By the design, the initial-stage report analysis platform system comprises more associated report analysis platform systems, so that the target report text item business filling record and the example business filling record in the initial-stage report analysis platform system are bound on the basis that the target item description information is not determined, and the accuracy and the reliability of item description analysis can be improved.
On the basis of the above, the method further comprises: sending filling exception feedback to the cloud service interaction server on the basis that the item description information of the target report text item is not determined by the plurality of associated report analysis platform systems, and reminding the cloud service interaction server to capture a second original service filling record and item description information of the target report text item again; determining second quantitative feedback of a service filling content set corresponding to a target report text item in the second original service filling record; determining the second original business reporting record as an example business reporting record of the target report text item on the basis that the second quantitative feedback exceeds a sixth set judgment value; and storing the example service filling record and the item description information of the target report text item into the associated report analysis platform system with the minimum first access heat. Based on the above, the second original business reporting record with better evaluation is determined as the example business reporting record, so that the accuracy and the reliability of the follow-up item description analysis can be improved.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method based on report text information recognition, characterized in that the method is executed by an information processing system, the method at least comprises the following steps:
receiving a target service filling record captured by a cloud service interaction server and a classification keyword of the cloud service interaction server; determining a plurality of associated report analysis platform systems which are in contact with the cloud service interaction server according to the classified keywords; the different association report analysis platform systems correspond to the different first access heat;
determining the access priority of each correlation report analysis platform system according to the first access heat of the plurality of correlation report analysis platform systems; accessing the association report analysis platform system based on the access priority, and determining item description information of a target report text item corresponding to the target service filling record; the system comprises a correlation report analysis platform system, a report analysis platform system and a report analysis platform system, wherein the correlation report analysis platform system comprises a sample service filling record of not less than one set report text item and item description information of each set report text item;
and performing derived report text item completion processing on the target service filling record by means of the item description information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
sending filling exception feedback to the cloud service interaction server on the basis that the item description information of the target report text item is not determined by the plurality of associated report analysis platform systems, and reminding the cloud service interaction server to capture a second original service filling record and item description information of the target report text item again;
determining second quantitative feedback of a service filling content set corresponding to a target report text item in the second original service filling record; determining the second original business reporting record as an example business reporting record of the target report text item on the basis that the second quantitative feedback exceeds a sixth set judgment value; and storing the example service filling record and the item description information of the target report text item into the associated report analysis platform system with the minimum first access heat.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said accessing the associated report analysis platform system based on the access priority to determine item description information of a target report text item corresponding to the target business fill-in record comprises:
mining the service filling key content of the target service filling record;
based on the access priority, binding the service filling key content of the target service filling record with the service filling key content of the sample service filling record in the associated report analysis platform system to obtain a first binding quality evaluation of the target service filling record and the sample service filling record;
selecting a sample service report record from the correlation report analysis platform system, wherein the first binding quality evaluation exceeds a first set judgment value;
and determining the item description information corresponding to the selected sample service filling record as the item description information of the target report text item.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein determining a plurality of association report analysis platform systems that are in contact with the cloud service interaction server according to the classification keyword comprises:
according to the classification keywords, positioning a cloud service interaction service cluster corresponding to the cloud service interaction server from at least one service cluster which is deployed in advance; each service cluster comprises not less than one server;
determining a plurality of association report analysis platform systems associated with a cloud service interaction service cluster based on cluster keywords of the cloud service interaction service cluster; the method comprises the following steps that a plurality of associated report analysis platform systems with associations are respectively added to each service cluster in advance;
and determining the plurality of determined association report analysis platform systems as a plurality of association report analysis platform systems in contact with the cloud service interaction server.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein before the locating the cloud service interaction service cluster corresponding to the cloud service interaction server from the at least one service cluster deployed in advance according to the classification keyword, the method further comprises:
acquiring multi-modal performance characteristics of a plurality of servers and distribution characteristics of a plurality of set spatial constraints;
respectively determining a server in each space constraint based on the distribution label corresponding to each server and the distribution characteristic of each space constraint; for each spatial constraint, determining a performance feature commonality value between any two servers according to the multi-modal performance features of each server within the spatial constraint;
