The locking piece is similar with the locked groove profile, and the locked piece is placed to the locked groove of being convenient for. The contour of the mounting groove is similar to the contour of the gear and the two racks after being meshed. The mounting groove is integrally in an I shape, the upper transverse part and the lower transverse part are used for arranging two racks, and the two racks can conveniently do linear reciprocating motion along with the rotation of the gear in the mounting groove. The vertical of the H-shaped structure is a rectangular groove for arranging a gear, and the limitation of the teeth of the two racks due to the linear reciprocating motion can be avoided.
The shaft groove is used for fixing the central shaft, the outer surface of the locking block is provided with a through hole which is positioned on the same straight line with the central line of the shaft groove, and the central shaft can conveniently penetrate through the through hole to be connected with the rotary table. The rotary table is fixedly connected with the central shaft, so that the rotary table rotates to drive the central shaft to rotate, and the gear rotates.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bottom of the scanning box is provided with a fixing seat 15, a fixing groove 23 is formed in the fixing seat, a first fixing mechanism 13 and a second fixing mechanism 14 are arranged in the fixing groove, the fixing groove is communicated with the upper surface of the bottom of the scanning box, and the first fixing mechanism and the second fixing mechanism penetrate through the upper surface of the bottom of the scanning box.
The fixed slot top is equipped with the opening, and the opening is at scanning bottom of the case portion upper surface, and the first fixed establishment of being convenient for and second fixed establishment pass scanning bottom of the case portion upper surface to make the fixed second pivot of first fixed establishment, the fixed first pivot of second fixed establishment.
The through position of the upper surface of the bottom of the scanning box body and the fixed groove can be provided with a plurality of baffle plates, and the baffle plates are used for blocking the first fixing mechanism and the second fixing mechanism and preventing the first fixing mechanism and the second fixing mechanism from falling off from the fixed groove. The baffle plate can be fixed on the upper surface of the bottom of the scanning box body by using a fixing mode such as bolts.
The number of the fixing grooves is two, a first fixing mechanism is arranged in one fixing groove, and a second fixing mechanism is arranged in the other fixing groove. The central shaft of the fixing groove for fixing the first fixing mechanism is vertical to the central shaft of the second rotating shaft and is positioned on the same plane. The central shaft of the fixing groove for fixing the second fixing mechanism is vertical to the central shaft of the first rotating shaft and is on the same plane. The arrangement mode is convenient for the first fixing mechanism to fix the second rotating shaft, and the second fixing mechanism to fix the first rotating shaft.
The first fixing mechanism comprises two first fixing heads 131 with opposite directions and two first fixing seats 133, wherein the two first fixing seats are provided with first electromagnets 132 at opposite ends, and the two sides of the fixing groove are provided with second electromagnets 16.
First fixing base is similar with fixed slot width and height, and the first fixed establishment of being convenient for sets up in the fixed slot, and first fixing base can slide in the fixed slot. Two first fixing heads facing opposite directions can be matched and fixed with the second rotating shaft.
The first electromagnet is used for attracting the two first fixing mechanisms when the electromagnet is electrified, so that the second rotating shaft is fixed. The second electromagnet is used for separating the two first fixing mechanisms when the electromagnet is electrified, so that the second rotating shaft is convenient to loosen.
The contact switch is electrically connected with the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet, and the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft are fixed by controlling the on-off of the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet through the contact switch. And a wire channel is arranged in the scanning box body and provides a channel for the connection of the contact switch, the first electromagnet and the second electromagnet.
Two first fixed head opposite positions all are equipped with the first semicircle groove 134 that is used for the centre gripping second pivot.
The first semicircular grooves of the two first fixing heads can be matched to form a cylinder, so that the second rotating shaft can be fixed conveniently. The first semicircular groove can be provided with elastic blocks and other materials for increasing friction force, so that the second rotating shaft is convenient to fix and is prevented from sliding.
The second fixing mechanism has substantially the same configuration as the first fixing mechanism and differs only in size, facilitating both to fix the first and second rotating shafts of different sizes.
The working principle is as follows:
when the scanning device is not used, the two box doors are closed, the locking block is arranged in the locking groove, the rotating disc is rotated to drive the gear to rotate, the gear rotates to drive the two racks to move in opposite directions, so that the two racks are inserted into the two rack grooves, when the racks contact the contact switch, the contact switch is powered on by the first electromagnet, and the second electromagnet is powered off. Because the first electromagnet is electrified, the two first fixing seats are attracted, so that the first fixing mechanism fixes the second rotating shaft.
When the scanning device is used, the two racks are separated from the two rack grooves only by reversely rotating the rotary table, and the two racks return to the locking block, the contact switch enables the second electromagnet to be electrified, the first electromagnet is powered off, the second electromagnet is electrified to separate the two first fixing seats, so that the first fixing mechanism loosens the second rotating shaft, and similarly, the second fixing mechanism loosens the first rotating shaft, so that the purpose of loosening the scanning device is realized, and the scanning device is convenient to use.
