The electronic device can receive a first input from the user, wherein the first input is an input for a first icon of the N icons, and in some embodiments, the first input can be a click input, a long press input, a swipe input, etc. of the first icon by the user.
In some embodiments, the first display area may be sized to accommodate multiple icons simultaneously, or the first display area may be sized to accommodate a single icon; the first display area may display a plurality of icons, or may have both icons and blank areas, and the user may move the icons, or may delete the icons in the first display area or move the icons in the first display area to another area, and the second display area may be the same as the first display area.
In some embodiments, the size of the icon refers to the area size of the edge bounding region of the target icon, and the display graphic of the icon may be square, circular, or polygonal.
As shown in fig. 2, the size of the icon located in the first area 11 is larger than the size of the icon located in the second area 12, and when the displayed position of the first icon is located in the first area 11, the displayed size of the first icon is larger, and the application program interface corresponding to the first target application icon may be displayed according to the first input. When the displayed position of the first icon is located in the second area 12, the displayed size of the first icon is smaller, the response to the first input is abandoned, and the interface of the application program corresponding to the first icon is not displayed.
The display size of the icons in the second area 12 is small, so that the situation that the user clicks wrongly is easy to occur, and the problem that the wrong application program interface is entered due to mistaken touch can be effectively avoided by giving up the first input aiming at the icons in the second area 12. The display size of the icons in the first area 11 is large, the user can clearly distinguish different icons in the first area 11, the user can clearly see the icons in the first area 11, and the problem of icon click errors is not easy to occur, so that the user can directly enter a corresponding application program interface after receiving first input, and by the mode, the user is prevented from influencing use experience due to the click errors, and convenience is provided for the user to use the electronic equipment.
In some embodiments of the present application, the icons displayed in the first area are of a first type and the icons displayed in the second area are of a second type;
after displaying the N icons, the method further comprises:
receiving a second input for a second icon of the second area or icons belonging to the second type;
and canceling the display of the second type icon in the second area, and displaying the second type icon in the first area.
In this embodiment, the icons displayed in the first area and the icons displayed in the second area are defined to be of different types, specifically, the icons displayed in the first area are of the first type, the icons displayed in the second area are of the second type, and the icons of the same type are located in the same area, so that the icons are classified, a user can find the icon corresponding to an application program to be used quickly, and the use convenience of the user is improved.
When a second input for a second icon in the second area is received or a second input belonging to a second icon in the second type of icons is received, the second type of icons are no longer continuously displayed in the second area, but the second type of icons are displayed in the first area.
In some embodiments of the application, due to the influence of the display area of the second area, part of the second type icons may not be simultaneously displayed in the interface of the second area, so that part of the second type icons may be hidden, and a user may drag the icons in the second area, so that the hidden icons are displayed. Similarly, the icons in the first area may be partially hidden by the display area.
When a user wants to view an icon located in the second area, a second input may be made to the icon located in the second area, for example, the second input may be one of a single-click input, a double-click input, a long-press input, and the like, after the second input for the second type of icon is received, the second type of icon is displayed in the first area, and since the size of the icon displayed in the first area is larger than that of the icon displayed in the second area, the second type of icon may be increased and displayed in the first area in a larger size. At this point, the user may continue to make the first input on the second type of icon located in the first area so that the user may enter the application interface corresponding to the second type of icon. When the second type icon is displayed in the first area, due to the fact that the display size of the second type icon is large, a user can conveniently find and determine the icon corresponding to the application program to be used, the problem that the user clicks the icon by mistake is avoided, accordingly, the user is prevented from repeatedly carrying out error operation, and the convenience of the user in using the electronic equipment is improved.
In some embodiments of the application, the first input and the second input are different inputs, for example, the first input is a single-click input, the second input is a double-click input, when the single-click input for the icon in the second area is received, the response to the single-click input is abandoned, and when the double-click input for the icon in the second area is received, the icon in the second area is displayed in the first area, so that the situation that a user enters the application program interface by mistake due to mistaken touch is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the first area displays the second type of icon, the method further comprises:
icons of the first type are displayed in the second area.
In this embodiment, when the second type icon is displayed in the first area, the first area icon is displayed in the second area, that is, when a second input of the user for the second type icon is received, the first type icon and the second type icon swap display positions.
When the user carries out second input on the second type icon in the second area, the fact that the user wants to use the application program corresponding to the second type icon is shown, at the moment, the second type icon is enlarged in the first area in display size, and the first type icon is reduced in display size in the second area. Due to the fact that the display positions of the first type icons and the second type icons are changed, the icons of different types are still displayed in different areas, the problem that the icons of different types are mixed is avoided, a user can conveniently find the icons of different types, and the use convenience of the user for the electronic equipment is improved.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 1, the N icons are distributed in a spiral shape, specifically, in a gradually shrinking spiral shape. Compared with the first area 11, the second area 12 is close to the spiral center of the spiral shape, that is, the second area 12 and the first area 11 are arranged in sequence from the outer part of the spiral shape to the inner part of the spiral shape, because the first area 11 is far away from the spiral center of the spiral shape, the display size of the icons in the first area 11 can be set to be larger, and the display size of the application icons in the second area 12 can be set to be smaller due to the fact that the second area 12 is close to the spiral center of the spiral shape, the spiral structure is reasonably utilized, and more application icons can be arranged in the display interface. After the user performs the second input on the icon in the second area 12, the second type icon is displayed in the first area 11, the display size of the second type icon becomes larger, so that the user can conveniently identify the target icon, and after the target icon is confirmed, the first input can be performed on the target icon and the target icon enters the corresponding application program interface, so that misoperation is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present application, displaying the N icons includes:
displaying N icons in sequence;
after sequentially displaying the N icons, prior to receiving a first input for a first icon of the N icons, the method further comprises:
receiving a third input for a third icon of the N icons;
in response to a third input, updating the display positions of the N icons, or hiding the M icons and updating the display positions of the other icons except the M icons in the N icons;
wherein updating the display positions of the N icons comprises:
and moving the icons arranged behind the second icon in sequence along the position updating direction of the second icon, and updating the position of at least one icon arranged in front of the second icon to be behind the second icon.
In this embodiment, it is defined that the display position of the icon can be adjusted according to a third input of the user for the third icon. Illustratively, the third input may be a long press input, a slide input, or the like. The third input is used as a sliding input for explanation, and the user can slide the third icon to adjust the position of the third icon, and the positions of other icons are changed correspondingly, for example, one icon is supplemented to the display position of the previous third icon. It may also be necessary to hide M icons under the influence of the display areas of the first region and the second region, and hide part of the icons and adjust the display positions of other icons when adjusting the position of the third icon.
Specifically, along the sliding direction of the user for the third icon, the icons behind the third icon move forward in sequence, that is, complement positions forward, and at least one icon in front of the third icon is updated to be behind the third icon.
For example, one icon in the second area may be dragged into the first area, the icon in the second area is automatically moved forward, and the icon in the first area is automatically moved backward according to the inserted position of the third icon in the first area.
The user can adjust the display position of the icon according to own use habits and use requirements, the classification management of the icon can be realized, and the use convenience of the user on the electronic equipment is improved.
