the operation of representing the description feature vector of the target key medical strategy comprises loading a key medical strategy identification sample on target test emergency medical information with a target type attribute, and carrying out key emergency medical data construction processing on the target test emergency medical information according to the description feature vector of the target key medical strategy in the target key medical strategy identification information, wherein the operation comprises the following steps:
Loading a key medical strategy identification sample on the target inspection emergency medical information according to the description feature vector of the target key medical strategy by using a target type attribute;
