ entity, i.e. the first HARQ entity of the network device may implement a reset function for the transmitted data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the network device executes the reset function, for a data packet with the transmission frequency equal to the maximum transmission frequency and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and a new data transmission process is started; for the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, after the first HARQ entity performs the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new data transmission process is started.
In an example, as shown in fig. 2b, the transmitting device is a network device and the receiving device is a terminal; describing a procedure in which the transmitting apparatus performs a first operation, including:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of network equipment executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the network equipment resets related parameters of a first HARQ process; and taking the reset first HARQ process as the HARQ process for executing the first operation.
Step 2: a first HARQ entity of the network equipment takes a data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process as a data packet for executing a first operation; and executing a first operation by using the reset first HARQ process.
Here, the network device may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the terminal by using the first HARQ process after the reset. The air interface resource comprises one of the following: PRBs, physical layer transmission links, carriers, physical channels.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the network device can perform a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may perform parameter reset on a first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity, that is, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may implement a function of resetting transmission data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device executes the reset function, for a data packet with the transmission frequency equal to the maximum transmission frequency and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and a new data transmission process is started; for the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, after the first HARQ entity performs the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new data transmission process is started.
In an example, as shown in fig. 2c, the transmitting device is a network device and the receiving device is a terminal; describing a procedure in which the transmitting apparatus performs a first operation, including:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of network equipment executes reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the network equipment analyzes the data packet to obtain a MAC SDU; and constructing the MAC SDU to obtain the constructed MAC PDU.
Step 2: the first HARQ entity of the network equipment takes the constructed MAC PDU as a data packet for executing a first operation; and performing a first operation using the first HARQ process.
Here, the network device may select a new air interface resource and transmit the data packet for performing the first operation to the terminal using the first HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the network device can perform a reset operation, which has the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may reconstruct the data packet that fails to be transmitted, i.e., the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device may implement a reset function for transmitting data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device executes the reset function, for a data packet with the transmission frequency equal to the maximum transmission frequency and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and a new data transmission process is started; for the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, after the first HARQ entity performs the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new round of data transmission process is started.
In practical application, when the sending device executes the first operation, after sending the data packet to the receiving device, the receiving device may also be informed to synchronously execute the reset function, so as to receive the data packet sent by the sending device executing the first operation.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the method further comprises:
sending a notification message to the receiving device;
the notification message is used for indicating the sending device to execute a first operation by using a second air interface resource which is different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructs the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device.
For example, the transmitting device may transmit downlink control information (DCI, downlink Control Information ) Information sends the notification message to the receiving device; the DCI information comprises a first identifier; when the first identifier is set to be valid, the first identifier may be used to instruct the transmitting device to perform a first operation using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructs the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device. Wherein the transmitting device may, after performing a reset operation, The first flag is set to be valid.
For another example, the transmitting device may also transmit the notification message to the receiving device through HARQ information; the HARQ information includes NDI; when the NDI is used to indicate that the scheduling data is new transmission data, the NDI may be used to instruct the transmitting device to perform a first operation using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructs the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device. The transmitting device may set the NDI to a value opposite to the NDI value before the reset operation is performed, for example, to 1 from 0 when performing the transmission related process on the content of the data packet and performing the first operation.
For another example, the transmitting device may also transmit the notification message to the receiving device through HARQ information; the HARQ information comprises RV; when the value of the RV is a new added value k, the RV may be used to indicate that the scheduling data is new transmission data, and the NDI may be used to indicate that the transmitting device performs a first operation by using a second air interface resource different from a first air interface resource corresponding to the first HARQ process; and instructs the receiving device to perform a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting device.
In practical application, when the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device executes the reset operation, the transmitting device may determine whether to execute the reset operation, and after determining to execute the reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs transmission related processing on the content of the data packet, so as to improve the transmission success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the sending device is a network device; before the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation, the method further comprises one of:
when the number of times of sending the data packet by the first HARQ process is equal to the maximum number of times of sending, the sending equipment executes reset operation after the sending fails and the sending fails;
and when the number of times of the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity for transmitting the data packet is smaller than the maximum number of times of transmission, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting equipment executes a reset operation.
For example, let N denote the maximum number of transmissions in one transmission period, such as n=4, the 1 st transmission is called initial transmission, and the 2 nd transmission, the 3 rd transmission, and the 4 th transmission are called retransmission. And when the number of times of transmission of the data packet by the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device is equal to N and the transmission fails, the transmitting device executes a reset operation.
