Specifically, predicting the trend of each index of the staff's body in a future time period according to the change of each index in the recent body health diagnosis information of the staff; the judging of occupational diseases is judged according to the indexes of the occupational diseases; by means of the trend of the various indexes of the staff in the future time period, the staff can reach the occupational disease index in the future time t, namely, the staff can acquire the occupational disease after continuing to work for t time at the current post and the current working position, and t is the maximum duration of the occupational disease of the staff. The standard time length in the step S7 is set by a user, and when t is smaller than or equal to the standard time length, a post adjustment alarm is carried out, so that the staff is reminded of timely post adjustment, and occupational diseases corresponding to the current post are avoided. Notably, the step of predicting the trend of each physical index of the staff in the future time period is implemented by training a staff deadline data set through a neural network model, wherein the staff deadline data set is each physical data of all staff under the influence of each factor in the past period.
S8, when the employee health diagnosis information in the employee health file is a occupational disease, sending out reinspection alarm information containing basic employee information; and when the staff health file is acquired, canceling the transmission of the review alarm information consistent with the staff basic information in the staff file.
Specifically, when detecting that an employee suffers from occupational disease, the system directly sends out review alarm information to inform relevant responsible personnel and the employee to review in time. And stopping sending the last reinspection alarm information when the next employee health record is stored. The above steps of the methods are divided, for clarity of description, and may be combined into one step or split into multiple steps when implemented, so long as they include the same logic relationship, and they are all within the protection scope of this patent; it is within the scope of this patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithm or flow or introduce insignificant designs, but not to alter the core design of its algorithm and flow.
Second embodiment:
in a second embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a professional health record management system, as shown in fig. 2, including:
a signal receiving module 201, configured to obtain connection application information with a connection key sent by a user client; the method is also used for acquiring employee health files sent by the user client;
the verification module 202 is configured to verify validity of the connection key in the connection application information, and send a communication legal signal to the arrangement module 204 and the environment calculation module 205 when the connection key is legal;
the storage module 203 is configured to store preset keywords and store the employee health record sent by the arrangement module;
the arrangement module 204 is configured to extract corresponding information in the employee health record according to a preset keyword, arrange the corresponding information in accordance with employee working time information based on the basic employee information, and sequentially send the employee health record to the storage module 203;
the environment calculation module 205 is configured to find all employee health files within a preset area, determine an environment health index within the preset area according to the found employee health files, and send the environment health index to the environment alarm module;
the environment judging module 206 sends the modification instruction containing the environmental health index to the output module 207 and sends the environmental timing instruction to the timing module 208 when the environmental health index exceeds a preset threshold;
an output module 207, configured to output the modification instruction including the environmental health index sent by the environmental judgment module 206;
the timing module 208 is configured to start according to the environmental timing instruction sent by the environmental judging module 206, obtain the modification time information, and send a modification alarm instruction to the alarm module 209 when the modification time information exceeds a preset duration;
the alarm module 209 is configured to execute a corresponding modification alarm operation according to the modification alarm instruction sent by the timing module 208 and output the modification alarm instruction through the output module 207.
Further, the job health record management system further includes:
the staff occupational disease prediction module 210 searches each occupational disease feature corresponding to the work station according to staff work station information in the staff health file; predicting the maximum time of the staff occupational disease according to the past medical history of staff, the hazard contact history of staff and the staff health diagnosis information in the staff health file, and sending the maximum time of the staff occupational disease to the staff occupational disease judging module 211;
the staff occupational disease judging module 211 is configured to compare the maximum length of staff occupational disease sent by the staff occupational disease predicting module 210 with a preset standard length, and send a post-adjustment alarm instruction to the alarm module 209 when the maximum length of staff occupational disease reaches the standard length; when the maximum duration of the employee occupational disease is 0, sending reinspection alarm information containing basic information of the employee to an alarm module 209;
the alarm module 209 is further configured to execute a corresponding alarm operation for adjusting the post according to the alarm instruction for adjusting the post sent by the staff occupational disease judging module 211, and output the alarm instruction for adjusting the post through the output module 207; and is further configured to perform a corresponding review alarm operation according to the review alarm instruction sent by the employee occupational disease judging module 211, output the review alarm instruction through the output module 207, and cancel sending of the review alarm information in the output module 207 consistent with the employee basic information in the employee profile when the employee health profile is obtained. And if the maximum time of the occupational disease of the staff is 0, correspondingly judging that the staff has the occupational disease.
It is to be noted that this embodiment is a system example corresponding to the first embodiment, and can be implemented in cooperation with the first embodiment. Where the memory 302 and the processor 301 are connected by a bus, the bus may comprise any number of interconnected buses and bridges, the buses connecting the various circuits of the one or more processors 301 and the memory 302 together. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, and power management circuits, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or may be a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor 301 is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor 301.
The processor 301 is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And memory 302 may be used to store data used by processor 301 in performing operations.

