It can be seen that the method for managing drawing files described in the embodiment of the present invention can classify a large number of drawing files, the categories include at least one of project drawing files, device drawing files, management system drawing files and technical chart drawing files, after the drawing files are classified, the classified drawing files are associated with devices, so that all the classified drawing files are associated with at least one device related to the contents of the drawing files, then the drawing files of the classified and associated devices are named according to a preset mode, the named drawing files show a specific clustering effect, when the drawing files of the intelligent power distribution network system stored in the database are managed, the target drawing files can be quickly retrieved, so as to perform operations such as entry, change, logout and retrieval on the target drawing files, thereby further improving the management efficiency of the drawing files.
In yet another alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the operations of:
detecting a logout request for the third drawing;
judging whether the third drawing meets the requirements of logout approval or not according to the logout request;
and when the third drawing file is judged to meet the requirements of cancellation examination and approval, performing cancellation operation on the third drawing file.
In this optional embodiment, further, a specific process of determining whether the third drawing meets the requirement of cancellation and approval may be a process of detecting an importance level of the third drawing, and when the importance level of the third drawing is greater than or equal to an importance threshold, obtaining a result that the third drawing does not meet the requirement of cancellation and approval, and generating a prompt message indicating that the third drawing cannot be cancelled; and when the importance level of the third drawing is smaller than the importance threshold, obtaining a result that the third drawing meets the cancellation approval requirement, and generating prompt information, wherein the prompt information indicates that the third drawing can be cancelled so as to cancel the third drawing.
Therefore, when the diagram file is logged out, the optional embodiment can perform logging-out operation on the diagram file by judging whether the diagram file meets the logging-out approval requirement or not, can prevent logging-out operation on the diagram file with high importance level, and simultaneously improves the convenience of logging-out the diagram file, thereby further improving the management efficiency of the diagram file.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a drawing management device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus for managing the drawing may include:
the classification module 301 is configured to classify the drawing to obtain a first drawing;
the association module 302 is configured to associate the first drawing with a device to obtain a second drawing, where the device includes a device that collects or generates contents of the first drawing;
a storage module 303, configured to store the second drawing in the database.
It can be seen that the management apparatus implementing the drawing described in fig. 3 can classify a large number of drawings, the drawings with the same characteristics are put into the same category for the classified drawings, after the classification of the drawings is completed, the classified drawings are associated with devices, so that all the classified drawings are associated with at least one device related to the contents of the drawings, and finally, the classified drawings associated with the devices are stored in a database, and in the subsequent operation of the large number of drawings in the database, the operations such as entry, change, search and the like can be rapidly performed on the drawings, thereby improving the management efficiency of the drawings.

a naming module 304, configured to name the second drawing before the storage module 303 stores the second drawing in the database, so as to obtain a third drawing;

It can be seen that, by implementing the method for managing the figure files described in fig. 4, a large number of figure files can be classified, the categories include at least one of project figure files, equipment figure files, management system figure files and technical chart figure files, after the figure files are classified, the classified figure files are associated with equipment, so that all the classified figure files are associated with at least one equipment related to the content of the figure files, then the figure files of the classified and associated equipment are named according to a preset mode, the named figure files have a specific clustering effect, when the figure files of the intelligent power distribution network system stored in the database are managed, the target figure files can be quickly searched, so that the target figure files can be subjected to operations such as entry, change, logout, retrieval and the like, and the management efficiency of the figure files is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus may further include:
a detection module 305, configured to detect an entry request for the third drawing before the storage module 303 stores the third drawing in the database;
the judging module 306 is configured to judge whether the third drawing meets the entry approval requirement according to the entry request, and when it is judged that the third drawing meets the entry approval requirement, trigger the storage module 303 to execute an operation of storing the third drawing in the database.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, when the drawing file is recorded, the drawing file can be recorded by judging whether the drawing file meets the recording approval requirement, so that the quality of the recorded drawing file can be ensured, and the management efficiency of the drawing file can be further improved in the subsequent management of the drawing file.
In an optional embodiment, the associating module 302 is further configured to associate the item drawing with first information when the third drawing requested to be entered is an item drawing, where the first information includes an item library and an electronic hand-off bill.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, the drawing data automatically brought into the electronic transfer list can be realized after the project drawing is associated with the project library and the electronic transfer list during the entry of the project drawing, so that the workload of manually uploading the drawing data can be saved, and the entry efficiency of the drawing is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the detecting module 305 is further configured to detect a change request for the third drawing before the storing module 303 stores the third drawing in the database;