As another example, assuming that the information quality is represented by a block error rate (BLER, the radio block error ratio of Radio Link Control), when the number of times the first HARQ process transmits the data packet is less than N and the obtained BLER is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, the transmitting apparatus performs a reset operation; and when the obtained BLER is smaller than a preset threshold, the sending equipment continuously utilizes the first HARQ process to retransmit the data packet.
2. The data processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described below by taking a transmitting device as a terminal and a receiving device as a network device as an example.
In practical application, the process of executing the reset operation by the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device specifically includes the following cases:
in case 1, the transmitting device may maintain one HARQ entity, which may be configured of a plurality of HARQ processes, so that when the first HARQ entity has a reset function, it may attempt to replace the HARQ process to retransmit the data packet using another HARQ process, so as to improve the transmission success rate of the data packet.
In case 2, since the first HARQ entity may be configured by a plurality of HARQ processes, each HARQ process may be configured with a different parameter, when the first HARQ entity has a reset new function, the configuration of the first HARQ process may be tried to be changed, so that the reconfigured first HARQ process is used for retransmitting the data packet, so as to improve the transmission success rate of the data packet.
Case 3, since the data packet may be composed of MAC PDUs; the MAC PDU is composed of fields such as a MAC header, a MAC SDU, a MAC CE, and padding, so when the number of times of transmission of the data packet by the first HARQ process in the first HARQ entity is equal to the maximum number of times of transmission, and the transmission fails, and after the transmission fails, an attempt may be made to reconstruct the data packet with the transmission failure, and retransmission is performed through the reconstructed data packet, so as to improve the transmission success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the transmitting device is a terminal; the manner of performing the transmission related processing on the content of the data packet by the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device includes one of the following:
a first HARQ entity of the transmitting device selects a third HARQ process except the first HARQ process from at least two HARQ processes;
resetting related parameters of the first HARQ process by a first HARQ entity of the sending equipment;
the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment analyzes the data packet to obtain a MAC SDU; and constructing the MAC SDU to obtain the constructed MAC PDU.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus has a reset function. Wherein, the reset function may refer to: the first HARQ entity can select the HARQ process of the new HARQ entity; or, the related parameters of the first HARQ process failing to retransmit the data packet can be reset; alternatively, the data packet that failed to be sent may be reconstructed.
In practical application, after the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device executes the reset operation, that is, the reset operation, a new air interface resource may be selected, and a new round of data transmission process may be started again.
Performing a first operation using a second PRB different from a first PRB corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission;
performing a first operation using a second physical layer transmission link different from a first physical layer transmission link corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission;
performing a first operation using a second carrier different from a first carrier corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission;
performing a first operation using a second physical channel different from a first physical channel corresponding to the first HARQ process to transmit the data packet to a receiving device; the first operation includes one of: new transmission and retransmission.
In an example, as shown in fig. 3a, the transmitting device is a terminal and the receiving device is a network device; describing a procedure in which the transmitting apparatus performs a first operation, including:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a terminal executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal selects a third HARQ process except the first HARQ process from at least two HARQ processes, and the third HARQ process is used as the HARQ process for executing the first operation.
Step 2: the terminal takes the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process as the data packet for executing the first operation; and performing a first operation using the third HARQ process.
Here, the terminal may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the network device by using the second HARQ process of the second HARQ entity.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the terminal can perform a reset operation, having the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the terminal can replace the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet with failed transmission, that is, the first HARQ entity of the terminal can implement a function of resetting the transmission data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the terminal executes the reset function, for a data packet with the transmission frequency equal to the maximum transmission frequency and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and a new data transmission process is started; for the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, after the first HARQ entity performs the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new data transmission process is started.
In an example, as shown in fig. 3b, the transmitting device is a terminal and the receiving device is a network device; describing a procedure in which the transmitting apparatus performs a first operation, including:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a terminal executes a reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal resets related parameters of a first HARQ process; and taking the reset first HARQ process as the HARQ process for executing the first operation.
Step 2: the terminal takes the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ process as the data packet for executing the first operation; and executing a first operation by using the reset first HARQ process.
