In order to solve the problem that the audio and video call is disturbed when the instant messaging tool receives the instant messaging tool notification message while the instant messaging tool carries out the audio and video call with people, the inventor carries out research and analysis on the working principle of the message of the floating window. Research shows that the notification of the instant messaging tool message of the current system can only close the notification or notify the floating frame in advance, or can only manually open the floating window message notification or close the floating window message notification, and can often interfere with the audio and video call in progress. In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a method, a device, a storage medium, and a program product for processing an instant messaging message, so as to solve the problem that an operation of closing a floating window notification during an audio/video call is complicated.
The instant messaging message processing method provided by the present application will be described with reference to the following embodiments.
The inventive concept of the present application can be summarized as follows: and setting a floating window closing condition, and monitoring whether to close a floating window notification function of the instant messaging tool based on the condition. For example, the closing condition may be that when the instant messaging tool performs an audio/video call, if the instant messaging message is received, the floating window notification function is closed, and for example, when it is known that the user initiates the audio/video call by using the instant messaging tool, the floating window notification function is closed. In the embodiment of the application, the floating window closing function is realized by adopting the setting database, namely, the first field of the instant messaging tool is written into the setting database, and when instant messaging messages follow up, the instant messaging messages can be determined not to be displayed by adopting the floating window notification based on the first field. In order to realize the function of temporarily closing the floating window notification, the first field is cleared from the setting database after the audio/video call is ended. Therefore, when the instant communication message is received again subsequently, the instant communication message is displayed in the floating window notification because the first field of the instant communication tool is not arranged in the setting database. In summary, the embodiment of the application can automatically close the floating window notification function of the instant messaging tool in the scene of audio and video calls, can automatically restart and start the floating window notification function, does not need a user to manually close the floating window notification function, can alleviate the interference of the floating window notification on the audio and video calls, and can also simplify the user operation.

The kernel layer is a layer between hardware and software. The inner core layer at least comprises a display driver, a camera driver, an audio driver and a sensor driver.
The terminal device 100 in the embodiment of the present application may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, a notebook computer, a television, and the like.
The embodiment of the application adopts the filtering function of the setting database on the notification message of the floating window to realize the blocking of the display of the notification of the floating window during the audio and video conversation. And the setting database is used for recording the application of the closing floating window notification function. For example, application a, application B, and application C. And if the application A is contained in the setting database, the notification message of the application A is not displayed in the floating window according to the setting database when the notification message of the application A is received. And the notification messages of the application B and the application C are shown in the floating window.
In order to automatically and temporarily close the floating window notification function of the instant messaging tool when the instant messaging tool performs audio and video calls, in the embodiment of the application, a floating window closing condition for automatically closing the floating window notification is provided. The floating window closing condition is used for automatically judging whether to close the floating window notification function of the instant messaging tool, and in some embodiments, the floating window closing condition may include any one of the following conditions:
the method comprises the following steps that 1, a notification that the instant messaging tool initiates an audio and video call is received; that is, when the user initiates an audio-video call, it can be detected, whereby the instant messaging tool can be added to the settings database. Therefore, when the instant messaging tool receives the instant messaging message, the instant messaging message cannot be displayed in the floating window, and therefore the floating window display notification message can be automatically blocked during audio and video conversation.
And 2, the instant messaging tool has audio and video streams and receives a first instant messaging message of the instant messaging tool. One possible implementation manner is that after receiving the first instant messaging message, the detection of whether the instant messaging tool stores the audio/video stream is triggered, and if the instant messaging tool has the audio/video stream, it indicates that the instant messaging tool is performing the audio/video call, so that the instant messaging tool can be added to the setting database to block the subsequently received instant messaging message from being displayed in the floating window. Compared with the condition 1, the method can reasonably utilize the setting database according to the requirements. For example, if there is no instant messaging message in the audio-video call process, it is not necessary to add an instant messaging tool to the setting database, so that resource consumption caused by the operation of the setting database can be reduced.
Based on the above description, a flowchart of a method for processing an instant messaging message provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 3, and includes the following steps:
in step 301, for the instant messaging tool, if the floating window closing condition is satisfied, a first field for notifying that the instant messaging tool closes the floating window is written in a setting database.
The first field may include an identification of the instant messaging instrument, such as a package, name of the instant messaging instrument.
In another embodiment, the first field may further include a flag indicating temporary shutdown. As shown in table 1, for an example of the contents contained in the setting database: the table 1 includes an application 1 and an instant messaging tool 2 for permanently closing the floating window notification function, wherein the application 1 for permanently closing the floating window notification function can only be manually opened and closed in a setting database, and the instant messaging tool 2 including a temporarily closed mark automatically recovers the floating window notification and displays the floating window notification after receiving a call back that the instant messaging tool 2 ends an audio/video call. The benefit of this flag is that it is more convenient to distinguish which applications are temporarily added to the settings database. The flag is field 2 in table 1, which indicates that the floating window notification function is in a temporarily closed state, field 1 in table 1 may accommodate the packet name of the instant messaging tool, and the packet name recorded by field 1 may implement the floating window notification function. For example, the above application 1 and the instant messenger 2 are both recorded in the field 1, indicating that both can close the floating window notification function, except that the field 2 includes a flag that the instant messenger 2 temporarily closes, whereby the instant messenger 2 implements the temporary closing of the floating window notification function.