a changing module 306, configured to, when the determining module 306 determines that the change of the third drawing meets the change approval requirement, perform a change operation on the third drawing to obtain a fourth drawing;

and storing the fourth drawing file in a database.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can be implemented to perform the change operation on the drawing file by judging whether the drawing file meets the change approval requirement or not when the drawing file is changed, so that the misoperation of changing the drawing file can be prevented, the convenience of changing the drawing file is improved, and the management efficiency of the drawing file is further improved.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the detecting module 305 is further configured to detect a logout request for the third drawing;
the judging module 306 is further configured to judge whether the third drawing meets the cancellation approval requirement according to the cancellation request;
wherein, the device still includes:
the logout module 307 is configured to perform a logout operation on the third drawing when the determining module 306 determines that the third drawing meets the requirement of logout approval.
Therefore, by implementing the optional embodiment, when the drawing is cancelled, the drawing can be cancelled by judging whether the drawing meets the cancellation approval requirement or not, so that the cancellation operation of the drawing with high importance level can be prevented, and the convenience of the cancellation of the drawing is improved, thereby further improving the management efficiency of the drawing.

The embodiment of the invention discloses a computer program product, which comprises a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is operable to make a computer execute the steps in the method for managing a figure file described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing drawing files, the method comprising:
classifying the figure files to obtain a first figure file;
associating the first drawing file with equipment to obtain a second drawing file, wherein the equipment comprises equipment for acquiring or generating the contents of the drawing file in the first drawing file;
and storing the second drawing file in a database.
2. The method for managing drawing according to claim 1, wherein before storing the second drawing in a database, the method further comprises:
naming the second drawing file to obtain a third drawing file;
wherein the storing the second drawing in a database comprises:
and storing the third drawing file in a database.
3. The method for managing drawing according to claim 2, wherein the first drawing includes at least one of a project drawing, an equipment drawing, a management system drawing, and a technical chart drawing.
4. The method for managing drawing according to claim 3, wherein before storing the third drawing in the database, the method further comprises:
detecting an entry request for the third drawing file;
judging whether the third drawing file meets the input approval requirement or not according to the input request;
and when the third drawing file is judged to meet the input approval requirement, triggering and executing the operation of storing the third drawing file in a database.
5. The method for managing drawing according to claim 3, wherein before storing the third drawing in the database, the method further comprises:
detecting a change request for the third drawing;
judging whether the third drawing file meets the requirement of change approval or not according to the change request;
when the change of the third drawing file is judged to meet the change approval requirement, carrying out change operation on the third drawing file to obtain a fourth drawing file;
wherein the storing the third drawing in a database comprises:
storing the fourth drawing file in a database.
6. The method for managing drawing according to claim 3, further comprising:
detecting a logout request for the third drawing;
judging whether the third drawing file meets the requirements of logout approval or not according to the logout request;
and when the third drawing file is judged to meet the cancellation approval requirement, performing cancellation operation on the third drawing file.
7. The method for managing drawing according to claim 4, further comprising:
and when the third drawing file which is requested to be input is a project drawing file, associating the project drawing file with first information, wherein the first information comprises a project library and an electronic hand-off bill.
8. An apparatus for managing drawing, comprising:
the classification module is used for classifying the drawing files to obtain a first drawing file;
the association module is used for associating the first drawing file with equipment to obtain a second drawing file, wherein the equipment comprises equipment for collecting or generating the contents of the drawing file in the first drawing file;
and the storage module is used for storing the second drawing in a database.
9. An apparatus for managing drawing, comprising:
a memory storing executable program code;
a processor coupled with the memory;
the processor calls the executable program code stored in the memory to execute part or all of the steps in the method for managing a drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium storing computer instructions which, when invoked, perform some or all of the steps in the method of managing an image document according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
