Description

Cooking appliance control method and device, cooking appliance and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cooking appliances, in particular to a control method of a cooking appliance, a control device of the cooking appliance, the cooking appliance and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
The working principle of the induction cooker is that eddy current is induced and generated in a high-speed alternating magnetic field through a cooker, so that heating is realized. As shown in fig. 1, a cooktop plate 20 ' is disposed below a pot 10 ', and the pot 10 ' is a freely movable utensil, and the temperature of the pot is obtained through a stove surface heat-sensitive assembly 30 ' disposed below the cooktop plate 20 '. Because the cooker panel 20 'is separated by the cooker panel 20' (the thickness is about 4 mm), and the cooker panel 20 'is made of microcrystalline glass, the heat conducting performance is not ideal, so the temperature of the cooker is not accurately measured, and as shown in fig. 2, a manufacturer usually designs the cooker 10' to be concave at the center, and H is generally about 0.2mm, so the distance between the cooker surface heat-sensitive component 30 'and the cooker 10' is further reduced, and the temperature detection precision of the cooker is further reduced. Especially for the cookware 10' made of single-bottom materials, the cookware bottom material is thin (the thickness of a common single-bottom cookware is 0.6mm), and is easy to deform after being dried, so that the phenomenon of untimely judgment is easy to occur, and even fire hazard exists.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, a first aspect of the present invention is to propose a control method of a cooking appliance.
A second aspect of the present invention is to provide a control apparatus for a cooking appliance.
A third aspect of the present invention is to provide a cooking appliance.
A fourth aspect of the invention is directed to a computer-readable storage medium.
In view of the above, according to a first aspect of the present invention, a method for controlling a cooking appliance is provided, including: acquiring noise data in a cooking appliance; and adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance according to the noise data.
According to the control method of the cooking utensil provided by the invention, in the cooking process, liquid can pass through a low-temperature area, a medium-temperature area, a high-temperature area and a boiling area, a plurality of bubbles can be formed by water vapor in the liquid in the heating process, and the bubbles can generate vibration due to continuous volume change and floating motion in the heating process; after the liquid is transferred from the high-temperature area to the boiling area, as the liquid is boiled, the vapor bubbles rise to the liquid surface and are broken, the vapor bubbles release the water vapor inside, at the moment, the resonance disappears, and the noise becomes small; in the boiling interval, because the boiling state is maintained all the time, the noise change amplitude is not obvious, but the liquid amount is gradually reduced, when the cooking utensil is turned to a dry-burning state, namely the liquid-free state, bubbles cannot be generated, the noise is obviously reduced, and the dry-burning state has a maintaining process, so that the noise change in the cooking utensil is changed from small to large to small. Therefore, acquire the noise data in the cooking utensil, and adjust cooking utensil's heating power according to the noise data, thereby utilize the change of cooking utensil heating in-process noise, need not the heating stage that food located in the temperature detection can be judged cooking utensil, the problem that the temperature detection precision is low is solved, improve accuracy and the promptness that cooking utensil heating stage judged greatly, and use the change of noise as the heating power of control cooking utensil according to, when realizing cooking utensil's intelligent control, effectively reduce the potential safety hazard, improve the reliability of product.
In addition, according to the control method of the cooking appliance in the above technical solution provided by the present invention, the following additional technical features may be further provided:
in the above technical solution, further, the step of adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance according to the noise data specifically includes: and determining that the cooking appliance is in a dry-burning state based on the noise data falling to a first noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, and controlling the heating power to be reduced to a first preset power.
In this technical scheme, because noise change presents the change process that goes to little again from little to big in the cooking utensil, if noise data by high drop to the first noise threshold value that corresponds with noise data, explain that the liquid in the cooking utensil has boiled completely and the evaporation is totally done, confirm that the cooking utensil is in the dry combustion method state this moment, and control heating power reduces to first preset power, keep warm or directly stop heating with low-power automatically, and then the dry combustion method condition of accurately judging cooking utensil through the size of noise data, avoid the potential safety hazard that long-time dry combustion method arouses, the energy can be saved again, prevent cooking utensil loss of burning, improve the reliability of product.
Specifically, after the cooking appliance is determined to be in the dry-fire state, alarm information is sent out to remind a user of dry-fire, and the user can conveniently and timely regulate and control the dry-fire.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the step of adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance according to the noise data specifically includes: determining that the cooking appliance is in a boiling state based on the noise data falling to a second noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, and determining a noise change rate according to the noise data at the current sampling time and the noise data at the previous sampling time; and determining that the cooking appliance is in a dry-heating state based on the fact that the noise change rate is greater than or equal to the noise change rate threshold value, and controlling the heating power to be reduced to a first preset power.