Here, the terminal may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the network device by using the first HARQ process after the reset.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the terminal can perform a reset operation, having the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the terminal can reset the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity, that is, the first HARQ entity of the terminal can implement a function of resetting the transmission data.
3c, the transmitting device is a terminal and the receiving device is a network device; describing a procedure in which the transmitting apparatus performs a first operation, including:
step 1: when a first HARQ entity of a terminal executes reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal analyzes the data packet to obtain a MAC SDU; and constructing the MAC SDU to obtain the constructed MAC PDU.
Step 2: the terminal takes the built MAC PDU as a data packet for executing a first operation; and performing a first operation using the first HARQ process.
Here, the terminal may select a new air interface resource, and send the data packet for performing the first operation to the network device by using the first HARQ process.
Here, the first HARQ entity of the terminal can perform a reset operation, having the following advantages:
the first HARQ entity of the terminal can reconstruct the data packet with failed transmission, that is, the first HARQ entity of the terminal can implement a function of resetting transmission data. In addition, after the first HARQ entity of the terminal executes the reset function, for a data packet with the transmission frequency equal to the maximum transmission frequency and failed to be transmitted, after the first HARQ entity executes the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as new transmission data, and a new data transmission process is started; for the data packet with the transmission times smaller than the maximum transmission times, after the first HARQ entity performs the reset operation on at least one of the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, the data packet is used as retransmission data, and a new round of data transmission process is started.
In practical application, the sending equipment is a terminal, and the receiving equipment is network equipment; when the number of times of the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the terminal to send the data packet is equal to the maximum number of times of sending, and the sending is failed, the terminal may determine whether to execute the reset operation according to the indication information of the network device, and after determining to execute the reset operation, the first HARQ entity of the terminal performs a sending related process on the content of the data packet with the failed sending, so as to improve the sending success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the transmitting device is a terminal; before the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation, the method further includes:
the sending equipment acquires first information; the first information is used for indicating the sending equipment to execute a reset operation; the first information is sent to the sending device by the receiving device when the receiving device determines that the sending frequency of the first HARQ process to the data packet is equal to the maximum sending frequency and the sending failure or the sending frequency is smaller than the maximum sending frequency; and the first HARQ entity of the transmitting equipment executes a reset operation according to the first information.
Here, the sending device is a terminal, and the receiving device is a network device; the first information may refer to DCI information or HARQ information that the network device sends to the terminal.
In practical application, the sending equipment is a terminal, and the receiving equipment is network equipment; when the number of times of the transmission of the data packet by the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the terminal is equal to the maximum number of times of the transmission, the transmission fails, and after the transmission fails, the terminal judges whether the reset operation needs to be executed, and after the reset operation is confirmed, a first request is sent to the network equipment to request the terminal to be allowed to execute the reset operation so as to perform the transmission related processing on the content of the data packet, thereby improving the transmission success rate of the data packet.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the transmitting device is a terminal; before the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device performs the reset operation, the method further includes:
when the number of times of the transmission of the data packet by the first HARQ process of the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device is equal to the maximum number of times of the transmission and the transmission fails, the transmitting device starts a timer;
if the sending device does not receive the confirmation message after the timer is overtime, the sending device sends a first request to the receiving device; the first request is used for requesting the sending device to execute a reset operation;
The sending equipment receives second information sent by the receiving equipment; the second information is used for indicating the sending device to execute a reset operation;
and the first HARQ entity of the sending equipment executes a reset operation according to the second information.
The sending equipment is a terminal, and the receiving equipment is network equipment; the transmitting device may transmit a first request to the receiving device through uplink control information (UCI, uplink Control Information).
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the first HARQ entity of the sending device has a reset function, namely, the first HARQ entity can execute a reset operation on at least one of the following: after the reset operation is performed on the data in the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet and the data in the data packet, a new round of data transmission process can be started on the data packet, so that the transmission success rate of the data packet can be improved, and further, the data transmission efficiency is improved.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a data processing method, which is applied to the receiving device, as shown in fig. 4, and comprises the following steps:
step 401: the receiving equipment receives the data packet sent by the sending equipment;
wherein the data packet is a data packet transmitted after performing a reset operation on at least one of the following when the first HARQ entity of the transmitting apparatus performs the reset operation: and the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity and the data in the data packet.