1. The professional health record management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring employee health files; the staff health file comprises at least one item of staff basic information, staff station information, staff working time information, staff working position information, staff past medical history, staff hazard contact history, staff health diagnosis information and diagnosis time information corresponding to staff health diagnosis;
extracting corresponding information in the employee health file according to preset keywords, and storing the corresponding information after being arranged according to employee working time information by taking basic employee information as a reference;
searching all employee health files in a preset area range, judging an environmental health index in the preset area range according to the searched employee health files, outputting a correction instruction containing the environmental health index when the environmental health index exceeds a preset threshold value, and timing to obtain correction time information;
the judging the environmental health index in the preset area range according to the searched employee health record comprises the following steps: processing the regional health diagnosis data set, comparing the employee health diagnosis information in the last time period with the employee health diagnosis information in the last second time period, taking the set of employee health files with increased possibility of inducing occupational diseases as a dangerous employee set, calculating the probability of the employee health files in the dangerous employee set accounting for the employee health files of the whole region, and taking the probability as an environmental health index;
outputting a correction alarm instruction when the correction time information exceeds a preset duration;
the method further comprises the steps of:
according to staff station information in the staff health file, searching each occupational disease characteristic corresponding to the station;
predicting the maximum time of staff occupational diseases through a neural network model according to the past medical history of staff, the harm contact history of staff and the staff health diagnosis information in the staff health file;
and when the maximum time length of the occupational diseases of the staff reaches the standard time length, the guard adjustment alarm is carried out.
2. The professional health record management method according to claim 1, wherein before finding all employee health records within a predetermined area, the method further comprises:
and acquiring a preset area range input by a user.
3. The professional health record management method according to claim 1, wherein before finding all employee health records within a predetermined area, the method further comprises:
the staff work position information in all the stored staff health files is tidied;
acquiring reference area information;
and arranging the reference area information with the staff work position information in the range according to the number of the staff work position information, and setting the reference area information as the preset area range according to the number of the staff work position information from more to less.
4. The professional health record management method and system according to claim 1, wherein before all employee health records within a predetermined area are found, the method further comprises:
the staff work position information in all the stored staff health files is tidied;
setting a plurality of reference areas according to staff work position information, wherein the distance between workpiece position information in the reference areas is smaller than the preset distance maximum value, and the common staff work position information does not exist between the reference areas; and respectively setting the number of the staff work position information from more to less as a preset area range.
5. The professional health record management method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the environmental health index in the preset area according to the searched employee health record includes:
collecting employee health diagnosis information of the employee health files in the latest time period in the preset regional scope as a regional health diagnosis data set;
and calculating the probability of staff health diagnosis information as occupational diseases occupying the whole regional health diagnosis data set, and taking the probability as an environmental health index.
6. The occupational health profile management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
when the employee health diagnosis information in the employee health file is occupational disease, sending out reinspection alarm information containing basic employee information;
and when the employee health file is acquired, canceling the transmission of the review alarm information consistent with the basic information of the employee in the employee health file.
7. The professional health record management method according to claim 1, wherein before obtaining the employee health record, the method further comprises:
acquiring connection application information sent by a user client; the connection application information comprises a connection secret key which is generated for the server;
and verifying the validity of the connection secret key in the connection application information, and establishing communication connection between the user client and the server when the connection secret key is legal.
8. Occupational health record management system, characterized by comprising:
the signal receiving module is used for acquiring connection application information with a connection secret key sent by the user client; the method is also used for acquiring employee health files sent by the user client;
the verification module is used for verifying the validity of the connection secret key in the connection application information, and sending a communication legal signal to the arrangement module and the environment calculation module when the connection secret key is legal;
the storage module is used for storing preset keywords and storing the employee health files sent by the arrangement module;
the arrangement module is used for extracting corresponding information in the employee health files according to preset keywords, and sequentially sending the employee health files to the storage module after the corresponding information is arranged according to the employee work time information by taking the basic employee information as a reference;
the environment calculation module is used for searching all employee health files within a preset area range, judging an environment health index within the preset area range according to the searched employee health files, and sending the environment health index to the environment alarm module;
the environment calculation module is further used for processing the regional health diagnosis data set, comparing the employee health diagnosis information in the last time period with the employee health diagnosis information in the last second time period, taking the set of employee health files with increased possibility of inducing occupational diseases as a dangerous employee set, calculating the probability that the employee health files in the dangerous employee set occupy the employee health files of the whole region, and taking the probability as an environment health index; the environment judging module is used for sending an rectifying instruction containing the environment health index to the output module when the environment health index exceeds a preset threshold value, and sending an environment timing instruction to the timing module;
the output module is used for outputting the rectifying instruction containing the environmental health index sent by the environment judging module;
the timing module is used for starting according to the environment timing instruction sent by the environment judging module to obtain the correction time information, and sending a correction alarm instruction to the alarm module when the correction time information exceeds the preset duration;
the alarm module is used for executing corresponding correction alarm operation according to the correction alarm instruction sent by the timing module and outputting the correction alarm instruction through the output module;
the system further comprises:
the module is used for searching each occupational disease characteristic corresponding to the working position according to the working position information of the staff in the staff health file;
the module is used for predicting the maximum duration of the occupational diseases of the staff through a neural network model according to the past medical history of the staff, the harm contact history of the staff and the staff health diagnosis information in the staff health file;
and the module is used for carrying out the post-adjustment alarm when the maximum time of the occupational diseases of the staff reaches the standard time.