In the technical scheme, because the noise change in the cooking appliance shows a change process from small to large to small, if the noise data is reduced from high to a second noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, the liquid in the cooking appliance is indicated to be boiled, the cooking appliance is confirmed to be in a boiling state, the noise change rate is determined according to the noise data at the current sampling moment and the noise data at the previous sampling moment, if the noise change rate is greater than or equal to the noise change rate threshold, the noise data is indicated to be greatly reduced, the cooking appliance is confirmed to be in a dry-cooking state, the heating power is controlled to be reduced to a first preset power, the heat preservation is automatically carried out at low power or the heating is directly stopped, and therefore, after the boiling state is confirmed, the dry-cooking appliance is accurately judged by using the noise change rate, and the problem of low detection precision of a temperature sensor is solved, the potential safety hazard caused by long-time dry burning is avoided, the energy is saved, and the reliability of the product is improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, after the step of determining that the cooking appliance is in the boiling state, the method further includes: timing a first time length that the cooking appliance is in a boiling state; and controlling the heating power to be reduced according to a preset power variation value on the basis that the first time length is larger than a first time length threshold value.
In the technical scheme, after the cooking appliance is determined to be in the boiling state, the first time length that the cooking appliance is in the boiling state is counted, if the first time length is larger than a first time length threshold value, the boiling state is proved to be continuous for a period of time, dry burning is possible to occur, the heating power is controlled to be reduced according to the preset power variation, so that the heating power is reduced before the dry burning occurs, the heating requirement is guaranteed, meanwhile, the dry burning condition is prevented, potential safety hazards are effectively reduced, and various requirements of users are met. Wherein, first duration threshold value can rationally set up according to actual culinary art demand.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the step of adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance according to the noise data specifically further includes: and controlling the heating power to rise to a second preset power based on the rise of the noise data to a third noise threshold corresponding to the noise data.
In the technical scheme, under the condition that the heating power does not reach the maximum power, when the noise data rises to the third noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, the cooking equipment is in the initial heating stage at the moment, namely, the low-temperature area, and the heating power is controlled to rise to the second preset power, so that the rapid heating is realized, and the cooking effect and the cooking efficiency of food are improved.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, before the step of adjusting the heating power of the cooking appliance according to the noise data, the method further includes: acquiring the type information of food in the cooking appliance; and determining a first noise threshold, a second noise threshold and a third noise threshold according to the category information.
In this technical scheme, the noise size that produces when considering different kinds of food heating is different, then acquire the kind information of food in the cooking utensil, and use kind information to confirm first noise threshold value, second noise threshold value and third noise threshold value as the foundation, thereby can be to the different control standards of food strip usefulness of difference, promote cooking utensil control sensitivity, in time protect cooking utensil under the condition that cooking utensil is in the dry combustion method stage, prevent cooking utensil scaling loss, satisfy the many-sided user demand of user. Of course, the threshold value of the noise change rate may be determined according to the type information of the food. Wherein, first noise threshold value is the noise data critical value when cooking utensil is in the dry combustion method state, and the second noise threshold value is the noise data critical value when cooking utensil is in the boiling state, and first noise threshold value is less than the second noise threshold value, and first noise threshold value can be according to food kind information and culinary art demand reasonable setting, can also confirm according to second noise threshold value and noise factor, and the third noise threshold value is the judgement basis of cooking utensil low-temperature heating, can be according to food kind information and culinary art demand reasonable setting.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the method further includes: timing a second time period when the cooking appliance is in a dry-burning state; and controlling the cooking appliance to stop working based on the second time length being greater than the second time length threshold.
According to the technical scheme, after the cooking appliance is determined to enter the dry-cooking state, timing is started for the second time length in the dry-cooking state, if the second time length is larger than a time length threshold value, the fact that the user does not timely regulate and control the cooking appliance is indicated, the power supply of the cooking appliance is automatically cut off at the moment, the cooking appliance stops working, accordingly, energy waste is effectively reduced, and unnecessary work of the cooking appliance is avoided.
Specifically, the second time length threshold is set reasonably according to the cooking requirement, for example, the second time length threshold is set according to the heat preservation requirement under the condition that the cooking appliance does not stop heating, and the second time length threshold is set according to the heat dissipation requirement of the cooking appliance under the condition that the cooking appliance stops heating.
In any of the above technical solutions, further, the noise data includes at least one of: sound pressure value of noise, frequency of noise, and sound power of noise.