clustering the servers in the space constraint into at least one service cluster according to the determined performance characteristic common value; and the performance characteristic commonality value between different servers in the same service cluster exceeds a second set judgment value.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the multi-modal performance characteristics of the server comprise one or more of information about interactive objects corresponding to the server, scene type information about the server, and multi-modal performance characteristics of hot spot report text transactions about the server.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to the determining, based on the cluster key of the cloud business interaction service cluster, a plurality of association report analysis platform systems associated with the cloud business interaction service cluster, the method further comprises:
acquiring first original service filling records captured by each server in the service cluster and item description information of report text items set in each group of the first original service filling records;
based on item description information of report text items set in each group of first original service filling records, determining at least one first original service filling record sequence with the same item description information;
determining text word vector distances between first original service filling records with differences in the first original service filling record sequences aiming at each group of first original service filling record sequences;
according to the text word vector distance, marking a sample service filling record for setting report text items from the first original service filling record sequence; wherein, the text word vector distance between different example service filling records of the set report text items exceeds a third set judgment value;
and generating a correlation report analysis platform system for the service cluster according to the example service filling record and the item description information of the example service filling record.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein marking sample business fill records for set report text entries from the first sequence of original business fill records based on the text word vector distance comprises:
for at least two groups of first original business reporting records in the first original business reporting record sequence, wherein the text word vector distance between the records is not more than a third set judgment value, determining first quantitative feedback of a business reporting content set corresponding to set report text items in the at least two groups of first original business reporting records;
determining the first original business reporting record with the optimal first quantitative feedback in the at least two groups of first original business reporting records as the example business reporting record of the set report text items;
wherein, the generating of the association report analysis platform system for the service cluster according to the example service filing record and the item description information of the example service filing record comprises:
determining a second access heat of each group of example service filling records; respectively determining the associated report analysis platform systems associated with each group of example service filling records based on the second access heat of each group of example service filling records and the first access heat corresponding to each associated report analysis platform system;
and for each group of example service filling records, storing the example service filling records and item description information of report text items set in the example service filling records into an associated report analysis platform system with association.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein after said determining transaction description information for a target report text transaction corresponding to said target business fill-in record, said method further comprises:
continuously adjusting the access statistics of the sample service filling records of the target report text items;
continuously adjusting the second access heat of the sample service filling record of the target report text item based on the continuously adjusted access statistical result and the access time sequence characteristics of each round of access;
based on the first access heat corresponding to each associated report analysis platform system and the second access heat of the example service filling record of the target report text item, locating a target report analysis platform system which is associated with the example service filling record of the target report text item from the plurality of associated report analysis platform systems;
acquiring the number of service filling records of the example service filling records in the target report analysis platform system;
when the target report analysis platform system is different from the associated report analysis platform system where the sample business filling records of the target report text items are located currently, and the number of the business filling records is less than a fourth set judgment value, migrating the sample business filling records of the target report text items and the item description information corresponding to the sample business filling records from the associated report analysis platform system where the sample business filling records are located currently to the target report analysis platform system;
wherein after said determining an access priority for each of said associated report analysis platform systems, said method further comprises:
acquiring a primary report analysis platform system on the basis that the item description information of the target report text item is not determined according to the plurality of associated report analysis platform systems; the primary report analysis platform system comprises an association report analysis platform system associated with a plurality of service clusters;
binding the service filling key content of the target service filling record with the service filling key content of the example service filling record in the primary report analysis platform system to obtain a second binding quality evaluation of the target service filling record and the example service filling record in the primary report analysis platform system;
selecting a sample service filling record of which the second binding quality evaluation exceeds a fifth set judgment value from the primary report analysis platform system; and determining the item description information corresponding to the selected sample service filling record as the item description information of the target report text item.
10. An information processing system identified based on report text information, comprising a processing engine, a network module, and a memory, the processing engine and the memory communicating through the network module, the processing engine being configured to read a computer program from the memory and execute the computer program to implement the method of any one of claims 1-9.