Here, in step 401, after the receiving device receives the data packet sent by the sending device, if the data packet has no error, the receiving device may feedback an ACK message to the receiving device; if the data packet still has an error, the receiving device may feed back a NACK message to the receiving device to instruct the transmitting device to retransmit.
In practical application, when the sending device executes the first operation, after sending the data packet to the receiving device, the receiving device may also be informed to synchronously execute the reset function, so as to receive the data packet sent by the sending device executing the first operation.
Based on this, in an embodiment, the method further comprises:
The receiving equipment receives the notification message sent by the sending equipment; the notification message is used for instructing the receiving device to execute a reset operation;
and the receiving equipment executes a reset operation according to the notification message.
Here, the manner in which the receiving apparatus performs the reset operation includes at least one of:
a third HARQ entity of the receiving device empties a receiving buffer of a fourth HARQ process; the receiving buffer memory of the third HARQ process stores a data packet sent by executing the first operation;
the third HARQ entity of the receiving device codes and combines the received data packet with the data packet in the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process;
the third HARQ entity of the receiving device resets the relevant parameters of the fourth HARQ process.
Here, after the third HARQ entity of the receiving device receives the data packet sent by the sending device, the received data packet may be stored in a receiving buffer, such as a soft buffer, and obtain channel quality; when the acquired channel quality is smaller than a channel quality threshold, the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process is emptied; when the acquired channel quality is greater than or equal to a channel quality threshold, code combining the received data packet and the data packet in the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process;
Here, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device resetting the relevant parameter of the fourth HARQ process may mean that the third HARQ entity of the receiving device sets other parameters except for the process identifier in the HARQ information corresponding to the fourth HARQ process to an initial value. Other parameters may be: NDI, RV, MCS. By resetting the related parameters of the fourth HARQ process, it may be ensured that the air interface resource used by the receiving device when receiving data is the same as the air interface resource used by the transmitting device when transmitting data.
In an example, as shown in fig. 5a, a process of a receiving device receiving a data packet sent by a transmitting device performing a first operation is described, including:
step 1: and the receiving equipment receives the data packet sent by the sending equipment and stores the data packet in a receiving buffer of a fourth HARQ process of the third HARQ entity.
Here, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device stores the received data packet in a reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process.
Step 2: a third HARQ entity of the receiving device acquires channel quality; and when the acquired channel quality is smaller than the channel quality threshold, emptying the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process.
For example, assume that the channel quality is BLER; and when the obtained BLER is greater than or equal to 50%, the data packet which is stored in the receiving buffer of the third HARQ process and is sent by the sending device executing the first operation is emptied.
Here, the receiving device empties the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process of the third HARQ entity, which has the following advantages:
the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may be capable of flushing the reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process, i.e. the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may implement a reset function for the received data. In addition, when the acquired channel quality is smaller than the channel quality threshold, the fourth HARQ entity of the receiving device empties the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process, so that the overhead of the data buffer can be reduced.
In an example, as shown in fig. 5b, a process of the receiving device receiving a data packet sent by the transmitting device performing a first operation is described, including:
step 1: and the receiving equipment receives the data packet sent by the sending equipment.
Here, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device stores the received data packet in a reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process, and stores the received data packet in the reception buffer of the fourth HARQ process of the third HARQ entity.
Step 2: a third HARQ entity of the receiving device acquires channel quality; and when the acquired channel quality is greater than or equal to a channel quality threshold, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device performs code combination on the received data packet and the data packet in the receiving buffer of the fourth HARQ process.
Here, the received data packet may be decoded before the code combining.
Here, the receiving apparatus performs a reset operation to receive the data packet transmitted by the transmitting apparatus performing the first operation, which has the following advantages:
the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may code-combine the received data packet with the data packet in the receiving Buffer of the fourth HARQ process, that is, the third HARQ entity of the receiving device may implement a reset function of the received data, so that the receiving Buffer of the fourth HARQ process, such as a soft Buffer, has a new code-combining fault-tolerant capability.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the receiving equipment can receive the data packet sent by the sending equipment; the first HARQ entity of the transmitting device is provided with a reset function, i.e. the first HARQ entity is capable of performing a reset operation on at least one of: after the reset operation is executed, the data in the first HARQ process corresponding to the data packet transmitted by the first HARQ entity and the data in the data packet can start a new round of data transmission process for the data packet, so that the transmission success rate of the data packet can be improved, and the data transmission efficiency is further improved.
