Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the turn-over mechanism of a double-side driven nursing bed of the present embodiment includes an outer frame 1, a turn-over frame 2 and a turn-over driving mechanism 3, wherein the outer frame 1 and the turn-over frame 2 are both rectangular frame structures, the left and right sides of the outer frame 1 are respectively provided with two coaxially arranged rotation positioning slots 1-1a, that is, the rotation positioning slots 1-1a are four on the outer frame 1, the axes of the two rotation positioning slots 1-1a at the same side are coincident, the front and rear ends of the turn-over frame 2 are respectively provided with two carrier rollers 2-1 matching with the rotation positioning slots 1-1a on the outer frame 1, the carrier rollers 2-1 are rotatably mounted on the turn-over frame 2, the turn-over frame 2 is supported on the rotation positioning slots 1-1a of the outer frame 1 through the carrier rollers 2-1, and the turn-over frame 2 is located at the middle position of the outer frame 1, therefore, two carrier rollers 2-1 on the same side of the turnover frame 2 coaxially form a carrier roller axis M, and the turnover frame 2 can turn around the carrier roller axis M on one side in the rotating positioning groove 1-1a on the corresponding side. Thus, in the turning movement, the turning frame 2 is in running fit with the rotating positioning groove 1-1a at the corresponding side of the outer frame 1 through the two carrier rollers 2-1 at the same side at the turning side, meanwhile, the two carrier rollers 2-1 at the corresponding side of the turning frame 2 are stably limited in the rotating positioning groove 1-1a by the non-operating turning jacking driver 3-1, and when the turning jacking driver 3-1 far away from the turning side pushes the turning frame 2 upwards, the turning jacking driver 3-1 also generates deflection movement at a certain angle around the hinge point O along with the turning of the turning frame 2, so as to form a triangular stable structure as shown in fig. 2. In the process of turning over, because the hinge point of the turning-over jacking driver 3-1 and the turning-over frame 2 is on the axis M of the roller carrier, the height of one side of the turning-over frame 2 is basically unchanged, and the turning-over jacking driver 3-1 at the turning-over side locks the turning-over frame 2 on the outer frame 1, the turning-over action is safer and more stable, and the turning-over frame 2 at the middle position of the nursing bed drives the whole patient to turn over, so that the turning-over is more comfortable; and the turning structure is simple and compact in design, the two groups of turning driving mechanisms are convenient to control, and interference with functions of lifting the back, bending legs and the like of the nursing bed is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned rotating positioning groove 1-1a is a U-shaped groove formed on the supporting seat 1-1, the supporting seat 1-1 is fixed on the frame beam at both ends of the outer frame 1, two supporting seats 1-1 can be respectively arranged at both ends of the outer frame 1, each supporting seat 1-1 is provided with a U-shaped groove, the diameter of the bottom of the U-shaped groove is matched with the diameter of the carrier roller 2-1, and the corresponding carrier roller 2-1 is supported in the rotating positioning groove 1-1a more stably and reliably, so that the turning over operation is smoother, the noise generated in the turning over process can be effectively reduced, and the carrying capacity is large, and the use of patients with different weights can be satisfied. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in order to facilitate the installation of the turnover driving mechanism 3, a supporting beam 1-2 is fixedly arranged at one end of the outer frame 1, and the turnover jacking driver 3-1 is installed on the supporting beam 1-2 through an installation frame 3-2, so that the turnover driving mechanism 3 is conveniently installed on the outer frame 1. And in the process of rotating the turnover frame 2, the back lifting driving mechanism 11 and the leg bending driving mechanism 12 move together with the turnover frame 2, and can turn over under the state of back lifting or leg bending, so that the nursing bed has more various use forms, can meet the habits of various prone positions of patients, enriches the use functions of the nursing bed, and improves the practicability of the nursing bed.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, in the present embodiment, the structure principle of the back lifting driving mechanism 11 and the leg bending driving mechanism 12 is similar to that of the existing nursing bed. Specifically, the back lifting driving mechanism 11 comprises a back lifting driver 11-1, a back lifting turnover frame 11-2 and a back lifting push roller 11-3, the middle part of the back lifting turnover frame 11-2 is rotatably arranged on the turnover frame 2, one end of the back lifting driver 11-1 is hinged with the middle part of the turnover frame 1, the driving end of the back lifting driver 11-1 is hinged with one end of the back lifting turnover frame 11-2 close to the inner side, and the back lifting push roller 11-3 is arranged at one end of the back lifting turnover frame 11-2 close to the outer side and is matched with the bottom of the back supporting bed plate 6-2 in a rolling manner.
