Abstract
The invention relates to an airborne infectious disease early warning method based on a face recognition technology, which is used for epidemic prevention and control. The invention utilizes the image recognition technology to recognize the person who does not wear the mask in the image information; identifying facial features of a person not wearing the mask by using a facial identification technology; comparing the facial features of the mask-free person with the person information base data to obtain the unique identity information of the mask-free person; recording the time and place of the action of not wearing the mask by the person not wearing the mask, and if the action occurs, the place of the action is located in a high risk area, and the action duration exceeds a set value, sending early warning to the person not wearing the mask; the personnel information base stores face characteristics of the entered personnel and corresponding identity information. The invention obtains the information of the person without wearing the mask and the activity time and place thereof by utilizing the image and face recognition technology, finds out the potential infectious disease transmission path in time and gives out early warning.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an airborne infectious disease early warning method based on a face recognition technology, which is mainly used for epidemic prevention and control in public places and densely populated office places.
Background
The face recognition technology is used as a biological recognition means, can quickly and accurately recognize personnel information, is widely applied to the fields of intelligent security, financial transaction, public transportation, medical education and the like, and can be compared with personnel identity data to obtain detailed identity information of personnel at present.
In the epidemic prevention and control of the air-borne infectious diseases, the protective mask has a key effect when being worn in public places and areas with dense personnel. The existing epidemic situation prevention and control mostly depends on artificial inquiry, personal active report and incapability of actively carrying out early warning.

recording the time and the place of the action of not wearing the mask by the person not wearing the mask, wherein the recording format is (t, x, y) three groups, t is the time of the action of not wearing the mask (image acquisition time), and x and y are the geographical coordinate information of the place of the action of not wearing the mask (geographical coordinate information of the image acquisition place). If the action occurs, the action occurrence place is located in a high risk area (including a high risk area specified by epidemic prevention, an infectious disease high occurrence area, a station, a company and other crowded places), and the action duration exceeds a set value (set according to the infectious disease level), an early warning is given to the person who does not wear the mask. summarizing the time and the place of the action of the person who does not wear the mask according to the facial features or the identity information of the person who does not wear the mask to form a plurality of ternary group data; according to a series of triple data, the information of the time length and the activity place of the person without wearing the mask can be analyzed;
if any action of not wearing the mask occurs, the action occurring place is located in a high risk area, and the duration time exceeds a set value, an early warning is sent to the person who does not wear the mask.
The facial feature information includes person front image information, person feature information (geometric features, characterization features), and the like.
In practical application, for a camera with a face recognition function, the facial features of a person who is not wearing the mask and is recognized by the camera are transmitted to a data analysis system at regular time and/or in real time; for a common camera, image data/information is transmitted to a data analysis system at regular time and/or in real time, the data analysis system identifies the person who does not wear the mask in the image information, and the facial features of the person who does not wear the mask are identified by using a facial identification technology; the image acquisition time and the geographic position information need to be transmitted simultaneously with the image data/information transmission.
The data analysis system records the facial features of the person without wearing the mask, and searches corresponding person identity information in a person information base (the information base stores the facial features of the entered person and corresponding identity information, and is a database of the person or other system databases in communication connection with the person information base), specifically: and comparing the facial features of the person without wearing the mask with the facial features of the recorded person stored in the person information base, and if the comparison is successful, acquiring the unique identity information of the person without wearing the mask according to the corresponding relation between the facial features of the recorded person and the identity information of the person.
And the data analysis system records the identity information of the person without wearing the mask and the time and place of the action without wearing the mask, and if the action occurs, the action occurring place is located in a high risk area, and the action duration exceeds a set value, an early warning is sent to the person without wearing the mask.

identifying facial features of a person not wearing the mask by using a facial identification technology;
comparing the facial features of the mask-unworn person with facial features of the person who is recorded and stored in a person information base (the information base stores the facial features of the person who is recorded and corresponding identity information), and if the comparison is successful, acquiring unique identity information (including name, gender, place of living, identity card number, health code and the like) of the mask-unworn person according to the facial features of the person who is recorded and the corresponding relation of the identity information;
recording the time and the place of the person without wearing the mask and the action of the person without wearing the mask to form a database of information of the person without wearing the mask; the recording format is (t, x, y) triples, t is the time (image acquisition time) when the action of not wearing the mask occurs, and x and y are the geographical coordinate information (geographical coordinate information of the image acquisition place) of the action of not wearing the mask;
comparing the facial features and/or the identity information of the diagnosed case with the information database of the mask-not-worn person, and giving out early warning for the persons who appear in the information database of the mask-not-worn person and at the same time and the same place as the diagnosed case; or sending out an early warning to the personnel who appear in the same place in the information database of the personnel who do not wear the mask and the confirmed case within a set interval (determined according to the survival time of the infectious disease virus in the air). The sent early warning information covers the time and place information of the person who does not wear the mask and does not wear the mask; the early warning can also be sent to a personal health code management system, and the health code of the person who does not wear the mask can be changed.
The facial feature information includes person front image information, person feature information (geometric features, characterization features), and the like.

The data analysis system records the identity information of the person without wearing the mask and the time and place of the action of the person without wearing the mask to form a database of the information of the person without wearing the mask; inputting the identity information and/or facial features of the confirmed case into a data analysis system, comparing the input confirmed case information with information data of mask-unworn persons stored in a mask-unworn person information database by the data analysis system, and giving out early warning for persons who appear in the mask-unworn person information database at the same time and the same place as the confirmed case; or sending out an early warning to the personnel who appear in the same place in the information database of the personnel who do not wear the mask and the confirmed case within a set interval (determined according to the survival time of the infectious disease virus in the air).

1. An airborne infectious disease early warning method based on a face recognition technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting image information of public places and/or crowded places;
identifying the person who does not wear the mask in the image information by using an image identification technology;
identifying facial features of a person not wearing the mask by using a facial identification technology;
comparing the facial features of the mask-free person with the person information base data to obtain the unique identity information of the mask-free person;
recording the time and place of the action of not wearing the mask by the person not wearing the mask, and if the action occurs, the place of the action is located in a high risk area, and the action duration exceeds a set value, sending early warning to the person not wearing the mask;
the personnel information base stores face characteristics of the entered personnel and corresponding identity information.
