Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which are included to illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced.
Referring to fig. 1, a history information management system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a client 10 and a server 20, and a communication connection may be established between the client 10 and the server 20.
The client 10 may be implemented by a personal computer client, a mobile device client such as a smart phone client, and is used to record history information, upload history information, access history information, and display history information. The client 10 includes an input/output module 11, a first processing module 12, a first communication module 13, an encryption/decryption module 14, a first storage module 15, and a marking module 16. The server 20 is used for storing history information and distribution history information, and includes a second communication module 21, a second processing module 22, and a second storage module 23. Wherein, a communication connection can be established between the first communication module 13 and the second communication module 21 to establish a communication connection between the client 10 and the server 20.
Specifically, the input/output module 11 of the client 10 is used for the user to input the relevant history data. The first processing module 12 creates digitized history information at the client 10 according to the history data input by the user at the input/output module 11. The first communication module 13 is configured to communicate with the server 20, so that the first processing module 12 can send the digitized history information to the server 20 through the first communication module 13.
The first processing module 12 may save the history information in the first storage module 15 for local saving before transmitting the history information to the server 20. In order to prevent the history information from data leakage at the client 10, the embodiment of the present invention provides an encryption and decryption module 14 at the client 10 for encrypting and decrypting the history information. Before the first processing module 12 stores the history information in the first storage module 15, the history information is sent to the encryption and decryption module 14 for encryption, and then the encrypted history information is stored in the first storage module 15. When the history information stored in the first storage module 15 needs to be sent to the server 20, the first processing module 12 first reads the encrypted history information from the first storage module 15, sends the encrypted history information to the encryption and decryption module 14 for decryption, and then sends the decrypted history information, i.e., the original history information, to the server 20 through the first communication module 13.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a temporary storage module 17 may be further disposed on the client 10 for temporarily storing the history information that is still being edited, and after the history information is edited by the user, the history information is sent to the server 20 through the first communication module 13 by the first processing module 12 or is encrypted by the encryption and decryption module 14 and then stored in the first storage module 15.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the Encryption and decryption module 14 uses an AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm to encrypt and decrypt the history information, but is not limited thereto.
Based on the above description, the working process of the client 10 recording the history information according to an embodiment of the present invention may be as shown in fig. 2, first, a user inputs related history data in the input/output module 11; the first processing module 12 creates digitized history information according to the input of the user in the input/output module 11, and if the history information needs to be edited by the user, the history information is saved in the temporary storage module 17 (such as a draft box) so that the user can continue editing; if the history information is determined to be saved by the user, the first processing module 12 sends the history information to the encryption/decryption module 14 for encryption, and saves the encrypted history information in the first storage module 15.
In the history information management system according to the embodiment of the present invention, the client 10 may directly transmit the created digitized history information to the server 20, or may store the history information in the first storage module 15 (as described above), and then read and transmit the history information to the server 20 by the first processing module 12. When the client 10 starts the process of uploading the history information to the server 20, a communication connection between the client 10 and the server 20 is first established via the first communication module 13 of the client 10 and the second communication module 21 of the server 20.
To ensure that the history information is securely uploaded to the server 20, the server 20 is first ensured to be secure. In one embodiment as shown in fig. 3, a connection request is first sent by the first communication module 13 of the client 10 to the second communication module 21 of the server 20; then, the second communication module 21 responds to the connection request and issues the certificate of the server 20 and the domain name corresponding to the certificate to the first communication module 13; then, the first communication module 13 sequentially verifies whether the certificate of the server 20 and the domain name corresponding to the certificate sent by the second communication module 21 are valid. When the first communication module 13 verifies that the certificate of the server 20 sent by the second communication module 21 and the domain name corresponding to the certificate are valid, it is determined that the server 20 is safe, and the first communication module 13 establishes a communication connection with the second communication module 21. At this time, the history information of the client 10 may be uploaded to the server 20 by the communication connection between the first communication module 13 and the second communication module 21, and further, the history information may be transmitted in an encrypted manner between the client 10 and the server 20. When the first communication module 13 verifies that the certificate of the server 20 sent by the second communication module 21 or the domain name corresponding to the certificate is invalid, the first communication module 13 does not establish communication connection with the second communication module 21, and the client 10 does not upload the history information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first communication module 13 of the client 10 and the second communication module 21 of the server 20 establish communication connection based on the HTTPS protocol, so that not only identity authentication can be performed between the client 10 and the server 20, but also encrypted communication can be performed, which ensures the security of communication between the client 10 and the server 20 and avoids malicious interception and interception in the network. The HTTPS protocol-based communication connection method is applicable not only when the client 10 uploads information but also when the client 10 accesses history information in the server 20.