In this technical scheme, the noise data can be the sound pressure value of the noise of direct collection, the frequency of noise, also can be the acoustic power according to the noise after the acoustic pressure value conversion of noise, acoustic power is relevant with the sound source, the influence of other sounds to cooking utensil internal noise has been reduced, and then improve cooking utensil dry combustion method's judgement nature and promptness, in time protect cooking utensil under the condition that cooking utensil is in the dry combustion method stage, prevent cooking utensil scaling loss, effectively reduce the potential safety hazard, improve the reliability of product.

step 210, determining whether the second duration is greater than a second duration threshold, if so, entering step 212, and if not, entering step 208;
and step 212, controlling the cooking appliance to stop working.
In the embodiment, as the noise change in the cooking appliance shows a change process from small to large to small, if the noise data is reduced from high to a first noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, it is indicated that the liquid in the cooking appliance is completely boiled and completely evaporated, it is determined that the cooking appliance is in a dry-cooking state at the moment, the heating power is controlled to be reduced to a first preset power, the heat preservation is automatically carried out at low power or the heating is directly stopped, the dry-cooking condition of the cooking appliance is accurately judged according to the size of the noise data, the potential safety hazard caused by long-time dry-cooking is avoided, the cooking appliance is prevented from being burnt, timing is started to be a second duration in the dry-cooking state after the cooking appliance is determined to be in the dry-cooking state, if the second duration is greater than a duration threshold, it is indicated that a user does not timely regulate and control the cooking appliance, the power supply of the cooking appliance is automatically cut off at the moment, and the cooking appliance stops working, thereby effectively reducing the energy waste, avoiding the unnecessary work of the cooking utensil and improving the reliability of the product.

in step 310, the heating power is controlled to be reduced to a first preset power.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the noise change in the cooking appliance shows a change process from small to large to small. If the noise data is reduced to a second noise threshold corresponding to the noise data from the high level, it is indicated that liquid in the cooking appliance starts to boil, it is determined that the cooking appliance is in a boiling state, a noise change rate is determined according to the noise data at the current sampling moment and the noise data at the previous sampling moment, if the noise change rate is greater than or equal to the noise change rate threshold, it is determined that the cooking appliance is in a dry-burning state, the heating power is controlled to be reduced to a first preset power, heat preservation is automatically carried out at low power or heating is directly stopped, and therefore after the boiling state is determined, the dry-burning condition of the cooking appliance is accurately determined by using the noise change rate, the problem of low detection precision of a temperature sensor is solved, potential safety hazards caused by long-time dry burning are avoided, energy is saved, and reliability of products is improved.
Example four
As shown in fig. 6, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of controlling a cooking appliance, the method including:
step 402, acquiring noise data in the cooking appliance and the type information of food in the cooking appliance;

step 410, whether the first duration is greater than the first duration threshold, if yes, go to step 412, if no, go to step 414;
step 412, controlling the heating power to be reduced according to the preset power variation, and entering step 414;
step 414, determining whether the noise data has dropped to a first noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, if yes, entering step 416, and if not, entering step 402;
and step 416, determining that the cooking appliance is in a dry-burning state, and controlling the heating power to be reduced to a first preset power.
In the embodiment, the first noise threshold and the second noise threshold are determined according to the type information of the food in consideration of different noise sizes generated when different types of food are heated, so that the control sensitivity of the cooking appliance can be improved according to different control standards for different food bars. And after the cooking appliance is determined to be in the boiling state, timing the first time length of the cooking appliance in the boiling state, if the first time length is larger than a first time length threshold value, the boiling state is continued for a period of time, dry burning is possible to occur, and at the moment, the heating power is controlled to be reduced according to a preset power variation, so that the heating power is reduced before the dry burning occurs, the heating requirement is ensured, meanwhile, the dry burning condition is prevented, the potential safety hazard is effectively reduced, and various requirements of users are met. Wherein, first duration threshold value can rationally set up according to actual culinary art demand. Wherein, first noise threshold value is the noise data critical value when cooking utensil is in the dry combustion method state, and the second noise threshold value is the noise data critical value when cooking utensil is in the boiling state, and first noise threshold value is less than the second noise threshold value, and first noise threshold value can be rationally set up according to food kind information and culinary art demand, can also confirm according to second noise threshold value and noise factor.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 7, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a control method of a cooking appliance, the method including:
step 502, acquiring noise data in a cooking appliance;
step 504, determine whether the noise data has risen to a third noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, if yes, go to step 506, if no, go to step 502;
step 506, controlling the heating power to increase to a second preset power.
