J. drawing mold core: when the temperature of the cooling pipeline reaches 40-50 ℃, connecting the end part of the mould core with a steel rope on a winch 32 on the straightening equipment, and drawing the mould core out of the tail end of the bent pipe under the winding of the winch 32;

l, straightening mold cores: after the die core is pulled out of the pipeline by the winch 32, the die core is lifted upwards by the first supporting piece 12, then the die core is placed between the straightening pieces 14, a driving air cylinder connected to the straightening pieces 14 is controlled to be started, the air cylinder drives the straightening pieces 14 to move towards the middle, the die core is clamped, so that the die core is kept aligned, lubricant is introduced into the straightening pieces 14, and the lubricant is coated on the surface of the die core through the flow grooves 15.

F. and (3) baking the tube: the temperature of the drying tube is 160-170 ℃ and the time is 10-15min;
G. material transferring: transferring the dried pipe to a bending piece (22);
H. bending pipe: the pipeline rotates along with the bending piece (22) and is attached to the surface of the bending piece (22), an elbow is processed, and the tail of the elbow is fixed;
I. and (3) heat preservation: the first clamping part (23) moves to one side of the bending piece (22) to contact with the bending piece (22) and contact with the outer wall of the pipeline, so that the bent pipeline is subjected to heat preservation and shaping;
