Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a video playing method according to an exemplary embodiment, and the video playing method includes the following steps, as shown in fig. 1.
In step S11, in response to the playing operation on the target video, the target video is played, and meta information of the target video is obtained, where the meta information includes a time interval and a content identifier of each segment in the target video.
In the embodiment of the invention, the video playing method is used for the terminal, and the terminal can interact with the user, so that the video playing is carried out according to the instruction of the user.
In this step, after receiving a play operation of a user on a target video, the target video may be played and meta information of the target video may be obtained, where the target video may be any video in a currently displayed video play page, and a video stream of the target video may be obtained from a video play server in real time, or the target video may also be preloaded, and the target video is cached locally in the terminal, which is not limited specifically.
The meta information is used for describing each segment of the target video, the meta information includes a time interval and a content identifier of each segment in the target video, the time interval refers to a start time and an end time of each segment, the content identifier is used for indicating video content of the segment, for example, the content identifier may be a plot outline of the segment, or may also be a thumbnail of a key plot, and the like, and the content identifier helps a user to obtain more information about the segment, so that the user can conveniently judge whether the video content of the segment is interested.
In this disclosure, the meta information may be sent to the video playing server by the uploader of the target video, stored in the preset database by the video playing server, and then sent to the terminal, or may be uploaded to the video playing server by other players of the target video, which is not limited specifically.
In step S12, marking a time interval of each segment on the progress bar control of the target video, and displaying a content identifier of each segment at a preset position corresponding to the segment.
After the meta information of the target video is obtained, the time interval of each segment may be marked on the progress bar control of the target video, and the marking manner may be various, for example, different colors of the progress bar may be set to correspond to different segments, or the time interval of each segment may be marked by using a preset line type, and so on.
In one implementation, the start time and the end time of each segment may be marked on the progress bar control of the target video, and the content identifier of each segment may be displayed at a position corresponding to the start time of the segment. For example, if the start time of a certain segment is 0 min 00 s, the end time is 10 min 28 s, and the content is identified as "scenario 1", two timestamps of 0 min 00 s and 10 min 28 s may be marked on the progress bar control of the target video, and "scenario 1" may be shown at the corresponding position of 0 min 00 s. Therefore, the user can quickly know the segments included in the target video, and the time interval and the video content of each segment, and the content and the end time of each segment can be determined without waiting for the end of playing of the segment, so that the user experience is improved.
In step S13, in response to the selection operation of the first position on the progress bar control, the segment corresponding to the first position is played.
In this step, different playing operations may be performed according to different selection operations on the first position on the progress bar control. In one implementation, in response to a first selection operation on a first position on the progress bar control, playing a segment corresponding to the first position, that is, immediately switching the target video from a moment currently playing to a segment corresponding to the first position, or, if there is no video currently playing, starting playing the target video from a segment corresponding to the first position; or responding to a second selection operation of the first position on the progress bar control, adding the segments corresponding to the first position into the to-be-played segment list, and sequentially playing the segments in the to-be-played segment list.
The operation of selecting the first position on the progress bar control can include any one or more of the following items: the clicking operation on the first position on the progress bar control, or dragging the slider on the progress bar control to the first position, or the long-time pressing operation on the first position on the progress bar control can be performed.
In one implementation, playing the first position-corresponding segment may be to start playing the first position-corresponding segment from the first position-corresponding time, that is, from which time the first position corresponds to, the time the first position-corresponding segment starts playing; alternatively, the first position-corresponding segment may be played from the starting time of the first position, that is, the segment corresponding to the first position starts from the starting time of the first position-corresponding segment no matter which time the first position corresponds to.
For example, if the first position corresponds to a time of 5 minutes 18 seconds and the time interval of the first position corresponds to a segment is 2 minutes 08 seconds to 8 minutes 20 seconds, then if the first playing mode is adopted, the video content of 5 minutes 18 seconds to 8 minutes 20 seconds is played, and if the second playing mode is adopted, the video content of 2 minutes 08 seconds to 8 minutes 20 seconds is played.
Specifically, firstly, in response to a selection operation of a first position on the progress bar control, determining a segment corresponding to the first position, and displaying a play selection control, where two options corresponding to different play modes, that is, a first play option and a second play option, may be displayed on the play selection control, where the first play option corresponds to a play mode in which the segment corresponding to the first position is played from a time corresponding to the first position, and the first play option corresponds to a play mode in which the segment corresponding to the first position is played from a start time of the first position. Then, in response to the selection operation of the target playing option in the playing selection control, if the target playing option is the first playing option, the first position corresponding segment is played from the time corresponding to the first position, and if the target playing option is the second playing option, the first position corresponding segment is played from the start time of the first position.
In the disclosure, a user may select a plurality of segments that are of interest to the user for playing, that is, after playing a segment corresponding to a first position, the user may further respond to a selection operation of a second position on the progress bar control to determine whether the segment corresponding to the second position is the segment corresponding to the first position; if not, after the playing of the corresponding segment at the first position is finished, the corresponding segment at the second position is played.