Table 1 example of a settings database
Figure BDA0003195524960000111
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, in order to further reduce the operations on the setting database, the second field may be set as shown in table 1. The second field is used for identifying whether the foreground page is an interface of the audio and video call. For example, taking the above-mentioned condition 2 as an example, when the user a and the user B are in an audio/video call, the user C sends a first instant messaging message to the user a, and then the terminal device of the user a determines whether the instant messaging tool has audio/video streams based on the first instant messaging message, and if so, writes a second field into the setting database to indicate that the foreground interface is the audio/video call interface when the stack top of the application stack is the audio/video call interface of the instant messaging tool (that is, the interface is the foreground interface), and the floating window notification may interfere with the audio/video call in this scenario. The first field needs to be written to the settings database to close the floating window notification feature of the instant messaging tool. Of course, if the foreground interface is not the audio/video call interface, which indicates that the user operates on other interfaces, it may be understood that the floating window notification does not affect the audio/video call interface, and therefore, the first field may not be written in the setting database.
In another embodiment, as shown in table 1, if a notification of ending the audio/video call is received, clearing the first field in table 1 in the setting database specifically includes:
if a notification of ending the audio and video call is received, the mark for identifying temporary closing, namely the field 2 in the table 1, corresponding to the instant messaging tool 2 is searched in the setting database, and if the mark for identifying temporary closing is inquired, the first field and the second field of the instant messaging tool 2 are deleted. Thereby resuming the floating window notification function.
After the floating window notification function is resumed, that is, after the first field and the second field of the instant messaging tool 2 are deleted, if a third instant messaging message of the instant messaging tool 2 is received, where the third instant messaging message is an instant messaging message received after the first field and the second field of the instant messaging tool 2 are deleted, in order to determine whether the third instant messaging message should be currently displayed in the floating window, the first field of the instant messaging tool 2 is queried in the setting database, and thus, the third instant messaging message is displayed in the floating window.
Further, in order to facilitate a user to determine whether to close the floating window notification function during an audio/video call according to a need of the user, in this embodiment of the application, before writing the first field, a first instant messaging message may be displayed in the floating window notification based on the second field, and a user operation item may be displayed in the floating window notification, where the user operation item is used to indicate whether to close the floating window notification function, for example, as shown in fig. 4, after receiving the first instant messaging message, the first instant messaging message is displayed in the floating window (as "is" in fig. 4), the floating window may be slid to the left or the right, after sliding the floating window, operation options of a function 1 and a function 2 are displayed, and the function 1 is the user operation item for closing the floating window notification function described above. The function 2 may be set to other operation items, such as setting the floating window to a transparent state, and may also alleviate interference of the floating window notification on the audio and video call. If the user clicks the user operation item, indicating that the user requires closing the floating window notification function, and writing a first field in the setting database; if the user does not click on the user operation item, indicating that the user does not desire to close the floating window notification function, the first field does not need to be written in the setting database.
It should be noted that the method provided in the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the left-right sliding shown in fig. 4, and other operation manners may be implemented to call the user operation item in the floating window notification interface. For example, sliding the floating window up or down may also reveal a floating window notification interface similar to that of FIG. 4.
After writing the first field of the instant messaging tool into the setting database based on the above method, in step 302, if the second instant messaging message of the instant messaging tool is received, the setting database is queried.
In step 303, if the first field is found in the setting database, it is determined that the second instant messaging message does not belong to a floating window notification message.
For example, as shown in table 1, when the first field includes an identifier of an instant messaging tool, the identifier may be looked up in a setting database, and if the identifier of the instant messaging tool is found, it is determined that the second instant messaging message does not belong to the floating window notification message. Therefore, the notification function of closing the floating window can be realized by simply using the setting database and the identification during audio and video conversation.
In addition, when the first field of the instant messaging tool is not queried in the setting database, the second instant messaging message is displayed in the floating window.
In order to timely recover the floating window notification function of the instant messaging tool, in step 304, if the notification of ending the audio/video call is received, the first field is cleared in the setting database to recover the floating window notification function.
In some embodiments, any audio/video stream of an application needs to be recalled to the audio manager, so that the embodiment of the present application may monitor a callback request to the audio manager to determine to initiate an audio/video call or to end the audio/video call. Can be implemented as follows: and receiving a callback request to an audio manager, analyzing the callback request, and determining whether the operation type of the instant messaging tool initiates an audio-video call or ends the audio-video call based on the callback request.
For example, whether to initiate an audio/video call or to end the audio/video call is determined according to an audio/video playing state in the callback, such as an example; starting, used and stopped, wherein the audio and video playing state in the callback for starting the audio and video call is started, and the audio and video playing state in the callback for ending the audio and video call is stopped; and reading whether the instant messaging tool initiates an audio-video call or ends the audio-video call based on the audio-video playing state in the callback request. As described above, if the operation type is to initiate an audio/video call, it is determined that a notification that the instant messaging tool initiates the audio/video call is received, and if the operation type is to end the audio/video call, it is determined that a notification that the audio/video call is ended is received, and the first field is further cleared in the setting database to recover the floating window notification function. And determining that a notification of ending the audio and video call is received, and providing a basis for clearing the first field in a setting database.
