and if response information of the non-associated central control module based on the first connection request is received, reporting battery module parameter information to the Internet of vehicles through the non-associated central control module, wherein the battery module parameter information comprises a battery module number, electric quantity, voltage and positioning information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining whether the shared bicycle within the preset range includes the associated central control module, the method further comprises:
if yes, sending a second connection request to the association central control module;
and if response information of the associated central control module based on the second connection request is received, reporting the parameter information of the battery module to the Internet of vehicles through the associated central control module.

if the response information of the non-associated central control module based on the first connection request is not received, storing the parameter information of the battery module through the storage card;
after the battery module is reconnected to the associated central control module or the non-associated central control module, transmitting the parameter information of the battery module to the associated central control module or the non-associated central control module so that the associated central control module or the non-associated central control module reports the parameter information of the battery module to the Internet of vehicles.