After the playing of the segment corresponding to the first position is finished, playing the segment corresponding to the second position, which may be adding the segment corresponding to the second position into a to-be-played segment list; after the segment corresponding to the first position is played, sequentially playing the segments in the segment list to be played, for example, if the user selects 1, 3, and 5 segments in sequence, then the three segments are sequentially stored in the segment list to be played, after the playing of segment 1 is finished, segment 3 is played, after the playing of segment 3 is finished, segment 5 is played, and so on. Therefore, the segments are played according to the selection sequence of the user, and further, the user can adjust the sequence of each segment in the segment list to be played, so that the video playing is more flexible.
Or, after the playing of the segment corresponding to the first position is finished, the corresponding segment corresponding to the second position selected most recently is played, for example, if the user selects three segments 1, 3, and 5 in sequence, the segment 5 is played first after the playing of the currently played segment is finished. Therefore, the segment selected by the user recently is played preferentially, and the experience effect is better for the user.
In one implementation, in response to a selection operation of a first position on the progress bar control, a corresponding area of the first position corresponding segment on the progress bar control of the target video may be highlighted. For example, the corresponding area of the first position corresponding segment on the progress bar control of the target video may be set to a preset color, or the corresponding area of the first position corresponding segment on the progress bar control of the target video may be filled with different lines or patterns, and so on, which are not limited in particular.
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating display of target video meta-information on a video playback page in accordance with an illustrative embodiment. The target video comprises 3 segments, the time intervals of the 3 segments are respectively 0-3 '44', 3 '44' -4 '26' and 4 '26' -4 '49', the content identifications are respectively 'scenario 1', 'scenario 2' and 'scenario 3', after a user selects the two segments of 'scenario 1' and 'scenario 3', the colors of the corresponding progress bars of the two segments are changed into black, the 'scenario 1' segment starts to be automatically played, and the 'scenario 2' segment is added into a to-be-played segment list. In the video playing page, a user can obtain the content identification of the time interval of each segment, and can also make clear of the segment selected by the user, so that the display of various information is comprehensive and visual.
As can be seen from the above, the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure can simultaneously obtain the meta information of the target video when the target video is played, where the meta information includes the time interval and the content identifier of each segment in the target video, and then, the time interval of each segment can be marked on the progress bar control of the target video, and the content identification of each segment is shown at the corresponding preset position of each segment, so that, for the user, more information of the target video can be obtained according to the time interval marked on the progress bar and the displayed content identification, so that the interested part in the target video can be conveniently and quickly determined, furthermore, the interested groups can be conveniently selected to be played, and the video content of each corresponding moment is determined without repeated dragging operation, so that the operation is convenient, and the user experience can be improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a video playing method according to an exemplary embodiment, where the video playing method is used in a video playing server, and the video playing server may store a video and send the stored video to a terminal for video playing, as shown in fig. 1, where the video playing method includes the following steps.
In step S31, the target video and the meta information of the target video sent by the video uploading device are stored, where the meta information includes a time interval and a content identifier of each segment in the target video.
The video uploading device is a device with a video uploading function, the meta information may be sent to the video playing server together with the target video, or may be supplemented after the target video is uploaded, and the target video and the meta information thereof may be sent by the same video uploading device, or may be sent by different video uploading devices, which is not limited specifically.
In this step, the video uploading device uploads the meta information of the target video to the video playing server through an API interface of the video playing server, and after receiving the meta information of the target video, the video playing server can correspondingly store the target video and the meta information of the target video into a preset database, so as to facilitate subsequent query and retrieval.
In one implementation, the video playing server may verify the received meta information, and store the meta information in the preset database after the verification is passed, so as to reduce the storage of invalid information and reduce the occupation of the invalid information on system resources.
In step S32, a play request for the target video transmitted by the terminal is received.
The terminal can interact with a user, responds to the playing operation of the target video, sends a playing request aiming at the target video to the video playing server, and then the video playing server can respond to the playing request sent by the terminal.
In step S33, the target video and the meta information of the target video are transmitted to the terminal in response to the play request.
After the terminal receives the playing operation of the user on the target video, the target video can be played and the meta information of the target video can be acquired, the time interval of each segment is marked on the progress bar control of the target video, and the content identification of each segment is displayed at the preset position corresponding to each segment. Therefore, for the user, more information of the target video can be obtained according to the time interval marked on the progress bar and the displayed content identification, and the interested part in the target video can be conveniently and quickly determined.
As can be seen from the above, according to the technical solution provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the terminal plays the target video, the meta-information of the target video, including the time interval and the content identification of each segment in the target video, can be obtained at the same time, and then, the time interval of each segment can be marked on the progress bar control of the target video, and the content identification of each segment is shown at the corresponding preset position of each segment, so that, for the user, more information of the target video can be obtained according to the time interval marked on the progress bar and the displayed content identification, so that the interested part in the target video can be conveniently and quickly determined, furthermore, the interested groups can be conveniently selected to be played, and the video content of each corresponding moment is determined without repeated dragging operation, so that the operation is convenient, and the user experience can be improved.