In another embodiment, the condition for clearing the first field is not limited to receiving a notification of ending the audio-video call, for example, automatically clearing the first field after a long time without receiving an instant message, thereby reducing resource consumption caused by the operation of setting the database.
By adopting the method for writing the first field informing the closing of the floating window of the instant messaging tool in the setting database and clearing the first field in the setting database, the function of temporarily closing the message of the floating window in the audio and video call process of the instant messaging tool can be realized, the manual repeated operation on the floating window is further avoided, and the experience and the fluency of the audio and video call of the instant messaging tool are improved.
The steps really realize the disturbance-free audio and video call of the instant communication tool.
In addition, the processing method of the floating window message can not only temporarily close the notification through the floating window, but also divide the current interface into a left part, a right part, an upper part and a lower part which are not interfered with each other, simultaneously receive and recover the floating window message, and continue the audio and video communication of the instant communication tool.
Further, while the operations of the methods of the present application are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
In some embodiments, the overall flow of the processing method of the instant communication message is as shown in fig. 5:
in step 501, an instant messaging tool instant messaging message notification is received.
In step 502, it is determined whether the current instant messaging tool is performing an audio/video call, if the current instant messaging tool is not in the audio/video call state, the process is ended, the instant messaging message suspension window is normally displayed, and if the current instant messaging tool is in the audio/video call state, step 503 is performed.
In step 503, a second field is written in the setting database, where the second field is used to show the user operation item in the floating window, that is, to temporarily close the function menu.
In step 504, the temporarily closed application floating window function menu is presented in response to the user left-sliding floating window notification.
In step 505, the closing function is executed based on the operation item selected by the user to be temporarily closed, after the first field is written in the setting database, the floating window is not displayed, and then the instant messaging message of the instant messaging tool is received again, and the floating window is not displayed.
In step 506, a call back to end the audio/video call is received.
In step 507, the package name of the instant messaging tool is removed from field 1, the first field and the second field are cleared, and the floating window notification function is automatically resumed the next time an instant messaging message is received.
In some embodiments, the system flow of the instant messaging message processing method is shown in fig. 6, and the complete flow includes 6 modules, an instant messaging manager, for receiving a callback from an audio manager and a message notification from an instant messaging tool, and sending an instruction to 4 other modules except the instant messaging tool based on the type of the callback and the message notification of the instant messaging tool; the instant communication tool can initiate or end audio and video calls and trigger the call back of the audio manager; the audio manager can receive a callback from the instant messaging tool, and based on the type of the callback, the audio manager feeds the callback back to the instant messaging manager, and based on the type of the callback, the audio manager informs the instant messaging manager of information included in the type; the status bar notification display can control whether the notification interface displays the floating window or not based on the instruction of the instant message manager; a notification interface for receiving instructions from the instant message manager and the status bar notification display and determining whether to display the floating window; and setting a database, and storing the first field, the second field and other programs. In step 603, the audio manager feeds back the callback to the instant messaging manager to notify the instant messaging manager to initiate an audio-video call.
In step 604, after receiving the call back from the audio manager, the instant messaging manager writes a second field, i.e., field 0, in the setting database, where the second field is used to display the user operation item in the floating window, i.e., temporarily close the function menu.
It should be noted that, before writing the second field, it may be queried whether an identifier of the instant messaging tool exists in the setting database, and if so, it is stated that the floating window notification function has been closed for the instant messaging tool in advance, the operation is ended. If the identity of the instant messaging tool does not exist, the process continues to step 604 and beyond.
The first time the instant messaging manager receives an instant messaging facility message notification, the instant messaging manager sends the notification to the status bar notification display 605.
In step 606, the status bar notifies the display to issue an instruction to show the floating window to a notification interface.
In step 607, the notification interface displays the first received instant messaging message and displays the temporary close function menu in the floating window according to the second field.
In step 608, in response to the user's selection operation of the temporary close function menu, the instant messaging manager requests the notification page to temporarily close the floating window notification function.
Then in step 609, the notification page writes a first field in the setting database, wherein the first field comprises a field 1 and a field 2, writes the package name of the instant messaging tool in the notification page, and writes a temporary close flag in the field 2.
In step 610, the instant messaging manager receives the instant messaging message of the instant messaging tool again, and the floating window is not displayed according to the package name of the instant messaging tool written in the first field.
In step 611, the instant messaging tool closes the audio-video call and also triggers a call back to the audio manager.
In step 612, the audio manager feeds back the callback to the instant messaging manager again to notify the instant messaging manager that the audio-video call is finished.
In step 613, the instant messaging manager clears the package name of the instant messaging tool and the first and second fields in field 1 according to the temporary close flag in field 2, and a floating window notification is normally displayed when an instant messaging message is subsequently received.
