setting a file list for each item type, setting the format of each file in the file list, and setting a bound file and a non-bound file in the file list;
and generating project configuration information of each project type after the setting is finished.
In one or more possible embodiments, processor 401 is further configured to:
when the format of a file in a file list is a word format, setting a directory structure of the file;
when the format of a file in a file list is an excel format, setting sub-tables contained in the file, fields contained in each sub-table and the arrangement sequence of the fields;
and generating the typesetting information of the file after the setting is finished.
The embodiment of the present application and the embodiment of the method in fig. 2 are based on the same concept, and the technical effects brought by the embodiment are also the same, and the specific process can be shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a read-only memory or a random access memory.

Claims (10)

1. A project file generation method, the method comprising:
acquiring a project type;
determining a file list associated with the project type according to preset project configuration information; the file list comprises at least one file, and the at least one file is divided into a mandatory file and an unnecessary file;
for each file in the at least one file, displaying the document data in a file editor according to the typesetting information associated with the file; wherein the document data includes a fill-in paradigm;
editing the document data based on an editing instruction of a user;
after the editing is finished, judging whether the edited document data meets preset demonstration rule information;
if so, locking the edited document data;
exporting the edited document data, and generating a project file from the edited document data.
2. The method of claim 1,
the file is a word format file, and the document data comprises a directory structure of the file and filling examples of all chapters contained in the file; or
The file is in an excel format, and the document data comprises sub-tables contained in the file and fields arranged based on a preset arrangement sequence contained in the sub-tables.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and searching filling examples of all chapters in a preset example library based on a retrieval instruction of a user.
4. The method of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein the demo rule information comprises:
the multiple files with the mapping relation comprise the same fields, and the values of the fields are equal; or
When the file is in an excel format and is a preset type financial form, the financial form does not contain the designated accounting subjects; or
When the file is a word-format file, the directory structure of the file comprises all the sections which need to be filled, and each section contained in the file meets the preset filling requirement; or
When the file is in an excel format, each sub-table of the file comprises all necessary fields, and the values of the fields contained in each sub-table meet the preset filling requirements.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
if the edited document data does not meet the preset demonstration rule information, determining at least one unqualified item and displaying each unqualified item;
a total score is calculated based on the scoring values of the various unqualified items.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before the obtaining the item basic information, further comprising:
setting a plurality of supported item types;
setting a file list for each item type, setting the format of each file in the file list, and setting a bound file and a non-bound file in the file list;
and generating project configuration information of each project type after the setting is finished.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, further comprising:
when the format of a file in a file list is a word format, setting a directory structure of the file;
when the format of a file in a file list is an excel format, setting sub-tables contained in the file, fields contained in each sub-table and the arrangement sequence of the fields;
and generating the typesetting information of the file after the setting is finished.
8. An apparatus for generating a project file, the apparatus comprising:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire a type of an item;
the determining unit is used for determining a file list related to the item type according to preset item configuration information; the file list comprises at least one file, and the at least one file is divided into a mandatory file and an unnecessary file;
the processing unit is used for displaying the document data in the document editor according to the typesetting information associated with the document aiming at each document in the at least one document; wherein the document data includes a fill-in paradigm;
the editing unit is used for editing the document data based on an editing instruction of a user;
the demonstration unit is used for judging whether the edited document data meets preset demonstration rule information or not after the editing is finished;
a manuscript setting unit, which is used for locking the edited document data if the edited document data is true;
an export unit configured to export the edited document data and generate a project file from the edited document data.
9. A computer storage medium, characterized in that it stores a plurality of instructions adapted to be loaded by a processor and to carry out the method steps according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A terminal device, comprising: a processor, a memory, and a microphone; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method steps of any of claims 1 to 7.