As described above, the server 20 further includes the second processing module 22 and the second storage module 23, and the second processing module 22 stores the history information received from the client 10 via the second communication module 21 in the second storage module 23. The history information stored in the second storage module 23 in the server 20 is accessible to the user through the client 10.
The history information management system of the embodiment of the present invention may perform access right management on the history information stored in the server 20, that is, different history information is visible to different users, and some important or sensitive histories are only accessible to specific users. Specifically, at the client 10, the user may specify an accessible user of the history while the user inputs the relevant history at the input-output module 11; the first processing module 12 creates the digitized historical information and also creates an accessible user list of the historical information at the same time, that is, the first processing module 12 creates the digitized historical information and the accessible user list of the historical information at the client 10 according to the input of the user. When client 10 uploads history information to server 20, a list of accessible users of the history information is simultaneously uploaded to server 20. In the server 20, the second processing module 22 is further configured to set an access right of the history information according to the history information and the accessible user list of the history information received from the client 10 via the second communication module 21, and store the history information and the access right thereof in the second storage module 23. Wherein the setting of the access right may be implemented by the second processing module 22 associating the history information with the accessible users in the accessible user list of the history information through the relational database (the second storage module 23).
When a user accesses the history information stored in the server 20 through the client 10, the user logs in the client 10, the first processing module 12 generates a history information access request including user information according to an access requirement input by the user at the input and output module 11, and sends the history information access request to the server 20 through the first communication module 13. After receiving the access request of the history information through the second communication module 21, the second processing module 22 of the server 20 first determines whether the user has the access right of the corresponding history information, that is, whether the user is an accessible user of the history information, and if the user has the access right of the history information, the second processing module 22 reads the corresponding history information from the second storage module 23 and sends the corresponding history information to the client 10; if the user does not have access right to the history information, the second processing module 22 does not issue the history information, as shown in fig. 4. If the history information access request contains a history information list, the second processing module 22 of the server 20 may transmit part of the history information having the access right therein to the client 10. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention can realize the safe access management of the historical information.
Further, the history information sent by the server 20 to the client 10 is received by the first processing module 12 via the first communication module 13 of the client 10, and the input and output module 11 of the client 10 is further used for presenting the history information. In the embodiment of the present invention, before the first processing module 12 transmits the history information to the input and output module 11 for presentation, the history information may be marked by a user at the client 10 to facilitate intellectual property protection of the history information. In an embodiment of the present invention, the client 10 includes a tagging module 16 for adding a user tag to the history information presented at the client 10, where the user tag may include user information and a current date. That is to say, after receiving the history information from the server 20, the first processing module 12 adds the user mark to the history information through the marking module 16, and then transmits the history information with the user mark added to the input/output module 11, and the input/output module 11 realizes the display of the client 10.
Thus, when the history information is displayed on the client 10, if the history information is leaked by manually capturing a screen or taking a picture, the leaked personnel can be tracked through the user mark on the history information. Therefore, the history information leakage risk in the history information management system can be managed and controlled, unauthorized screen capture and shooting are prevented, and intellectual property protection of the history information is facilitated.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the marking module 16 may add a digital watermark to the history information as a user mark to implement the security management of the history information. The process of adding the digital watermark by the marking module 16 may be as follows: firstly, a background layer is set by using a computer graphics processing technology, the current user name and the current date are written in the background layer, the background layer has certain transparency (to prevent interference with normal contents), and then historical information to be displayed is added on the background layer.
According to the invention, when the client records and creates the history information, the history information can be locally stored, the history information is encrypted before being locally stored, and the history information is decrypted when being transmitted to the server, so that data leakage of the history information at the client can be avoided, and the plaintext content of the history information can be protected even when the data leakage occurs at the client; according to the invention, when the client uploads the history information and/or accesses the history information, data transmission is carried out under the condition that the safety of the server is ensured through the first communication module and the second communication module, and data encryption transmission can also be carried out, preferably, the first communication module and the second communication module establish communication connection based on an HTTPS protocol, so that the communication safety between the client and the server can be ensured, and malicious eavesdropping and interception in a network are avoided; according to the invention, the access authority can be set in the server according to the designation of the user at the client, and the access authority management is carried out when the client accesses the historical information and the server distributes the historical information according to the access of the client, so that different historical information can be visible to different users, and the safety management of the system on the historical information can be enhanced; the invention can also add the user mark to the historical information when the client receives the historical information from the server, and the client displays the historical information added with the user mark for reading, so that when the historical information is leaked by screen capturing or photographing manually, the leaked personnel can be tracked through the user mark on the historical information.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the historical information management system can perform safety management in each link of storage, uploading, access, display and the like of the digitized historical information, and eliminates safety risks in the links one by one, thereby providing data safety protection for the digitized historical information and greatly improving the use safety of the system.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