In this embodiment, when the heating power does not reach the maximum power, and the noise data is increased to the third noise threshold corresponding to the noise data, which indicates that the cooking apparatus is in the initial heating stage, i.e., the low temperature region, the heating power is controlled to be increased to the second preset power, so as to achieve the rapid temperature increase and improve the cooking effect and the cooking efficiency of the food.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 8, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling a cooking appliance, the method including:
step 602, presetting a judgment value P1;
step 604, acquiring the sound power P0 of the noise in real time;
step 606, according to P0, determining whether the boiling zone is reached, if yes, going to step 608, if no, going to step 610;
step 608, whether P0 is less than P1 or not, if yes, go to step 612, if no, go to step 610;
step 610, heating normally;
and step 612, judging the heating is dry heating, and stopping heating.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the sound power variation curve of the electric kettle for heating water under different powers is divided into a low temperature region, a medium temperature region, a high temperature region, a boiling region and a dry-heating region. The sound power is maximum at the middle temperature, the sound power is reduced after the high-temperature area is transferred to the boiling area, the sound power is kept in the boiling area all the time, so the sound power change amplitude is not obvious (the water quantity is gradually reduced), when the high-temperature area is transferred to the dry-fire state (the water-free state), the sound power has an obvious reduction process, and the dry-fire area has a maintenance process. A judgment value P1 (a first noise threshold) is preset, after boiling, when the real-time sound power P0 is less than P1, dry burning is judged, heating is stopped, and an alarm is given. The dry-burning condition of the cooking appliance is accurately judged by utilizing the noise change, the problem of low detection precision of the temperature sensor is solved, the potential safety hazard caused by long-time dry burning is avoided, the energy is saved, and the reliability of the product is improved.
In particular, the acoustic power may be converted from a sound pressure value of the fixed position sound capture module.
Principle of acoustic power variation: taking an electric kettle as an example, when water starts to be heated, a plurality of small bubbles are generated at the bottom of the kettle, the small bubbles are mainly formed by air adsorbed at the bottom of the kettle and dissolved in the water, and the bubbles contain water vapor generated by heating besides the air. With the rise of the temperature, the water vapor evaporated into the vapor bubbles is gradually increased, the volume and the pressure of the vapor bubbles are increased, rises upwards from the bottom under the action of buoyancy, when the steam bubbles rise to a place with lower temperature, part of steam in the steam bubbles is condensed into water again, because the external pressure intensity is larger than the pressure intensity in the steam bubble, the volume of the steam bubble is gradually reduced, as heating continues, the bubbles will expand and grow more and more, but as the bubbles rise again to a lower temperature, the water vapor in the bubbles will condense into water and gradually decrease in volume, so that in such a process, along with the rise of the temperature, the volume of the steam bubble expands for a moment and shrinks for a moment, and the steam bubble continuously floats upwards to generate vibration, if the frequency of the vibration is the same as the natural frequency of the kettle, the vibration will generate resonance to generate sound. In addition, part of the bubbles will run out of the water surface, the pressure of the air in the space without water in the kettle is increased, and then part of the air is extruded to be discharged from the gap between the kettle cover and the kettle body, so that the sound is generated, the bubbles running out of the water surface are increased along with the increase of the temperature, and the sound of the continuous increase of the air pressure is increased, and due to the two reasons, the sound is generated and the sound of the water sound is increased, wherein the sound is generated when the water is not boiled, and is generally the sound of 'hum, and … …'.
When the temperature of water reaches the boiling temperature, the interior of the water is rapidly vaporized, the steam in the steam bubble reaches saturation, the density and the atmospheric pressure are high, the volume of the steam bubble cannot be reduced in the rising process and is continuously increased, the buoyancy force borne by the steam bubble is increased in the rising process, the steam bubble rises from the bottom to the surface and is broken, the steam is released, the resonance of the steam bubble and the kettle is not stored, the sound of the water sound is reduced, a large amount of gas is discharged from the gap, in addition, the kettle cover is lifted by higher pressure, a part of gas is discharged after the kettle cover is lifted, the pressure is reduced, the gas falls under the action of gravity, the pressure is increased after the cover is covered and then lifted, and the repeated operation is repeated continuously, so that the water sound is changed into the sound that the steam pushes the horn, the horn and the horn … … of the kettle cover. If the water in the kettle is not full, the water surface is below the interface of the spout and the kettle body, or the gap of the kettle cover is large, the sound of pushing the kettle cover by the water vapor cannot be heard, a large amount of water vapor emerges from the spout or the gap, the sound is small or no sound, and the physical principle of 'no sound of boiling water and no water sound' is adopted.
