Specifically, one part of the TS stream carries information of a PMT table and a CAT table, and the other part (most part) is EMM and ECM video information, the video descrambler 2 sends the TS stream carrying the PMT table and the CAT table to the network controller 4, and the network controller 4 analyzes information such as EMM _ PIDS, ECM _ PIDS, and casystems from the TS stream;
the network controller 4 sets PID (mark, the same below) of EMM and ECM to the video descrambler 2, the video descrambler 2 judges PID of TS stream according to PID of EMM and ECM, and transmits the part of TS stream containing video information of EMM and ECM of the PID back to the network controller 4 in real time;
because the CA card 3 stores therein an encrypted system number, an ECM key, and an EMM key, the network controller 4 decrypts the encrypted EMM video information using the EMM key to determine whether the program is authorized, and decrypts the EMM video information using the ECM key to obtain a CW word (i.e., a codeword, the same applies below) if the program is authorized;
the network controller 4 sets the CW word to a register corresponding to the video descrambler 2, and the video descrambler 2 descrambles the scrambled TS stream by using the CW word, that is, the descrambled TS stream is sent to the network controller 4.
It should be noted that, a playing client (APP) is installed on the mobile phone 10 or the tablet computer 7, the user may select a certain DVB program in the favorite DVB broadcast through the playing client (APP), the mobile phone 10 or the tablet computer 7 sends information of the DVB program selected by the user to the network controller 4, and the network controller 4 controls the first tuner 1 to operate in a frequency band including the DVB program according to the information of the DVB program, so that the first tuner 1 may transmit a TS stream including the program to the video descrambler 2.
The second tuner 8 converts the network signal into a TS stream or an intermediate frequency signal and sends the TS stream or the intermediate frequency signal to the DOCSIS module 9, the TS stream or the intermediate frequency signal is demodulated and decoded by the DOCSIS module 9 and then sent to the network controller 4, and the network controller 4 sends the TS stream or the intermediate frequency signal to the mobile terminals such as the mobile phone 10 or the tablet computer 7 through the WIFI transceiver 5, so that the mobile terminals such as the mobile phone terminal or the tablet computer terminal access the internet.
It should be noted that, before watching DVB (digital video broadcasting) broadcast, the mobile phone 10 or the tablet computer 7 needs to be connected to the internet through the WIFI transceiver 5, the network controller 4, the second tuner 8 and the DOCSIS module 9.
