As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further provides an intelligent robot communication device based on a 5G message, including: a memory 401 and one or more processors 402; the memory 401 is used for storing one or more programs; when executed by the one or more processors 402, cause the one or more processors to implement a 5G message based intelligent robotic communication method as described herein.
The present embodiments also provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G messages provided in the above embodiments, where the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G messages includes: receiving historical user questions and answer texts from a business knowledge base, and classifying according to the types of the user questions; respectively generating corresponding 5G message answer templates according to the classified different types of user questions, and forming a mapping relation between the 5G message answer templates and answer texts corresponding to the user questions; receiving a user question input by a user, and forwarding the user question to an enterprise customer service platform through a business knowledge base so that the enterprise customer service platform obtains a corresponding answer text from the business knowledge base according to the user question; and receiving the answer text, acquiring a corresponding 5G message answer template according to the answer text and the mapping relation, and sending the 5G message answer template to the user terminal.
Storage medium-any of various types of memory devices or storage devices. The term "storage medium" is intended to include: mounting media such as CD-ROM, floppy disk, or tape devices; computer system memory or random access memory such as DRAM, DDR RAM, SRAM, EDO RAM, Lanbas (Rambus) RAM, etc.; non-volatile memory such as flash memory, magnetic media (e.g., hard disk or optical storage); registers or other similar types of memory elements, etc. The storage medium may also include other types of memory or combinations thereof. In addition, the storage medium may be located in a first computer system in which the program is executed, or may be located in a different second computer system connected to the first computer system through a network (such as the internet). The second computer system may provide program instructions to the first computer for execution. The term "storage medium" may include two or more storage media that may reside in different locations, such as in different computer systems that are connected by a network. The storage medium may store program instructions (e.g., embodied as a computer program) that are executable by one or more processors.
Of course, the storage medium containing the computer-executable instructions provided in the embodiments of the present application is not limited to the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G messages described above, and may also perform related operations in the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G messages provided in any embodiments of the present application.
The intelligent robot communication device, the apparatus and the storage medium based on 5G message provided in the above embodiments may perform the video verification code authentication method based on 5G message provided in any embodiment of the present application, and reference may be made to the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G message provided in any embodiment of the present application without detailed technical details described in the above embodiments.
The foregoing is considered as illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the invention and the technical principles employed. Various other modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art based on the above-described technical solutions and concepts, and all such modifications and changes should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. An intelligent robot communication system based on 5G messages is characterized by comprising a business knowledge base, a 5G message application platform, an enterprise customer service platform and a user terminal, wherein the business knowledge base and the user terminal are both connected with the 5G message application platform, and the enterprise customer service platform is connected with the business knowledge base;
the 5G message application platform is used for receiving user questions and answer texts from a service knowledge base, classifying the user questions, respectively generating corresponding 5G message answer templates according to different types of classified user questions, and forming a mapping relation between the 5G message answer templates and the answer texts corresponding to the user questions; the user terminal is used for inputting user problems and sending the user problems to the enterprise customer service platform through the 5G message application platform and the service knowledge base; and the enterprise customer service platform is used for acquiring a corresponding answer text from the service knowledge base according to the user question, feeding back the answer text to the 5G message application platform, so that the 5G message application platform acquires a corresponding 5G message answer template according to the answer text, and sending the 5G message answer template to the user terminal.
2. The intelligent robotic communication system according to claim 1, wherein said 5G message application platform includes a knowledge conversion interface for interfacing with a business knowledge base and a user terminal, respectively.
3. The intelligent robot communication method based on the 5G message is applied to a 5G message application platform and comprises the following steps:
receiving historical user questions and answer texts from a business knowledge base, and classifying according to the types of the user questions;
respectively generating corresponding 5G message answer templates according to the classified different types of user questions, and forming a mapping relation between the 5G message answer templates and answer texts corresponding to the user questions;
receiving a user question input by a user, and forwarding the user question to an enterprise customer service platform through a business knowledge base so that the enterprise customer service platform obtains a corresponding answer text from the business knowledge base according to the user question;
and receiving the answer text, acquiring a corresponding 5G message answer template according to the answer text and the mapping relation, and sending the 5G message answer template to the user terminal.
4. The intelligent robot communication method according to claim 3, wherein the 5G message answer templates are generated according to the classified different types of user questions, and specifically, the at least one 5G message answer template is generated according to the classified different types of user questions.
5. The intelligent robotic communication method of claim 3, wherein the types of user questions comprise a multimedia message type, a teletext rich text type, a hyperlink rich text type, a plain text type.
6. The intelligent robot communication method according to claim 5, wherein the generating of the corresponding 5G message answer templates according to the classified different types of user questions respectively comprises:
when the type of the user question is a multimedia message type, a 5G message answer template of the multimedia message is created according to the answer text of the user question;
when the type of the user question is an image-text rich text type, cutting an answer text corresponding to the user question into at least one piece of multimedia content and plain text content, respectively creating a multimedia message template and a plain text template according to the multimedia content and the plain text content, and combining the multimedia message template and the plain text template into a 5G message answer template of the user question;
when the type of the user question is a hyperlink-containing rich text type, cutting an answer text corresponding to the user question into at least one piece of multimedia content and plain text content, combining the multimedia message template and the plain text template into a 5G message answer template of the user question, extracting hyperlinks in the answer text, and generating a template suspension button in the 5G message answer template, wherein the template suspension button is used for jumping to the hyperlinks.
7. The intelligent robot communication method of claim 6, wherein the mapping the 5G message answer template to the answer text corresponding to the user question comprises:
respectively allocating a unique ID code to each generated 5G message answer template;
and forming a mapping relation between the unique ID code of the 5G message answer template and the answer text corresponding to the user question.

an original data classification module: the system comprises a business knowledge base, a database and a database, wherein the business knowledge base is used for receiving historical user questions and answer texts from the business knowledge base and classifying the user questions according to the types of the user questions;
a mapping relation forming module: the 5G message answer templates are used for respectively generating corresponding 5G message answer templates according to the classified different types of user questions, and the 5G message answer templates and answer texts corresponding to the user questions form a mapping relation;
a user question receiving module: the system comprises a business knowledge base, a user question input by a user, a service platform and a user service platform, wherein the business knowledge base is used for storing the user question;
an answer template feedback module: and the 5G message answer template is used for receiving the answer text, acquiring a corresponding 5G message answer template according to the answer text and the mapping relation, and sending the 5G message answer template to the user terminal.

An intelligent robot communication device based on 5G message, which is provided with a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable by the processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G message according to any one of claims 3-7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program executable by a processor, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the intelligent robot communication method based on 5G messages according to any one of claims 3 to 7.
