Background
The 5G base station further supports a CHO (Condition handover) technology on the basis of the conventional handover process, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the handover robustness.
In the conditional handover technique, the cell base station may send conditional handover configuration parameters (including the radio configuration parameters of the source base station, the radio configuration parameters of the candidate base stations, and the conditional handover execution conditions) to the terminal in advance when the radio link quality is good. And then, the terminal periodically monitors the channel quality, and the terminal autonomously switches to the candidate base station when the reference signal meets the switching condition execution condition.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the disclosure, its application, or uses. The inventor researches and discovers that the parameter configuration of the cell base station and the cell switching execution are continuous in the traditional cell switching process. However, there is a time interval between the parameter configuration of the cell base station in the conditional handover and the cell handover execution process, and when the radio configuration parameters of the source cell and the candidate cell are updated, the conditional handover configuration parameters are updated accordingly. If the conditional handover configuration parameters are not updated, the robustness of cell handover will be reduced. The patent provides parameter configuration aiming at the problem that time interval exists between parameter configuration of a cell base station in condition switching and the process of executing switching, and the parameter configuration is used for updating the condition switching configuration parameters of a terminal after the wireless configuration parameters of a source cell and a candidate cell are updated.

Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of a parameter configuration method of some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment includes steps S101 to S103.
In step S101, the base station detects that the conditional handover configuration parameter is updated.
The configuration of the core network or the access network changes (for example, qoS flow addition or deletion, radio resource allocation, and the like), and the conditional handover configuration parameters of the terminal need to be updated. The conditional access configuration parameters generally include radio configuration parameters and conditional access execution conditions on the base station side. The radio configuration parameters at the base station side may include radio configuration parameters of the source cell base station or radio configuration parameters of the candidate cell base station, and these radio configuration parameters may specifically be parameters, measurement configuration parameters, random access configuration parameters, and the like corresponding to each radio bearer allocated by the cell base station to the terminal. The conditional handover performing condition may be, for example, determining that the signal quality of the candidate cell base station is higher than that of the source cell by a predetermined offset amount, or the like.
In step S102, the base station transmits the updated conditional handover configuration parameters to the terminal.
The base station sends the updated conditional switch configuration parameters to the terminal, and can instruct the terminal to detect whether the updated conditional switch configuration parameters are supported.
In step S103, the base station receives a conditional handover configuration parameter update response sent by the terminal, so as to determine whether the conditional handover configuration parameter update is completed according to the conditional handover configuration parameter update response.

the source cell base station is configured to: updating the wireless configuration parameters of the source cell base station, and sending the wireless configuration parameters updated by the source cell base station to the candidate cell base station; the candidate cell base station is configured to: updating the wireless configuration parameters and the conditional switch execution conditions of the candidate cell base station according to the wireless configuration parameters updated by the source cell base station, and generating updated conditional switch configuration parameters which comprise the wireless configuration parameters updated by the source cell base station, the wireless configuration parameters updated by the candidate cell base station and the updated conditional switch execution conditions; the source cell base station is further configured to: receiving updated conditional handover configuration parameters sent by a candidate cell base station; or
The candidate cell base station is configured to: updating the wireless configuration parameters and the conditional switch execution conditions of the candidate cell base station, and generating updated conditional switch configuration parameters, wherein the updated conditional switch configuration parameters comprise the updated wireless configuration parameters and the updated conditional switch execution conditions of the candidate cell base station; the source cell base station is configured to: receiving updated conditional handover configuration parameters sent by a candidate cell base station;
the source cell base station is further configured to send the updated conditional handover configuration parameters to a terminal;
the source cell base station is also configured to receive a conditional handover configuration parameter update response sent by the terminal, so as to determine whether the conditional handover configuration parameter update is completed according to the conditional handover configuration parameter update response.
5. The base station of claim 4, wherein the source cell base station is configured to: and sending a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message to the terminal, wherein the RRC reconfiguration message carries the updated conditional handover configuration parameters.
6. The base station of claim 5, wherein the source cell base station is configured to:
receiving an RRC reconfiguration completion message sent by the terminal under the condition that the terminal supports the updated conditional handover configuration parameters;
and receiving the RRC connection reestablishment message sent by the terminal under the condition that the terminal does not support the updated conditional switching configuration parameters.
7. A parameter configuration apparatus, comprising:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the parameter configuration method of any of claims 1-3 based on instructions stored in the memory.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein the computer-readable storage medium stores computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement a parameter configuration method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3.
